RESUMEN
In the visual analyzer of the intact animals higher activity of NAD-dependent dehydrogenases of tricarbonic acids cycle is observed in the retina and of FAD-dependent dehydrogenases in the occipital brain lobes. The influence of stress by Desiderato method elicits compensatory increase of the succinatedegidrogenase activity. The acute stress elicits a change of regulation of the activity of dehydrogenase of tricarbonic acids cycle, estimated by the reaction to functional load. Animals staying in the darkness after stress promotes restoration of the tricarbonic acids cycle of the enzymes activity up to the normal level.

Cathepsin D preparations have been isolated from the heart of healthy animals and stress-surviving rats by the method of affine chromatography with the hemoglobin-biogel-P300 sorbent. To analysis of the obtained data permits concluding that acute stress stimulates activation of the catalytic function of cathepsin D in the heart. But the period after the stress accompanied by the consecutive proteolysis rate reduction, that can be explained, probably, by a change in enzyme conformation. The concentration of Ca2+ (10(-6), 10(-5) M) and cAMP (10(-7), 10(-6) M) exert a regulating influence on the cathepsin D activity in the heart in acute stress period and after it.

Stress itself as well as the subsequent myocardium necrosis developed after stress were mainly responsible for distinct decrease in concentration of somatotropin, somatomedin and for impairments in protein synthesis accompanied by decrease in proteins half-life in brain hemispheres and in non-ischemized heart left ventricle.

An increase of proton permeability, creation of the possibility for the superoxide radical O2-. to escape and a decrease in the oxidation rate of acetyl-CoA due to the stress origin with such membrane-bound enzymes as succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase remaining as active as they were, have been observed under the myocardial necroses reproduced after the endured stress in the internal mitochondrial membrane of the "non-ischemized" division of the left ventricle of the heart. Against a background of mitochondria denergization the content of non-esterified fatty acids in blood increases mainly as a result of the influx of non-esterified fatty acids of membrane origin.

Stresses such as the anxiety neurosis, are the cause of the magnesium metabolism disorders in the heart, brain, liver, and induce an increase in the fatty acids/magnesium ratio in the blood at the expense of such NEFA as C16:0, C18:1, C20:4.

Experiments on 215 Wistar rats have revealed that the state of the endured stress is an essential factor inducing disturbance in functioning of the hypothalamus-adenohypophysis-thyroid gland system accompanied by disturbance in regulation of the thyrotropin and triiodothyronine formation under conditions of myocardium necrosis development.

The formation of ischemic myocardium necrosis is accompanied by a disturbance of respiratory and phosphorylating function in the cortex of cerebral hemispheres. In this case the most considerable changes are revealed with the use of alpha-ketoglutarate as an oxidation substrate. Inhibition of succinic acid oxidation arises only when the acute stage of the experiment comes to an end (by the 7th day). Development of ischemic myocardium necrosis after the endured stress results in deeper inhibition of mitochondrial respiration of cerebral hemispheres.

The emotional stress induces changes in redox processes in the visual analyzer at the level of the succinic acid transformation in the Krebs cycle. The stress evokes a particularly sharp decrease in the succinate dehydrogenase activity in the retina under conditions of dark adaptation whereas in the occipital lobes under the same condition a considerable intensification of the succinic acid oxidation is observed. Stress action under ordinary conditions of the day and night change is accompanied by the succinate dehydrogenase activation in the visual analyzer. However, the light load increases the enzyme activity in test animals the same way as in intact animals.

The results of the investigation of the acid-base state of the arterial and venous blood have proved that during the emotional stress compensated metabolic acidosis develops. Respiratory alkalosis which is a compensatory shift results in the pronounced hypocapnia. The given state of the acid-base equilibrium is found under conditions of simultaneous transport violation and oxygen use by tissues.

In experiments on rats the formation of ischemic myocardial necrosis was shown to be followed by dissociation of the processes of oxidation and phosphorylation in mitochondria of the cerebral hemispheres. Administration of nootropil to the animals in the acute period prevented the occurrence of these disturbances.

Simulation of myocardium necrosis developed after emotional stress led to hyperinsulinemia and hyperglycemia simultaneously with a decrease in arterial-venous difference of oxygen. In control, stress-treated animals, hypoinsulinemia and hyperglycemia were detected. Dissimilar alterations in nitrogen metabolism were observed in heart and brain tissues of the animals with myocardium necrosis under conditions of anomalous insulin secretion and glucose consumption. During the first steps of myocardium necrosis after emotional stress increase in content of nucleic acids, ammonium, urea as well as activation of leucine aminopeptidase were found in heart of the animals. At the same time, a number of compensatory reactions, involved in nitrogen metabolism, were not found in brain of the animals with myocardium necrosis; distinct activation of leucine aminopeptidase was detected in the tissue.

Calcium balance was impaired in a body during myocardium necrosis. Emotional stress, which preceded the myocardial necrosis, fortified these impairments. This was manifested as follows: an increased rate of calcium excretion and elevated hypocalcemia, accumulation of calcium in liver tissue, aorta, brain hemispheres and a decrease of its content in the intact tissue of left heart ventricle.
