RESUMEN

The appearance and development of additive manufacturing technology promotes the production and manufacture of parts with more complex designs and smaller sizes and realizes the complex topology that cannot be made by equal-material manufacturing and submanufacturing. Nowadays, the application of tri-periodic minimal surface (TPMS) in topology optimization design has become a new choice, and, because of its excellent structure and properties, has gradually become mainstream. In this paper, the mechanical properties of four different topologies prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) using 316L stainless steel powder were investigated, including two TPMS sheet structures (Primitive surface, Gyroid surface) and two common lattice structures (Bcc lattice, truss lattice). The mechanical properties (Young's modulus, yield stress, plateau stress, and toughness) were compared by numerical simulation and compression experiment. It can be concluded from the results that the mechanical properties and deformation mechanism of the specimen are mainly related to the type of lattice, though have little relationship with unit thickness at the same relative density. The Gyroid curved structure showed the best mechanical properties and energy absorption capacity, followed by the truss lattice structure. By comparison, the mechanical properties of the traditional Bcc lattice structure and the Primitive surface structure are poor, and the deformation mechanism of these two structures is uncertain and difficult to control.

SLM (Selective Laser Melting) is a unique additive manufacturing technology which plays an irreplaceable role in the modern industrial revolution. 3D printers can directly process metal powder quickly to obtain the necessary parts faster. Shortly, it will be possible to manufacture products at unparalleled speeds. Advanced manufacturing technology is used to produce durable and efficient parts with different metals that have good metal structure performance and excellent metal thermal performance, to lead the way for laser powder printing technology. Traditional creative ways are usually limited by time, and cannot respond to customers' needs fast enough; for some parts with high precision and complexity, conventional manufacturing methods are inadequate. Contrary to this, SLM technology offers some advantages, such as requiring no molds this decreases production time and helps to reduce costs. In addition, SLM technology has strong comprehensive functions, which can reduce assembly time and improve material utilization. Parts with complex structures, such as cavities and three-dimensional grids, can be made without restricting the shape of products. Products or parts can be printed quickly without the use of expensive production equipment. The product quality is better, and the mechanical load performance is comparable to traditional production technologies (such as forging). This paper introduces in detail the process parameters that affect SLM technology and how they affect SLM, commonly used metal materials and non-metallic materials, and summarizes the current research. Finally, the problems faced by SLM are prospected.

In order to enhance the anti-jamming ability of electro-hydraulic position servo control system at the same time improve the control precision of the system, a compound control strategy that combines velocity compensation with Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) is proposed, and the working principle of the compound control strategy is given. ADRC controller is designed, and the extended state observer is used for observing internal parameters uncertainties and external disturbances, so that the disturbances of the system are suppressed effectively. Velocity compensation controller is designed and the compensation model is derived to further improve the positioning accuracy of the system and to achieve the velocity compensation without disturbance. The compound control strategy is verified by the simulation and experiment respectively, and the simulation and experimental results show that the electro-hydraulic position servo control system with ADRC controller can effectively inhibit the external disturbances, the precise positioning control is realized after introducing the velocity compensation controller, and verify that the compound control strategy is effective.
