ABSTRACT

Dermatological manifestations of chronic renal failure were studied in 35 cases. Xerosis was seen in 16 cases. Pruritus was observed in 12 cases and hyperpigmentation on exposed areas was seen in 8 patients. Acquired perforating disorder and half and half nail were seen in 6 cases each. Skin Biopsies performed in 6 cases of APD showed typical changes only in 3 cases.

ABSTRACT

Cutaneous endometriosis is a well recognized but uncommon phenomenon. We observed a case of this condition occurring in an abdominal hysterectomy scar 6 months after the operation. The nodule developed pain once a month. Histopathology revealed glandular structures lined by a single layer of columnar cells. Surgical ecision resulted in cure of the condition.

ABSTRACT

A 10-year-old girl developed epidermal nevus, shortness of limb, scoliosis, hemiatrophy with history of multiple pathological fractures. Bone biopsy revealed fibrous dysplasia. This is an extremely rare combination of epidermal nevus with fibrous dysplasia.
