RESUMO

In the detection process of atmospheric laser absorption spectroscopy in open space, the transmitted beam is inevitably affected by atmospheric turbulence, resulting in superimposed fluctuation noise in the received optical signal. First, the correction method of atmospheric turbulence is theoretically analyzed. In order to reduce the error influence factors and the error transfer coefficient, a new method of spectral data processing based on co-frequency and dual-wave has been proposed. By modifying scintillation noise and background noise, the influence of atmospheric turbulence noise in open space is reduced. An atmospheric detection system in open space based on co-frequency and dual-wave has been established. The experimental results show that the maximum fluctuation of the spectral signal processed by the method of spectrum data processing based on the co-frequency and dual-wave is reduced from 12.854% to 4.635%, and the single-intensity absorbance is fitted by Voigt with its correlation coefficient of 0.9525. The mean of the standard deviation of the algorithm is 0.1370, while the mean value of the standard deviation of the existing algorithm in a short time is 0.6928. And, through the comparative experiment, the standard deviation of the existing data processing techniques of two-wavelength differential absorption is 0.2974, while the standard deviation of the method of spectrum data processing based on the co-frequency and dual-wave is 0.1038. It can be concluded that the co-frequency and dual-wave method can effectively reduce the influence of atmospheric turbulence noise and laser flashing to improve the stability of concentration measurement, which has practical engineering value.

RESUMO

Our study aimed to investigate the measurement of frontal lobe volume and thalamic volume in fetuses with congenital heart disease (CHD) at different gestational weeks using three dimensional (3-D) ultrasonography and its clinical value. Then, 238 pregnant women who received obstetric ultrasonography in ultrasound department of Internal Medicine of our hospital were enrolled between March 2013 to April 2014. In this study, 85 fetuses were diagnosed to develop CHD by prenatal fetal echocardiography, and the other 153 fetuses were normal. Frontal lobe volume, thalamic volume and cerebral blood flow was determined by color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (type: GE Voluson E8). The level of MCA-PI and CPR in CHD fetus group performed significantly lower than that in normal fetus group (P<0.05), but the level of UA-PI performed significantly higher than that in normal fetus group (P<0.05). When gestational age <30 weeks, there was no significant difference in thalamic volume and frontal lobe volume between the two groups (P<0.05); when gestational age <30 weeks, the level of CHD fetus group performed significantly lower thalamic volume and frontal lobe volume than that in normal fetus group (P<0.05). When gestational age <30 weeks, there was no significant difference in BPD, HC, and GA between the two groups (P<0.05); when gestational age <30 weeks, the level of BPD, HC and GA in CHD fetus group performed significantly lower than that in normal fetus group (P<0.05). If gestational age <30 weeks, CHD performed a small impact on fetal frontal lobe volume and thalamic volume; if gestational age <30 weeks, the level of frontal lobe volume and thalamic volume in fetuses with CHD performed significantly lower than that in normal fetuses.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of Fuzheng Huayu preparation (/, FZHY) plus tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) on hepatitis B. METHODS: Numerous databases - PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, WanFang Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, and China Biological Medicine Database - were searched to identify the randomized controlled trials published from the inception of the database to November 2021. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction, and bias risk assessment. RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS: Eight studies involving 990 patients met the inclusion criteria in the current Meta-analysis. Levels of alanine transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin, hyaluronic acid, type III procollagen, laminin, and type IV collagen after combination therapy were significantly lower than those after TDF therapy alone. However, albumin levels did not differ significantly between the two regimens. Subgroup analysis based on disease progression suggested that the combination therapy improved albumin levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B but not in patients with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis. Moreover, subgroup analysis based on treatment duration suggested that the albumin levels were increased and the type III procollagen levels were decreased with the > 24-week combination therapy but not with the ≤ 24-week combination therapy. CONCLUSIONS: A combination regimen of TDF and FZHY is more effective in treating hepatitis B than TDF alone. The combination therapy can effectively alleviate hepatic fibrosis and improve liver function. However, more standardized, high-quality studies with larger sample sizes are warranted to validate the study results.
