RESUMEN

Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is the first-line therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the exacerbated hypoxia microenvironment induces tumor relapse and metastasis post-TACE. Here, temperature-sensitive block polymer complexed with polyphosphate-cisplatin (Pt-P@PND) was prepared for the enhancement of tumor artery embolization by coagulation activation. After supra-selective infusion into the tumor vessels, Pt-P@PND nanogels performed efficient embolization of tumor arteries by sol-gel transition at body temperature. Meanwhile, coagulation cascade was evoked to form blood clots in the peripheral arteries inaccessible to the nanogels by released PolyP. The blood-clots-filled hydrogel networks composed of gel and clots showed a denser structure and higher modulus, thereby achieving long-term embolization of all levels of tumor arteries. Pt-P@PND nanogels efficiently inhibited tumor growth and reduced the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, CD31, and MMP-9 on VX2 tumor-bearing rabbit model. The released nitro-Pt stimulated the immunogenic cell death of tumor cells, thus enhancing the antitumor immune response to suppress tumor relapse and metastasis post-TACE. It is hoped that Pt-P@PND nanogels can be developed as a promising embolic agent with procoagulant activity for enhancing the antitumor immune response through a combination of embolism, coagulation, and chemotherapy. STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: : Clinical embolic agents, such as Lipiodol and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) microspheres, are limited by their rapid elimination or larger size, thus lead to incomplete embolization of trans-catheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Herein, temperature-sensitive Pt-P@PND nanogels were developed to achieve long-term embolization of all levels of tumor arteries by gel/clot generation. The released Pt induced immunogenic cell death in tumor cells, which improved the antitumor immune microenvironment by the maturation of DCs and lymphocytic infiltration. Pt-P@PND nanogels successfully inhibited tumor growth and activated an antitumor immune response to curb the recurrence and metastasis of residual tumor cells both in a VX2 tumor-bearing rabbit model and in a 4T1 tumor-bearing mouse model; these findings suggest that Pt-P@PND could be developed as an ideal embolic agent for clinical TACE treatment.

RESUMEN

Introduction: We aimed to assess the impact of myasthenia gravis (MG) on the long-term prognosis in patients with thymoma after surgery and identify related prognostic factors or predictors. Methods: This retrospective observational study included 509 patients with thymoma (thymoma combined with MG [MG group] and thymoma alone [non-MG group]). Propensity score matching was performed to obtain comparable subsets of 96 patients in each group. A comparative analysis was conducted on various parameters. Results: Before matching, the 10-year survival and recurrence-free survival rates in both groups were 93.8 and 98.4%, and 85.9 and 93.4%, respectively, with no statistically significant difference observed in the survival curves between the groups (p > 0.05). After propensity score matching, 96 matched pairs of patients from both groups were created. The 10-year survival and recurrence-free survival rates in these matched pairs were 96.9 and 97.7%, and 86.9 and 91.1%, respectively, with no statistical significance in the survival curves between the groups (p > 0.05). Univariate analysis of patients with thymoma postoperatively revealed that the World Health Organization histopathological classification, Masaoka-Koga stage, Tumor Node Metastasis stage, resection status, and postoperative adjuvant therapy were potentially associated with tumor recurrence after thymoma surgery. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that the Masaoka-Koga stage and postoperative adjuvant therapy independently predicted the risk of recurrence in patients with thymoma after surgery. Conclusion: There was no difference in prognosis in patients with thymoma with or without MG. The Masaoka-Koga stage has emerged as an independent prognostic factor affecting recurrence-free survival in patients with thymoma, while postoperative adjuvant therapy represents a poor prognostic factor.

RESUMEN

Purpose: The intimate connection between long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) and autophagy has been established in cartilage degeneration. However, their roles in meniscal degeneration remain ambiguous. This study aimed to identify the key autophagy-related lncRNA and its associated regulatory network in meniscal degeneration in the context of osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs (DELs) and mRNAs (DEMs), which were then conducted to enrichment analyses using the DAVID database and Metascape. Autophagy-related DEMs were identified by combining DEMs with data from the Human Autophagy Database. Three databases were used to predict miRNA, and the DIANA LncBase Predicted database was utilized to predict miRNA-lncRNA interactions. Based on these predictions, comprehensive competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network were constructed. The expression levels of the classical autophagy markers and autophagy-related ceRNA network were validated. Additionally, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was performed using autophagy-related DEMs. Results: 310 DELs and 320 DEMs were identified, with five upregulated and one downregulated autophagy-related DEMs. Through reverse prediction of miRNA, paired miRNA-lncRNA interactions, and verification using RT-qPCR, two lncRNAs (PCAT19, CLIP1-AS1), two miRNA (has-miR-3680-3p and has-miR-4795-3p) and two mRNAs (BAG3 and HSP90AB1) were included in the constructed ceRNA regulatory networks. GSEA indicated that the increased expression of autophagy-related mRNAs inhibited glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis in the degenerative meniscus. Conclusion: This study presented the first construction of regulatory ceRNA network involving autophagy-related lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA interactions in OA meniscus. These findings offered valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying meniscal degeneration and provided potential targets for therapeutic intervention.

RESUMEN

Golgi protein 73 (GP73), a resident protein of the Golgi apparatus, is notably elevated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). While its critical role in remodeling the tumor microenvironment (TME) is recognized, the intricate mechanisms are not fully understood. This study reveals that GP73 in HCC cells interacts with prolyl hydroxylase-2 (PHD-2) in a competitive manner, thereby impeding the hydroxylation of hypoxia-induced factor-1α (HIF-1α). The effect above promotes the production and secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA). Moreover, exosomal GP73 derived from HCC cells can be internalized by human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and competitively interact with HECTD1, an E3 ubiquitin ligase targeting growth factor receptor-bound protein 2 (GRB2). This interaction stabilizes GRB2, thereby activating the Ras-mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. Consequently, escalated levels of GP73 intensify VEGF production in HCC cells and potentiate mitogenic signaling in vascular endothelial cells, fostering angiogenesis in the TME. Our findings propose that GP73 might serve as a novel target for anti-angiogenic therapy in HCC.

RESUMEN

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) represent the ectopic aggregations of immune cells arising during chronic inflammation or tumor progression. In cancer, TLS are often associated with beneficial clinical outcomes in patients undergoing immunotherapy, underscoring their prognostic and predictive significance. Mature TLS, characterized by germinal centers and areas of T-cell and B-cell aggregation, are considered primary locations for activating and maintaining both humoral and cellular anti-tumor immune effects. Despite their recognized importance, the mechanisms driving the formation of mature TLS in cancer and their influence on the immune response within tumors remain insufficiently understood. Therefore, this review aims to comprehensively explore the structural composition, development mechanisms, maturity impact factors, immunological function, and innovative therapeutic strategies of mature TLS within the tumor microenvironment. The research summarized herein offers novel insights and considerations for therapeutic approaches to promote TLS generation and maturation in patients with cancer, representing a promising avenue for future cancer therapies.

RESUMEN

During the past half-century, although numerous interventions for obesity have arisen, the condition's prevalence has relentlessly escalated annually. Obesity represents a substantial public health challenge, especially due to its robust correlation with co-morbidities, such as colorectal cancer (CRC), which often thrives in an inflammatory tumor milieu. Of note, individuals with obesity commonly present with calcium and vitamin D insufficiencies. Transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) channels, a subclass within the broader TRP family, function as critical calcium transporters in calcium-mediated signaling pathways. However, the exact role of TRPC channels in both obesity and CRC pathogenesis remains poorly understood. This study set out to elucidate the part played by TRPC channels in obesity and CRC development using a mouse model lacking all seven TRPC proteins (TRPC HeptaKO mice). Relative to wild-type counterparts, TRPC HeptaKO mice manifested severe obesity, evidenced by significantly heightened body weights, augmented weights of epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT) and inguinal white adipose tissue (iWAT), increased hepatic lipid deposition, and raised serum levels of total cholesterol (T-CHO) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Moreover, TRPC deficiency was accompanied by an decrease in thermogenic molecules like PGC1-α and UCP1, alongside a upsurge in inflammatory factors within adipose tissue. Mechanistically, it was revealed that pro-inflammatory factors originating from inflammatory macrophages in adipose tissue triggered lipid accumulation and exacerbated obesity-related phenotypes. Intriguingly, considering the well-established connection between obesity and disrupted gut microbiota balance, substantial changes in the gut microbiota composition were detected in TRPC HeptaKO mice, contributing to CRC development. This study provides valuable insights into the role and underlying mechanisms of TRPC deficiency in obesity and its related complication, CRC. Our findings offer a theoretical foundation for the prevention of adverse effects associated with TRPC inhibitors, potentially leading to new therapeutic strategies for obesity and CRC prevention.

RESUMEN

Methods: Herein, we obtained and characterized deltaN p63- and adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette subfamily G member 2-expressing limbal stem cells (LSCs). Chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan (CTH) were cross-linked to be an in situ thermosensitive hydrogel (ACH), which was printed through four-dimensional (4D) printing to obtain a porous carrier with uniform pore diameter (4D-CTH). Rabbits were injected with alloxan to induce diabetes mellitus (DM). Following this, the LSC-carrying hydrogel was spread on the surface of the cornea of the diabetic rabbits to cure corneal epithelium injury. Results: Compared with the control group (LSCs only), rapid wound healing was observed in rabbits treated with LSC-carrying 4D-CTH. Furthermore, the test group also showed better corneal nerve repair ability. The results indicated the potential of LSC-carrying 4D-CTH in curing corneal epithelium injury. Conclusion: 4D-CTH holds potential as a useful tool for studying regenerative processes occurring during the treatment of various diabetic corneal epithelium pathologies with the use of stem cell-based technologies.

RESUMEN

A high-fat diet can modify the composition of gut microbiota, resulting in dysbiosis. Changes in gut microbiota composition can lead to increased permeability of the gut barrier, allowing bacterial products like lipopolysaccharides (LPS) to enter circulation. This process can initiate systemic inflammation and contribute to neuroinflammation. Empagliflozin (EF), an SGLT2 inhibitor-type hypoglycemic drug, has been reported to treat neuroinflammation. However, there is a lack of evidence showing that EF regulates the gut microbiota axis to control neuroinflammation in HFD models. In this study, we explored whether EF could improve neuroinflammation caused by an HFD via regulation of the gut microbiota and the mechanism underlying this phenomenon. Our data revealed that EF alleviates pathological brain injury, reduces the reactive proliferation of astrocytes, and increases the expression of synaptophysin. In addition, the levels of inflammatory factors in hippocampal tissue were significantly decreased after EF intervention. Subsequently, the results of 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that EF could change the microbial community structure of mice, indicating that the abundance of Lactococcus, Ligilactobacillus and other microbial populations decreased dramatically. Therefore, EF alleviates neuroinflammation by inhibiting gut microbiota-mediated astrocyte activation in the brains of high-fat diet-fed mice. Our study focused on the gut-brain axis, and broader research on neuroinflammation can provide a more holistic understanding of the mechanisms driving neurodegenerative diseases and inform the development of effective strategies to mitigate their impact on brain health. The results provide strong evidence supporting the larger clinical application of EF.

RESUMEN

Persistence of quiescent leukemia stem cells (LSCs) after treatment most likely contributes to chemotherapy resistance and poor prognosis of leukemia patients. Identification of this quiescent cell population would facilitate eradicating LSCs. Here, using a cell-tracing PKH26 (PKH) dye that can be equally distributed to daughter cells following cell division in vivo, we identify a label-retaining slow-cycling leukemia cell population from AML1-ETO9a (AE9a) leukemic mice. We find that, compared with cells not maintaining PKH-staining, a higher proportion of PKH-retaining cells are in G0 phase, and PKH-retaining cells exhibit increased colony formation ability and leukemia initiation potential. In addition, PKH-retaining cells possess high chemo-resistance and are more likely to be localized to the endosteal bone marrow region. Based on the transcriptional signature, HLA class II histocompatibility antigen gamma chain (Cd74) is highly expressed in PKH-retaining leukemia cells. Furthermore, cell surface CD74 was identified to be highly expressed in LSCs of AE9a mice and CD34+ human leukemia cells. Compared to Lin-CD74- leukemia cells, Lin-CD74+ leukemia cells of AE9a mice exhibit higher stemness properties. Collectively, our findings reveal that the identified slow-cycling leukemia cell population represents an LSC population, and CD74+ leukemia cells possess stemness properties, suggesting that CD74 is a candidate LSC surface marker.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) is an alternative technique to obtain the saphenous vein for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery. We aimed to evaluate the early and mid-term outcomes of patients with EVH in CABG. METHODS: This cohort study included consecutive isolated CABG patients in Nanjing First Hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 using propensity score matching methods. Patients were classified to EVH group and open vein harvesting (OVH) group according to the vein harvesting methods. The primary outcome was the all-cause death, and the secondary outcomes were major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) including cardiovascular death, heart failure, myocardial infarction and revascularization and asymptomatic survival in the follow-up. RESULTS: Totally 1247 patients were included in the study with 849 in OVH group and 398 in EVH group. Patients with EVH were more female, diabetes, higher body mass index, more multi-vessel and left main diseases. 308 pairs were formed after the matching. There was no significant difference in the rates of in-hospital death (EVH vs. OVH, 2.3% vs. 1.3%, P = 0.543). During the 3 years follow-up, EVH grafts were considered not inferior to OVH grafts, no differences were found in all-cause death [8.5% vs. 5.0%, hazard ratio (HR) 1.565, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.77-3.17, P = 0.21], MACEs (8.1% vs. 7.1%, HR 1.165, 95CI: 0.51-2.69, P = 0.71) and asymptomatic survival (66.7% vs. 72.5%, HR 1.117, 95%CI: 0.65-1.92, P = 0.68). CONCLUSIONS: EVH grafts were considered comparable to OVH grafts in patients following CABG in the 3 years follow-up.

RESUMEN

Thermal insulation under extreme conditions requires the materials to be capable of withstanding complex thermo-mechanical stress, significant gradient temperature transition, and high-frequency thermal shock. The excellent structural and functional properties of ceramic aerogels make them attractive for thermal insulation. However, in extremely high-temperature environments (above 1500 °C), they typically exhibit limited insulation capacity and thermo-mechanical stability, which may lead to catastrophic accidents, and this problem is never effectively addressed. Here, a novel ceramic meta-aerogel constructed from a crosslinked nanofiber network using a reaction electrospinning strategy, which ensures excellent thermo-mechanical stability and superinsulation under extreme conditions, is designed. The ceramic meta-aerogel has an ultralow thermal conductivity of 0.027 W m-1 k-1, and the cold surface temperature is only 303 °C in a 1700 °C high-temperature environment. After undergoing a significant gradient temperature transition from liquid nitrogen to 1700 °C flame burning, the ceramic meta-aerogel can still withstand thousands of shears, flexures, compressions, and other complex forms of mechanical action without structural collapse. This work provides a new insight for developing ceramic aerogels that can be used for a long period in extremely high-temperature environments.

RESUMEN

Deep learning methods for fast MRI have shown promise in reconstructing high-quality images from undersampled multi-coil k-space data, leading to reduced scan duration. However, existing methods encounter challenges related to limited receptive fields in dual-domain (k-space and image domains) reconstruction networks, rigid data consistency operations, and suboptimal refinement structures, which collectively restrict overall reconstruction performance. This study introduces a comprehensive framework that addresses these challenges and enhances MR image reconstruction quality. Firstly, we propose Faster Inverse Fourier Convolution (FasterIFC), a frequency domain convolutional operator that significantly expands the receptive field of k-space domain reconstruction networks. Expanding the information extraction range to the entire frequency spectrum according to the spectral convolution theorem in Fourier theory enables the network to easily utilize richer redundant long-range information from adjacent, symmetrical, and diagonal locations of multi-coil k-space data. Secondly, we introduce a novel softer Data Consistency (softerDC) layer, which achieves an enhanced balance between data consistency and smoothness. This layer facilitates the implementation of diverse data consistency strategies across distinct frequency positions, addressing the inflexibility observed in current methods. Finally, we present the Dual-Domain Faster Fourier Convolution Based Network (D2F2), which features a centrosymmetric dual-domain parallel structure based on FasterIFC. This architecture optimally leverages dual-domain data characteristics while substantially expanding the receptive field in both domains. Coupled with the softerDC layer, D2F2 demonstrates superior performance on the NYU fastMRI dataset at multiple acceleration factors, surpassing state-of-the-art methods in both quantitative and qualitative evaluations.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ringheaded thrumbtack needle in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR). METHODS: Clinical studies about treatment of AR with ringheaded thrumbtack needle were searched from databases of CNKI, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science from their inception to November 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature and collected related information. The total effective rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) for AR, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ), and recurrence rate were the main outcome indicators. Secondary outcome indicators included quantitative scores of symptoms and signs, 'quartering' symptom evaluation scale, etc. All the included studies were subjected to Meta-analysis using Stata software. RESULTS: A total of 22 clinical studies involving 1 491 participants were included. The results of Meta-analysis indicated that the total effective rate of ringheaded thrumbtack needle in the treatment of AR was higher than that of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ï¼»RR=1.20, 95%CI (1.14, 1.26), P<0.001ï¼½, and recurrence rate is lower than conventional therapy ï¼»OR=0.35, 95%CI (0.14, 0.89), P=0.027ï¼½. Moreover, The VAS score ï¼»WMD=-1.30, 95%CI (-1.85, -0.75), P<0.001ï¼½ and RQLQ score ï¼»WMD=-6.75, 95%CI (-12.74, -0.76), P=0.027ï¼½ of AR treated by ringheaded thrumbtack needle were lower than those of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. CONCLUSIONS: Ringheaded thrumbtack needle can improve the total effective rate, reduce the disease recurrence, and improve the symptoms of discomfort when AR outbreaks, and has no significant adverse reactions. However, the reliability is limited. Thus, it is still necessary to improve the level of evidence quality by including researches with large samples, rigorous design and international standards.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: To compare the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with sorafenib and camrelizumab or with sorafenib alone in patients with intermediate or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: We retrospectively analysed 78 patients with intermediate or advanced HCC who were treated at our centres between January 2018 and December 2021. Twenty-six of them received sorafenib and camrelizumab plus TACE (the TACE + Sor + C group), while 52 received TACE and sorafenib (the TACE + Sor group). Overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and adverse events (AEs) were evaluated. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to determine the factors affecting survival. RESULTS: The median OS (22 vs 10 months, P < .001) and median PFS (11 vs 6 months, P = .008) of the TACE + Sor + C group were significantly higher than those of the TACE + Sor group. Multivariate analysis showed that compared with TACE + Sor + C, TACE + Sor increased the risk of all-cause mortality and tumour progression. For grade I and II AEs, the incidence of skin capillary hyperplasia and hypothyroidism in the TACE + Sor + C group was significantly higher than that in the TACE + Sor group. For serious AEs (grade III or IV), there was no significant difference in any adverse reaction between the 2 groups (P > .05). CONCLUSION: Patients with intermediate or advanced HCC appeared to benefit more in terms of survival from TACE + Sor + C than from TACE + Sor, and the AEs were tolerable. ADVANCES IN KNOWLEDGE: (1) Subgroup analysis demonstrated that TACE + sorafenib + camrelizumab could benefit HCC patients regardless of whether they had portal vein tumour thrombosis, Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer B or C, or CHILD A or B; (2) We reported the immunotherapy-related AEs occurred with a significantly higher incidence in triple treatment, but all the AEs are tolerable.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation (HBVr) is a major concern for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients undergoing hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) using mFOLFOX6 regimen. There is insufficient evidence to support the routine use of HAIC combined with immunotherapy in HCC patients with HBVr. The aim of this study was to examine the adverse events (AEs) related to HBVr in HCC patients after HAIC, with or without immunotherapy, and to assess the effectiveness of antiviral prophylaxis for HBVr. METHODS: Medical records of HCC patients receiving HAIC combined with and without immunotherapy between January 2021 and June 2023 were reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups based on whether they received immunotherapy or not. RESULTS: Out of the 106 patients, 32 (30.2%) developed HBVr. Among these, 23 eligible patients with HBVr were included, with 14 patients (61%) receiving immunotherapy and nine patients (39%) not receiving immunotherapy. Prior to HAIC treatment, four patients in each group had detectable HBV DNA with median titre of 3.66 × 102 IU/ml (patients with immunotherapy) and 1.98 × 102 IU/ml (patients without immunotherapy), respectively. Fifteen patients did not show detectable HBV DNA. At HBVr occurrence, the median HBV DNA level was 6.95 × 102 IU/ml for all patients, 4.82 × 102 IU/ml in patients receiving immunotherapy and 1.3 × 103 IU/ml in patients not receiving immunotherapy. Grade 3 hepatitis developed in 12 cases of all patients (12/23, 48%), including five patients with immunotherapy (56%) and seven patients without immunotherapy (78%). At the 3-month follow-up, HBV DNA was detected in 10 patients, with a median HBV DNA level of 2.05 × 102 IU/ml (range, 1.5 × 102- 3.55 × 102 IU/ml) in patients (7/10) with immunotherapy and 4.28 × 102 IU/ml (range, 1.15 × 102- 5.88 × 102 IU/ml) in patients (3/10) without immunotherapy. Intensified antiviral treatment was administered to all patients. No HBVr-related fatal events occurred. CONCLUSION: HBVr can occur after HAIC combined with or without immunotherapy. The degree of liver damage did not differ significantly in patients treated with or without immunotherapy. Intensified antiviral treatment was found to be crucial for HCC patients with HBVr.

RESUMEN

Intrinsic boundaries formed by grain stacks of randomly oriented perovskite crystallites seriously restrict charge transport in the resultant photovoltaic devices, whereas direct passivation of these defects remains unexplored, and it is desirable to modulate perovskite growth with uniform orientation. Herein, we report a simple but effective method to regulate perovskite crystallization by employing a volatile and polymerizable monomer of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), which can simultaneously interact with both FA+ and Pb2+ via hydrogen and coordination bonding, respectively, to seed perovskite crystallization with accelerated nucleation and retarded crystal growth. Upon thermal annealing, the gradual volatilization and partial self-condensation of the HEMA drive the perovskite growth perpendicularly to the substrate, leading to largely suppressed defect states, improved crystallinity, and a reduced Young's modulus of the perovskite film. As a result, champion efficiencies exceeding 24 and 22% with improved operational and mechanical stability of the optimized perovskite solar cells based on rigid and flexible substrates were finally achieved.

RESUMEN

With the deepening of enterprise digital construction, the portrait portrayal based on employee behaviors has gradually become a research focus. Currently, the employee's portrait portrayal mostly has the problems of simple means, low efficiency, limited solving ability, etc., making the results more one-sided. Therefore, a data mining-based employee portrait portrayal model is proposed. The content of employee portrait portrayal is deeply analyzed, and the overall framework of the model is designed. A diligence analysis model (DAM) based on improved GAN is constructed, and the diligence evaluation of employees is clarified to realize the diligence evaluation. The results of diligence analysis of DAM have high accuracy (80.39%) and outperform SA (70.24%), K-means (51.79%) and GAN (67.25%). The Kappa coefficient of DAM reaches 0.7384, which is highly consistent and higher than SA (0.6075), K-means (0.3711) and GAN (0.5661). The Local Outlier Factor (LOF) and Isolation Forest (IF) are used to detect abnormal behaviors on the employees, and mine the abnormal behavior patterns on different granularity time. The LSTM model (Att-LSTM) based on the attention mechanism is used to complete the prediction of employees' software usage behaviors, and analyze and summarize the characteristics of employee's behaviors from multiple perspectives. Att-LSTM predicts the best with an RMSE of 0.82983, which is better than LSTM (0.90833) and SA (0.97767); AM-LSTM has a MAPE of 0.80323, which is better than LSTM (0.86233) and SA (0.92223). The results show that the data mining-based employee portrait portrayal method can better solve the problem of enterprise employees' digital construction, and provide a new way of thinking for the construction of enterprise-level employees' digital portrait model and the analysis of employee behavior.

RESUMEN

Olfaction feedback systems could be utilized to stimulate human emotion, increase alertness, provide clinical therapy, and establish immersive virtual environments. Currently, the reported olfaction feedback technologies still face a host of formidable challenges, including human perceivable delay in odor manipulation, unwieldy dimensions, and limited number of odor supplies. Herein, we report a general strategy to solve these problems, which associates with a wearable, high-performance olfactory interface based on miniaturized odor generators (OGs) with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. The OGs serve as the core technology of the intelligent olfactory interface, which exhibit milestone advances in millisecond-level response time, milliwatt-scale power consumption, and the miniaturized size. Empowered by robust AI algorithms, the olfactory interface shows its great potentials in latency-free mixed reality (MR) and fast olfaction enhancement, thereby establishing a bridge between electronics and users for broad applications ranging from entertainment, to education, to medical treatment, and to human machine interfaces.
