RESUMEN

Breast cancer (BC) is a common malignant tumor in women, and a considerable number of studies show that aberrant expression of miRNA is correlated with BC development. By analyzing TCGA-BRCA database through bioinformatics method, this study disclosed that miR-337-3p was significantly low in BC tissue and might be a cancer inhibitor in BC. To explore the effect and potential mechanism of miR-337-3p in BC, qRT-PCR was used in this study to indicate that the expression of miR-337-3p was downregulated in BC cells. Then, the effects of miR-337-3p on BC cells were detected by western blot, Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8), wound healing and Transwell assays. After upregulating miR-337-3p expression, the cell viability, migration, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of BC cells were markedly inhibited while cell apoptosis remarkably increased. Besides, it was predicted and identified by bioinformatics analysis and dual-luciferase assay that ESRP1 was a target gene of miR-337-3p. Finally, the progression and EMT of BC cells were promoted after upregulating ESRP1 expression level. However, upregulating miR-337-3p as well as ESRP1 reduced the promotion on the malignant phenotype of BC cells. This result revealed that miR-337-3p could inhibit ESRP1 expression to perform its biological functions. In conclusion, it was illustrated in this study that miR-337-3p is a tumor-inhibitor of BC and plays its regulatory role via its downstream gene ESRP1.

Objective To understand the training effect and discuss psychiatric nurse specialists training′s influence on the core competence and scientific research ability by investigating the working status of psychiatric nurse specialists with the Chinese Nursing Association certification, and in order to improve the quality of the psychiatric nurse specialists training experience. Methods 100 nurses who participated in the Chinese Nursing Association psychiatric nurse specialists training from 2010 to 2014 were chosen by random number table method. Surveyed with their core competence and scientific research ability after training to understand their working status. Results Eighty-eight valid questionnaires were recovered. Scores in core competence of nurses after training were 2.78 ± 0.55, which in the medium level;education background was the main influencing factor of core competence (t=-2.891, P<0.01). Average scientific research ability scores were 1.74 ± 0.88, which was in low level;education background and title were main influencing factors of scientific research ability (t=-3.310, F=5.922, P<0.01). After training, 62.5%(55/88) psychiatric specialist nurses undertook clinical and nursing work the night shift. 82.9%(73/88) of specialist nurse after back to the unit to undertake the teaching work. 52.2% (46/88) psychiatric specialist nurses carried out the scientific research work, and a total of 33 articles published. 79.5%(70/88) of specialist nurses thought hospital for junior nurses more seriously, 35.2% (31/88) of psychiatric specialist nurses′ units carried out the follow-up training. 6.8% (6/88) of hospital tilted in wages reward about nurse specialist, 18.2% (16/88) of hospital tilted in the cut about nurse specialist. Conclusions After training,psychiatric nurses play an important role in clinical care, research, teaching and other work, but their core competencies and research capabilities should to be improved by the further training of the hospital. Although the hospital attaches great importance to specialist nurses, but in the wage awards and title do not tilt.

Purpose At present,morphological observation and CT value measurement were mainly used to evaluate ground-glass nodule (GGN),and there was no effective image feature-quantization evaluation method.Therefore,in this study,a follow-up quantization analysis was conducted on GGN within 2 years using texture feature analysis method to confirm reasonable GGN follow-up time.Materials and Methods Baseline and highresolution CT images of 100 GGN follow-up patients were retrospectively analyzed.They were assigned into three groups,3 months follow-up (group A),6 to 12 months follow-up (group B) and 2 years follow-up (group C).For each group,using firstly founded GGN image as baseline,GGN texture features (including energy,contrast,autocorrelation,inverse difference moment and entropy) were analyzed.Results There were 1 case of narrowed nodules in group A,1 case of increased nodules and 1 case of narrowed nodules in group B,and 4 cases of increased nodules in group C,2 of which showed density differences.There was no significant change in shape,density and size of the remaining nodules.There were no significant differences in texture features (energy,contrast,autocorrelation,deficit,entropy) among group A,group B and group C (P>0.05).Conclusion Texture feature analysis can quantitatively evaluate the change of GGN attribute characteristics,and as a GGN follow-up quantitative tool,it can guide patients to choose reasonable follow-up mode.

In this paper, magnesium matrix hydroxyapatite composite material was prepared by electrophoretic deposition method. The optimal process parameters of electrophoretic deposition were HA suspension concentration of 0.02 kg/L, aging time of 10 days and voltage of 60 V. Animal experiment and SBF immersion experiment were used to test the biocompatibility and bioactivity of this material respectively. The SD rats were divided into control group and implant group. The implant surrounding tissue was taken to do tissue biopsy, HE dyed and organizational analysis after a certain amount of time in the SD rat body. The biological composite material was soaked in SBF solution under homeothermic condition. After 40 days, the bioactivity of the biological composite material was evaluated by testing the growth ability of apatite on composite material. The experiment results showed that magnesium matrix hydroxyapatite biological composite material was successfully prepared by electrophoretic deposition method. Tissue hyperplasia, connective tissue and new blood vessels appeared in the implant surrounding soft tissue. No infiltration of inflammatory cells of lymphocytes and megakaryocytes around the implant was found. After soaked in SBF solution, a layer bone-like apatite was found on the surface of magnesium matrix hydroxyapatite biological composite material. The magnesium matrix hydroxyapatite biological composite material could promot calcium deposition and induce bone-like apatite formation with no cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility and bioactivity.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with pulmonary infections. Methods 112 type 2 diabetic patients with pulmonary infections were randomly divided into group CSII and group MSII, and the bacteria, period of normalization of the blood glucose and cure of the pulmonary infections were obseroed. Results Blood glucose of all patients in two groups were reduced significantly. Significant diference was observed in the cure of the pulmonary infections, usage amount of insulin and morbidity of low blood glucose. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients with pulmonary infection mellitus were majorly infected by pathogenic G bacteria. CSII was able to control the blood ghcose better,reduce the hospital day and decrease the moroidity of low bleod glucose. CSII was a better of method.

Objective: To make a retrospective control study of the curative effects of Four sacral needles method and conventional acupuncture therapy on female stress incontinence. Methods:A treatment group was treated by Four sacral needles method, in which four sacral points were electroacupunctured with special insertion of needles to excite the pudendal nerve and induce the rhythmic contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, thereby increasing the strength of the pelvic floor muscles and improving ability in urinary continence. A control group was treated by conventional acupuncture therapy, in which corresponding points were acupunctured according to syndrome-based classification. Results: In the 31 cases of the treatment group treated by Four sacral needlesmethod, 100% symptom improvement occurred in 22(71.0% )after an average of 21 treatments (3-63treatments). In the 34 cases of the control group treated by conventional acupuncture therapy, 100%symptom improvement occurred in 0 after 30 treatments. The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group(p< 0.01).The curative effect improved with an increase in the number of treatments in the treatment group. Conclusion: Four sacral needles method is more effective than conventional acupuncture therapy in treating female stress incontinence.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare jumazhitong film and establish its quality control method.METHODS:The jumazhitong film former was made with PVOH-124 as the base,the content of the principal agent-dyclonine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:Good linear relation was achieved when the detection concentration range of dyclonine hydrochloride was 40.8~408?g/ml(r=0.9 998),the average recovery was 101.3%(RSD=1.3%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The preparing technique of jumazhitong film former is simple,its quality is stable and the control method is feasible.
