ABSTRACT

Ceramic nanofibrous nanostructure-based sponges have attracted significant attention due to ultrahigh porosity, low thermal conductivity, large specific area, and chemical stability. From the regulation of the fiber itself to the construction method of 3D networks, efforts are being made to improve the mechanical properties of ceramic sponges for practical applications. So far resilient compressibility has been realized in ceramic nanofibrous-based sponges via structural design, but they still show brittle fracture under a more complex stress state. Herein, we introduced a highly aligned and interwoven Si3N4 nanofiber sponge, which exhibits superflexibility, large break elongation (>80%), large-strain reversible stretch (20%), and good resistance to tensile fatigue. The ceramic sponge also displays reversible compressibility up to 60% strain, puncture resistance, high air filtration efficiency (>99.8%), and low pressure drop (38% of cotton fiber), making the ceramic sponge a high-performance wearable respirator to protect us from harm due to PM2.5 pollution and possible microorganisms.

ABSTRACT

Soybean (Glycine max L.) is the main source of vegetable protein and edible oil for humans, with an average content of about 40% crude protein and 20% crude fat. Soybean yield and quality traits are mostly quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes. The quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping for yield and quality traits, as well as for the identification of mining-related candidate genes, is of great significance for the molecular breeding and understanding the genetic mechanism. In this study, 186 individual plants of the F2 generation derived from crosses between Changjiangchun 2 and Yushuxian 2 were selected as the mapping population to construct a molecular genetic linkage map. A genetic map containing 445 SSR markers with an average distance of 5.3 cM and a total length of 2375.6 cM was obtained. Based on constructed genetic map, 11 traits including hundred-seed weight (HSW), seed length (SL), seed width (SW), seed length-to-width ratio (SLW), oil content (OIL), protein content (PRO), oleic acid (OA), linoleic acid (LA), linolenic acid (LNA), palmitic acid (PA), stearic acid (SA) of yield and quality were detected by the multiple- d size traits and 113 QTLs related to quality were detected by the multiple QTL model (MQM) mapping method across generations F2, F2:3, F2:4, and F2:5. A total of 71 QTLs related to seed size traits and 113 QTLs related to quality traits were obtained in four generations. With those QTLs, 19 clusters for seed size traits and 20 QTL clusters for quality traits were summarized. Two promising clusters, one related to seed size traits and the other to quality traits, have been identified. The cluster associated with seed size traits spans from position 27876712 to 29009783 on Chromosome 16, while the cluster linked to quality traits spans from position 12575403 to 13875138 on Chromosome 6. Within these intervals, a reference genome of William82 was used for gene searching. A total of 36 candidate genes that may be involved in the regulation of soybean seed size and quality were screened by gene functional annotation and GO enrichment analysis. The results will lay the theoretical and technical foundation for molecularly assisted breeding in soybean.

ABSTRACT

In the current data age, the fundamental research related to optical applications has been rapidly developed. Countless new-born materials equipped with distinct optical properties have been widely explored, exhibiting tremendous values in practical applications. The optical data storage technique is one of the most significant topics of the optical applications, which is considered as the prominent solution for conquering the challenge of the explosive increase in mass data, to achieve the long-life, low-energy, and super high-capacity data storage. On this basis, our review outlines the representative reports for mainly introducing the functional systems based on the newly established materials applied in the optical storage field. According to the material categories, the representative functional systems are divided into rare-earth doped nanoparticles, graphene, and diarylethene. In terms of the difference of structural features and delicate properties among the three materials, the application in optical storage is comprehensively illustrated in the review. Meanwhile, the potential opportunities and critical challenges of optical storage are also discussed in detail.

ABSTRACT

Soybean (Glycine max) is an important crop, rich in proteins, vegetable oils and several other phytochemicals, which is often affected by light during growth. However, the specific regulatory mechanisms of leaf development under shade conditions have yet to be understood. In this study, the transcriptome and metabolome sequencing of leaves from the shade-tolerant soybean 'Nanxiadou 25' under natural light (ND1) and 50% shade rate (SHND1) were carried out, respectively. A total of 265 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified, including 144 down-regulated and 121 up-regulated genes. Meanwhile, KEGG enrichment analysis of DEGs was performed and 22 DEGs were significantly enriched in the top five pathways, including histidine metabolism, riboflavin metabolism, vitamin B6 metabolism, glycerolipid metabolism and cutin, suberine and wax biosynthesis. Among all the enrichment pathways, the most DEGs were enriched in plant hormone signaling pathways with 19 DEGs being enriched. Transcription factors were screened out and 34 differentially expressed TFs (DETFs) were identified. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) was performed and identified 10 core hub genes. Combined analysis of transcriptome and metabolome screened out 36 DEGs, and 12 potential candidate genes were screened out and validated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay, which may be related to the mechanism of shade tolerance in soybean, such as ATP phosphoribosyl transferase (ATP-PRT2), phosphocholine phosphatase (PEPC), AUXIN-RESPONSIVE PROTEIN (IAA17), PURPLE ACID PHOSPHATASE (PAP), etc. Our results provide new knowledge for the identification and function of candidate genes regulating soybean shade tolerance and provide valuable resources for the genetic dissection of soybean shade tolerance molecular breeding.

ABSTRACT

As consumers' interest in nature-sourced additives has increased, zein has been treated hydrothermally under alkaline conditions to prepare a nature-sourced emulsifier. The effects of mild hydrothermal-alkaline treatment with different temperatures or alkaline concentrations on the emulsifying properties of zein were investigated. The emulsification activity and stability index of zein hydrolysates increased by 39% and 164%, respectively. The optimal simple stabilized emulsion was uniform and stable against heat treatment up to 90 °C, sodium chloride up to 200 mmol/L, and pH values ranging from 6 to 9. Moreover, it presented excellent storage stability compared to commonly used food emulsifiers. The surface hydrophobicity caused the depolymerization of the tertiary structure of zein and the dissociation of subunits along with exposure of hydrophilic groups. The amino acid composition and circular dichroism results reveal that the treatment dissociated protein subunits and transformed α-helices into anti-parallel ß-sheets and random coil. In conclusion, mild hydrothermal-alkaline treatment may well contribute to the extended functional properties of zein as a nature-sourced emulsifier.

ABSTRACT

We aimed to detect the clinicopathological features and immune microenvironment of double-hit/triple-hit lymphoma in the gastrointestinal tract (GI-DHL/THL) and identify the best diagnostic strategies. A total of 114 cases, including 15 GI-DHL/THL, 42 non-GI-DHL/THL and 57 control diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cases, were comparatively analyzed for their clinicopathological characteristics, the expression of the immune-regulatory checkpoint PD-L1 and immune microenvironment. We applied univariate and multivariate analyses to determine predictors of DHL/THL. GI-DHL/THL patients showed a higher prevalence of previous infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) than those with GI-DLBCL. Morphologically, 87% of cases exhibited features of DLBCL. Regarding immunohistochemistry results, the MYC protein expression and the Ki-67 proliferation index were significantly higher in the GI-DHL/THL group than in the GI-DLBCL group. The main source of PD-L1 expression in DHL was tumor-associated macrophages, whereas some tumor cells were positive for PD-L1 in GI-DLBCL cases, as determined through multiplex immunofluorescence staining. The multivariable logistic analysis suggested that 5 variables, namely, age, Mum1, CD10, MYC, and HBV infection status, reflect the risk of DHL/THL. The GI-DHL/THL group show different clinicopathological features and immune microenvironments from DLBCL, which might suggest that different signaling pathways are involved. More work is needed to elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of GI-DHL/THL.

ABSTRACT

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) occurring in children and adolescence is extremely rare and till present there is a lack of understanding on their clinicopathological and prognostic features of this rare entity. For our study, data of 196 cases children and adolescents with NPC from the past 18 years at a high-volume cancer center from South China were retrospectively analyzed. Half of the evaluated NPC patients (83/166, 50.0%) were staged as Stage IVa disease, whereas 1.2% (2/166), 27.7% (46/166), 16.9% (28/166) and 4.2% (7/166) had Stage II, III, IVb and IVc disease, respectively. Serum EBV EA-IgA ≥1:10 and VCA-IgA ≥1:40 were found in 67.7% (113/167) and 76.6% (128/167) of the evaluated patients, respectively, whereas 56.8% (84/148) of the patients had plasma EBV DNA ≥1000 copies/mL. Histologically, all tumors were classified as nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinoma (NK-SCC). Immunohistochemistrically, the expression of CK (AE1/AE3), P63, CK5/6 and P40 were observed in 100% (88/88), 93.2% (68/73), 84.1% (58/69) and 63.2% (12/19) of the detected cases, respectively. All cases show similar immunophenotype compared to that occurring in adult patients. All evaluated cases (71/71 100%) harbored EBER. Patients with plasma EBV DNA ≥1000 copies/mL and positive serum EBV antibodies had significantly inferior 3-year OS (88% vs 100%, P = .007) compared to other corresponding groups. The combination of EBV serology and plasma EBV DNA are useful to predict the outcome of patients with NPC in children and adolescents.

ABSTRACT

In this study, a new Cd(II)-bearing coordination polymer with the chemical formula of {[Cd4(meda)3(dpe)4(H2O)4]·(NO3)2·2(H2O)}n (1, H2meda = 3,3'-methylenedibenzoic acid, dpe = 1,2-di(pyridin-4-yl)ethane) has been successfully prepared by reaction of Cd(NO3)·4H2O with a V-shape carboxyl ligand H2meda along with the linear dipyridine ligand dpe under the hydrothermal conditions. Due to its intensive luminescence, complex 1 could be utilized as the sensor of detecting Al3+ ion, and its detection limit is 4 × 10-6 M. Firstly, the toxicity of the compound on the normal liver cells was determined with Cell Counting Kit-8 detection kit. The triglyceride in liver cells was detected by detection kit after compound treatment and the relative expression of 15-lox and 12-lox in L02 cells was also measured by RT-PCR after compound treatment. In addition, multiple functional groups that provided by the synthesized Cd(II) complex have been studied by using molecular docking simulation for the confirmation of possible binding modes that formed between ligand and receptor.

ABSTRACT

The authors report on a high-performance metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) photodetector fabricated on the Cd0.96Zn0.04Te single crystal with the photoresponse from visible to near infrared region. Benefitting from the high-quality single crystallization, an ultra-low dark current of ~10-10 A was obtained at a high applied voltage of 10 V, leading to a photo-to-dark-current ratio of more than 103 at 700 nm light illumination. The highest responsivity is estimated to be 1.43 A/W with a specific detectivity of 3.31 × 1012 Jones at 10 V at a relatively lower injection power density. The discrimination ratio between the near infrared region of 800 nm and 900 nm is almost 102, which is high enough for the accurate spectra selectivity. The MSM photodetector also exhibits a fast response speed of ~800 µs and extremely low persistent photoconductivity (PPC), while the PPC is inhibited at high temperatures.

ABSTRACT

We report a highly efficient and reusable bifunctional nanostructured composite catalyst synthesized by a scalable facile hydrothermal method which enables the precise control of size and morphology of nanoparticles, wherein Au nanoparticles (NPs) and Fe3O4 particles exhibit excellent dispersing ability on the rGO (reduced graphene oxide) sheet surface (designated as rGO/Fe3O4/Au) to avoid adverse agglomeration between the nano particles and overlapping of the rGO sheets concurrently. The resultant bifunctional composite shows a high performance in the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) with a conversion of 97% in 5 min and presents good reusability through highly efficient recovery by using external magnetic fields. In particular, there was no significant loss in catalytic activity of the reused catalysts even after being recycled for 8 cycles, displaying attractive potential in industrial applications where separation and recycling are imperative. The rational design provides an approach to synthesize a graphene-based composite with an interesting structure and multi-functional properties as well.

ABSTRACT

Drug resistance is one of the most formidable obstacles for treatment of glioma. Eukaryotic initiation factor 4E-binding protein (4E-BP1), a key component in the rate-limiting step of protein translation initiation, is closely associated with poor prognosis in multiple tumor types. However, it is unclear whether 4E-BP1 is involved in the drug resistance of human glioma. Herein we show that the expression of 4E-BP1 in human SWOZ2-BCNU drug-resistant glioma cells is significantly lower than that of the parent SWOZ2 cell line. Moreover, down-regulation of 4E-BP1 by short interfering RNA significantly impaired the sensitivity of SWOZ2 and U251 cells to carmustine (BCNU). Furthermore, overexpression of 4E-BP1 with plasmid transfection regained this sensitivity. Clinical studies showed that the expression levels of 4E-BP1 in primary glioma tissues were markedly higher than those of recrudescent glioma tissues. Taken together, our results suggest that 4E-BP1 is a novel protein that contributes to acquired drug resistance and it may be a potential target for reversing drug resistance in human glioma.

ABSTRACT

Fruit skin color is an important trait of the hawthorn tree, which has an important influence on fruit quality. Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. var. Major N.E.Br. Is one of the most widely cultivated varieties in China and has a long history of medicinal use. In recent years, it has attracted the attention of the world due to its nutritional and medicinal values. Skin color is the focus of breeders and food processors. At present, skin color-related genes have still not been mapped. In this study, "Shandong Da Mianqiu" (♀, red skin color), "Da Huang Mianzha" (♂, yellow skin color) and 131 F1 hybrids were used to construct genetic map of hawthorn by RAD-seq, and QTL mapping was performed by combining these features with the hue angle and the observed color. In this study, 13,260 SNP was assigned to 17 linkage groups, with an integrated map covering 2,297.75 cM was constructed. A total of 5 QTLs related to hawthorn skin color were detected on LG1, LG3 and LG15. Whether hue angle or pericarp color acts as phenotype for QTL mapping, the candidate genes include bHLH086, WD repeat regions and Myb-like. bHLH, WD and Myb play an important role in the color regulation of Hawthorn skin color. These results lay a solid foundation for QTL mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding of hawthorn.

ABSTRACT

With the burgeoning of the microelectronics industry, in order to improve the transmission speed between chips in large-scale integrated circuits to meet the demands of high integration, it is necessary for interlayer insulation materials to possess a lower dielectric constant (k). Polyimide (PI) has been widely used as interlayer insulation materials for large-scale integrated circuits, and the exploration on reducing their dielectric constant has attracted extensive attention in recent years. In this work, porous PI-based composites with a low dielectric constant are mainly reviewed. The application of porous SiO2, graphene derivatives, polyoxometalates, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and hyperbranched polysiloxane in reducing the dielectric constant of PI is emphatically introduced. The key technical problems and challenges in the current research of porous polyimide materials are summarized, and the development prospect of low k polyimide is also expounded.

ABSTRACT

Carbon aerogels are elastic, mechanically robust and fatigue resistant and are known for their promising applications in the fields of soft robotics, pressure sensors etc. However, these aerogels are generally fragile and/or easily deformable, which limits their applications. Here, we report a synthesis strategy for fabricating highly compressible and fatigue-resistant aerogels by assembling interconnected carbon tubes. The carbon tube aerogels demonstrate near-zero Poisson's ratio, exhibit a maximum strength over 20 MPa and a completely recoverable strain up to 99%. They show high fatigue resistance (less than 1.5% permanent degradation after 1000 cycles at 99% strain) and are thermally stable up to 2500 °C in an Ar atmosphere. Additionally, they possess tunable conductivity and electromagnetic shielding. The combined mechanical and multi-functional properties offer an attractive material for the use in harsh environments.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Although overnight fasting is recommended prior to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), the benefits and safety of high-carbohydrate fluid diet (CFD) intake 2 h before ERCP remain unclear. This study aimed to analyze whether high-CFD intake 2 h before ERCP can be safe and accelerate patients' recovery. METHODS: This prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial involved 15 tertiary ERCP centers. A total of 1330 patients were randomized into CFD group (n = 665) and fasting group (n = 665). The CFD group received 400 mL of maltodextrin orally 2 h before ERCP, while the control group abstained from food/water overnight (>6 h) before ERCP. All ERCP procedures were performed using deep sedation with intravenous propofol. The investigators were blinded but not the patients. The primary outcomes included postoperative fatigue and abdominal pain score, and the secondary outcomes included complications and changes in metabolic indicators. The outcomes were analyzed according to a modified intention-to-treat principle. RESULTS: The post-ERCP fatigue scores were significantly lower at 4 h (4.1 ± 2.6 vs. 4.8 ± 2.8, t = 4.23, P <0.001) and 20 h (2.4 ± 2.1 vs. 3.4 ± 2.4, t = 7.94, P <0.001) in the CFD group, with least-squares mean differences of 0.48 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.26-0.71, P <0.001) and 0.76 (95% CI: 0.57-0.95, P <0.001), respectively. The 4-h pain scores (2.1 ± 1.7 vs. 2.2 ± 1.7, t = 2.60, P = 0.009, with a least-squares mean difference of 0.21 [95% CI: 0.05-0.37]) and positive urine ketone levels (7.7% [39/509] vs. 15.4% [82/533], χ2 = 15.13, P <0.001) were lower in the CFD group. The CFD group had significantly less cholangitis (2.1% [13/634] vs. 4.0% [26/658], χ2 = 3.99, P = 0.046) but not pancreatitis (5.5% [35/634] vs. 6.5% [43/658], χ2 = 0.59, P = 0.444). Subgroup analysis revealed that CFD reduced the incidence of complications in patients with native papilla (odds ratio [OR]: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.39-0.95, P = 0.028) in the multivariable models. CONCLUSION: Ingesting 400 mL of CFD 2 h before ERCP is safe, with a reduction in post-ERCP fatigue, abdominal pain, and cholangitis during recovery. ABSTRACT

Primarily in this paper, we have thoroughly investigated the psychological status and job burnout of managers in petroleum enterprises. For this purpose, we have assumed managers in petroleum enterprises as the research objects, whereas the overall sampling method was adopted from January 2019 to June 2020. A total of 240 questionnaires were sent out and 236 valid questionnaires were received with a recovery rate of 98.33%. The research objects' general information, psychological health status, and job burnout level were investigated. Among the 236 management personnel in petroleum enterprises, 212 (89.83%) were male and 24 (10.17%) were female. The average age was (40.28 ± 7.07) years old, and the number of people aged 40-49 was the largest, accounting for 52.12%; 84.32% were in marriage; regular college or above accounted for 81.78%; no smoking or occasional smoking in the last one year was 52.97%; not drinking in the last year was 34.75%; and 60.17% of managers in petroleum enterprises never or occasionally exercise. 121 (51.27%) suffered from high burnout due to emotional exhaustion, 125 (52.97%) suffered from high burnout due to emotional alienation, and 139 (58.90%) suffered from high burnout due to reduced sense of achievement. The scores of somatization, obsessive symptoms, depression, anxiety, and terror of the respondents were significantly higher than the normal levels of domestic adults. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); there was no statistical significance in the scores of the other four factors compared with the national norm (P > 0.05). The phenomenon of job burnout and some psychological health problems existed in the managers in petroleum enterprises. The incidence of psychological evaluation was higher than that of the national norm, and the level of psychological health could predict the job burnout of petroleum enterprise managers.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for internal fixation of rib fractures is a promising approach for treating rib fractures and flail chest. Currently the standard practice is to make 1 or several incisions on the chest wall, which will inevitably aggravate the original trauma. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the data of patients with rib fractures who were treated with memory alloy for internal fixation by complete VATS using a thoracoscopic transthoracic memory alloy rib coaptation board and an implantation tool through the clip applier method or the puncture, traction, and suspension method at our hospital from October 2016 to June 2019. RESULTS: Of 35 patients, 12 had traumatic flail chest injury and 23 had simple multiple rib fractures. Of the 23 patients with multiple rib fractures, 9 had fracture ends in the scapular or paravertebral region and 14 in the anterior or lateral chest walls. All surgeries were performed with complete VATS, which showed quick recovery and good thoracic appearance and function, with no complications for all patients. Follow-up for 6 to 24 months revealed no detachment of the internal fixation device. CONCLUSIONS: Internal memory alloy fixation with complete VATS for the treatment of rib fractures is a simple and minimally invasive method that enables fixing fractured ribs internally while treating thoracic trauma with a thoracoscope.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To probe the role of circular RNA_0008768 (circ_0008768) in the development of pancreatic cancer (PC) and its regulatory mechanism. METHODS: The expression levels of circ_0008768, miR-330-3p, and PTEN mRNA in PC tissues and cells were detected using qRT-PCR. Cell proliferation, migration and invasion of PC cells were detected by CCK-8 method, EdU method, and Transwell assay. The targeting relationship between circ_0008768 and miR-330-3p, as well as miR-330-3p and PTEN mRNA 3'UTR was analyzed by the dual-luciferase reporter assay. PTEN expression levels in PC cells were analyzed by Western blot. RESULTS: The expression levels of circ_0008768 and PTEN mRNA were significantly reduced in both PC tissues and cell lines. Overexpression of circ_0008768 exerted an inhibitory effect on the proliferation, migration and invasion of PC cells. Knocking down circ_0008768 showed the opposite effect. Circ_0008768 directly targeted and negatively regulated the expression of miR-330- 3p. PTEN was identified as a downstream target gene of miR-330-3p. Circ_0008768 could positively regulate the expression of PTEN. CONCLUSION: In PC, circ_0008768 can act as a tumor-suppressive factor to inhibit the development of PC by regulating the miR-330-3p/PTEN molecular axis.

The objective of this work was to investigate the effect of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) based on super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) on the recurrence diagnosis of periampullary diverticulum (PAD) and bile duct stone (BDS), so as to provide a scientific research basis for the recidivation factors of bile duct stones in clinic. Patients with PAD diagnosed in hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 (who had undergone endoscopic gallstone surgery) were selected for study in this work. They were rolled into two groups, the parapapillary group (123 cases) and the cholangiopancreatic duct directly opening in the diverticulum group (97 cases), according to the clinical classification. Then, 100 patients without PAD who had undergone bile duct node therapy were selected as the control group. The recidivation of BDS, serological index, and biliary pressure index before and after treatment were compared. The relationship between PAD and recidivation of bile duct stones was analyzed. The results showed that the average particle size, hydration kinetic particle size, effective time, and duration of polyethylene glycol (PEG)/polyethyleneimine (PEI)/poly aspartic acid-super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(PASP-SPIONs) were better than PEG/PEI-SPIONs and SPIONs. The recidivation rate of BDS in Groups R and X was remarkably higher than the rate in control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, common bile duct pressure in the control group was lower obviously than that in Groups R and X (P < 0.05). After treatment, the indexes including total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and alkaline phosphatase in control group were lower than those in Groups R and X (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in Groups R and X was much higher than in contrast to the control group (P < 0.05). Therefore, PEG/PEI/PASP-SPIONs had good contrast effect and could be used as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. Complications such as common bile duct pressure and infection were increased by PAD, which may be the main factor for the recidivation of BDS.

ABSTRACT

Wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is a competitive technique, which enables the fabrication of medium and large metallic components. However, due to the presence of coarse columnar grains in the additively manufactured parts, the resultant mechanical properties will be reduced, which limits the application of WAAM processes in the engineering fields. Grain refinement and improved mechanical properties can be achieved by introducing ultrasonic vibration. Herein, we applied ultrasonic vibration to the WAAM process and investigated the effects of wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude on the weld formation and grain size during ultrasonic vibration. Finally, a regression model between the average grain size and wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude was established. The results showed that due to the difference in heat input and cladding amount, wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude have a significant influence on the weld width and reinforcement. Excessive ultrasonic amplitude could cause the weld to crack during spreading. The average grain size increased with increasing wire feed speed and decreasing welding speed. With increasing ultrasonic amplitude, the average grain size exhibited a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. This would be helpful to manufacture parts of the required grain size in ultrasonic vibration-assisted WAAM fields.
