RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Despite appropriate treatment, up to 50% of patients with proximal deep vein thrombosis (DVT) will develop the post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS). Once PTS occurs, there is no specific treatment, and some patients constantly suffer from intolerable symptoms. How to prevent PTS is important. OBJECTIVES: Characterize vein wall remodeling after thrombus and investigate the effects of antiproliferative agent on post-thrombotic vein wall remodeling in murine and human subjects. METHODS: Features of post-thrombotic vein wall remodeling in murine and human subjects were characterized using imaging and histological examinations. Paclitaxel-loaded hydrogels were used to assess the effects of antiproliferative agent on the remodeling in murine model. Based on the above results, a pilot study was conducted to assess the effects of paclitaxel-coated balloon dilation in severe PTS patients suffering from intolerable symptoms. The control cohort was obtained by 1:1 propensity score matching from a prospective database. RESULTS: Structural and functional alterations in post-thrombotic vein wall were verified by imaging and histological examinations, and predominant active α-SMA+ cells and FSP-1+ cells proliferation was observed. In the murine model, the application of paclitaxel-loaded hydrogels inhibited the remodeling. In the pilot clinical study, patients receiving DCB demonstrated benefits in Villalta scores and VCSS scores compared with those not receiving DCB, and no severe adverse events reported except for thrombosis recurrence. CONCLUSION: Cell proliferation plays an important role in post-thrombotic vein wall remodeling. Inhibition of cell proliferation inhibits the remodeling in murine model, and may reduce signs and symptoms in severe PTS patients.

RESUMEN

Resveratrol, a naturally occurring polyphenolic compound, has captivated the scientific community with its promising therapeutic potential across a spectrum of diseases. This review explores the complex role of resveratrol in modulating ferroptosis, a newly identified form of programmed cell death, and its potential implications for managing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, cancer, and other conditions. Ferroptosis is intricately linked to the pathogenesis of diverse diseases, with resveratrol exerting multifaceted effects on this process. It mitigates ferroptosis by modulating lipid peroxidation, iron accumulation, and engaging with specific cellular receptors, thereby manifesting profound therapeutic benefits in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions, as well as oncological settings. Moreover, resveratrol's capacity to either suppress or induce ferroptosis through the modulation of signaling pathways, including Sirt1 and Nrf2, unveils novel therapeutic avenues. Despite resveratrol's limited bioavailability, advancements in molecular modification and drug delivery optimization have amplified its clinical utility. Future investigations are poised to unravel the comprehensive mechanisms underpinning resveratrol's action and expand its therapeutic repertoire. We hope this review could furnish a detailed and novel insight into the exploration of resveratrol in the regulation of ferroptosis and its therapeutic prospects.

RESUMEN

Cellulose-derived edible vegetable oleogels can replace saturated/trans fats. The gelation mechanism relies on non-covalent interactions between gel components, influenced by their structure, concentration, and nature of the gelling factors. On the premise of preparing methyl cellulose (MC) with different viscosity, the effects of different gelling agents, MC, gelatin and oil concentration on the structure, physicochemical properties, oil binding capacity (OBC) and texture of emulsion and oleogels were studied. The oleogels were used as a lard substitute to study the effect on the texture, structure and sensory properties of the prepared ham sausage. We found that MC3 with gelatin had superior emulsification properties, inhibiting particle size and aggregation. Raising MC3 and gelatin concentrations to 1.5 wt% and 0.5 wt% led to oleogels with high OBC (>95 %), stability, and viscosity. The oleogels exhibited a dense structure and high mechanical strength with significantly enhanced structural hardness (199.55 g and 226.44 g). Higher oil concentration stabilized the emulsion but reduced oleogels stability after freeze-drying due to saturated oil absorption. The ratio of oleogels replacing lard was closely related to the texture of ham sausage. The texture properties of the ham sausage with 50 % lard replacement were closest to those of the control group.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: This study aims to evaluate the clinical application value of ultrasound viscoelastic imaging in noninvasive quantitative assessment of chronic kidney disease (CKD). METHODS: A total of 332 patients with CKD and 190 healthy adults as a control group were prospectively enrolled. Before kidney biopsy, ultrasound viscoelastic imaging was performed to measure the mean stiffness value (Emean), mean viscosity coefficient (Vmean), and mean dispersion coefficient (Dmean) of the renal. CKD patients were divided into three groups based on estimated glomerular filtration rate. The differences in clinic, pathology, ultrasound image parameters between the control and patient groups, or among different CKD groups were compared. The correlation between viscoelastic parameters and pathology were analyzed. RESULTS: Emean, Vmean, and Dmean in the control group were less than the CKD group (p < 0.05). In the identification of CKD from control groups, the area under curve of Vmean, Dmean, Emean, and combining the three parameters is 0.90, 0.79, 0.69, 0.91, respectively. Dmean and Vmean were increased with the decline of renal function (p < 0.05). Vmean and Dmean were positively correlated with white blood cell, urea, serum creatinine, and uric acid (p < 0.05). Vmean is positively correlated with interstitial fibrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration grades (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound viscoelastic imaging has advantages in noninvasive quantitative identification and evaluating renal function of CKD. Emean > 6.61 kPa, Vmean > 1.86 Pa·s, or Dmean > 7.51 m/s/kHz may suggest renal dysfunction. Combining Vmean, Dmean, and Emean can improve the efficiency of identifying CKD.

RESUMEN

Low-temperature cooking causes flavor weakness while improving the texture and digestive properties of meat. To enhance the flavor of low-temperature cooked Tibetan pork, samples were cooked at low-temperature with or without ultrasound-assisted (UBTP, BTP) for different times (30 min, 90 min) and then analyzed using GC-MS and LC-MS. The results showed that ultrasound-assisted cooking caused a significant increase in lipid oxidation by 9.10% in the early stage of the treatment. Additionally, at the later stage of ultrasound-assisted processing, proteins were oxidized and degraded, which resulted in a remarkable rise in the protein carbonyl content by 6.84%. With prolonged effects of ultrasound and low-temperature cooking, the formation of phenylacetaldehyde in UBTP-90 sample originated from the degradation of phenylalanine through multivariate statistics and correlation analysis. Meanwhile, trans, cis-2,6-nonadienal and 1-octen-3-one originated from the degradation of linolenic acid and arachidonic acid. This study clarified the mechanism of ultrasound-assisted treatment improving the flavor of low-temperature-cooked Tibetan pork based on the perspective of lipids and proteins oxidation, providing theoretical supports for flavor enhancement in Tibetan pork-related products.

RESUMEN

Rationale and objectives: To predict high-risk prostate cancer (PCa) by combining the habitat features of biparametric magnetic resonance imaging (bp-MRI) with the omics features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Materials and methods: This study retrospectively collected patients with PCa confirmed by histopathology from January 2020 to June 2023. All patients underwent bp-MRI and CEUS of the prostate, followed by a targeted and transrectal systematic prostate biopsy. The cases were divided into the intermediate-low-risk group (Gleason score ≤7, n = 59) and high-risk group (Gleason score ≥8, n = 33). Radiomics prediction models, namely, MRI_habitat, CEUS_intra, and MRI-CEUS models, were developed based on the habitat features of bp-MRI, the omics features of CEUS, and a merge of features of the two, respectively. Predicted probabilities, called radscores, were then obtained. Clinical-radiological indicators were screened to construct clinic models, which generated clinic scores. The omics-clinic model was constructed by combining the radscore of MRI-CEUS and the clinic score. The predictive performance of all the models was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve. Results: The area under the curve (AUC) values of the MRI-CEUS model were 0.875 and 0.842 in the training set and test set, respectively, which were higher than those of the MR_habitat (training set: 0.846, test set: 0.813), CEUS_intra (training set: 0.801, test set: 0.743), and clinic models (training set: 0.722, test set: 0.611). The omics-clinic model achieved a higher AUC (train set: 0.986, test set: 0.898). Conclusions: The combination of the habitat features of bp-MRI and the omics features of CEUS can help predict high-risk PCa.

RESUMEN

Currently, it is a challenge that the yolk in salted preserved egg tends to preserved egg yolk due to extreme NaOH treatment. Therefore, NaCl, NaOH and thermal were successfully used to prepare a new translucent salted quail egg (T-SQE), which combined advantages of preserved egg white with transparent appearance and salted egg yolk with unique texture and odour. Moreover, transparency of opaque gel (Transmittance: 0.09 %) subjected to NaCl and thermal was demonstrated to be improved under the synergistic effect of NaOH (8.55 %) via empirical data and molecular simulation. The disordered and dense network in opaque T-SQE induced by NaCl and thermal tended to form an ordered, porous and transparent structure in presence of NaOH, with more immobilized water that was poorly bonded to protein, larger radius of gyration and lower hydrophobic interaction. This research provides new insight into understanding the influence of hierarchy and synergism on transparency of egg products.

RESUMEN

The challenge of meat quality degradation due to transportation difficulties in high-altitude plateaus underscores the importance of an efficient thawing process for Tibetan pork to ensure its quality. This study compared four thawing methods ultrasound thawing (UT), refrigerator thawing (RT), hydrostatic thawing (HT), and microwave thawing (MT) to assess their impact on the quality of Tibetan pork, focusing on thawing loss, tenderness, color variation, and alterations in protein secondary structure and moisture content. Additionally, the study examined the impact of thawing on the metabolites of Tibetan pork using metabolomics techniques. The results indicated that UT yielded the highest quality samples. UT significantly accelerated the thawing rate and had minimal impact on tenderness compared to traditional thawing methods. Moreover, protein and lipid oxidation levels were reduced by UT treatment. Furthermore, it enhanced the binding capacity of protein and water molecules, reduced drip loss, and maintained meat color stability. What's more, amino acid metabolites such as l-glutamic acid, l-proline, oxidized glutathione, and 1-methylhistidine played a significant role in thawing oxidation in Tibetan pork, exhibiting a positive correlation with protein oxidation. UT resulted in a notable decrease in the levels of hypoxanthine and 2-aminomethylpyrimidine, contributing to the reduction of bitterness in the thawed meat and consequently enhancing the freshness of Tibetan pork. This study offers novel insights into understanding the biological changes occurring during the thawing process, while also furnishing a theoretical framework and technical assistance to improve the quality of Tibetan pork and propel advancements in food processing technology.

RESUMEN

Tremor is a prevalent neurological disorder characterized by involuntary shaking or trembling of body parts. This condition impairs fine motor skills and hand coordination to varying degrees and can even affect overall body mobility. As a result, tremors severely disrupt the daily lives and work of those affected, significantly limiting their physical activity space. This study developed an innovative spatial augmented reality (SAR) system aimed at assisting individuals with tremor disorders to overcome their physical limitations and expand their range of activities. The system integrates eye-tracking and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, enabling users to smoothly control objects in the real world through eye movements. It uses a virtual stabilization algorithm for stable interaction with objects in the real environment. The study comprehensively evaluated the system's performance through three experiments: (1) assessing the effectiveness of the virtual stabilization algorithm in enhancing the system's ability to assist individuals with tremors in stable and efficient interaction with remote objects, (2) evaluating the system's fluidity and stability in performing complex interactive tasks, and (3) investigating the precision and efficiency of the system in remote interactions within complex physical environments. The results demonstrated that the system significantly improves the stability and efficiency of interactions between individuals with tremor and remote objects, reduces operational errors, and enhances the accuracy and communication efficiency of interactions.

RESUMEN

Myocardial infarction (MI) has a 5-year mortality rate of more than 50% due to the lack of effective treatments. Interactions between cardiomyocytes and the MI microenvironment (MIM) can determine the progression and fate of infarcted myocardial tissue. Here, a specially designed Melanin-based composite nanomedicines (MCN) is developed to effectively treat MI by reprogramming the MIM. MCN is a nanocomposite composed of polydopamine (P), Prussian blue (PB) and cerium oxide (CexOy) with a Mayuan-like structure, which reprogramming the MIM by the efficient conversion of detrimental substances (H+, reactive oxygen species, and hypoxia) into beneficial status (O2 and H2O). In coronary artery ligation and ischemia reperfusion models of male mice, intravenously injecting MCN specifically targets the damaged area, resulting in restoration of cardiac function. With its promising therapeutic effects, MCN constitutes a new agent for MI treatment and demonstrates potential for clinical application.

RESUMEN

To obtain nutritious, healthy, and flavor-enriched sour meat products, the effects of different frying methods (microwave, air-frying, and traditional frying) on the flavor quality of low-salt sour meat were evaluated using metabolomics and other flavor analysis techniques. The pH value of the sour meat rose dramatically, while the TBARS value dropped significantly after frying. E-nose and E-tongue results showed that air-frying could reduce acidity and improve umami. The comprehensive analysis of all samples revealed the identification of 107 volatile flavor compounds, including 10 unique aroma compounds that were specifically detected in the AF group. Additionally, the air frying process notably increased the free amino acid and nucleotide concentrations in sour meat by 53.58% and 159.29%, respectively, while causing a significant reduction in both fatty acid and lactic acid content by 22.84% and 49.29%, respectively. All three frying methods altered the flavor of the samples, but air frying performed better in terms of flavor and texture.

RESUMEN

Dushan shrimp sour paste (DSSP), a traditional Guizhou condiment, and its unique flavor is determined by the fermentation microbiota. However, the relationship between the microbiota structure and its flavor remains unclear. This study identified 116 volatile flavor compounds using electronic nose and headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) techniques, of which 19 were considered as key flavor compounds, mainly consisting of 13 esters and 1 alcohol. High-throughput sequencing technique, the bacterial community structure of nine groups of DSSPs was determined. Further analysis revealed Vagococcus, Lactococcus, and Tepidimicrobium as key bacteria involved in flavor formation. This study contributes to our understanding of the relationship between bacterial communities and the flavor formation, and provides guidance for screening starter culture that enhance the flavor of DSSP in industrial production.

RESUMEN

The interaction between proteins and soluble dietary fibers plays a vital role in the development of animal-derived foods. Herein, the effects of different contents (0-3.0%) of round-bracted psyllium husk powder (PHP) on the gelation behavior, microstructure, and intermolecular interactions of Andrias davidianus myofibrillar protein (MP) were investigated. Rheological and chemical forces suggested that PHP (1.5%-2.0%) enhanced the functional properties of MP at low ionic strength, thereby increasing the viscoelasticity of mixed gels. SDS-PAGE revealed that PHP reinforced the cross-linking and aggregation of protein molecules. Circular dichroism spectroscopy, low-field nuclear magnetic resonance, and scanning electron microscopy demonstrated that PHP induced the transformation of α-helix (decreased by 14.85%) to an ordered ß-sheet structure (increased by 81.58%), which was more favorable for the formation of dense network structure and improved (10.53%) the water retention of MP gels. This study provided new insights for PHP to effectively meliorate the heat-induced gelling properties of MP.

RESUMEN

Background: PLAUR has been found upregulated in various tumors and closely correlated with the malignant phenotype of tumor cells. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between PLAUR and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and its potential mechanism of promoting tumor progression. Methods: The expression levels and clinical significance of PLAUR, along with the associated signaling pathways, were extensively investigated in ccRCC samples obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). PLAUR expression in 20 pairs of ccRCC tumor tissues and the adjacent tissues was assessed using qRT-PCR and IHC staining. Additionally, a series of in vitro experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of PLAUR suppression on cellular proliferation, migration, invasion, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis in ccRCC. The Western blot analysis was employed to investigate the expression levels of pivotal genes associated with the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Results: The expression of PLAUR was significantly upregulated in ccRCC compared to normal renal tissues, and higher PLAUR expression in ccRCC was associated with a poorer prognosis than low expression. The in-vitro functional investigations demonstrated that knockdown of PLAUR significantly attenuated the proliferation, migration, and invasion capabilities of ccRCC cells. Concurrently, PLAUR knockdown effectively induced cellular apoptosis, modulated the cell cycle, inhibited the EMT process, and attenuated the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. PLAUR may represent a key mechanism underlying ccRCC progression. Conclusions: The involvement of PLAUR in ccRCC progression may be achieved through the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, making it a reliable biomarker for the identification and prediction of ccRCC.

RESUMEN

Despite the great potential of starving therapy caused by nanoreactor based on glucose oxidase (GOX) in tumor therapy, efficiency and uncontrolled reaction rates in vivo lead to inevitable toxicity to normal tissues, which seriously hindering their clinical conversion. Herein, a cascade nanoreactor (GOX/Mn/MPDA) was constructed by coating mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles (MPDA) with MnO2 shell and then depositing GOX into honeycomb-shaped manganese oxide nanostructures to achieve a combination of ferroptosis, photothermal therapy and starving therapy. Upon uptake of nanodrugs to cancer cells, the MnO2 shell would deplete glutathione (GSH) and produce Mn2+, while a large amount of H2O2 generated from the catalytic oxidation of glucose by GOX would accelerate the Fenton-like reaction mediated by Mn2+, producing high toxic •OH. More importantly, the cascade reaction between GOX and MnO2 would be further strengthened by localized hyperthermia caused by irradiated by near-infrared laser (NIR), inducing significant anti-tumor effects in vitro and in vivo. Regarding the effectiveness of tumor treatment in vivo, the tumor inhibition rate achieved an impressive 64.33%. This study provided a new strategy for anti-tumor therapeutic by designing a photothermal-enhanced cascade catalytic nanoreactor.

RESUMEN

Fever and diarrhea are key causes of malnutrition, growth and development disorders, and death among children. At present, most studies on the associated factors of fever and diarrhea in children are concentrated in African and South Asian countries, but relevant research in China is very limited. This study was aimed to analyze the two-week prevalence of fever, diarrhea, and coexisting fever and diarrhea among children aged 6-23 months in rural areas of Hunan Province and to explore the associated factors. The survey data of the Nutrition Improvement Program for Children in Poor Areas (NIPCPA) from 2016 to 2023 was used here. NIPCPA is a cross-sectional survey completed annually in Hunan to collect children's nutrition and health indicators. The two-week prevalence rates of fever, diarrhea, and coexisting fever and diarrhea among children aged 6-23 months were 12.2% (2066/16,985), 9.6% (1634/16,985), and 3.2% (542/16,985), respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the risks of fever, diarrhea, and coexisting fever and diarrhea were higher among younger children. The high educational level of caregivers, effective consumption of Yingyangbao (a complementary food supplement containing iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins A, D, B1, B2, B12, folic acid, and other micronutrients), and complementary feeding meeting minimum dietary diversity and meeting minimum acceptable diet were protective factors against fever in children, with adjusted odds ratios (aORs) of 0.87 (95%CI: 0.78-0.98), 0.78 (0.69-0.87), 0.73 (0.65-0.82), and 0.74 (0.66-0.84), respectively. Effective consumption of Yingyangbao, and complementary feeding meeting the minimum dietary diversity and meeting minimum acceptable diet were protective factors against diarrhea in children, with aORs of 0.72 (95%CI: 0.63-0.83), 0.79 (0.70-0.91), and 0.80 (0.70-0.92), respectively. Effective consumption of Yingyangbao, and complementary feeding meeting the minimum dietary diversity and meeting minimum acceptable diet were protective factors against coexisting fever and diarrhea among children, with aORs of 0.53 (95%CI: 0.43-0.66), 0.71 (0.58-0.89), and 0.70 (0.56-0.88), respectively. Fever, diarrhea, and the coexisting fever and diarrhea affect one in eight, one in ten, and one in thirty children respectively in rural areas of Hunan. Effective interventions should be actively taken, such as improving the education level of caregivers, enhancing their scientific feeding skills for children, and promoting children's compliance with Yingyangbao consumption, to further reduce the prevalence of fever and diarrhea in children.

RESUMEN

The study aimed to inhibit the stimulating impact of garlic oil (GO) on the stomach and attain high release in the intestine during digestion. So, wheat porous starch (WPS) was modified with octenyl succinic acid (OSA) and malic acid (MA) to obtain esterified WPS, OWPS and MWPS, respectively. The differences in physicochemical, encapsulation, and digestive properties of two GO microcapsules, WPI/OWPS/GO and WPI/MWPS/GO microcapsules produced by using OWPS and MWPS as variant carrier materials and whey protein isolate (WPI) as the same coating agent, were compared. The results found that OWPS had greater amphiphilicity, while MWPS had better hydrophobicity and anti-digestive ability than WPS. Encapsulation efficiency of WPI/OWPS/GO (94.67 %) was significantly greater than WPI/MWPS/GO (91.44 %). The digestion inhibition and low GO release (approximately 23 %) of WPI/OWPS/GO and WPI/MWPS/GO microcapsules in the gastric phase resulted from the protective effect of WPI combined with the good adsorption and lipophilicity of OWPS and MWPS. Especially, WPI/OWPS/GO microcapsule was relatively stable in the gastric phase and had sufficient GO release (67.24 %) in the intestinal phase, which was significantly higher than WPI/MWPS/GO microcapsule (56.03 %), benefiting from the adsorption and digestive properties of OWPS, and resulting in a total cumulative GO release rate of 90.86 %.

RESUMEN

The poor thermal stability and emulsifying properties of ovalbumin (OVA) limit its functional performance, but these limitations may be overcome by forming binary complexes. We prepared binary complexes of OVA and fucoidan (FUC) through electrostatic self-assembly and investigated the emulsifying properties of the complex by measuring the particle size, interfacial membrane thickness, zeta potential, and stability of the emulsion prepared with camellia oil and the complex. The OVA-FUC emulsions have a thicker interfacial membrane, lower mobility, higher viscosity, and better stability compared with the OVA emulsions. The emulsion prepared with 1.5 % OVA-FUC remained stable and homogeneous during storage. They tended to become unstable with freeze-thaw, but the oil encapsulated did not leak after coalescence occurred. With the addition of Ca2+, the OVA-FUC emulsion will be converted into a gel state. These findings indicate that OVA-FUC binary complexes can be used to prepare high-performance emulsions with great potential for development.

RESUMEN

In patients on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD), vascular calcification (VC) is an independent predictor of cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is the primary cause of death in chronic kidney disease (CKD). The main component of VC in CKD is the vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). VC is an ordered, dynamic activity. Under the stresses of oxidative stress and calcium-phosphorus imbalance, VSMCs undergo osteogenic phenotypic transdifferentiation, which promotes the formation of VC. In addition to traditional epigenetics like RNA and DNA control, post-translational modifications have been discovered to be involved in the regulation of VC in recent years. It has been reported that the process of osteoblast differentiation is impacted by catalytic histone or non-histone arginine methylation. Its function in the osteogenic process is comparable to that of VC. Thus, we propose that arginine methylation regulates VC via many signaling pathways, including as NF-B, WNT, AKT/PI3K, TGF-/BMP/SMAD, and IL-6/STAT3. It might also regulate the VC-related calcification regulatory factors, oxidative stress, and endoplasmic reticulum stress. Consequently, we propose that arginine methylation regulates the calcification of the arteries and outline the regulatory mechanisms involved.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Gel property is among the crucial functional properties of egg yolk (EY), which determines the texture and flavor of EY products. In the present study, the effects of two unsaturated fatty acids [monounsaturated fatty acid oleic acid (OA) and diunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid (LA)] on the gel properties of EY protein were investigated. RESULTS: Compared with the blank group, the addition of LA and OA (10-50 g kg-1) improved the gel hardness (from 270.54 g to 385.85 g and 414.38 g, respectively) and viscosity coefficient (from 0.015 Pa.sn to 11.892 Pa.sn and 1.812 Pa.sn, respectively). The surface hydrophobicity of EY protein increased to a maximum value of 40 g kg-1 with the addition of both fatty acids (39.06 µg and 41.58 µg, respectively). However, excess unsaturated fatty acids (≥ 50 g kg-1) disrupted the completeness of the gel matrix and weakened the structural properties of the EY gel. CONCLUSION: Both fatty acids improved the gel properties of EY protein. At the same addition level, OA was superior to LA in improving gel properties. The present study provides a theoretical underpinning for the sensible application of unsaturated fatty acids in improving EY gel properties. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry.
