RESUMO

It is of great significance to develop efficient methods for preparing high-content modified nanoscale lead azide (LA) composites used in microinitiating devices. In this work, a structurally controllable salicylate-intercalated lead hydroxide with a nanoscale mesoporous structure is designed. Using it as a precursor, carbon-based lead azide (LA/C) and salicylate-based lead azide (LA/SA) are fabricated by the gas-solid azidation of the framework (GAF) method within 3 h, greatly reducing the preparation time of nano-LA composites. The characterizations of the composites demonstrate that the Pb in the precursors is transformed into nanoscale LA attached to the salicylate radical or its carbonized skeleton. Due to the unique embedded nanostructures and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of salicylate-derived carbon materials, LA/C exhibits excellent electrostatic safety (E50 = 0.25 J) and flame sensitivity (H50 = 28 cm). The adjustable organic-inorganic ratio of intercalated hydroxides allows the LA content in LA/C to reach as high as 92.5%, enabling 6.50 mg of LA/C to successfully detonate secondary explosive CL-20 in a microinitiating device, demonstrating an amazing detonation ability superior to other reported LA complexes. The research provides a new perspective for the development of nanoscale LA composites with high LA content and appropriate sensitivity.

During the freeze-thaw process, human spermatozoa are susceptible to oxidative stress, which may cause cryodamage and reduce sperm quality. As a novel mitochondria-targeted antioxidant, Mito-tempo has been used for sperm cryopreservation. However, it is currently unknown what role it will play in the process of sperm ultra-rapid freezing. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Mito-tempo can improve sperm quality during ultra-rapid freezing. In this study, samples with the addition of Mito-tempo (0, 5, 10, 20, and 40 µM) to sperm freezing medium were selected to evaluate the changes in sperm quality, antioxidant capacity and ultrastructure after ultra-rapid freezing. After ultra-rapid freezing, the quality and antioxidant function of the spermatozoa were significantly reduced and the spermatozoa ultrastructure was destroyed. The addition of 10 µM Mito-tempo significantly increased post thaw sperm motility, viability, plasma membrane integrity and mitochondrial membrane potential (P < 0.05). Moreover, the DNA fragmentation index (DFI), ROS levels and MDA content were reduced, and the antioxidant enzyme (CAT and SOD) activities were enhanced in the 10 µM Mito-tempo group (P < 0.05). Moreover, Mito-tempo protected sperm ultrastructure from damage. In conclusion, Mito-tempo improved the quality and antioxidant function of sperm after ultra-rapid freezing while reducing freezing-induced ultrastructural damage.

The formation of phytoene by condensing two geranylgeranyl diphosphate molecules catalyzed by phytoene synthase (PSY) is the first committed and rate-limiting step in carotenoid biosynthesis, which has been extensively investigated in bacteria, land plants and microalgae. However, this step in macroalgae remains unknown. In the present study, a gene encoding putative phytoene synthase was cloned from the economic red alga Pyropia yezoensis-a species that has long been used in food and pharmaceuticals. The conservative motifs/domains and the tertiary structure predicted using bioinformatic tools suggested that the cloned PyPSY should encode a phytoene synthase; this was empirically confirmed by pigment complementation in E. coli. This phytoene synthase was encoded by a single copy gene, whose expression was presumably regulated by many factors. The phylogenetic relationship of PSYs from different organisms suggested that red algae are probably the progeny of primary endosymbiosis and plastid donors of secondary endosymbiosis.

Alkaline polymer electrolytes (APEs) are essential materials for alkaline energy conversion devices such as anion exchange membrane fuel cells (AEMFCs) and water electrolyzers (AEMWEs). Here, we report a series of branched poly(aryl-co-aryl piperidinium) with different branching agents (triptycene: highly-rigid, three-dimensional structure; triphenylbenzene: planar, two-dimensional structure) for high-performance APEs. Among them, triptycene branched APEs showed excellent hydroxide conductivity (193.5 mS cm-1 @80 °C), alkaline stability, mechanical properties, and dimensional stability due to the formation of branched network structures, and increased free volume. AEMFCs based on triptycene-branched APEs reached promising peak power densities of 2.503 and 1.705 W cm-2 at 75/100 % and 30/30 % (anode/cathode) relative humidity, respectively. In addition, the fuel cells can run stably at a current density of 0.6 A cm-2 for 500 h with a low voltage decay rate of 46 µV h-1 . Importantly, the related AEMWE achieved unprecedented current densities of 16 A cm-2 and 14.17 A cm-2 (@2 V, 80 °C, 1 M NaOH) using precious and non-precious metal catalysts, respectively. Moreover, the AEMWE can be stably operated under 1.5 A cm-2 at 60 °C for 2000 h. The excellent results suggest that the triptycene-branched APEs are promising candidates for future AEMFC and AEMWE applications.

Epidemiological and animal experimental studies suggest an association between gestational cholestasis and intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Here, we explored the mechanism through which gestational cholestasis induced IUGR. To establish gestational cholestasis model, pregnant mice were subcutaneously injected with 17α-Ethynylestradiol (E2) on gestational day 13 (GD13)-GD17. Some pregnant mice were intraperitoneally injected with 4µ8C on GD13-GD17. The results found that the apoptosis of trophoblast cells was elevated in placentas of mice with gestational cholestasis and in deoxycholic acid (DCA)-treated human trophoblast cell lines and primary mouse trophoblast cells. Correspondingly, the levels of placental cleaved caspase-3 and Bax were increased, while placental Bcl2 level was decreased in mice with gestational cholestasis and in DCA-treated trophoblast cells. Further analysis found that placental IRE1α pathway was activated in mice with gestational cholestasis and in DCA-treated trophoblast cells. Interestingly, 4µ8C, an IRE1α RNase inhibitor, significantly inhibited caspase-3 activity and apoptosis of trophoblast cells in vivo and in vitro. Importantly, 4µ8C rescued gestational cholestasis-induced placental insufficiency and IUGR. Furthermore, a case-control study demonstrated that placental IRE1α and caspase-3 pathways were activated in cholestasis cases. Our results provide evidence that gestational cholestasis induces placental insufficiency and IUGR may be via triggering IRE1α-mediated apoptosis of placental trophoblast cells.

MnTBAP is a new synthetic antioxidant that has been used for the cryopreservation of sperm. However, the exact mechanism of its cryoprotection at the molecular level is largely unknown. Therefore, in this study, normal human semen samples were selected and MnTBAP (0, 5, 10, 20, 40 µM) was added to sperm freezing medium to assess changes in kinetics parameters, apoptosis, reactive oxygen species (ROS), and DNA fragmentation index (DFI) after sperm ultra-rapid freezing. The tandem masstagging (TMT) proteomics technique was used to further investigate the changes in proteins after sperm ultra-rapid freezing. The kinetic parameters of sperm after ultra-rapid freezing and thawing were significantly reduced and apoptosis, ROS production and DFI were significantly increased. The addition of 40 µM MnTBAP improved the kinetic parameters, while it reduced apoptosis, ROS production, and DFI of sperm after ultra-rapid freezing and thawing (P < 0.05). Compared with the fresh semen, 1978 differential proteins were identified in the frozen-thawed sperm without MnTBAP and 1888 differential proteins were identified in the frozen-thawed sperm with MnTBAP (40 µM) added. The proteins affected during ultra-rapid freezing were mainly related to sperm metabolism, flagellar structure motility, apoptosis, intracellular signaling, capacitation and fertilization, while the addition of MnTBAP reduced the alterations of these proteins.

To investigate the association between the number of days an individual takes 8,000 steps or more and frailty among older chinese women. The number of days per week taking 8,000 steps or more were measured with triaxial accelerometers. The Fried Phenotype model was used to assess frailty status. Compared to participants who walked 8,000 steps or more 0 days per week, the odds ratio of frailty was lower among those who took 8,000 steps or more 1-2 days and 3-7 days per week. Additionally, taking 3,800 steps or more in bouts of ≥10 min or taking 1,500 steps or more in ≥100 steps/min was significantly and negatively associated with frailty. These foundings indicate that, in addition to participants taking 8,000 steps or more at least one day per week, step duration and intensity may also be important factors for preventing and improving frailty in older women.

Anion exchange membrane fuel cells (AEMFCs) and water electrolysis (AEMWE) show great application potential in the field of hydrogen energy conversion technology. However, scalable anion exchange membranes (AEMs) with desirable properties are still lacking, which greatly hampers the commercialization of this technology. Herein, we propose a series of novel multiblock AEMs based on ether-free poly(biphenyl ammonium-b-biphenyl phenyl)s (PBPA-b-BPPs) that are suitable for use in high performance AEMFC and AEMWE systems because of their well-formed microphase separation structures. The developed AEMs achieved outstanding OH- conductivity (162.2 mS cm-1 at 80 °C) with a low swelling ratio, good alkaline stability, and excellent mechanical durability (tensile strength >31 MPa and elongation at break >147 % after treatment in 2 M NaOH at 80 °C for 3750 h). A PBPA-b-BPP-based AEMFC demonstrated a remarkable peak power density of 2.41 W cm-2 and in situ durability for 330 h under 0.6 A cm-2 at 70 °C. An AEMWE device showed a promising performance (6.25 A cm-2 at 2 V, 80 °C) and outstanding in situ durability for 3250 h with a low voltage decay rate (<28 µV h-1 ). The newly developed PBPA-b-BPP AEMs thus show great application prospects for energy conversion devices.

The lack of anion exchange membranes (AEMs) that possess both high hydroxide conductivity and stable mechanical and chemical properties poses a major challenge to the development of high-performance fuel cells. Improving one side of the balance between conductivity and stability usually means sacrificing the other. Herein, we used facile, high-yield chemical reactions to design and synthesize a piperidinium polymer with a polyethylene backbone for AEM fuel cell applications. To improve the performance, we introduced ionic crosslinking into high-cationic-ratio AEMs to suppress high water uptake and swelling while further improving the hydroxide conductivity. Remarkably, PEP80-20PS achieved a hydroxide conductivity of 354.3 mS cm-1 at 80 °C while remaining mechanically stable. Compared with the base polymer PEP80, the water uptake of PEP80-20PS decreased by 69 % from 813 % to 350 %, and the swelling decreased substantially by 85 % from 350.0 % to 50.2 % at 80 °C. PEP80-20PS also showed excellent alkaline stability, 84.7 % remained after 35 days of treatment with an aqueous KOH solution. The chemical design in this study represents a significant advancement toward the development of simultaneously highly stable and conductive AEMs for fuel cell applications.

Developing smart hydrogels with integrated and suitable properties to treat intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) by minimally invasive injection is of high desire in clinical application and still an ongoing challenge. In this work, an extraordinary injectable hydrogel PBNPs@OBG (Prussian blue nanoparticles@oxidized hyaluronic acid/borax/gelatin) with promising antibacterial, antioxidation, rapid gelation, and self-healing characteristics was designed via dual-dynamic-bond cross-linking among the oxidized hyaluronic acid (OHA), borax, and gelatin. The mechanical performance of the hydrogel was studied by dynamic mechanical analysis. Meanwhile, the swelling ratio and degradation level of the hydrogel was explored. Benefiting from its remarkable mechanical properties, sufficient tissue adhesiveness, and ideal shape-adaptability, the injectable PBNPs containing hydrogel was explored for IVDD therapy. Astoundingly, the as-fabricated hydrogel was able to alleviate H2O2-induced excessive ROS against oxidative stress trauma of nucleus pulposus, which was further revealed by theoretical calculations. Rat IVDD model was next established to estimate therapeutic effect of this PBNPs@OBG hydrogel for IVDD treatment in vivo. On the whole, combination of the smart multifunctional hydrogel and nanotechnology-mediated antioxidant therapy can serve as a fire-new general type of therapeutic strategy for IVDD and other oxidative stress-related diseases.

PURPOSE: Eyecare is evolving increasingly personalised corrections and increasingly personalised evaluations of corrections on-eye. This report describes individualising optical and neural components of the VSX (visual Strehl) metric and evaluates personalisation using two clinical applications. (1) Better understanding visual experience: While VSX tracks visual performance in typical eyes, non-individualised metrics underestimated visual performance in highly aberrated eyes - could this be understood by personalising metrics? (2) Metric-optimised objective spherocylindrical refractions in typical and atypical eyes have used neural weighting functions of typical eyes - will personalisation affect the outcome in clinical 0.25D steps? METHODS: Orientation-specific neural contrast sensitivity was measured in four typical myopic and astigmatic eyes and six eyes with keratoconus. Wavefront error was measured in all eyes while uncorrected and when the keratoconic eyes wore wavefront-guided scleral lenses. Total experiment duration was 24-28 h per subject. Two versions of VSX were calculated for each application: one weighted ocular optics with measured neural contrast sensitivity data from that eye, another weighted optics with a representative neural function of typical eyes. Wavefront-guided corrections were evaluated using the two metric values. Spherocylindrical corrections that optimised each metric were identified. RESULTS: Metric values for keratoconic eyes improved by a mean factor of 1.99 (~0.3 log units) when personalised. Applying this factor to a larger sample of eyes from a previous keratoconus study reconciled dissonances between the percentage of eyes reaching normative best-corrected metric levels and the percentages of eyes reaching normative levels of visual acuity and contrast sensitivity. Spherocylindrical corrections that optimised both versions of VSX were clinically equivalent (mean ± SD Euclidean dioptric difference 0.13 ± 0.18 D). CONCLUSIONS: Personalising visual image quality metrics is beneficial when actual metric values are used (evaluating ophthalmic corrections on-eye against norms) and when fine increments in visual quality are imparted (wavefront-guided corrections). However, partially individualised metrics appear adequate when metrics relatively rank spherocylindrical corrections in 0.25 D steps.

Landslide prediction is critical for the early warning of a landslide occurrence. Existing stepwise landslide displacement prediction methods are mostly data-driven approaches. However, these models are vulnerable to overfitting, and the low-dimensional numerical features with high numerical volatility prevent them from precisely quantifying the rapid increase in daily displacement in the acceleration phase. Therefore, we propose a semantic information-driven stepwise landslide displacement prediction model comprising an identifier in the displacement phase and a predictor in the acceleration phase. First, the raw landslide monitoring data are converted into text-based semantic information and the semantic features are fused. Subsequently, based on the daily displacement and velocity, we propose a sliding window phase division algorithm to divide the stepwise landslide phase into stationary and acceleration phases. Finally, the landslide displacement phase is identified, and the displacement during the acceleration phase is predicted. The experimental results of the model on the Xinpu and Qingshi landslides in Chongqing, China, show that the proposed model exploits the derived semantic information to identify the landslide acceleration phase qualitatively, and predict the daily displacement of the acceleration phase quantitatively. The proposed model provides a valuable reference for the early warning of stepwise landslides.

Having the means to share research data openly is essential to modern science. For human research, a key aspect in this endeavor is obtaining consent from participants, not just to take part in a study, which is a basic ethical principle, but also to share their data with the scientific community. To ensure that the participants' privacy is respected, national and/or supranational regulations and laws are in place. It is, however, not always clear to researchers what the implications of those are, nor how to comply with them. The Open Brain Consent (https://open-brain-consent.readthedocs.io) is an international initiative that aims to provide researchers in the brain imaging community with information about data sharing options and tools. We present here a short history of this project and its latest developments, and share pointers to consent forms, including a template consent form that is compliant with the EU general data protection regulation. We also share pointers to an associated data user agreement that is not only useful in the EU context, but also for any researchers dealing with personal (clinical) data elsewhere.

In recent years, the discovery of ovarian germ stem cells (OGSCs) has provided a new research direction for the treatment of female infertility. The ovarian microenvironment affects the proliferation and differentiation of OGSCs, and immune cells and related cytokines are important components of the microenvironment. However, whether improving the ovarian microenvironment can regulate the proliferation of OGSCs and remodel ovarian function has not been reported. In this study, we chelated chito-oligosaccharide (COS) with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) to track the distribution of COS in the body. COS was given to mice through the best route of administration, and the changes in ovarian and immune function were detected using assays of organ index, follicle counting, serum estrogen (E2) and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) levels, and the expression of IL-2 and TNF-α in the ovaries. We found that COS significantly increased the organ index of the ovary and immune organs, reduced the rate of follicular atresia, increased the levels of E2 and AMH hormones, and increased the protein expression of IL-2 and TNF-α in the ovary. Then, COS and OGSCs were co-cultured to observe the combination of COS and OGSCs, and measure the survival rate of OGSCs. With increasing time, the fluorescence intensity of cells gradually increased, and the cytokines IL-2 and TNF-α significantly promoted the proliferation of OGSCs. In conclusion, COS could significantly improve the ovarian and immune function of chemotherapy model mice, and improve the survival rate of OGSCs, which provided a preliminary blueprint for further exploring the mechanism of COS in protecting ovarian function.

BACKGROUND: Autophagy-related genes (ARGs) have been confirmed to have an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor microenvironment formation. Nevertheless, a systematic analysis of ARGs and their clinical significance in sarcoma patients is lacking. METHODS: Gene expression files from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) were used to select differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Differentially expressed ARGs (DEARGs) were determined by matching the DEG and HADb gene sets, which were evaluated by functional enrichment analysis. Unsupervised clustering of the identified DEARGs was conducted, and associations with tumor microenvironment (TME), immune checkpoints, and immune cells were analyzed simultaneously. Two prognostic signatures, one for overall survival (OS) and one for disease-free survival (DFS), were established and validated in an independent set. RESULTS: In total, 84 DEARGs and two clusters were identified. TME scores, five immune checkpoints, and several types of immune cells were found to be significantly different between two clusters. Two prognostic signatures incorporating DEARGs showed favorable discrimination and were successfully validated. Two nomograms combining signature and clinical variables were generated. The C-indexes were 0.818 and 0.747 for the OS and DFS nomograms, respectively. CONCLUSION: This comprehensive analyses of the ARG landscape in sarcoma showed novel ARGs related to carcinogenesis and the immune microenvironment. These findings have implications for prognosis and therapeutic responses, which reveal novel potential prognostic biomarkers, promote precision medicine, and provide potential novel targets for immunotherapy.

PURPOSE: To investigate the topological alterations of the whole-brain white matter structural networks in episodic migraine (EM) without aura. METHODS: Forty-five EM patients without aura and 35 age- and sex-matched healthy controls were registered, and underwent diffusion tensor MRI acquisition at interictal. Graph theory-based analyses were then performed for the characterization of brain structural network properties. Pearson correlation analysis was performed on each network metric between the EM patients and healthy controls. RESULTS: The EM patients exhibited abnormal global network properties and local network topology that were characterized by more strongly integrated, more efficient, and faster information transferring. These network differences were widely located in the occipital, temporal, and parietal regions. Additionally, the local efficient of global parameters showed positive correlation with visual analogue scale, and along with prolonging disease duration, the nodal efficiency would be reduced, and the nodal shortest path length would be increased. Headache Impact Test version 6 scores have negative correlation with the nodal shortest path length, and positive correlations with the nodal efficiency. CONCLUSION: The results indicate that EM patients had aberrant topological structure and make a better understanding of structural connectivity in EM; it may provide imaging evidence for clinical study of migraine pathogenesis.

OBJECTIVE: To study the metabolic derangements in the second half of pregnancy caused by gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM), on the short term neurodevelopment of infants. DESIGN: A prospective cohort study of 555 mother-child pairs were recruited, which included 177 GDM patients and 378 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance as controls. Clinical and demographic characteristics were obtained at enrollment, birth and follow-up. Neurodevelopment was examined with the Bayley Scales of Infant Development V.1 mental development index (MDI) and psychomotor development index (PDI). Fatty acids (FA) were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). RESULTS: Statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and triglyceride (TG). The scores of MDI and PDI of control group were higher than those of GDM group. The regression analysis showed that maternal age and saturated fatty acid (SFA) were independently associated with lower scores on the MDI whereas gestational age and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were associated with higher scores; in addition, lower scores on the PDI were associated with FPG and neonatal weigh associated with higher scores. CONCLUSION: SFA, DHA and FPG as indicators of lipid metabolism were associated with neurodevelopmental outcome at 1 year in offspring of women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Control the level of blood glucose and lipid during pregnancy and the appropriate supplementation of DHA during pregnancy in the second half of pregnancy may be beneficial to the neurodevelopment of infants.

PURPOSE: Spherical orthokeratology and soft multifocal contact lenses are commonly used for myopia control and correction, but have been shown to increase spherical aberration, coma and total higher order root mean square (HORMS) aberrations. There are limited myopia control contact lens options for patients with moderate to high astigmatism. The purpose of this study was to quantify changes in higher order aberrations (HOA) in myopic astigmatic eyes fitted with toric orthokeratology (TOK) and soft toric multifocal (STM) contact lenses. METHODS: Ocular wavefront aberrations were measured in both eyes of 30 adult subjects and are reported through the 6th radial order over a 5 mm, dilated pupil. All eyes met refractive criteria of myopia (-5.00 D to plano) and cylinder (-3.50 to -1.25 D). Three measurements were taken at baseline and after 10 ± 2 days of lens wear (TOK, STM). Sixteen subjects achieved logMAR high contrast visual acuity of 0.30 or better in both eyes and were included in this analysis. Repeated measures analysis of variance and post-hoc paired t-tests were used, as appropriate, with Benjamini-Hochberg correction. RESULTS: Higher order root mean square, spherical aberration (C12), and coma RMS (C7, C8) increased with TOK (0.641 [0.222], 0.409 [0.157], 0.426 [0.187] µm, respectively) and STM (0.481 [0.107], 0.223 [0.139], 0.320 [0.130] µm, respectively) from baseline (all p < 0.001). TOK was elevated compared to STM for HORMS (p = 0.03), spherical aberration (p = 0.001) and coma RMS (p = 0.04). CONCLUSIONS: Toric orthokeratology induced more HORMS, spherical aberration and coma RMS than STM in myopic astigmats; however, both lens types showed an increase in HOA compared to baseline, which placed patients outside the age and pupil size matched normative ranges. While the optical changes that accompany these modalities are helpful for myopia management, the induction of HOAs may have unintended consequences on visual performance.

Despite considerable studies focused on the symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), little is understood about how symptoms of PTSD naturalistically change over time. Using network analyses approaches, the current study aimed to understand the nature of the association between PTSD symptoms at different time points among adolescents who experienced an earthquake. This study enrolled 900 youth survivors who completed 3 assessments with the Child PTSD Symptom Scale at 1 year, 1.5 years, and 2 years after the Wenchuan earthquake. A graphical Gaussian model (GGM) was used to investigate how symptom networks changed across these time points and to identify the symptoms that were the most central within the network. Results from GGM indicated that different symptoms were observed to have highest centrality at different time points. Feeling distant or cut off from others, avoid thoughts and feelings about the trauma, and feeling irritable or having angry outbursts appeared as the node with highest centrality at 1 year (T1), 1.5 years (T2), and 2 years (T3) post-earthquake, respectively.

Along with the growing concern over resource depletion and environmental damage, an increasing number of firms, especially heavy-polluting firms, have confronted with intense pressure imposed by various stakeholders like government, media and Environmental Non-Governmental Organizations (ENGOs). Specifically, ENGOs, as a classic informal institution, has gradually become as important as governments in stimulating polluting firms to reduce pollutant emissions and implement green innovation. At the same time, due to the imbalances of ENGOs' resource endowments and geographic distributions in various regions, the normative pressure from ENGOs on polluting firms may also differ by geographic distance. Given that, building on economic geography and institutional theory, the current study developed a theoretical framework to illustrate the relationship between geographic proximity to ENGOs and firms' green innovation. The roles of ownership types and regional pollution level are then examined. For a sample of Chinese heavy-polluting firms from 2009 to 2015 and employing multiple linear regression, the study found that a firm's geographic proximity to ENGOs affects green technology innovation positively and significantly. However, the effect of geographic proximity on green management innovation varies as the radius changes. In addition, the regression results also indicated that the positive relation between geographic proximity and green technology innovation is stronger in SOEs than in NSOEs. In turn, the positive relation between geographic distance beyond a 100 km radius and green management innovation is stronger in NSOEs than in SOEs. Moreover, the results further demonstrated that regional pollution level weakens the impact of geographic proximity to ENGOs on green management innovation. The study not only provides an enhanced understanding about the literature on corporate environmental responsibility but also has important practical implications for prompting heavy-polluting firms' green innovation with the aid of ENGOs.
