AI-powered chatbots hold great promise for enhancing learning experiences and outcomes in today's rapidly evolving education system. However, despite the increasing demand for such technologies, there remains a significant research gap regarding the factors influencing users' acceptance and adoption of AI-powered chatbots in educational contexts. This study aims to address this gap by investigating the factors that shape users' attitudes, intentions, and behaviors towards adopting ChatGPT for smart education systems. This research employed a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 458 of participants through a structured questionnaire designed to measure various constructs related to technology acceptance, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, feedback quality, assessment quality, subject norms, attitude towards use, and behavioral intention to use ChatGPT. Structural model analysis (SEM) Statistical techniques were then utilized to examine the relationships between these constructs. The findings of the study revealed that Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness emerged as significant predictors of users' attitudes towards ChatGPT for smart education. Additionally, feedback quality, assessment quality, and subject norms were found to positively influence users' behavioral intentions to use ChatGPT for smart educational purposes. Moreover, users' attitudes towards use and behavioral intentions were significantly proved for the actual adoption of ChatGPT. However, a few hypotheses, such as the relationship between trust in ChatGPT and perceived usefulness, were not supported by the data. This study contributes to the existing body information systems applications for the determining factor of technology acceptance in smart education context.

Blockchain technology can potentially be a bedrock for the energy record-keeping system. This study examined several critical factors that affect users' intention to accept Blockchain technology for the Smart grid. The proposed model is based on the Technology Organization Environment framework, which is examined using Structural Equation Modelling. Based on the study findings, it has been indicated that the relative advantage shows a significant effect and matters the most during the Blockchain technology adoption in the Smart grid. The innovativeness, cost saving, and regulatory support also significantly influence the intention to use the Blockchain technology. The innovativeness and traceability show a significant influence on upper management support. The traceability shows a substantial impact on cost savings. However, innovativeness shows an insignificant effect on cost savings. The traceability and competitive pressure do not affect the intention to use the Blockchain technology. This study has extended the Technology Organization Environment theory, which predicts the organizational behavior to adopt the Blockchain technology for the Smart grid. We argue that the finding provides insights to guide the industry to deliver the best practice on the Blockchain technology. The study findings suggest that experts would recognize innovative technology free of effort to raise the determined aids for improving the traditional energy system. Though there are some limits, theoretical and practical implications are justified based on the findings.

This mixed-method study explores the acceptance of ChatGPT as a tool for Metacognitive Self-Regulated Learning (MSRL) among academics. Despite the growing attention towards ChatGPT as a metacognitive learning tool, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing its acceptance in academic settings. Engaging 300 preservice teachers through a ChatGPT-based scenario learning activity and utilizing convenience sampling, this study administered a questionnaire based on the proposed Technology Acceptance Model at UTM University's School of Education. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyze participants' perspectives on ChatGPT, considering factors like MSRL's impact on usage intention. Post-reflection sessions, semi-structured interviews, and record analysis were conducted to gather results. Findings indicate a high acceptance of ChatGPT, significantly influenced by personal competency, social influence, perceived AI usefulness, enjoyment, trust, AI intelligence, positive attitude, and metacognitive self-regulated learning. Interviews and record analysis suggest that academics view ChatGPT positively as an educational tool, seeing it as a solution to challenges in teaching and learning processes. The study highlights ChatGPT's potential to enhance MSRL and holds implications for teacher education and AI integration in educational settings.

Social media's significance in higher education has increased due to its capacity to enhance participation, communication, teamwork, and information sharing. Important notifications, updates, and reminders can be promptly received by all members of the university community, assuring that information is shared with everyone. The objective of this study is to develop a model for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in higher education that is based on social media and intends to increase student satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability. It blends the idea of trust with Delone Mclean success model. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to evaluate the data that was gathered from 606 Jordanian private university students via an online survey. The findings demonstrated that user satisfaction affects social media usage and that system quality, information quality, service quality, and trust must all be considered to attain user satisfaction. This study examines how to create a CRM system based on social media in Jordanian universities. The study makes significant contribution to the development criteria for evaluating social media-based CRM systems in higher education institutions, and its broad conceptual model cloud be expanded and tested in future studies. This study is the first to investigate the use of social media to develop a CRM system for Jordanian universities. This is a novel study, and the work significantly create a set of criteria for evaluating social media-driven CRM systems in higher education. The study's expansive the model may serve as the base for more research in this field.

Social media utilization at the student-level has become more prevalent contemporary higher education. Hence, this study is aimed at developing a specific model, along with the behavioral intention to use, to explore educational quality, actual social media use, and task-technology fit that affects student satisfaction and performance impact through examining the synergies of constructivism, user acceptance and usage of information technology, and technology acceptance. To test, a survey was administered to 430 students across five Malaysian universities. Through structural equation modeling, findings indicate that to improve student satisfaction and student performance through embedded social media, students need to have opportunities to collaborate on learning, have easy access to social media, perceive such use to be easy, and have aligned expectation on performance and effort. Interestingly, the actual social media use, was the only variable in the model that did not predict student satisfaction, despite its role in predicting student performance. The study highlights that constructivist learning, as well as task-technology fit over social media, enhances the students' learning experience and enables knowledge sharing and dissemination. The effect of using social media on student satisfaction and academic performance highlights that all students think that it is adequate for their instructors to improve their usage of social media tools. Therefore, we advocate learners and students employing social media for academic purposes with the help of lecturers at higher teaching organizations and institutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has rekindled interest in online learning as a desirable substitute. In Saudi Arabia's educational system, technology and online learning are becoming more and more significant. In order to prepare students for the digital age and Saudi Vision 2030, there is an increasing desire for educational institutions to use e-learning. Students and faculty at Saudi institutions now have more opportunities to better grasp the globalized digital age thanks to the integration and acceptance of digital technology into learning and teaching. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and investigate the educational quality, social influence, and TAM Model factors that increase the students' attitude toward using e-learning; thus, it affects students' satisfaction and academic performance. The study was conducted at two universities in Saudi Arabia. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and route analysis were used to evaluate the research model and analyze data from e-learning users through a questionnaire. The findings revealed that perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU) mediate the effects of educational quality (EDQ), social influence (SOI), and perceived enjoyment (PE), which in turn affect students' attitude toward use (ATU), and students' satisfaction with using e-learning systems (SSE). Additionally, the results demonstrated that the mediator factors had favorable "R square (R2)" values for adopting e-learning systems in higher education, with PEU = 0.562, PU = 0.712, ATU = 0.608, and SSE = 0.636. The hypotheses' findings led to the development of a validated instrument to measure students' online learning in Saudi Arabia's higher education.

In this article, two significant elements in social media websites, system operation, and social technology are examined in connection to website visitors' online loyalty and interaction, namely, commitment and satisfaction, in neighborhood management through social media websites. A total of 287 social media users completed a systematic questionnaire. After confirmatory factor analysis, data were examined in AMOS 24 using structural equation modeling with bootstrap. The research showed that both variables indirectly influence website visitors' online loyalty and interaction via trust and satisfaction, but not directly. Online relationship quality characteristics impact the interaction pattern of social media users after changes in services applied by the respective organizations on their websites. As for managers, the research gives crucial data on user behavior in connection to new services launched by organizations on their websites and shows how value creation to the target audience may help them reduce costs and optimize revenues.

Investigation of task-technology fit and intention to use social media tools needs to focus specifically on higher education for teaching and learning, and its impact on students' academic performance. This article aims to develop a model that would identify essential aspects that are predicted to continue to play a large role in TTF for learning in BI, which could be used to improve academic performance in higher education. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics and aspects of SM and the relationship between their use in the TTF and UTAUT theory to determine how they affect research students' satisfaction and AP in HE institutions. Data for the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and task-technology fit (TTF) theories were collected using a questionnaire survey. This research hypothesizes that behavioral intention to utilize social media and task-technology fit for learning will influence social characteristics, technology characteristics, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy, all of which will improve academic performance. As a test bed for this research, a structural equation model (SEM) was constructed examining the relationships between factors that affect students' academic performance. A stratified random sample strategy was used to disseminate the main tool of data collection, a questionnaire, to 383 students. A quantitative method was used to examine the results. The obtained outcomes showed that there was a correlation among social characteristics, technological characteristics, behavioral intention to use social media, and task-technology fit for academic performance, which aided student performance and results. The study indicates that PEX and EEX also demonstrated a strong relation to task-technology fit and behavioral intent to use social media for academic purposes, both of which positively impacted academic performance. As a result, the study found that behavioral intention to utilize and task-technology-fit social media promote students' active learning and enable them to discuss and exchange knowledge and information more efficiently. In conclusion, we encourage students to use social media for educational purposes in their studies and teaching through lectures in HE institutions.

Previous research on e-learning in underdeveloped countries has seldom taken a comprehensive approach. A literature review of recent published research in the field of e-learning use during the COVID-19 epidemic is also included in this study. Therefore, the aim of this study is to look at the technology acceptance model (TAM) and information systems (IS) performance models to see how system quality (SYQ), service quality (SEQ), and quality of life (QoL) are related, as well as the mediating impact of perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU), affect students' behavioral intention to use (BIU), and actual use of an e-learning system (AUE) as sustainability for education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Path analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to evaluate the research model, using the data from e-learning users obtained through a survey. Participants were e-learning users from two Saudi Arabian public universities. The findings revealed that PU and ease of use were positively correlated and influenced by SYQ, SEQ, and QoL in education, and that PEU and PU were positively influenced by students' BIU and AUE system. In the sense of e-learning in developing countries, previous studies rarely looked at an integrated model. This paper also attempts to provide a recently published study in the area of the use of an e-learning system as sustainability for education during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a lot of ongoing research.

Purpose of the Study: The significance of creativity and performance in the workplace has been illustrated on various occasions. This study aims to find out if there is a link between transformative leadership, organizational innovation, psychological issues such as hindrance and challenge stressors, and employee creativity and employee performance. There is still a lack of awareness of the factors that influence employee performance in small and medium businesses (SMEs) in Pakistan. Pakistan's SMEs have struggled to survive in their early years, with an initial failure rate of 90 percent to 95 percent. Methodology: The relationship between hindrance and challenge stressors, organizational innovation, transformational leadership, employee creativity, and their effect on overall employee performance is established through employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, constructs were developed from existing theories, hypotheses were generated, data were collected from 424 SME employees, and SEM analysis was conducted to prove the suggested hypothesis. The employees of SMEs are the research study's unit of analysis. Findings: The findings of this study demonstrated that challenge stressors, transformational leadership, and employee creativity all had positive and significant effects on employee performance. Originality/Value: This is one of the first studies to study and extends existing understanding of psychological research in this manner and following correlations in a developing country, Pakistan: the links between transformational leadership and employees' perception of creativity and performance along with organizational innovation and work stressors. Based on theoretical considerations, a model is proposed, and hypotheses are established and explored. The findings of this study can help businesses increase employee performance by informing employee performance improvement methods. Business executives might learn more about how to engage and motivate employees to improve their performance.

Religiously integrated interventions for treating mental illnesses have proved effective. However, many studies have yet to adequately address the effects of Islamic religious-based rituals on mental health among Muslims. The present study investigated the impact of a purposefully designed Islamic religion-based intervention on reducing depression and anxiety disorders among Muslim patients using a randomised controlled trial design. A total of 62 Muslim patients (30 women and 32 men) were divided by gender into two groups, with each group assigned randomly to either treatment or control groups. The participants who received the Islamic-based intervention were compared to participants who received the control intervention. Taylor's (cite date) manifest anxiety scale and Steer and Beck's (cite the date) depression scale were used to examine the effects on depression and anxiety levels. ANCOVA results revealed that the Islamic intervention significantly reduced anxiety levels in women (d = 0.75) and depression levels in men (d = 0.80) compared to the typical care control groups.

This paper studies the effect of Quranic therapy on psychological diseases and spiritual diseases. The experiments have been conducted on a random sample with 121 patients from both genders. The procedures that have been followed were different sessions with the patients, who were given some verses from the Holy Quran to listen within a specific period of time. After that, each patient was given a remedy program. This study aimed to measure the effectiveness and responsiveness of patients to receive treatment through Quran. This study highlighted the employment of a quantitative research, which achieved its objective through validity and reliability. The results of the effectiveness factor came after ability and willingness and gave a result of 92.6% for those who support the contention that the Quran has a significant healing influence. Also, some of the patients who regularly attended Quranic therapy sessions have been successfully cured, 81.8% of the sample believe that Quranic therapy sessions support their health needs. This study has empirically proved that the sound of the Holy Quran is an effective treatment for those who suffer from spiritual and psychological issues. Folk medicine and other traditional methods of treatment are important field of study that require further investigation. The study also illustrates that it's highly important for patient to have confidence in his doctor or healer. Furthermore, our results show that the ability and willingness positively and significantly are related to the effectiveness and responsiveness, also effectiveness positively and significantly related to the responsiveness. Therefore, the patients satisfied to receive treatment through Quran and they have the ability and willingness to do so as they believe that Quran is an essential part of their life.
