RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Stimulation of a specific site in the dorsolateral subthalamic nucleus (STN) was recently associated with slower motor progression in Parkinson's Disease (PD), based on the deep brain stimulation (DBS) in early-stage PD pilot clinical trial. Here, subject-level visualizations are presented of this early-stage PD dataset to further describe the relationship between active contacts and motor progression. This study also evaluates whether stimulation of the sweet spot and connectivity model associated with slower motor progression is also associated with improvements in long-term motor outcomes in patients with advanced-stage PD. METHODS: Active contacts of the early-stage PD cohort (N = 14) were analyzed alongside the degree of two-year motor progression. Sweet spot and connectivity models derived from the early-stage PD cohort were then used to determine how well they can estimate the variance in long-term motor outcomes in an independent STN-DBS cohort of advanced-stage PD patients (N = 29). RESULTS: In early-stage PD, proximity of stimulation to the dorsolateral STN was associated with slower motor progression. In advanced-stage PD, stimulation proximity to the early PD connectivity model and sweet spot were associated with better long-term motor outcomes (R = 0.60, P < 0.001; R = 0.37, P = 0.046, respectively). CONCLUSIONS: Results suggest stimulation of a specific site in the dorsolateral STN is associated with both slower motor progression and long-term motor improvements in PD.

Objectives: This study presents a cohort of individuals in a natural history study with de novo pathogenic missense variants in HNRNPH2 causative of HNRNPH2-related neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) to describe individuals' adaptive functional abilities. Methods: We measured adaptive function using the Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adaptive Test (PEDI-CAT) and the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (VABS-III). Results were compared using inferential statistics and regression analysis. Results: Sixty-seven individuals carried known pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants in HNRNPH2. Thirty-five participants (2.89-42.04 years, 83% female) and caregivers completed PEDI-CAT assessments with 25 of these participants completing the VABS-III. Sixteen, three and two participants completed a follow-up PEDI-CAT assessment at one, two and three years respectively. Individuals had mean normative scores less than age-matched peers across all domains on both PEDI-CAT and VABS-III measures, with 91% participants < 5th percentile on both the PEDI- CAT and VABS-III. Verbal and ambulatory participants had significantly higher PEDI-CAT scores across all domains, using both raw and normative data. There was no significant change in PEDI-CAT scores over 3 years. Conclusions: Overall scores, both raw and normative, are low across all individuals with HNRNPH2-related NDD using both the PEDI-CAT and VABS-III. PEDI-CAT normative scores do not likely represent the clinical variability, but raw scores may be able to capture functional variability. In a small sample, longitudinal data from the PEDI-CAT domain scores demonstrate stability in performance at 3 years.Trial Registration: ClinicalTrials.gov NCT03492060.

In recent years, soft robotics has emerged as a rapidly expanding frontier research field that draws inspiration from the locomotion mechanisms of soft-bodied creatures in nature to achieve smooth and complex motion for diverse applications. However, the fabrication of soft robots with hybrid structures remains challenging due to limitations in material selection and the complex, multi-step processes involved in traditional manufacturing methods. Herein, a novel direct one-step additive manufacturing (3D printing) approach is introduced for the fabrication of hybrid robots composed of soft and rigid components for sophisticated tasks. Inspired by the shape-transformable liquid metal nanoparticles (LMNPs), a functional material toolkit with tuneable mechanical properties and deformability is developed by integrating differently shaped gallium-based nanoparticles (GNPs) into the 3D printing polymers. Then the direct printing of assembled or one-piece hybrid soft-rigid robots is presented through a single recipe of GNPs-integrated inks. This fabrication method enables precise control of the mechanical properties and shape memory properties within the hybrid structures of robot body with a customized structure design. Their capabilities are further demonstrated through the design and fabrication of hybrid robots as high-precision gripper, bioinspired motor, and hand rehabilitation device.

Valproic acid (VPA) is an effective and widely used anti-seizure medication but is teratogenic when used during pregnancy, affecting brain and spinal cord development for reasons that remain largely unclear. Here we designed a genetic recombinase-based SOX10 reporter system in human pluripotent stem cells that enables tracking and lineage tracing of Neural Crest cells (NCCs) in a human organoid model of the developing neural tube. We found that VPA induces extensive cellular senescence and promotes mesenchymal differentiation of human NCCs. We next show that the clinically approved drug Rapamycin inhibits senescence and restores aberrant NCC differentiation trajectory after VPA exposure in human organoids and in developing zebrafish, highlighting the therapeutic promise of this approach. Finally, we identify the pioneer factor AP1 as a key element of this process. Collectively our data reveal cellular senescence as a central driver of VPA-associated neurodevelopmental teratogenicity and identifies a new pharmacological strategy for prevention. These results exemplify the power of genetically modified human stem cell-derived organoid models for drug discovery.

Here, we describe patterns of reproduction and flight phenology of putative Phloeosinus punctatus in giant sequoia groves and compare morphology and genotypes of beetles from sympatric giant sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) and California incense-cedar (Calocedrus decurrens). Surveys conducted in 2022 revealed that numerous branches fall from giant sequoia crowns (on average ~30 branches/tree), with 20%-50% of trees per site shedding branches, depositing breeding material for beetles on the forest floor that subsequently becomes colonized. When noninfested branches cut from mature giant sequoias were placed at the ground surface, they were colonized by P. punctatus and produced an average of 28 beetles/kg branch. Climbing and examination of sequoia crowns in 2023 showed that 75% of mature trees across 11 groves showed evidence of adult beetle entrance holes in their crowns. In 2021, tests with sticky traps showed that beetles alighted on fallen branches from 20th May to 20th August (peak landing: 2nd July); a logistic model developed from emergence data in 2021 and 2022 predicts the emergence of F1 offspring from branches between 10th July and 1st September (peak emergence: 8th August). Beetles emerging from giant sequoia preferred to settle on giant sequoia, did not reproduce in incense-cedar, and diverged morphologically from beetles emerging from incense-cedar. However, phylogenetic analysis of three genes (28S, CAD, and COI) revealed no clear pattern of sequence divergence, suggesting a single species (P. punctatus) that colonizes both hosts, though cryptic speciation may not be detectable with standard barcoding genes. Ecological and potential management implications are discussed.

Background: Plasma microbial cell-free DNA (mcfDNA) sequencing can establish the etiology of multiple infectious syndromes by identifying microbial DNA in plasma. However, data are needed to define the clinical scenarios where this tool offers the highest clinical benefit. Methods: We conducted a prospective multicenter observational study that evaluated the impact of plasma mcfDNA sequencing compared with usual care testing among adults with hematologic malignancies. This is a secondary analysis of an expanded cohort that evaluated the clinical utility of plasma mcfDNA sequencing across prespecified and adjudicated outcomes. We examined the percentage of participants for whom plasma mcfDNA sequencing identified a probable cause of pneumonia or clinically relevant nonpneumonia infection. We then assessed potential changes in antimicrobial therapy based on plasma mcfDNA sequencing results and the potential for early mcfDNA testing to avoid bronchoscopy and its associated adverse events. Results: Of 223 participants, at least 1 microbial detection by plasma mcfDNA sequencing was adjudicated as a probable cause of pneumonia in 57 (25.6%) and a clinically relevant nonpneumonia infection in 88 (39.5%). A probable cause of pneumonia was exclusively identified by plasma mcfDNA sequencing in 23 (10.3%) participants. Antimicrobial therapy would have changed for 41 (18.4%) participants had plasma mcfDNA results been available in real time. Among the 57 participants with a probable cause of pneumonia identified by plasma mcfDNA sequencing, bronchoscopy identified no additional probable cause of pneumonia in 52 (91.2%). Conclusions: Plasma mcfDNA sequencing could improve management of both pneumonia and other concurrent infections in immunocompromised patients with suspected pneumonia.

BACKGROUND: Trauma can result in systemic inflammation that leads to organ dysfunction, but the impact on the brain, particularly following extracranial insults, has been largely overlooked. METHODS: Building upon our prior findings, we aimed to understand the impact of systemic inflammation on neuroinflammatory gene transcripts in eight brain regions in rats exposed to (1) blast overpressure exposure [BOP], (2) cutaneous thermal injury [BU], (3) complex extremity injury, 3 hours (h) of tourniquet-induced ischemia, and hind limb amputation [CEI+tI+HLA], (4) BOP+BU or (5) BOP+CEI and delayed HLA [BOP+CEI+dHLA] at 6, 24, and 168 h post-injury (hpi). RESULTS: Globally, the number and magnitude of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) correlated with injury severity, systemic inflammation markers, and end-organ damage, driven by several chemokines/cytokines (Csf3, Cxcr2, Il16, and Tgfb2), neurosteroids/prostaglandins (Cyp19a1, Ptger2, and Ptger3), and markers of neurodegeneration (Gfap, Grin2b, and Homer1). Regional neuroinflammatory activity was least impacted following BOP. Non-blast trauma (in the BU and CEI+tI+HLA groups) contributed to an earlier, robust and diverse neuroinflammatory response across brain regions (up to 2-50-fold greater than that in the BOP group), while combined trauma (in the BOP+CEI+dHLA group) significantly advanced neuroinflammation in all regions except for the cerebellum. In contrast, BOP+BU resulted in differential activity of several critical neuroinflammatory-neurodegenerative markers compared to BU. t-SNE plots of DEGs demonstrated that the onset, extent, and duration of the inflammatory response are brain region dependent. Regardless of injury type, the thalamus and hypothalamus, which are critical for maintaining homeostasis, had the most DEGs. Our results indicate that neuroinflammation in all groups progressively increased or remained at peak levels over the study duration, while markers of end-organ dysfunction decreased or otherwise resolved. CONCLUSIONS: Collectively, these findings emphasize the brain's sensitivity to mediators of systemic inflammation and provide an example of immune-brain crosstalk. Follow-on molecular and behavioral investigations are warranted to understand the short- to long-term pathophysiological consequences on the brain, particularly the mechanism of blood-brain barrier breakdown, immune cell penetration-activation, and microglial activation.

Using a nasopharyngeal (NP) or anterior nasal (NS) swab from prospectively collected or retrospective specimens, we assessed the clinical performance of the BD Respiratory Viral Panel (BD RVP) for BD MAX System against FDA-cleared or authorized comparators. Across prospective and retrospective specimens, positive percent agreement (PPA) was ≥ 98.4% for SARS-CoV-2, ≥ 96.7% for influenza (flu) A, ≥ 91.7% for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and 100% for flu B (retrospective only) while negative percent agreement (NPA) was ≥ 97.7% across all targets, leading to the assay FDA clearance. A head-to-head comparison of NS versus NP results with BD RVP was also performed; PPA was ≥ 90% and NPA ≥ 98.2% for SARS-CoV-2, flu A and RSV. These findings confirm that the BD MAX RVP assay performs well for detection and differentiation of the three viruses in NP and NS specimens, with strong interrater agreements for NS versus NP comparisons.

BACKGROUND: Long-term care services are funded primarily by Medicaid long-term services and support in the United States, where eligibility is based on care needs of the individual with intellectual and developmental disability alone. Impact of Medicaid waiver services on self-reported caregiver needs is not well understood. METHOD: Caregivers (n = 405) of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across four states (NY, OH, TX, and PA) completed an online survey. RESULTS: Caregivers reported a moderate degree of burden and susceptibility of stress-induced health breakdown. Despite controlling for the activities of daily living of the care recipient, caregivers of individuals with Medicaid Waiver services reported greater difficulty managing medications (p = .013) and finding paid help (p < .001) than caregivers of individuals without services.

BACKGROUND: Mastoiditis frequently occurs in children as they are more susceptible to middle ear infections, but infrequently occurs in adults. A rare complication that results from mastoiditis and an obstructing cholesteatoma is a Bezold's abscess, of which there are less than 100 reported cases in literature to date. CASE PRESENTATION: Here, we present a case of a 72-year-old Caucasian man who has had no history of prior ear infections and was found to have a cholesteatoma and advanced acute coalescent mastoiditis complicated by a Bezold's abscess. CONCLUSIONS: Bezold's abscess is a rare entity infrequently encountered in the modern era, likely owing to more prompt treatment of otitis media. Cholesteatoma poses a great risk for both the development of otitis media and further progression to mastoiditis and its associated complications, such as Bezold's abscess. Knowledge of said abscess is crucial; without prompt recognition, further spread of infection can occur with vascular or mediastinal involvement.

BACKGROUND: Depression is common in Parkinson's disease (PD) but is underrecognized clinically. Although systematic screening is a recommended strategy to improve depression recognition in primary care practice, it has not been widely used in PD care. METHODS: The 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15) was implemented at 5 movement disorders clinics to screen PD patients. Sites developed processes suited to their clinical workflow. Qualitative interviews with clinicians and patients provided information on feasibility, acceptability, and perceived utility. RESULTS: Prior to implementation, depression screening was recorded in 12% using a formal instrument; 64% were screened informally by clinical interview, and no screening was recorded in 24%. Of 1406 patients seen for follow-up care during the implementation period, 88% were screened, 59% using the GDS-15 (self-administered in 51% and interviewer administered in 8%), a nearly 5-fold increase in formal screening. Lack of clinician or staff time and inability to provide the GDS-15 to the patient ahead of the visit were the most commonly cited reasons for lack of screening using the GDS-15; 378 (45%) patients completing the GDS-15 screened positive for depression, and 137 were enrolled for a 12-month prospective follow-up. Mean GDS-15 scores improved from 8.8 to 7.0 (P < 0.0001) and the 39-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire emotional subscore from 42.2 to 36.7 (P = 0.0007). CONCLUSIONS: Depression screening in PD using a formal instrument can be achieved at much higher levels than is currently practiced, but there are barriers to implementing this in clinical practice. An individual site-specific process is necessary to optimize screening rates.

Fibroblastic connective tissue nevus (FCTN) is a rare, benign dermal mesenchymal lesion of fibroblastic and myofibroblastic lineage. We report a case of a 2-year-old male who presented with an 18-month history of an erythematous, asymptomatic, unchanging dermal plaque on the right medial frontal scalp. A punch biopsy showed a disorderly, bland, dermal fibroblastic spindle cell proliferation extending to the superficial subcutis. It stained positive for CD34, and concern for dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans was raised. However, FISH was negative for PDGFB rearrangement, and the constellation of findings was most consistent with FCTN. This case underscores the importance of distinguishing CD34+ mesenchymal tumors for both dermatologists and dermatopathologists. As these represent a rather diverse group of lesions with different biological behaviors, a knowledge of the differential diagnosis of these entities is critical for proper patient management.

Three-dimensional (3D) printing presents a compelling alternative for fabricating microfluidic devices, circumventing certain limitations associated with traditional soft lithography methods. Microfluidics play a crucial role in the biomedical sciences, particularly in the creation of tissue spheroids and pharmaceutical research. Among the various 3D printing techniques, light-driven methods such as stereolithography (SLA), digital light processing (DLP), and photopolymer inkjet printing have gained prominence in microfluidics due to their rapid prototyping capabilities, high-resolution printing, and low processing temperatures. This review offers a comprehensive overview of light-driven 3D printing techniques used in the fabrication of advanced microfluidic devices. It explores biomedical applications for 3D-printed microfluidics and provides insights into their potential impact and functionality within the biomedical field. We further summarize three light-driven 3D printing strategies for producing biomedical microfluidic systems: direct construction of microfluidic devices for cell culture, PDMS-based microfluidic devices for tissue engineering, and a modular SLA-printed microfluidic chip to co-culture and monitor cells.

Triticum mosaic virus (TriMV, genus Poacevirus, family Potyviridae) was first reported in 2006 (Seifers et al. 2008) to infect wheat, and since then, it has been established as a constraint for US wheat production (Byamukama et al. 2013). In the field, TriMV often exists as a coinfection with wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV), and these two viruses interact synergistically to produce severe symptoms and greater yield loss (Byamukama et al. 2012; Tatineni et al. 2022). Both TriMV and WSMV are transmitted by wheat curl mites (Aceria tosichella Keifer) (McMechan et al. 2014). Wheat is the primary host reported for TriMV in the field, but Seifers et al. (2010) established oat, rye, barley, and several other cereals and grasses as hosts under controlled conditions. However, there are no documented cases of TriMV infecting oats in the field. Between 10-25 June, 2023, a total of 273 field oat plants showing foliar yellowing, yellow flecking, and streaking symptoms were collected from four different fields in Nebraska (Big Springs: 41.1029° N, 102.1451° W; Mead: 41.2292° N, 96.4938° W; Odell: 40.0459° N, 96.7984° W; Stumf: 40.5048° N, 101.4223° W). Total RNA was extracted using the MagMax Plant RNA Isolation kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and the KingFisher Flex Magnetic Particle Processor (Thermo Fisher Scientific) (Mondal et al. 2023). Sample RNA was assayed with a single-step multiplex reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to determine presence of WSMV and TriMV. Out of 273 symptomatic oat plants, 254 (93.04%) tested positive for at least one virus. Out of total positive samples, 238 were positive for WSMV (93.70 %), 12 plants tested positive for both TriMV and WSMV (4.70%), and 4 plants were infected with TriMV alone (1.60%). As a secondary confirmation, amplified fragments from the TriMV single infection were gel purified using a gel extraction kit (QIAquick) and sequenced (Eurofins Genomics). The nucleotide sequences were analysed using the BlastN program, compiled, and edited in the BioEdit software (Hall 1999). Sequences were deposited in the NCBI GenBank database (accession number PP475806). Nucleotide BLAST searches of the target coat protein (CP) gene showed > 98% identity to the corresponding sequences in TriMV accession MK318274. For further validation, virus inoculum was prepared by grinding field-collected plant material from plants with only TriMV present in 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0, and then mechanically inoculating two-week-old oats (cv. Shaw n=8) and wheat (cv. Sattler, n=8) plants. Three weeks post-inoculation, all the eight wheat plants exhibited mild yellowing and streaking symptoms, while oat plants did not show obvious foliar symptoms. All wheat and oat plants were further tested positive with DAC-ELISA (antibodies produced against TriMV CP at the USDA-ARS facility in Lincoln, NE) and with RT-PCR. The specific attribution of these symptoms to TriMV in oats is not possible as none produced prominent symptoms. Asymptomatic oat infection from symptomatic field-collected oat samples could be due to oat cultivar differences. Although the prevalence of TriMV in wheat has been established across the Great Plains of the United States, to our knowledge, this is the first report of TriMV infection in US oat fields. Our finding warrant further investigation into the incidence and impact of the virus in oat crop and its potential for serving as a asymptomatic virus reservoir.

Brain diseases are the most devastating problem among the world's increasingly aging population, and the number of patients with neurological diseases is expected to increase in the future. Although methods for delivering drugs to the brain have advanced significantly, none of these approaches provide satisfactory results for the treatment of brain diseases. This remains a challenge due to the unique anatomy and physiology of the brain, including tight regulation and limited access of substances across the blood-brain barrier. Nanoparticles are considered an ideal drug delivery system to hard-to-reach organs such as the brain. The development of new drugs and new nanomaterial-based brain treatments has opened various opportunities for scientists to develop brain-specific delivery systems that could improve treatment outcomes for patients with brain disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke and brain tumors. In this review, we discuss noteworthy literature that examines recent developments in brain-targeted nanomedicines used in the treatment of neurological diseases.

Background: Recently, increasing focus on patient input into research and healthcare improvements has fostered expanded patient-centered advocacy efforts. This first pan-fungal disease summit, part of the MYCology Advocacy, Research, & Education effort, brought together patients, caregivers, and mycology experts to better document patient experiences with invasive fungal disease (IFD) and establish priorities for mycology education, advocacy, and research. Methods: Patients who had suffered from IFD, their caregivers, clinicians, industry representatives, government officials, and patient advocacy professionals were invited. Patients and caregivers shared their stories and struggles with IFD. Breakout sessions separated mycology experts from patients and caregivers for further discussions to identify commonalities and perceived gaps and to formulate recommendations. The 2 groups then reconvened to develop consensus recommendations. Results: IFD patients and their caregivers shared experiences reflecting the typically lengthy prediagnosis, acute treatment, long-term treatment, and posttreatment recovery stages of IFD. They reported substantial physical, psychological, and financial burdens associated with the IFD experience, particularly related to delayed diagnoses. They reaffirmed a need for coordinated patient-centered education, peer support, and advocacy to document the burden of serious fungal infections. Mycology experts discussed strategies to address gaps in the mycology field, such as insufficient training, inadequate workforce support, and a need to partner more with patient groups. Conclusions: A summit involving patients with IFD, family caregivers, and mycology experts identified a substantial nonclinical burden of disease associated with IFD. Patients and mycology experts prioritized several goals for education, advocacy, and research to raise awareness of IFD and improve outcomes.

BACKGROUND: Top-tier general and specialty scientific journals serve as a bellwether for national research priorities. We hypothesize that military-relevant publications are underrepresented in the scientific literature and that such publications decrease significantly during peacetime. METHODS: We identified high impact journals in the fields of Medicine, Surgery and Critical Care and developed Boolean searches for military-focused topics using National Library of Medicine Subject Headings terms. A PubMed search from 1950 to 2020 returned the number of research publications in relevant journals and the rate of military-focused publications by year. Rates of military publications were compared between peacetime and wartime. Publication rate trends were modeled with a quadratic function controlling for the start of active conflict and total casualty numbers. Baseline proportions of military physicians relative to the civilian sector served to estimate expected publication rates. Comparisons were performed using Pearson's χ 2 and Mann-Whitney U test, with p < 0.05 considered a significant difference. RESULTS: From 1950 to 2020, a total of 716,340 manuscripts were published in the journals queried. Of these, military-relevant manuscripts totaled 4,052 (0.57%). We found a significant difference in the rate of publication during times of peace and times of war (0.40% vs. 0.69%, p < 0.001). Subgroup analysis found significantly reduced rates of publication in medical and critical care journals during peacetime. For each conflict, the percentage of military-focused publications peaked during periods of war but then receded below baseline levels within a median of 2.5 years (interquartile range, 1.5-3.8 years) during peacetime. The proportion of military-focused publications never reached the current proportion of military physicians in the workforce. CONCLUSION: There is marked reduction in rates of publication for military-focused articles in high impact journals during peacetime. Military-focused articles are underrepresented in high-impact journals. Investigators of military-relevant topics and editors of high-impact journals should seek to close this gap.

Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability. Occlusion and reperfusion of cerebral blood vessels (i.e., ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury) generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) that contribute to brain cell death and dysfunction of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) via oxidative stress. BBB disruption influences the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke by contributing to cerebral edema, hemorrhagic transformation, and extravasation of circulating neurotoxic proteins. An improved understanding of mechanisms for ROS-associated alterations in BBB function during ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury can lead to improved treatment paradigms for ischemic stroke. Unfortunately, progress in developing ROS targeted therapeutics that are effective for stroke treatment has been slow. Here, we review how ROS are produced in response to I/R injury, their effects on BBB integrity (i.e., tight junction protein complexes, transporters), and the utilization of antioxidant treatments in ischemic stroke clinical trials. Overall, knowledge in this area provides a strong translational framework for discovery of novel drugs for stroke and/or improved strategies to mitigate I/R injury in stroke patients.

Patients with brain cancers including medulloblastoma lack treatments that are effective long-term and without side effects. In this study, a multifunctional fluoropolymer-engineered iron oxide nanoparticle gene-therapeutic platform is presented to overcome these challenges. The fluoropolymers are designed and synthesized to incorporate various properties including robust anchoring moieties for efficient surface coating, cationic components to facilitate short interference RNA (siRNA) binding, and a fluorinated tail to ensure stability in serum. The blood-brain barrier (BBB) tailored system demonstrates enhanced BBB penetration, facilitates delivery of functionally active siRNA to medulloblastoma cells, and delivers a significant, almost complete block in protein expression within an in vitro extracellular acidic environment (pH 6.7) - as favored by most cancer cells. In vivo, it effectively crosses an intact BBB, provides contrast for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and delivers siRNA capable of slowing tumor growth without causing signs of toxicity - meaning it possesses a safe theranostic function. The pioneering methodology applied shows significant promise in the advancement of brain and tumor microenvironment-focused MRI-siRNA theranostics for the better treatment and diagnosis of medulloblastoma.
