RESUMEN

The article proposes new (immune cytochemical) mode of evaluation of reaction of blast-cell transformation of human lymphocytes under their stimulation with phytohemagglutinin instead of standard radiometric method using 3H-thymidine as a marker. The reaction was assessed by means of luminescent microscope under indirect immunofluorescence using nuclear antigen Ki-67 as a marker of proliferating cells. The Ki-67 was detected using monoclonal antibodies Ki-67. The functional capacity of lymphocytes was evaluated by amount of visualized (luminescent) Ki-67 positive cells appearing after three day stimulation of proliferation with phytohemagglutinin. The comparison was made between immune cytochemical (with Ki-67 marker) and radiometric (with marking by 3H-thymidine) methods of phytohemagglutinin stimulation of lymphocytes. The article presents substantiation of advantage of immune cytochemical method of evaluation of reaction of blast-cell transformation of human lymphocytes as compared with radiometric method concerning possibility of its broader implementation in laboratory practice.

RESUMEN

Despite notable advances of the currently available medical imaging techniques: Doppler study, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray tomography with the construction of three-dimensional images, angiography occupies a prominent place in the diagnosis of abnormal kidneys, in the endovascular correction of their vascular bed, and in the determination of indications for a forthcoming surgical intervention, its tactics and scope. According to the authors' data, more than half the diagnostic angiogaphic studies have changed the general view of a pathological process and affected a further treatment policy. The present paper pools the experience accumulated by the Department of X-ray Study and Angiography, Research Institute of Urology, Russian Ministry of Health, and Moscow City Hospital No. 47 and is intended for wide audience of roentgenologists, urologists, and surgeons.

RESUMEN

100 children with chronic gastroduodenitis and ulcer received laser treatment and dalargin electrophoresis. The controls received conventional chemotherapy. The treatments demonstrated similar effectivity as shown by clinical, endoscopic and special examinations, against Helicobacter pylori, in particular.
