[Prospective planning of activity of the Medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for 2016-2020].

The article reflects the characteristics of the Plan of activities of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation for 2016-2020--an important long-term planning document of the Armed Forces. It stressed the need for synchronization of activities for chain of command and deadline. Presented structure of the Medical Service Plan Military District operations (fleet) military medical organization. The attention is focused on the content of its sections. For example, a military hospital layouts presented an action plan and a schedule of events. Reflecting the requirements of the Minister of Defense for the development and adjustment plans, indicators of their performance.

[Practice of the use of remote telemedical consultations in "experimental area of work"].

The article presents experimental results of telehealth technology of "medical company--military hospital--central military hospital". Requirements for the equipment, which is used for telehealth consultations and software are specified. Throughout the test were practiced emergency consultations of "physician-physician" interface, including the use of mobile video call and portable terminals of videoconference, remote diagnosis with the use of medical equipment and devices. Data transmission features and video definition are received. The authors determined main types of telecommunication equipment, which are supposed to prospective for the Armed Forces. Prospects of implementation of telecommunication technologies are shown.

[Medical and technical means for united circle of evacuation measures in military-medical organisations of the Ministry of Defence].

Experts of the medical service of the Armed Forces carried out an analysis of capabilities of modern Russian enterprises and their innovative projects regarding creation of unified means of evacuation of wounded and providing to them necessary types of emergency care with the use of existing and future special and regular means of transport for medical evacuation. As a result of the work of industrial enterprises of the OAO Kazan "Vertoletniy Zavod", "Zarechie", "Vysota" was created a device for the medical evacuation of severe wounded patients. The device is designed for medical evacuation of severe wounded patients from the military medical unit to the site providing comprehensive medical care with maintenance of vital functions and monitoring of his condition. Testing was conducted on the products of regular vehicles medical company of one of the brigades of the Western Military District. The device was presented at the special tactical exercises the Armed Forces Medical Service "Frontier-2014", "Innovation Day" of the Defence Ministry in 2014.

[To the 70th anniversary of the 39th separate medical troop (Airmobile) of Air Force].

On December, 18th, 2014 it is 70 years from the date of creation 39 separate medical troop (aeromobile) of the Air force. The history of troop goes to the Great Patriotic War, when it was organized the 234th separate health battalion, The battalion has passed a fighting way as a part of 106 Guards shooting division from Hungary up to Austria. In the postwar period military personnels of the troop took the active participation in medical maintenance of soldiers-commandos in many local confrontations with the participation of Soviet, and after the Russian Army. During its lifetime the troop was repeatedly reorganized and now it is modern military treatment-and-prophylactic institution, it has in staff 100 beds and does all types of qualified (with elements special-purpose) medical aid to the wounded and sick, carries out the supply to the division of the medical supplies.

[Burnout syndrome: diagnosis, principles of treatment, prophylaxis].

Burnout syndrome is a socio-psychological phenomenon of emotional, motivational, and physical exhaustion as a result of chronic occupational stress. It is manifested as long-term emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal and professional achievements. Burnout syndrome is common among health care workers, 'due to their high dedication, empathy for suffering patients, and decision-making related to life and health of patients. Personal, role and organizational factors influence on development of burnout. The clinical picture of burnout is multifactorial and can be described as a set of psychosomatic and somatic disorders, symptoms of social dysfunction. Diversity and non-specific symptoms of burnout syndrome determine the need for an interdisciplinary approach to its diagnosis. The leading role in solving problems related to stress and emotional burnout plays psychotherapy. The paper presents diagnostic criteria, risk factors, and methods of prevention and treatment of emotional burnout.

[Personal e-cards for military personnel and military-medical information system].

The article presents main directions of activities of the medical service, dealing with implementation of personal electronic cards for military personnel, organizing the process of automation of medical service management, military and medical organizations and health care departments. The given article, reveals the on-going activity, concerning creation of the military-medical information system, which will unite all medical units, organizations, and governments into one information space.

[Problematic issues and prospects of development of information and telecommunication technologies in the medical service of the Armed Forces].

Medical information systems composed of many specialized modules help in synchronous solving of diagnostic, therapeutic, administrative, financial, statistical, and other tasks. According to the authors, the creation of a single information space of the medical service, integrating it into a single information space of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Fedaration, development and widespread use of telemedicine technology will significantly accelerate the integration in the daily activities of military hospitals of the latest achievements in medical science and practices consistent with the objectives of improving the military health care and improvement of the quality and accessibility of health care.

[Results of the experiment of skin disease reduction in military personnel of Air-Force troops].

The article reflects the results of the experiment of skin disease reduction in the Airborne troops. Some aspects of skin disease in the individual armed services are revealed, the reasons of its increase in comparison with the analogous data in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in whole, concrete measures to reduce the number of diseases are offered. The most effective interventions are clothing exchange and bath operations 2 times a week, as well as the use of personal hygiene kits.
