RESUMO

A renewable source of porcine macrophages derived from pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) would be a valuable alternative to primary porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs) in the research of host-pathogen interaction mechanisms. We developed an efficient and rapid protocol, within 11 days, to derive macrophages from porcine PSCs (pPSCs). The pPSC-derived macrophages (pPSCdMs) exhibited molecular and functional characteristics of primary macrophages. The pPSCdMs showed macrophage-specific surface protein expression and macrophage-specific transcription factors, similar to PAMs. The pPSCdMs also exhibited the functional characteristics of macrophages, such as endocytosis, phagocytosis, porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus infection and the response to lipopolysaccharide stimulation. Furthermore, we performed transcriptome sequencing of the whole differentiation process to track the fate transitions of porcine PSCs involved in the signaling pathway. The activation of transforming growth factor beta signaling was required for the formation of mesoderm and the inhibition of the transforming growth factor beta signaling pathway at the hematopoietic endothelium stage could enhance the fate transformation of hematopoiesis. In summary, we developed an efficient and rapid protocol to generate pPSCdMs that showed aspects of functional maturity comparable with PAMs. pPSCdMs could provide a broad prospect for the platforms of host-pathogen interaction mechanisms.

Organoids are in vitro 3D models that are generated using stem cells to study organ development and regeneration. Despite the extensive research on lung organoids, there is limited information on pig lung cell generation or development. Here, we identified five epithelial cell types along with their characteristic markers using scRNA-seq. Additionally, we found that NKX2.1 and FOXA2 acted as the crucial core transcription factors in porcine lung development. The presence of SOX9/SOX2 double-positive cells was identified as a key marker for lung progenitor cells. The Monocle algorithm was used to create a pseudo-temporal differentiation trajectory of epithelial cells, leading to the identification of signaling pathways related to porcine lung development. Moreover, we established the differentiation method from porcine pluripotent stem cells (pPSCs) to SOX17+ FOXA2+ definitive endoderm (DE) and NKX2.1+ FOXA2+ CDX2- anterior foregut endoderm (AFE). The AFE is further differentiated into lung organoids while closely monitoring the differentiation process. We showed that NKX2.1 overexpression facilitated the induction of lung organoids and supported subsequent lung differentiation and maturation. This model offers valuable insights into studying the interaction patterns between cells and the signaling pathways during the development of the porcine lung.

Glioma is the most common brain malignancy, characterized by high morbidity, high mortality, and treatment-resistance. Inverted CCAAT box Binding Protein of 90 kDa (ICBP90) has been reported to be involved in tumor progression and the maintenance of DNA methylation. Herein, we constructed ICBP90 over-expression and knockdown glioma cell lines, and found that ICBP90 knockdown inhibited glioma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. ICBP90 silencing potentially enhanced cellular sensitivity to cis-platinum (DDP) and exacerbated DDP-induced pyroptosis, manifested by the elevated levels of gasdermin D-N-terminal and cleaved caspase 1; whereas, ICBP90 over-expression exhibited the opposite effects. Consistently, ICBP90 knockdown inhibited tumor growth in an in vivo mouse xenograft study using U251 cells stably expressing sh-ICBP90 and oe-ICBP90. Further experiments found that ICBP90 reduced the expression of Dickkopf 3 homolog (DKK3), a negative regulator of ß-catenin, by binding its promoter and inducing DNA methylation. ICBP90 knockdown prevented the nuclear translocation of ß-catenin and suppressed the expression of c-Myc and cyclin D1. Besides, DKK3 over-expression restored the effects of ICBP90 over-expression on cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and DDP sensitivity. Our findings suggest that ICBP90 inhibits the expression of DKK3 in glioma by maintaining DKK3 promoter methylation, thereby conducing to ICBP90-mediated carcinogenesis and drug insensitivity.

Despite pluripotent stem cells sharing key transcription factors, their maintenance involves distinct genetic inputs. Emerging evidence suggests that super-enhancers (SEs) can function as master regulatory hubs to control cell identity and pluripotency in humans and mice. However, whether pluripotency-associated SEs share an evolutionary origin in mammals remains elusive. Here, we performed comprehensive comparative epigenomic and transcription factor binding analyses among pigs, humans, and mice to identify pluripotency-associated SEs. Like typical enhancers, SEs displayed rapid evolution in mammals. We showed that BRD4 is an essential and conserved activator for mammalian pluripotency-associated SEs. Comparative motif enrichment analysis revealed 30 shared transcription factor binding motifs among the three species. The majority of transcriptional factors that bind to identified motifs are known regulators associated with pluripotency. Further, we discovered three pluripotency-associated SEs (SE-SOX2, SE-PIM1, and SE-FGFR1) that displayed remarkable conservation in placental mammals and were sufficient to drive reporter gene expression in a pluripotency-dependent manner. Disruption of these conserved SEs through the CRISPR-Cas9 approach severely impaired stem cell pluripotency. Our study provides insights into the understanding of conserved regulatory mechanisms underlying the maintenance of pluripotency as well as species-specific modulation of the pluripotency-associated regulatory networks in mammals.

In rodents and humans, the major cellular events at spermatogenesis include self-renewal of spermatogonial stem cells and undifferentiated spermatogonia via mitosis, commitment of spermatogonia to differentiation and transformation to spermatocytes, meiosis, spermiogenesis, and the release of spermatozoa at spermiation. While details of the morphological changes during these cellular events have been delineated, knowledge gap exists between the morphological changes in the seminiferous epithelium and the underlying molecular mechanism(s) that regulate these cellular events. Even though many of the regulatory proteins and biomolecules that modulate spermatogenesis are known based on studies using genetic models, the underlying regulatory mechanism(s), in particular signaling pathways/proteins, remain unexplored since much of the information regarding the signaling regulation is unknown. Studies in the past decade, however, have unequivocally demonstrated that the testis is using several signaling proteins and/or pathways to regulate multiple cellular events to modulate spermatogenesis. These include mTORC1/rpS6/Akt1/2 and p-FAK-Y407. While selective inhibitors and/or agonists and antagonists are available to examine some of these signaling proteins, their use have limitations due to their specificities and also potential systemic cytotoxicity. On the other hand, the use of genetic models has had profound implications for our understanding of the molecular regulation of spermatogenesis, and these knockout (null) models have also revealed the factors that are critical for spermatogenesis. Nonetheless, additional studies using in vitro and in vivo models are necessary to unravel the signaling pathways involved in regulating seminiferous epithelial cycle. Emerging data from studies, such as the use of the adjudin pharmaceutical/toxicant model, have illustrated that this non-hormonal male contraceptive drug is utilizing specific signaling pathways/proteins to induce specific defects in spermatogenesis, yielding mechanistic insights on the regulation of spermatogenesis. We sought to review these recent data in this article, highlighting an interesting approach that can be considered for future studies.

In adult rat testes, the basement membrane is structurally constituted by laminin and collagen chains that lay adjacent to the blood-testis barrier (BTB). It plays a crucial scaffolding role to support spermatogenesis. On the other hand, laminin-333 comprised of laminin-α3/ß3/γ3 at the apical ES (ectoplasmic specialization, a testis-specific cell-cell adherens junction at the Sertoli cell-step 8-19 spermatid interface) expressed by spermatids serves as a unique cell adhesion protein that forms an adhesion complex with α6ß1-integrin expressed by Sertoli cells to support spermiogenesis. Emerging evidence has shown that biologically active fragments are derived from basement membrane and apical ES laminin chains through proteolytic cleavage mediated by matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) and MMP2, respectively. Two of these laminin bioactive fragments: one from the basement membrane laminin-α2 chain called LG3/4/5-peptide, and one from the apical ES laminin-γ3 chain known as F5-peptide, are potent regulators that modify cell adhesion function at the Sertoli-spermatid interface (i.e., apical ES) but also at the Sertoli cell-cell interface designated basal ES at the blood-testis barrier (BTB) with contrasting effects. These findings not only highlight the physiological significance of these bioactive peptides that create a local regulatory network to support spermatogenesis, they also open a unique area of research. For instance, it is likely that several other bioactive peptides remain to be identified. These bioactive peptides including their downstream signaling proteins and cascades should be studied collectively in future investigations to elucidate the underlying mechanism(s) by which they coordinate with each other to maintain spermatogenesis. This is the goal of this review.

Studies have demonstrated that biologically active fragments are generated from the basement membrane and the Sertoli cell-spermatid adhesion site known as apical ectoplasmic specialization (apical ES, a testis-specific actin-based anchoring junction) in the rat testis. These bioactive fragments or peptides are produced locally across the seminiferous epithelium through proteolytic cleavage of constituent proteins at the basement membrane and the apical ES. Studies have shown that they are being used to modulate and coordinate cellular functions across the seminiferous epithelium during different stages of the epithelial cycle of spermatogenesis. In this review, we briefly summarize recent findings based on studies using rat testes as a study model regarding the role of these bioactive peptides that serve as a local regulatory network to support spermatogenesis. We also used scRNA-Seq transcriptome datasets in the public domain for OA (obstructive azoospermia) and NAO (non-obstructive azoospermia) human testes versus testes from normal men for analysis in this review. It was shown that there are differential expression of different collagen chains and laminin chains in these testes, suggesting the possibility of a similar local regulatory network in the human testis to support spermatogenesis, and the possible disruption of such network in men is associated with OA and/or NOA.

Few reports are found in the literature regarding the role of planar cell polarity (PCP) in supporting spermatogenesis in the testis. Yet morphological studies reported decades earlier have illustrated the directional alignment of polarized developing spermatids, most notably step 17-19 spermatids in stage V-early VIII tubules in the testis, across the plane of the epithelium in seminiferous tubules of adult rats. Such morphological features have unequivocally demonstrated the presence of PCP in developing spermatids, analogous to the PCP noted in hair cells of the cochlea in mammals. Emerging evidence in recent years has shown that Sertoli and germ cells express numerous PCP proteins, mostly notably, the core PCP proteins, PCP effectors and PCP signaling proteins. In this review, we discuss recent findings in the field regarding the two core PCP protein complexes, namely the Van Gogh-like 2 (Vangl2)/Prickle (Pk) complex and the Frizzled (Fzd)/Dishevelled (Dvl) complex. These findings have illustrated that these PCP proteins exert their regulatory role to support spermatogenesis through changes in the organization of actin and microtubule (MT) cytoskeletons in Sertoli cells. For instance, these PCP proteins confer PCP to developing spermatids. As such, developing haploid spermatids can be aligned and orderly packed within the limited space of the seminiferous tubules in the testes for the production of sperm via spermatogenesis. Thus, each adult male in the mouse, rat or human can produce an upward of 30, 50 or 300 million spermatozoa on a daily basis, respectively, throughout the adulthood. We also highlight critical areas of research that deserve attention in future studies. We also provide a hypothetical model by which PCP proteins support spermatogenesis based on recent studies in the testis. It is conceivable that the hypothetical model shown here will be updated as more data become available in future years, but this information can serve as the framework by investigators to unravel the role of PCP in spermatogenesis.

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a family of "forever chemicals" including PFOS (perfluorooctane sulfonate). These toxic chemicals do not break down in the environment nor in our bodies. In the human body, PFOS and PFOA (perfluoroctanoic acid) have a half-life (T1/2) of about 4-5 years so low daily consumption of these chemicals can accumulate in the human body to a harmful level over a long period. Although the use of PFOS in consumer products was banned in the U.S. in 2022/2023, this forever chemical remains detectable in our tap water and food products. Every American tested has a high level of PFAS in their blood (https://cleanwater.org/pfas-forever-chemicals). In this report, we used a Sertoli cell blood-testis barrier (BTB) model with primary Sertoli cells cultured in vitro with an established functional tight junction (TJ)-permeability barrier that mimicked the BTB in vivo. Treatment of Sertoli cells with PFOS was found to perturb the TJ-barrier, which was the result of cytoskeletal disruption across the cell cytoplasm, disrupting actin and microtubule polymerization. These changes thus affected the proper localization of BTB-associated proteins at the BTB. Using RNA-Seq transcriptome profiling, bioinformatics analysis, and pertinent biochemical and cell biology techniques, it was discovered that PFOS-induced Sertoli cell toxicity through the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK; also known as stress-activated protein kinase, SAPK) and its phosphorylated/active form p-JNK signaling pathway. More importantly, KB-R7943 mesylate (KB), a JNK/p-JNK activator, was capable of blocking PFOS-induced Sertoli cell injury, supporting the notion that PFOS-induced cell injury can possibly be therapeutically managed.

During human spermatogenesis, germ cells undergo dynamic changes in chromatin organization/re-packaging and in transcriptomes. In order to better understand the underlying mechanism(s), scATAC-Seq of 5376 testicular cells from 3 normal men were performed. Data were analyzed in parallel with the scRNA-Seq data of human testicular cells. In all, 10 germ cell types associated with spermatogenesis and 6 testicular somatic cell types were identified, along with 142 024 peaks located in promoter, genebody and CpG Island. We had examined chromatin accessibility of all chromosomes, with chromosomes 19 and 17 emerged as the leading chromosomes that displayed high chromatin accessibility. In accessible chromatin regions, transcription factor-binding sites were identified and specific motifs with high frequencies at different spermatogenesis stages were detected, including CTCF, BORIS, NFY, DMRT6, EN1, ISL1 and GLI3. Two most remarkable observations were noted. First, TLE3 was specifically expressed in differentiating spermatogonia. Second, PFN4 was found to be involved in actin cytoskeletal organization during meiosis. More important, unique regions upstream of PFN4 and TLE3 were shown to display high accessibility, illustrating their significance in supporting human spermatogenesis.

Identifying the potential compound-protein interactions (CPIs) plays an essential role in drug development. The computational approaches for CPI prediction can reduce time and costs of experimental methods and have benefited from the continuously improved graph representation learning. However, most of the network-based methods use heterogeneous graphs, which is challenging due to their complex structures and heterogeneous attributes. Therefore, in this work, we transformed the compound-protein heterogeneous graph to a homogeneous graph by integrating the ligand-based protein representations and overall similarity associations. We then proposed an Inductive Graph AggrEgator-based framework, named CPI-IGAE, for CPI prediction. CPI-IGAE learns the low-dimensional representations of compounds and proteins from the homogeneous graph in an end-to-end manner. The results show that CPI-IGAE performs better than some state-of-the-art methods. Further ablation study and visualization of embeddings reveal the advantages of the model architecture and its role in feature extraction, and some of the top ranked CPIs by CPI-IGAE have been validated by a review of recent literature. PURPOSE: Tractography of the facial nerve based on diffusion MRI is instrumental before surgery for the resection of vestibular schwannoma, but no excellent methods usable for the suppression of motion and image noise have been proposed. The aim of this study was to effectively suppress noise and provide accurate facial nerve reconstruction by extend a fiber trajectory distribution function based on the fourth-order streamline differential equations. METHODS: Preoperative MRI from 33 patients with vestibular schwannoma who underwent surgical resection were utilized in this study. First, T1WI and T2WI were used to obtain mask images and regions of interest. Second, probabilistic tractography was employed to obtain the fibers representing the approximate facial nerve pathway, and these fibers were subsequently translated into orientation information for each voxel. Last, the voxel orientation information and the peaks of the fiber orientation distribution were combined to generate a fiber trajectory distribution function, which was used to parameterize the anatomical information. The parameters were determined by minimizing the cost between the trajectory of fibers and the estimated directions. RESULTS: Qualitative and visual analyses were used to compare facial nerve reconstruction with intraoperative recordings. Compared with other methods (SD_Stream, iFOD1, iFOD2, unscented Kalman filter, parallel transport tractography), the fiber-trajectory-distribution-based tractography provided the most accurate facial nerve reconstructions. CONCLUSION: The fiber-trajectory-distribution-based tractography can effectively suppress the effect of noise. It is a more valuable aid for surgeons before vestibular schwannoma resection, which may ultimately improve the postsurgical patient's outcome.

Microtubule-associated protein 1a (Map1a) is a microtubule (MT) regulatory protein that binds to the MT protofilaments in mammalian cells to promote MT stabilization. Maps work with MT cleavage proteins and other MT catastrophe-inducing proteins to confer MT dynamics to support changes in the Sertoli cell shape to sustain spermatogenesis. However, no functional studies are found in the literature to probe its role in spermatogenesis. Using an RNAi approach, coupled with the use of toxicant-induced testis (in vivo)- and Sertoli cell (in vitro)-injury models, RNA-Seq analysis, transcriptome profiling, and relevant bioinformatics analysis, immunofluorescence analysis, and pertinent biochemical assays for cytoskeletal organization, we have delineated the functional role of Map1a in Sertoli cells and testes. Map1a was shown to support MT structural organization, and its knockdown (KD) also perturbed the structural organization of actin, vimentin, and septin cytoskeletons as these cytoskeletons are intimately related, working in concert to support spermatogenesis. More importantly, cadmium-induced Sertoli cell injury that perturbed the MT structural organization across the cell cytoplasm was associated with disruptive changes in the distribution of Map1a and a surge in p-p38-MAPK (phosphorylated p38-mitogen-activated protein kinase) expression but not total p38-MAPK. These findings thus support the notion that p-p38-MAPK activation is involved in cadmium-induced Sertoli cell injury. This conclusion was supported by studies using doramapimod, a specific p38-MAPK phosphorylation (activation) inhibitor, which was capable of restoring the cadmium-induced disruptive structural organization of MTs across the Sertoli cell cytoplasm. In summary: this study provides mechanistic insights regarding restoration of toxicant-induced Sertoli cell and testis injury and male infertility.

Obstructive azoospermia (OA) accounts for approximately 40% of males who suffer from azoospermia of male infertility. Currently, available treatment for OA consists of reproductive tract surgical reconstruction and sperm retrieval from the testis. However, both treatments result in low fertility compared to normal pregnancy, and the main reason remains largely unknown. Previous studies have shown that the quality of sperm retrieved from OA patients is poor compared with normal adult males but without an in-depth study. Herein, we generated a mouse OA model with vasectomy to evaluate sperm quality systematically. Our results showed that the testis had normal spermatogenesis but increased apoptotic activity in both OA patients and mice. More importantly, epididymal morphology was abnormal, with swollen epididymal tubules and vacuole-like principal cells. Especially, sperm retrieved from the epididymis of OA mice showed poor motility and low fertilization ability in vitro. Using mass spectrometry in epididymal fluid, we found differences in the expression of key proteins for sperm maturation, such as Angiotensinogen (AGT), rhophilin-associated tail protein 1 (ROPN1), NPC intracellular cholesterol transporter 2 (NPC2), and prominin 1 (PROM1). Furthermore, our results demonstrated that AGT, secreted by epididymal principal cells, could regulate sperm motility by managing PKCα expression to modify sperm phosphorylation. In conclusion, our data evaluate sperm quality systematically in OA mice and contribute to the understanding between the sperm and epididymis, which may provide novel insight into treating male infertility.

PURPOSE: To develop a radiotherapy positioning system based on Point Cloud Registration (PCR) and Augmented Reality (AR), and to verify its feasibility. METHODS: The optimal steps of PCR were investigated, and virtual positioning experiments were designed to evaluate its accuracy and speed. AR was implemented by Unity 3D and Vuforia for initial position correction, and PCR for precision registration, to achieve the proposed radiotherapy positioning system. Feasibility of the proposed system was evaluated through phantom positioning tests as well as real human positioning tests. Real human tests involved breath-holding positioning and free-breathing positioning tests. Evaluation metrics included 6 Degree of Freedom (DOF) deviations and Distance (D) errors. Additionally, the interaction between CBCT and the proposed system was envisaged through CBCT and optical cross-source PCR. RESULTS: Point-to-plane iterative Closest Point (ICP), statistical filtering, uniform down-sampling, and optimal sampling ratio were determined for PCR procedure. In virtual positioning tests, a single registration took only 0.111 s, and the average D error for 15 patients was 0.015 ± 0.029 mm., Errors of phantom tests were at the sub-millimeter level, with an average D error of 0.6 ± 0.2 mm. In the real human positioning tests, the average accuracy of breath-holding positioning was still at the sub-millimeter level, where the errors of X, Y and Z axes were 0.59 ± 0.12 mm, 0.54 ± 0.12 mm, and 0.52 ± 0.09 mm, and the average D error was 0.96 ± 0.22 mm. In the free-breathing positioning, the average errors in X, Y, and Z axes were still less than 1 mm. Although the mean D error was 1.93 ± 0.36 mm, it still falls within a clinically acceptable error margin. CONCLUSION: The AR and PCR-guided radiotherapy positioning system enables markerless, radiation-free and high-accuracy positioning, which is feasible in real-world scenarios.

Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma (NKTL) is a rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma that rarely arise exclusively in or metastasizes to the central nervous system (CNS). Globally, CNS involvement of NKTL heralds a serious prognosis and there is no standard treatment. 19 of 414 patients (4.59%) with ENKL followed were diagnosed with CNS involvement between 2006 and 2020. Two patients had primary CNS (PCNS) NKTL, and 17 patients had secondary CNS (SCNS) invasion. A total of 9 patients survived and 10 patients died. The median overall survival time was 55 months, and the median survival time after CNS invasion was 17 months. The 5-year cumulative survival probability was 45.7%. In conclusion, CNS risk evaluation and prophylaxis treatment can be carried out for patients with NK/T-cell lymphoma prognostic index risk group III/IV. In terms of treatment, systemic therapy based on methotrexate combined with radiotherapy and intrathecal chemotherapy can be selected.

Early identification, diagnosis and treatment of TAFRO syndrome are very importants. We retrospectively analysed 6 patients with TAFRO syndrome. Their clinical manifestations, treatment methods, survival and other aspects were summarized. All patients were pathologically diagnosed with Castleman's disease, with fever, an inflammatory storm state and varying degrees of anasarca. All patients received steroid therapy; four of them also received chemotherapy, and 1 received rituximab. Of the 3 patients with severe disease, only 1 patient who received the recommended dose of glucocorticoids survived. Early administration of glucocorticoids can improve the prognosis, especially in patients with severe disease, and adequate glucocorticoids are important.

RESUMO

We describe a case of sporadic cavernous malformation (CM) in a patient suffering from multiple hemorrhagic intracranial lesions, including one originating from the trigeminal nerve (TN). The patient presented with left side facial pain and disturbed right limb movement. The patient was pre-operatively diagnosed with multiple cerebral CMs. This diagnosis was confirmed by postoperative pathology.

Extended anterior transpetrosal approach (ATPA) includes drilling the petrous bone to achieve maximal exposure of the petroclival region. Injuring of surrounding neurovascular structures, such as the internal carotid artery (ICA), during the procedure may result in severe complications. In this study, we aimed to use computer topographic images to provide comprehensive anatomic information on the petrous bone and surrounding structures to help surgeons during the extended ATPA. Computer topographic angiography images of 110 individuals were reviewed, and measurements were performed on coronal, sagittal, and axial planes following multiplanar reformation. The petrous apex and sagittal midline were used to locate the anterior, middle, and posterior parts of the petrous bone and petrosal segment of the ICA during the ATPA. The thicknesses of the petrous bone were 3.28±0.71, 3.53±0.88, and 7.02±1.11 mm at the petrous apex, trigeminal impression, and internal opening of internal auditory canal (IAC) positions, respectively. The distances between the petrous apex to the trigeminal impression, internal opening of the IAC, auris interna, and labyrinth were 7.39±1.62, 15.95±2.48, 17.39±2.39, and 29.00±3.18 mm, respectively. Furthermore, the petrosal segment of the ICA was located at the above landmarks on the petrous bone. Our findings provide anatomic information on the petrous bone and surrounding structures during the extended ATPA procedure based on fixed anatomic landmarks so as to achieve maximal exposure and reduce the number of complications.

Accurately positioning the sigmoid sinus (SS), transverse sinus (TS), and vertebral artery (VA) is significantly important during the retrosigmoid (RS) approach. This study aimed to use emissary vein and digastric point as landmarks in high-resolution computer topographic image to locate the SS, TS, and VA to help surgeons to avoid injuring these vascular structures during RS craniotomy. Computed topographic (CT) angiography images of 107 individuals were included, the measurement was performed on coronal, sagittal, and axis planes after the multiplanar reformation. Distance from the emissary vein and digastric point to the posterior boundary of the SS, inferior boundary of the TS were measured by CT angiography preoperatively and in the skull intraoperatively. The VA was also located by emissary vein and digastric point. No significant difference was identified between the distances measured in the CT and skull. Our findings provide anatomical information for locating the boundary of the SS, TS, and V3-VA based on the fixed bony landmarks. Verified by skull measurement, high-resolution CT scan is a cost-effective and reliable tool for identifying the location of the arteries and sinus, which could be widely used to guarantee the safety of RS approach craniectomy.
