AIMS: This study aims to investigate the mediating role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and self-compassion in the relationship among anxiety, depression, body image distress and subjective well-being among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. DESIGN: A cross-sectional study. METHODS: The study recruited 510 women with polycystic ovary syndrome from a tertiary hospital affiliated with a university in Hunan Province, China. The study employed several tools to collect data, including the Generalized Anxiety Scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire-9, the Body Image States Scale, the Self-Compassion Scale, the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale and the Index of Well-being questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, spearman correlation analysis, ordinary least squares regression and bootstrapping. RESULTS: The study's findings indicate that regulatory emotional self-efficacy and self-compassion both act as mediators in the connection between anxiety, depression, body image distress and subjective well-being among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. CONCLUSION: The study emphasizes the significance of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and self-compassion in promoting well-being among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. It also implies that interventions targeted at enhancing these factors could potentially enhance the subjective well-being of women affected by PCOS. IMPACT: Our study's primary contribution is to underscore the crucial mediating roles of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and self-compassion in the relationship among anxiety, depression, body image distress and subjective well-being. Our study indicates that clinical practitioners should prioritize improving the regulatory emotional self-efficacy and self-compassion of women with polycystic ovary syndrome, reducing their anxiety, depression and body image distress and improving their subjective well-being. The mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and dementia in rural areas are increasingly attracting public attention. However, their prevalence is still unclear. This study aims to reveal the distribution of MCI and dementia in rural areas. We systematically searched PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and PsycINFO up to June 2023 for cohort and cross-sectional studies. Meta-analysis was conducted using random-effects models to evaluate the prevalence of MCI and dementia. Thirty-five studies with 16,936 participants met the inclusion criteria. The pooled prevalence of MCI and dementia was 27 % (n = 12, 95 %CI = 0.21-0.32, I2 = 99.5 %, P < 0.001) and 7 % (n = 27, 95 %CI = 0.05-0.08, I2 = 99.30 %, P < 0.001), respectively. Subgroup analyses revealed that aged 60 years or older [(MCI: 29 %, 95 %CI = 0.20-0.38, I2 = 99.7 %, P < 0.001), (dementia: 9 % (95 %CI = 0.06-0.12, I2 = 99 %, P < 0.001)], female [(MCI: 29 %, 95 %CI = 0.19-0.40, I2 = 99.3 %, P < 0.001), (dementia: 7 %, 95 % CI = 0.04-0.12, I2 = 98.66 %, P < 0.001)], a-MCI (19 %, 95 %CI = 0.12-0.26, I2 = 97.62 %, P < 0.001) and AD (4 %, 95 %CI = 0.02-0.05, I2 = 98.60 %, P < 0.001) showed higher prevalence. The prevalence of MCI and dementia in rural China was 23 % (95 %CI = 0.18-0.29, I2 = 99.5 %, P < 0.001) and 6 % (95 %CI = 0.04-0.08, I2 = 99.6 %, P < 0.001), respectively. Implementing cognitive impairment screening and intervention measures is necessary to improve the cognitive function of the rural population.

Cold stress is a serious threat to global crop production and food security, but plant cold resistance is accompanied by reductions in growth and yield. In this study, we determined that the novel gene BcGSTF10 in non-heading Chinese cabbage [NHCC; Brassica campestris (syn. Brassica rapa) ssp. chinensis] is implicated in resistance to cold stress. Biochemical and genetic analyses demonstrated that BcGSTF10 interacts with BcICE1 to induce C-REPEAT BINDING FACTOR (CBF) genes that enhance freezing tolerance in NHCC and in Arabidopsis. However, BcCBF2 represses BcGSTF10 and the latter promotes growth in NHCC and Arabidopsis. This dual function of BcGSTF10 indicates its pivotal role in balancing cold stress and growth, and this important understanding has the potential to inform the future development of strategies to breed crops that are both climate-resilient and high-yielding.

Anxiety and depressive symptoms are prevalent in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and there is a great need for culturally relevant interventions to improve anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS. The current study aimed to analyze the factors influencing body-image satisfaction, anxiety, and depressive symptoms in Chinese women with PCOS. It also aimed to clarify the association between body-image satisfaction and anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS, and whether this association was mediated by cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. A total of 477 women with PCOS were recruited from the Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine Center of one university-affiliated tertiary hospital in China. They completed the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire-9, the Body Image States Scale, and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. The study found body-image satisfaction showed significant associations with anxiety and depressive symptoms. This association was mediated by cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. The findings of this study offer new insights into the relationship between body image and anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS. They also emphasize the potential value of promoting body-image satisfaction and enhancing cognitive reappraisal abilities to improve the mental health of women with PCOS.

Based on the established efficient regeneration system for watercress in our laboratory, we optimized the processes of pretreatment, co-culture, and differentiation culture. Through GFP fluorescence and PCR identification, we successfully obtained transgenic watercress with the DR5 gene, which allowed us to investigate the distribution details of auxin in the growth process of watercress. Our findings provide an effective method for gene function research and lay the foundation for innovative utilization of germplasm resources of watercress.

A well-developed root system is crucial for the rapid growth, asexual reproduction, and adaptation to the drought environments of the watercress. After analyzing the transcriptome of the watercress root system, we found that a high concentration of auxin is key to its adaptation to dry conditions. For the first time, we obtained DR5::EGFP watercress, which revealed the dynamic distribution of auxin in watercress root development under drought conditions. Via the application of naphthylphthalamic acid (NPA), 4-biphenylboronic acid (BBO), ethylene (ETH), abscisic acid (ABA), and other factors, we confirmed that auxin has a significant impact on the root development of watercress. Finally, we verified the role of auxin in root development using 35S::NoYUC8 watercress and showed that the synthesis of auxin in the root system mainly depends on the tryptophan, phenylalanine, and tyrosine amino acids (TAA) synthesis pathway. After the level of auxin increases, the root system of the watercress develops toward adaptation to dry environments. The formation of root aerenchyma disrupts the concentration gradient of auxin and is a key factor in the differentiation of lateral root primordia and H cells in watercress.

Previous studies suggest that the senescence and death of the replaceable bud of the Chinese chestnut cultivar (cv.) "Tima Zhenzhu" involves programmed cell death (PCD). However, the molecular network regulating replaceable bud PCD is poorly characterized. Here, we performed transcriptomic profiling on the chestnut cv. "Tima Zhenzhu" replaceable bud before (S20), during (S25), and after (S30) PCD to unravel the molecular mechanism underlying the PCD process. A total of 5,779, 9,867, and 2,674 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were discovered upon comparison of S20 vs S25, S20 vs S30, and S25 vs S30, respectively. Approximately 6,137 DEGs common to at least two comparisons were selected for gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses to interrogate the main corresponding biological functions and pathways. GO analysis showed that these common DEGs could be divided into three functional categories, including 15 cellular components, 14 molecular functions, and 19 biological processes. KEGG analysis found that "plant hormone signal transduction" included 93 DEGs. Overall, 441 DEGs were identified as related to the process of PCD. Most of these were found to be genes associated with ethylene signaling, as well as the initiation and execution of various PCD processes.

This cross-sectional study aimed to identify latent mental health subgroups of reproductive-aged women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and examine differences in emotion regulation and social support. A total of 477 samples (age = 27.22 ± 5.37) diagnosed with PCOS were included in this study, all of whom were of the same ethnicity. Latent profile analysis (LPA) was conducted in Mplus version 8.3 to identify mental health latent profiles in women with PCOS based on the dual-factor approach. The current study identified three distinct mental health profiles within women with PCOS: High-Symptom and High-Well-being Profile, Low-Symptom and High-Well-being Profile, and High-Symptom and Low-Well-being Profile, with group proportions of 52.3%, 35.7%, and 11.1%, respectively. This study revealed that cognitive reappraisal and social support are important protective factors for the mental health of women with PCOS, whereas expressive suppression is a negative factor for their mental health.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the experiences, emotional coping strategies, and help-seeking needs of women with PCOS from their perspective, considering common psychological issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression that are prevalent among individuals with PCOS. Materials and Methods: The study recruited 14 women with PCOS for semi-structured interviews between October and November 2022, using a descriptive phenomenology method design. The interviews were analyzed using NVivo 12 software. Results: Four themes and eleven subthemes were derived from the semi-structured interviews: (1) Negative Mental Health Status; (2) Four Patterns of Emotion Regulation; (3) The Psychological Double-Edged Sword: Family Social Network; (4) Strong Demands for Psychological Counseling and Lifestyle Guidance. Conclusion: The study suggests that interventions should focus on fostering internalized self-efficacy and emotional expression, promoting constructive familial support, and providing psychological counseling and lifestyle recommendations to alleviate psychological distress experienced by women with PCOS.

This review aimed to examine the effectiveness of exercise on global cognitive function, balance, depression symptoms, and sleep quality in patients with mild cognitive impairment. And systematically retrieved five electronic databases, including the Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and PsycINFO, from inception to May 2022. Of 1102 studies, twenty-one studies were included in this meta-analysis. The polled results revealed that exercise could significantly improve global cognitive function (SMD = 0.64, 95%CI: 0.36 to 0.91, Z = 4.56, P < 0.00001), balance (SMD = 0.62, 95%CI: 0.30 to 0.95, Z = 4.56, P = 0.0001) and depression symptoms (SMD = -0.37, 95%CI: -0.64 to -0.10, Z = 2.70, P = 0.007). The exercise was a promising intervention with the potential to be applied in people with mild cognitive impairment.

This review aimed to examine the effects of mindfulness-based interventions on physical and psychological outcomes in women with infertility. Studies were included if participants were women diagnosed with infertility, were over the age of 18, and the design was a randomized controlled trial of a mindfulness-based intervention program. Two independent reviewers undertook eligibility screening, data extraction, and methodological quality assessment. We used RevMan software version 5.4 (The Cochrane Collaboration) to conduct the meta-analyses. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) was followed. Ten articles were finally included in the current meta-analysis. The results of the meta-analysis revealed large, significant effects of mindfulness-based interventions that can effectively reduce depression[SMD = -1.28, 95% CI (-1.95, -0.60), P < 0.0001], anxiety [SMD = -0.89, 95% CI (-1.26, -0.51), P < 0.00001] symptoms, and improve five domains of health-related quality of life (physical function [MD = 9.47, 95% CI (4.33, 14.61), P = 0.0003], general health [MD = 15.77, 95% CI (7.62, 23.92), P = 0.0002], vitality [MD = 14.85, 95% CI (4.95, 24.74), P = 0.003], role-physical [MD = 22.44, 95% CI (14.97, 29.91), P < 0.00001] and social function [MD = 8.27, 95% CI (3.56, 12.97), P = 0.0006)] in women with infertility. The current meta-analysis results revealed that mindfulness-based interventions could effectively reduce depression and anxiety symptoms and improve health-related quality of life in women with infertility. Future rigorously designed, high-quality research is required to demonstrate whether mindfulness-based intervention programs can effectively reduce perceived stress and BMI.

BACKGROUND: Understanding the effectiveness of nonpharmacological interventions to improve cognitive function in older adults with MCI and identifying the best intervention may help inform ideas for future RCT studies and clinical decision-making. AIM: The main focus of this study was to assess the comparative effectiveness of nonpharmacological interventions on cognitive function in older adults with MCI and to rank the interventions. METHODS: RCT studies until September 2022 were searched from six databases, including PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, PsycINFO and CINAHL. The risk of bias in eligible trials was evaluated using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool. Both pairwise and network meta-analyses were used, and pooled effect sizes were reported using SMD and the corresponding 95% confidence intervals. RESULTS: A total of 28 RCT studies were included in this study, pooling 18 categories of nonpharmacological interventions. MBE (mind-body exercise) (SMD (standard mean difference): 0.24, 95% CI: 0.08-0.41, P = 0.004), DTE (dual-task exercise) (SMD: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.09-1.13, P = 0.02), PE (physical exercise) (SMD: 0.58, 95% CI: 0.04-1.12, P = 0.03) may be effective in improving cognitive function in older adults with MCI. Acupressure + CT (cognitive training) was the top-ranked intervention among all interventions. No greater benefits of MA (mindful awareness) on cognitive function were found. CONCLUSIONS: Overall, nonpharmacological interventions significantly improved cognitive function in older adults with MCI. Acupressure + CT(cognitive training) was the most effective intervention for managing cognitive impairment. Future studies with high quality and large sample size RCT studies are needed to confirm our results.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has been used for women with infertility. However, the efficacy of CBT among the infertile female population remains inconclusive. We performed a systematic literature search using the Cochrane Library, MEDLINE (OVID), EMBASE (OVID), CINAHL, PsycINFO (OVID), Web of Science, and ProQuest databases from the inception to May 2022. The Cochrane risk of bias tool for randomized trials was used to assess the methodological quality of the included studies. Revman 5.4 was conducted for statistical analysis, and meta-analyses were performed to calculate the pooled effects of CBT. Sixteen articles were finally included in the meta-analysis. The results of the meta-analysis revealed large, significant effects of cognitive-behavioural interventions that can effectively reduce depression, anxiety symptoms, psychological distress, perceived stress, infertility-specific stress, and improve the quality of life in women with infertility. However, the pooled MD using a fixed-effects model was 0.25, 95% CI [-0.33, 0.84], P = 0.40, and no significant differences in BMI were observed among those who received CBT therapy compared with those who did not. CBT effectively alleviates depression, anxiety, psychological distress, and infertility-specific stress levels and improves the quality of life among women with infertility. Future studies should explore the sustainability and long-term effect of cognitive-behavioural interventions in women with infertility.

Background: The previous meta-analysis indicated that physical exercise could play a crucially therapeutic role in reducing perinatal depression symptoms in women. However, the efficacy varies across different exercise types, forms, intensities, and duration. Aim: The purpose of this study was to review and evaluate the effects of different types, forms, intensities, and duration of exercise for improving perinatal depressive symptoms. Design: A systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods: Randomized controlled trials until December 2021 were searched from seven databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Medline, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO. The risk of bias in eligible trials was evaluated using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool. When high heterogeneity was tested, we used random-effects models. A funnel plot was used to assess the publication bias. This review was performed under the PRISMA guidelines, Consensus on Exercise Reporting (CERT) checklist and Cochrane Handbook. The certainty of the body of evidence was assessed using the GRADE method. Results: Of 1,573 records, 20 trials were identified in this study. The results of this review revealed that women with perinatal depression symptoms gained benefits from physical exercise [OR = 0.62, 95% CI (0.45, 0.86), P = 0.004; MD = -0.57, 95% CI (-0.83, -0.30), P < 0.0001]. Type of walking [SMD = -1.06, 95% CI (-1.92, -0.19), P < 0.00001], form of "Individual + group-based"exercise [SMD = -0.91, 95% CI (-0.80, -0.03), P = 0.04], intensity of ≥150 min per week [SMD = -0.84, 95% CI (-1.53, -0.15), P = 0.02], and ≥12 weeks duration [SMD = -0.53, 95% CI (-0.75, -0.31), P < 0.00001] seemed to generate more prominent improvement on perinatal depression symptoms. Conclusion: Physical exercise showed a significant effect on reducing perinatal depressive symptoms. This meta-analysis provides an important update on exercise's efficacy in treating perinatal depression. Further higher quality and large-scale trials are needed to substantiate our findings. Cold stress is a key factor limiting the yield and quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage. The hydrophilic protective protein LEA plays an important role in plant abiotic stress. In this study, 72 BcLEAs were identified from non-heading Chinese cabbage and divided into 9 subfamilies by phylogenetic analysis. Gene structure analysis showed that BcLEAs were unevenly distributed on 10 chromosomes, with few introns. Through analyzing the expression of these genes under cold stress by RNA-seq and qRT-PCR, two genes (BcLEA4-7 and BcLEA4-18) highly sensitive to cold stress were identified, whose roles in cold tolerance of non-heading Chinese cabbage were demonstrated by virus-induced gene silencing. The BcLEA promoters were analyzed to study the cold response mechanism of BcLEA4-7 and BcLEA4-18, revealing that both BcLEA4-7 and BcLEA4-18 promoters contained two CRT/DRE elements. Subsequently, it was found that the promoters isolated from non-heading Chinese cabbage could be activated at low temperatures. Further analysis showed BcCBF2 in non-heading Chinese cabbage interacted with two CRT/DRE elements in BcLEA4-7 and BcLEA4-18 promoters to stimulate their activity, indicating that BcCBF2 is an upstream regulator. Meanwhile, the CRT/DRE element located in BcLEA4-7 promoter (-219â¯bp to -171â¯bp) and BcLEA4-18 promoter (-234â¯bp to -186â¯bp) was more likely to be activated by BcCBF2, which may be attributed to its flanking sequence. These data laid a foundation for further understanding the functional role and regulatory mechanism of BcLEAs in cold stress tolerance.

BACKGROUND: Postpartum depression (PPD) is a public health problem that has significant adverse effects on mothers, couple's relationships, newborn neurodevelopment, and child emotional and cognitive development. This study reviewed the effectiveness of telemedicine interventions in postparturient women with postpartum depression. AIMS: To evaluate the effectiveness of telemedicine intervention in women with postpartum depression. METHODS: Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, CINAHL, and PsycINFO were searched for relevant articles published between 2003 and March 2021. We also manually reviewed the reference lists of the retrieved articles. The present study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The risk of bias for individual studies was evaluated according to the Cochrane Handbook. RevMan 5.4 software was used to carry out the meta-analysis. RESULTS: The meta-analysis included 20 randomized controlled trials with a total of 3252 patients. The results demonstrated that telemedicine was an effective intervention for treating PPD and anxiety and for improving functional impairment in women during their postpartum period. LINKING EVIDENCE TO ACTION: This meta-analysis provided evidence that telemedicine was an effective intervention for treating PPD in women. Telemedicine also has significant effects on anxiety and improved functional impairment in women during their postpartum period. Our findings may provide accurate evidence-based guidance for postpartum women's mental health management. In the future, more high-quality studies are required for verifying these results.

AIM: The current systematic review aimed to present the pooled estimated prevalence and risk factors of PPD. BACKGROUND: Postpartum depression seriously affects the physical and mental health of the mother and child. However, high-quality meta-analysis is limited, which restricts the screening and intervention of postpartum depression. DESIGN: A systematic review and meta-analysis. METHODS: Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science were searched for cohort and case-control studies investigating the prevalence and risk factors of postpartum depression from inception to December 31st, 2020. Meta-analyses were performed to identify postpartum depression prevalence and risk factors using a random-effects model. RESULTS: Of the 33 citations evaluated, 27 reported the prevalence of postpartum depression in 33 separate study populations containing 133,313. SUBJECTS: Pooled prevalence in all studies was 14.0% (95%CI, 12.0%-15.0%). The prevalence varied according to country (from 5.0% to 26.32%) and developing countries, especially China, have a high prevalence of postpartum depression. The following risk factors were associated with postpartum depression: gestational diabetes mellitus(OR = 2.71, 95%CI 1.78-4.14, I2 = 0.0%), depression during pregnancy(OR = 2.40, 95%CI 1.96-2.93, I2 = 96.7%), pregnant women give birth to boys(OR = 1.62; 95%CI 1.28-2.05; I2 = 0.0%), history of depression during pregnancy(OR = 4.82, 95%CI 1.32-17.54, I2 = 74.9%), history of depression(OR = 3.09, 95%CI 1.62-5.93, I2 = 86.5%) and epidural anaesthesia during delivery(OR = .81, 95%CI .13-4.87, I2 = 90.1%). CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of postpartum depression seems to be high, especially in developing countries. Gestational diabetes mellitus, depression during pregnancy, pregnant women give birth to boys, history of depression during pregnancy, history of depression, epidural anaesthesia during delivery were identified as risk factors for postpartum depression. Understanding the risk factors of PPD can provide the healthcare personnel with the theoretical basis for the patients' management and treatment. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE: This systematic review and meta-analysis identified six significant risk factors for PPD, which provides nurses with a theoretical basis for managing and treating women with PPD to effectively improve the screening rate, intervention rate and referral rate of women with PPD.

BACKGROUND: Suicidal ideation, a significant risk factor of suicide, is considered a potential trigger for intervention prior to self-harm or suicide; however, the prevalence of maternal suicidal ideation varied widely between studies. This review aims to synthesis the available evidence to estimate the prevalence of maternal suicidal ideation before and after pregnancy. METHODS: We searched six English databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, PsycINFO, CINAHL) and three Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wang Fang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Databases) from database inceptions before August 31, 2020; and checked the reference list for relevant studies. Data in the included studies were used to calculate the prevalence of maternal suicidal ideation. Subgroup analysis and meta-regression were performed to detect the potential sources of heterogeneity. RESULTS: 6094 potentially studies were identified. 71 studies, including 23 cohort studies, 47 cross-sectional studies, and 1 RCT study, were included for final analysis. The total participants were 92146, with sample size ranged from 23 to 22118. The included studies were from 23 different countries distributing on six continents, most of the studies were conducted in Asia (n = 18), North America (n = 16), and South America (n = 15). The pooled prevalence of maternal suicidal ideation reported by eligible studies was 8% (95% CI 7-10%), with 10% in antenatal and 7% in postpartum. Prevalence significantly varied based on measuring tools, study design, study countries, and publication year, while prevalence was not conditional on the time-point assessment, sample size, and maternal age. LIMITATION: Obvious heterogeneity and no standardization tools for measuring suicidal ideation may limit the results' interpretation. CONCLUSION: Our systematic review reported the prevalence of suicidal ideation in pregnancy and postpartum was 8%. Future studies should establish standardization tools for measuring suicidal ideation and identify strategies of prevention and treatment.

Auxin/indoleacetic acid (Aux/IAA) proteins play an important regulatory role in the developmental process of plants and their responses to stresses. A previous study has shown that constitutive expression of OsIAA18, an Aux/IAA transcription factor gene of rice improved salt and osmotic tolerance in transgenic Arabidopsis plants. However, little work is known about the regulatory functions of the OsIAA18 gene in regulating the abiotic stress tolerance of rice. In this study, the OsIAA18 gene was introduced into the rice cultivar, Zhonghua 11 and the OsIAA18 overexpression in rice plants exhibited significantly enhanced salt and drought tolerance compared to the wild type (WT). Moreover, overexpression of OsIAA18 in rice increased endogenous levels of abscisic acid (ABA) and the overexpression of OsIAA18 in rice plants showed hypersensitivity to exogenous ABA treatment at both the germination and postgermination stages compared to WT. Overexpression of OsIAA18 upregulated the genes involved in ABA biosynthesis and signaling pathways, proline biosynthesis pathway, and reactive oxygen species (ROS)-scavenging system in the overexpression of OsIAA18 in rice plants under salt and drought stresses. Proline content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and peroxidase (POD) activities were significantly increased, whereas malonaldehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and superoxide anion radical (O2 -) content were significantly decreased in the transgenic plants under salt and drought stresses. Taken together, we suggest that OsIAA18 plays a positive role in drought and salt tolerance by regulating stress-induced ABA signaling. The OsIAA18 gene has a potential application in genetically modified crops with enhanced tolerance to abiotic stresses.
