[The social hygienic risk factors to be applied in acute endometritis prognostication].

The article presents the results of investigation of prevalence and prognostic significance of socio-hygienic risk factors of acute endometritis in 187 patients with this disease and 150 patients with non-complicated postnatal period. It is established that development of acute endometritis is associated more with quality of life indices, early (up to 14 years of age) onset of sexual activity, presence in anamnesis of medical and spontaneous abortion. These risk factors should be considered in the process of prognosticating development of acute endometritis.

[The Dynamics of General Morbidity of Salpingoophoritis as a Problem of the Regional Health Care].

The article presents the results of studying dynamics of total morbidity of salpingoophoritis in the Belgorod oblast in 2009-2014 testifying negative tendencies. The maximal increasing of of total morbidity of salpingoophoritis among female adolescents and adult women in oblast rural districts was established. The obtained data can be used as a basis for developing target regional programs directed to improvement of functioning of specialized obstetrician gynecological service.

[Mathematical-cartographic modeling and forecasting of caries and acute apical periodontitis incidence in pediatric population]. / Matematiko-kartograficheskoe modelirovanie i prognozirovanie zabolevaemosti detei kariesom i ostrym apikal'nym periodontitom.

The paper presents the results of mathematical-cartographic simulation study of the incidence of caries and acute apical periodontitis in pediatric population of Belgorod region. The Borisov district was found to be the most unfavorable area of the region with the highest incidence of the diseases. The forecast indicates an increase in the incidence of caries in children by 181.1 cases and acute apical periodontitis by 15.00 cases per 1.000 children annually in the coming years. The incidence of acute apical periodontitis is influenced by the excess of maximum permissible concentration of phenol and soot in atmospheric air, forming a homogenous cluster.

[Modeling shifts and correlation of hematological and immunological parameters in chronic generalized periodontitis]. / Modelirovanie sdvigov i korrelyatsionnykh svyazei gematologicheskikh i immunologicheskikh pokazatelei u bol'nykh khronicheskim generalizovannym parodontitom.

Simulation of shifts and correlations of hematological and immunological parameters of the T-cell immunity in 106 patients with chronic periodontal disease and 65 individuals of the control group allowed us to identify leading diagnostic parameters with the quantitative evaluation and enhanced contingency of intersystem communications in peripheral blood and cellular immunity. Mathematical modelling of systemic immunity revealed the most significant shift in absolute number of T-helpers and T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood. Less significant shifts were seen in relative numbers of T-helpers and T-suppressors as well as neutrophilic activity. The revealed changes may play an important role in both diagnosis and therapy of periodontal disease.
