RESUMEN

The article deals with evaluation of clinical diagnostic importance of detection of vascular endothelial growth factor under pyelonephritis in children. The study was implemented on sampling of 60 patients with various degree of compensation process. The level of vascular endothelial growth factor increased significantly in patients proportionally to severity of process and its value correlated with velocity of glomerular filtration and vascularization of kidney.

RESUMEN

The study is based upon the results of clinical laboratory examination of 33 patients with diagnosis of recurrent herpetic stomatitis. The control group included 26 healthy persons. In patients with manifestations of herpetic infection of mucous tunic of oral cavity the pronounced abnormalities of indicators of secretory immunity (lactoferrin, secretory immunoglobulin A) correlating with hygiene index are established. At the same time, indicator of antiviral immunity (alpha-interferon) characterized by absence of significant changes in this group of patients.

RESUMEN

The article considers the evaluation of clinical diagnostic value of identification of granulocytic colony-stimulating factor under hepatocirrhosis. The study used the sample of 138 patients with different degree of severity of hepatocirrhosis according the Child-Pugh scale. The standard biochemical indicators of liver function were increased in all patients but without significant differences depending on severity of hepatocirrhosis. The level of granulocytic colony-stimulating factor significantly increased in patients depending on etiology of process and degree of its severity.
