BACKGROUND: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common malignant liver disease in the world. Platelets (PLTs) are known to play a key role in the maintenance of liver homeostasis and the pathophysiological processes of a variety of liver diseases. Aspirin is the most classic antiplatelet agent. However, the molecular mechanism of platelet action and whether aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet activity need further study. AIM: To explore the impact of the antiplatelet effect of aspirin on the development of HCC. METHODS: Platelet-rich plasma, platelet plasma, pure platelet, and platelet lysate were prepared, and a coculture model of PLTs and HCC cells was established. CCK-8 analysis, apoptosis analysis, Transwell analysis, and real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used to analyze the effects of PLTs on the growth, metastasis, and inflammatory microenvironment of HCC. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effects of platelet activation on tumor-related signaling pathways. Aspirin was used to block the activation and aggregation of PLTs both in vitro and in vivo, and the effect of PLTs on the progression of HCC was detected. RESULTS: PLTs significantly promoted the growth, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and formation of an inflammatory microenvironment in HCC cells. Activated PLTs promoted HCC progression by activating the mitogen-activated protein kinase/protein kinase B/signal transducer and activator of transcription three (MAPK/ AKT/STAT3) signaling axis. Additionally, aspirin inhibited HCC progression in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting platelet activation. CONCLUSION: PLTs play an important role in the pathogenesis of HCC, and aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet activity. These results suggest that antiplatelet therapy has promising application prospects in the treatment and combined treatment of HCC.

Introduction: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a form of gestational diabetes mellitus characterized by insulin resistance and abnormal function of pancreatic beta cells. In recent years, genomic association studies have revealed risk and susceptibility genes associated with genetic susceptibility to GDM. However, genetic predisposition cannot explain the rising global incidence of GDM, which may be related to the increased influence of environmental factors, especially the gut microbiome. Studies have shown that gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of GDM. This paper reviews the relationship between gut microbiota and the pathological mechanism of GDM, in order to better understand the role of gut microbiota in GDM, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of gut microbiota in the treatment of related diseases. Methods: The current research results on the interaction between GDM and gut microbiota were collected and analyzed through literature review. Keywords such as "GDM", "gut microbiota" and "insulin resistance" were used for literature search, and the methodology, findings and potential impact on the pathophysiology of GDM were systematically evaluated. Results: It was found that the composition and diversity of gut microbiota were significantly associated with the occurrence and development of GDM. Specifically, the abundance of certain gut bacteria is associated with an increased risk of GDM, while other changes in the microbiome may be associated with improved insulin sensitivity. In addition, alterations in the gut microbiota may affect blood glucose control through a variety of mechanisms, including the production of short-chain fatty acids, activation of inflammatory pathways, and metabolism of the B vitamin group. Discussion: The results of this paper highlight the importance of gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of GDM. The regulation of the gut microbiota may provide new directions for the treatment of GDM, including improving insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control through the use of probiotics and prebiotics. However, more research is needed to confirm the generality and exact mechanisms of these findings and to explore potential clinical applications of the gut microbiota in the management of gestational diabetes. In addition, future studies should consider the interaction between environmental and genetic factors and how together they affect the risk of GDM.

BACKGROUND: Acupuncture is a promising modality in clinical practice, where the participants' experiences are crucial to acupuncture's use and effects. However, a comprehensive review synthesising participant experiences throughout treatment sessions is lacking. This study aims to explore the qualitative literature regarding participants' experiences of acupuncture as a potential treatment modality. METHODS: A qualitative systematic review of existing literature was conducted through AMED, MEDLINE, Scopus, Embase, and Web of Science. The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal checklist was employed to evaluate research quality. Subsequently, the data were extracted and synthesised utilising the JBI Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument (QARI) tool and data synthesis was carried out through meta-aggregation. RESULTS: A total of twenty-eight articles were incorporated into the analysis. Four synthesised findings were identified: (1) Before acupuncture: last trust and hope; (2) During acupuncture: relaxing and calming; (3) After acupuncture: mind-body effects; and (4) Practitioner-participant relationship. CONCLUSION: The findings highlight the changes participants experienced before and after acupuncture sessions. Implementing additional promotional initiatives for acupuncture can increase public awareness and encourage individuals to consider it an early symptom management option. INTRODUCTION: Primary dysmenorrhoea (PD) is a common menstrual concern with significant physical and psychosocial impacts. The effectiveness and safety of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in alleviating PD symptoms remain uncertain due to insufficient evidence. This single-centre, parallel, randomised controlled study intends to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TEAS for PD management. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: 60 participants aged 18-40 years diagnosed with moderate to severe PD will be recruited from Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and randomly assigned to either a TEAS group or a TEAS-sham group (1:1). The TEAS group will undergo 12 sessions of TEAS treatment over two menstrual cycles, with 30 min per session, three sessions weekly. Participants in the TEAS-sham group will receive TEAS stimulation using identical devices and protocols but without current output. The primary outcome is the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain assessment. Secondary outcomes are Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire, total effective rate, uterine artery haemodynamics, prostaglandin and ß-endorphin level, mental well-being and quality of life. Adverse events and their potential reasons and the use of analgesics will also be recorded. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Tai'an Hospital of TCM. Written informed consent will be obtained from each participant. The results will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. TRIAL REGISTRATION NUMBER: ChiCTR2300071686.

Using the optimal extraction conditions determined by response surface optimisation, the yield of soluble dietary fibre (SDF) modified by superfine grinding combined with enzymatic modification (SE-SDF) was significantly increased from 4.45 % ±â€¯0.21 % (natural pea dietary fibre) to 16.24 % ±â€¯0.09 %. To further analyse the modification mechanism, the effects of three modification methods-superfine grinding (S), enzymatic modification (E), and superfine grinding combined with enzymatic modification (SE)-on the structural, physicochemical, and functional properties of pea SDF were studied. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy results showed that all four SDFs had α- and ß-glycosidic bonds. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy results showed that the crystal structure of SE-SDF was most severely damaged. The Congo red experimental results showed that none of the four SDFs had a triple-helical structure. Scanning electron microscopy showed that SE-SDF had a looser structure and an obvious honeycomb structure than other SDFs. Thermogravimetric analysis, particle size, and zeta potential results showed that SE-SDF had the highest thermal stability, smallest particle size, and excellent solution stability compared with the other samples. The hydration properties showed that SE-SDF had the best water solubility capacity and water-holding capacity. All three modification methods (S, E, and SE) enhanced the sodium cholate adsorption capacity, cholesterol adsorption capacity, cation exchange capacity, and nitrite ion adsorption capacity of pea SDF. Among them, the SE modification had the greatest effect. This study showed that superfine grinding combined with enzymatic modification can effectively improve the SDF content and the physicochemical and functional properties of pea dietary fibre, which gives pea dietary fibre great application potential in functional foods.

The early identification of vulnerable patients has the potential to improve outcomes but poses a substantial challenge in clinical practice. This study evaluated the ability of an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled electrocardiogram (ECG) to identify hospitalized patients with a high risk of mortality in a multisite randomized controlled trial involving 39 physicians and 15,965 patients. The AI-ECG alert intervention included an AI report and warning messages delivered to the physicians, flagging patients predicted to be at high risk of mortality. The trial met its primary outcome, finding that implementation of the AI-ECG alert was associated with a significant reduction in all-cause mortality within 90 days: 3.6% patients in the intervention group died within 90 days, compared to 4.3% in the control group (4.3%) (hazard ratio (HR) = 0.83, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.70-0.99). A prespecified analysis showed that reduction in all-cause mortality associated with the AI-ECG alert was observed primarily in patients with high-risk ECGs (HR = 0.69, 95% CI = 0.53-0.90). In analyses of secondary outcomes, patients in the intervention group with high-risk ECGs received increased levels of intensive care compared to the control group; for the high-risk ECG group of patients, implementation of the AI-ECG alert was associated with a significant reduction in the risk of cardiac death (0.2% in the intervention arm versus 2.4% in the control arm, HR = 0.07, 95% CI = 0.01-0.56). While the precise means by which implementation of the AI-ECG alert led to decreased mortality are to be fully elucidated, these results indicate that such implementation assists in the detection of high-risk patients, prompting timely clinical care and reducing mortality. OBJECTIVES: Occupational stress is a common complaint in nurses, who perceived more sense of effort-reward imbalance (ERI). Suboptimal health status (SHS) is a state between health and disease. However, the correlation between ERI and SHS is unclear. Therefore, the aim of this study was to examine the prevalence of SHS and ERI and evaluate the relationship between ERI and SHS in clinical nurses by a cross-sectional study. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The current cross-sectional study was conducted through an online survey at Dongping People's Hospital in China. A total of 633 completed surveys were received. Effort-reward imbalance was measured by subscales of the ERI questionnaire. SHS was measured by the Suboptimal Health Status Questionnaire - 25 (SHSQ-25). The relationship between ERI and SHS in nurses was subsequently assessed by Spearman's correlation coefficient and logistic regression model. RESULTS: The mean age of the optimal health status (OHS) group (M±SD 26.3±7.3 years) was younger than the SHS group (M±SD 30.3±6.9 years). The prevalence of SHS was 54.5% (345/633). Female nurses aged ≥30 years, a junior college or university graduate educational level, smokers, and nurses without regular exercise were at a higher risk of SHS. In Spearman's correlation analysis, ERI reflected by the effort-reward ratio was correlated with SHSQ-25 score (r = 0.662, p < 0.001). In logistic regression, ERI was strongly associated with SHS after potential confounding factors adjusting (OR 27.924, 95% CI 22.845-34.132). CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of SHS was significantly high in clinical nurses. Administrators should pay more attention to health status of female nurses aged ≥30 years, with a junior college or bachelor's degree, smoking, and without regular exercise to reduce the SHS and ERI. AIM: To extend and form the "Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine" (GRADE-TCM). METHODS: Methodologies were systematically reviewed and analyzed concerning evidence-based TCM guidelines worldwide. A survey questionnaire was developed based on the literature review and open-end expert interviews. Then, we performed expert consensus, discussion meeting, opinion collection, external examination, and the GRADE-TCM was formed eventually. RESULTS: 265 Chinese and English TCM guidelines were included and analyzed. Five experts completed the open-end interviews. Ten methodological entries were summarized, screened and selected. One round of consensus was conducted, including a total of 22 experts and 220 valid questionnaire entries, concerning 1) selection of the GRADE, 2) GRADE-TCM upgrading criteria, 3) GRADE-TCM evaluation standard, 4) principles of consensus and recommendation, and 5) presentation of the GRADE-TCM and recommendation. Finally, consensus was reached on the above 10 entries, and the results were of high importance (with voting percentages ranging from 50 % to 81.82 % for "very important" rating) and strong reliability (with the Cr ranging from 0.93 to 0.99). Expert discussion meeting (with 40 experts), opinion collection (in two online platforms) and external examination (with 14 third-party experts) were conducted, and the GRADE-TCM was established eventually. CONCLUSION: GRADE-TCM provides a new extended evidence-based evaluation standard for TCM guidelines. In GRADE-TCM, international evidence-based norms, characteristics of TCM intervention, and inheritance of TCM culture were combined organically and followed. This is helpful for localization of the GRADE in TCM and internationalization of TCM guidelines.

Identifying hydrochemical fingerprints of groundwater is a challenge in areas with complex geological settings. This study takes the Gilgit-Baltistan, a complex geological area in west high Himalayas, Pakistan, as the study area to get insights into the hydrochemcial genesis and quality of groundwater in complex geological mountainous regions. A total of 53 samples were collected across the area to determine the hydrochemical characteristics and formation of groundwater. Results revealed groundwater there is characterized by slightly alkaline and soft fresh feature. Groundwater is dominated by the hydrochemical facies of HCO3·SO4-Ca·Mg type. The factor method yields three components (PCs) of principal component analysis, which together explain 75.71% of the total variances. The positive correlation of EC, TDS, Ca2+, SO42-, K+ in PC1, and NO3-, Cl- in PC2 indicate that a combination of natural and anthropogenic activities influences groundwater hydrochemistry. Water-rock interaction is the main mechanism governing the natural hydrochemistry of groundwater. The negative correlation of Cl-, SO42-, Ca2+, and Na+ with NDVI attributes to inorganic salt uptake by plant roots. Groundwater chemical composition is also affected by the type of land use. Groundwater is characterized as excellent and good water quality based on the entropy-weighted water quality index assessment, and is suitable for drinking purposes except for very few samples, while aqueous fluoride would pose potential health threats to water consumers in western high Himalayas, and infants are most at risk compared to other populations. This study will help to deepen the hydrochemial formation mechanism and exploitation suitability of groundwater resources in the mountainous areas that undergone the combined actions of nature and human activities, and provide insights into the characteristics of water environmental quality in western Himalayas area.

OBJECTIVE: Aging becomes the most predominant risk factor for all age-associated pathological conditions with the increase of life expectancy and the aggravation of social aging. Slowing down the speed of aging is considered an effective way to improve health, but so far, effective anti-aging methods are relatively lacking. METHODS: Anemonin (ANE) was screened from eight existing small-molecule compounds by cell viability assay. The function of ANE was determined by the analysis of cell proliferation, ß -galactosidase (SA-ß -Gal) activity, cell cycle, SASP secretion, NAD+/NADH ratio, and other aging-related indicators. The targets of ANE were predicted by Drug Target Prediction System (DTPS) and Swiss Targe Prediction System. The effect of ANE on PARP-1-NAD+-SIRT1 signaling pathway was assessed by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Western blot, PARP1, NAD+ and SIRT1 activity detection. RESULTS: ANE can delay cell senescence; PARP1 is one of the targets of ANE and plays a crucial role in ANE anti-aging; ANE release more NAD+ by inhibiting PARP1 activity, thereby conversely promoting the function of SIRT1 and delay cell senescence. CONCLUSIONS: Our study indicates that ANE can delay cellular senescence through the PARP1-NAD+-SIRT1 signaling pathway, which may be considered as an effective anti-aging strategy.

BACKGROUND: The burden of asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction (LVD) is greater than that of heart failure; however, a cost-effective tool for asymptomatic LVD screening has not been well validated. We aimed to prospectively validate an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled electrocardiography (ECG) algorithm for asymptomatic LVD detection and evaluate its cost-effectiveness for opportunistic screening. METHODS: In this prospective observational study, patients undergoing ECG at outpatient clinics or health check-ups were enrolled in 2 hospitals in Taiwan. Patients were stratified into LVD (left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 40%) risk groups according to a previously developed ECG algorithm. The performance of AI-ECG was used to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of LVD screening compared with no screening. Incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) and sensitivity analyses were used to examine the cost-effectiveness and robustness of the results. RESULTS: Among the 29,137 patients, the algorithm demonstrated areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves of 0.984 and 0.945 for detecting LVD within 28 days in the 2 hospital cohorts. For patients not initially scheduled for ECG, the algorithm predicted future echocardiograms (high-risk, 46.2%; medium-risk, 31.4%; low-risk, 14.6%) and LVD (high-risk, 26.2%; medium-risk, 3.4%; low-risk, 0.1%) at 12 months. Opportunistic screening with AI-ECG could result in a negative ICER of -$7,439 for patients aged 65 years, with consistent cost-savings across age groups and particularly in men. Approximately 91.5% of the cases were found to be cost-effective at the willingness-to-pay threshold of $30,000 in the probabilistic analysis. CONCLUSIONS: The use of AI-ECG for asymptomatic LVD risk stratification is promising, and opportunistic screening in outpatient clinics has the potential to reduce costs.

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the inhaler skills of patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in a hospital in western China after receiving one medication education by pharmacists and the factors related to these skills. METHODS: We included 96 subjects using Turbuhaler and 74 subjects using Diskus in a hospital in western China. They were educated once by pharmacists before medication, and then their skills of operating these inhalers were visually evaluated the next time they were used. Using the seven-step inhalation administration method designed by AnnaMurphy, a clinical pharmacist at GLENFIELD Hospital in the UK, the inhaler use technique score scale was established and scored in turn. The age, sex, time of first illness, smoking status, education level and type of health insurance purchased by each patient were recorded to assess their relationship with overall inhaler skills. RESULTS: 19.8% of the subjects who used Turbuhaler could not use it correctly, and 43.2% of the subjects who used Diskus could not use it correctly. The step with the highest error rate with Turbuhaler and Diskus is to "exhale slowly to residual volume". Chi-square test was carried out for each step of the operation of the two kinds of inhalers, and it was found that there was a significant difference in the operation accuracy of the two kinds of inhalers in the first, third and eighth steps. In univariate analysis, advanced age, female and low educational level were related to the lack of inhaler technology, but in multivariate analysis, only low educational level was a significant independent risk factor. CONCLUSION: Among the patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in western China, some patients have good inhaler operation skills, but there are still many patients who can not use inhalers correctly, and the lower education level is significantly related to the incorrect use of inhalers.

Metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) is an analog of norepinephrine that accumulates in sympathetic nerve endings soon after intravenous administration. The degree of accumulation reflects the uptake, storage and release of transmitters by noradrenergic neurons. Myocardial imaging with 123I labeled MIBG ( 123I-MIBG) can be used to estimate the extent of local myocardial sympathetic nerve damage, which has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various heart diseases. In recent years, numerous studies have been carried out on the application of 123I-MIBG in the diagnosis of degenerative diseases of the nervous system (such as Parkinson's disease and dementia of Lewy body), and have made some achievements. The purpose of this review is to summarize the current clinical application of 123I-MIBG myocardial imaging in the diagnosis of dementia with Lewy bodies, the problems in imaging technology and the possible research directions in the future, so as to provide valuable reference information for clinicians to reasonably and accurately apply this technology in the early diagnosis and discrimination of dementia.

The phytohormone ethylene plays an important role in promoting the softening of climacteric fruits, such as apples (Malus domestica); however, important aspects of the underlying regulatory mechanisms are not well understood. In this study, we identified apple MITOGEN-ACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASE 3 (MdMAPK3) as an important positive regulator of ethylene-induced apple fruit softening during storage. Specifically, we show that MdMAPK3 interacts with and phosphorylates the transcription factor NAM-ATAF1/2-CUC2 72 (MdNAC72), which functions as a transcriptional repressor of the cell wall degradation-related gene POLYGALACTURONASE1 (MdPG1). The increase in MdMAPK3 kinase activity was induced by ethylene, which promoted the phosphorylation of MdNAC72 by MdMAPK3. Additionally, MdPUB24 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase to ubiquitinate MdNAC72, resulting in its degradation via the 26S proteasome pathway, which was enhanced by ethylene-induced phosphorylation of MdNAC72 by MdMAPK3. The degradation of MdNAC72 increased the expression of MdPG1, which in turn promoted apple fruit softening. Notably, using variants of MdNAC72 that were mutated at specific phosphorylation sites, we observed that the phosphorylation state of MdNAC72 affected apple fruit softening during storage. This study thus reveals that the ethylene-MdMAPK3-MdNAC72-MdPUB24 module is involved in ethylene-induced apple fruit softening, providing insights into climacteric fruit softening.

RESUMEN

Primary cutaneous lymphomas are rare non-Hodgkin lymphomas consisting of heterogeneous disease entities. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) utilizing photosensitizers irradiated with a specific wavelength of light in the presence of oxygen exerts promising anti-tumor effects on non-melanoma skin cancer, yet its application in primary cutaneous lymphomas remains less recognized. Despite many in vitro data showing PDT could effectively kill lymphoma cells, clinical evidence of PDT against primary cutaneous lymphomas is limited. Recently, a phase 3 "FLASH" randomized clinical trial demonstrated the efficacy of topical hypericin PDT for early-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. An update on recent advances of photodynamic therapy in primary cutaneous lymphomas is provided.

KEY MESSAGE: In our study, we demonstrated that histone acetylation promotes anthocyanin accumulation in pears by affecting the expression of key genes. Color is an important trait of horticultural plants, and the anthocyanin content directly affects the nutritional value and commercial value of colored fruits. Therefore, it is important for fruit breeding to cultivate new varieties with bright colors. 'Nanhong' (NH) pear (Pyrus ussuriensis) is a bud sport cultivar of 'Nanguo' (NG) pear. The anthocyanin content in NH pear is significantly higher than that in NG pear, but the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear. Here, we observed that the anthocyanin biosynthesis structural gene PuUFGT (UDP-glucose: flavonoids 3-O-glucosyltransferase) and an anthocyanin transporter gene PuGSTF6 (glutathione S-transferase) had significantly higher expression levels in NH than in NG pears during the late stages of fruit development. Meanwhile, the R2R3-MYB transcription factor PuMYB110a was also highly expressed in NH pears and could positively regulate the transcription of PuUFGT and PuGSTF6. Overexpression of PuMYB110a in pear increased the fruit anthocyanin content. In addition, despite no significant differences in methylation levels being found in the promoters of PuMYB110a, PuUFGT, and PuGSTF6 when comparing the two varieties, the histone acetylation levels of PuMYB110a were significantly higher in NH pear compared with those in NG pear. Our findings suggest a mechanism for anthocyanin accumulation in NH fruit.

Aim: To evaluate the treatment effect Fand pharmacoeconomic value of Dugaglutide in women with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Women (n=96) with type 2 diabetes recruited from June 2019 to December 2021 were randomized into two equal groups. The control group was treated with Liraglutide, and the observation group was treated with Dulaglutide, both for 24 weeks. The blood glucose levels, biochemical index, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), cost-effect ratio (CER), and drug safety were determined and compared between the two groups. Results: Blood glucose levels, the biochemical index, and HOMA-IR were lower in both groups after the treatment (P < 0.05), and there was no statistical difference in the blood glucose levels, biochemical index and HOMA-IR between the two groups (P > 0.05). The CER levels did not differ statistically between the two groups (P > 0.05). Both the cost and the incidence of drug side effects during solution injection were lower in the observation group than in the control group after 24 weeks of treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Both Dulaglutide and Liraglutide can reduce blood glucose levels, improve biochemical index, and HOMA-IR levels in women with type 2 diabetes. Dulaglutide is more cost-effective and safe. Poor carrier transport capacity and numerous surface defects of charge transporting layers (CTLs), coupled with misalignment of energy levels between perovskites and CTLs, impact photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) of inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs) profoundly. Herein, a collaborative passivation strategy is proposed based on 4-(chloromethyl) benzonitrile (CBN) as a solution additive for fabrication of both [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methylester (PCBM) and poly(triarylamine) (PTAA) CTLs. This additive can improve wettability of PTAA and reduce the agglomeration of PCBM particles, which enhance the PCE and device stability of the PSCs. As a result, a PCE exceeding 20% with a remarkable short circuit current of 23.9 mA cm-2 , and an improved fill factor of 81% is obtained for the CBN- modified inverted PSCs. Devices maintain 80% and 70% of the initial PCE after storage under 30% and 85% humidity ambient conditions for 1000 h without encapsulation, as well as negligible light state PCE loss. This strategy demonstrates feasibility of the additive engineering to improve interfacial contact between the CTLs and perovskites for fabrication of efficient and stable inverted PSCs.
