The article describes the methodological approaches to medical equipment for supplies teams of specialized medical care and medical and nursing teams, formed on the basis of the Military Medical Academy. Kirov. It is shown that the priority in the selection of samples medical equipment suitable for use in the medical unit formations, military units and military medical institutions and medical institutions (subdivisions) of other ministries and departments, belongs to medical bags, sets of medical equipment, sets and packing medical taken to supply the Armed Forces and included in the rations medical supplies formations, military units and organizations. [The contributin of medical supply experts into military health care during the Great Patriotic War].

During the Great Patriotic War edical supply experts to solve complex problems for the "smooth and full achievement of medical supplies of the army, the development of official documents, creation of new samples of complete- standard-issue equipment, ambulance and medical equipment. The experience gained on the battlefield and during the post-war period, allowed progressively improving the functioning of. the medical supply troops (forces), successfully and consistently carried out in the framework of its organizational planning and other activities.

[Medical devices and its in-field use].

The quality of in-field treatment and prevention measures depends on the availability of modern medical devices, instruments, and equipment. In this regard peculiarities of medical care delivery during military conflicts advance special requirements for medical equipment, which is used by the medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The article shows prospects of in-field use of the most important samples of medical devices adopted by the Armed Forces.

[Development of different approaches to classification of medical equipment sets].

The authors provided results of the study on approaches to the classification of medical equipment sets for the medical service of the Armed Forces. A retrospective analysis of the formation and development of classifications of first aid kits, medical bags, sets of medical equipment, medical kits and kits is performed. Basic factors influencing the structure and principles of classification sets of medical equipment are detected. The authors present modern classification of sets of medical equipment and the ways of its improvement.

[The use of the new loads of expendable medical supplies by the medical service of the Armed Forces].

The new loads of expendable medical supplies adopted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and included into regulating documents are the most important elements of the authorized equipment system. Nine loads of expendable medical supplies, combined into two classification groups, are provided for the medical service. The use of these loads improves the effectiveness of medical supply for all stages of medical evacuation, medical continuity during medical and evacuation procedures and allows to deliver medical aid to patients on the basis of modern and innovative medical technologies.

[The use of new sets and medical kits by the medical service of the Armed Forces].

Taken to supply in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and included in the modern regulating documents new sets and medical kits are a crucial element of the complete-standard-issue equipment. For the military unit of medical service provided 12 sets and medical kits united into 2 classification groups. They allow medical service to perform any surgical interventions and medical procedures in the military echelon in accordance with modern approaches to health care and treatment of the wounded in wartime, in armed conflict and the elimination of the health consequences of emergencies in peacetime.

[At the cutting edge of Russian pharmacy: from the department materia medica to the department of military-medical supply and pharmacy].

The authors presented a historical sketch abouth the department of military-medical supply and pharmacy of the military-medical academy since 1798. During the whole history of the department the academic staff has successfully combined educational and research work with solution of a practical questions of improvement of medical supply of the russian army and navy. During the different historical periods and on the basis of current requirements of military medicine and pharmacy it is necessary to develop theory and practice of medical supply and normative legal acts of the system of medical supply, to develop new examples of medical property, to develop manufacturing processes of medicinal products, quality management, to perform researches in the area of radiochemistry of medical products, forensic chemistry, toxicology, research of medical plants, medicinal water and etc.

[Appliancation of logistics in resources management of medical asset].

The usage of basic regulations of logistics in practical activity for providing joints and military units with medical asset is theoretically justified. The role of logistics in organizing, building and functioning of military (armed forces) medical supply system is found out. The methods of solving urgent problems of improvement the resources management of medical asset on the basis of logistics are presented.

[Theoretic and applicative aspects of applying of formulary system in military medicine].

Development of the medicamental aid in military medicine can be realized only through the introduction of the formulary system. This system forms the informative-methodological basis of the achievement of socially necessary level of drug usage. On the basis of medical standards and analysis of sick rate the formulary of pharmaceuticals which can help to reduce the nomenclature of applying drugs, improve efficiency of medicamental aid is worked out. Medical service of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has an experience in the development of formularies, but it is early to speak about the introduction of the formulary system into routine of military medicine. Development of the medicamental aid in military medicine on the basis of the formulary system will conduce to satisfying of medical and social requirements of servicemen, military retiree and members of their families.

[Organization of medical supply of troops of the Red Army during the Great Patriotic War].

The article presents historical aspects of organization of medical supply of the Red Army during pre-war period and during the Great Patriotic war. Studying of experience of military medicine shows that its results depended not only upon organization of functioning of system of supply the troops by medical property, but also upon the work of specialists of medical supply. Various conclusions, made on the base of generalizing of results of activity of different institutes of medical supply in condition of combat actions, are actual for now-day level of development of system of medical supply of the Armed Forces of RF

[Modernization of organization base of technical service and repair of medical technique].

The article presents organizational aspects of technical service and repair of medical technique, used by medical service of the Armed Forces. Was analyzed order of bringing into service of new medical technique, reasons of untimely solving of this task. Was presented a systemic structure of forces and measures on technical service and repair of medical technique, which includes 3 levels: I--Center, II--military region, III--territorial area of responsibility. In details were observed tasks of every level of responsibility.

[Conceptual approach to formation of a modern system of medical provision].

Within the frame of forming of a new face of medical service of the Armed Forces, were determined the principle approaches to optimization of the process of development of the system of medical supply. It was proposed to use the following principles: principle of hierarchic structuring, principle of purposeful orientation, principle of vertical task sharing, principle of horizontal task sharing, principle of complex simulation, principle of permanent perfection. The main direction of optimization of structure and composition of system of medical supply of the Armed Forces are: forming of modern institutes of medical supply--centers of support by technique and facilities on the base of central, regional storehouses, and attachment of several functions of organs of military government to them; creation of medical supply office on the base military hospitals, being basing treatment-prophylaxis institutes, in adjusted territorial zones of responsibility for the purpose of realization of complex of tasks of supplying the units and institutes, attached to them on medical support, by medical equipment. Building of medical support system is realized on three levels: Center - Military region (NAVY region) - territorial zone of responsibility.

[Medical-economical reasoning of volumes of financing of medicamental aid in the Armed Forces].

The article presents the observe of methodological approaches to determination of necessity of financing the guarantee military-treatment institutes by medicaments in conditions of delivery of dispensary-polyclinic aid, of stationary treatment; organization of buying of medicaments, volumes of financing of medical service of the Armed Forces.

[Organization of medicinal service in local military conflicts of our times].

In modern conditions the increasing frequency of local conflicts makes it necessary to pay special attention to some problems of medical support system taking into account the experience of previous military campaigns. Among these problems are the following: the realization of principle of territorial supply; the creation of distinct system of interdepartmental interaction in conflict zone; the improvement of individual and group medical equipment; as well as the development of standards of drug and medical material supply basing on the common approaches to treatment and care rendered to the patients and casualties.
