RESUMEN

Introduction: A fracture of the ceramic head in bipolar hemiarthroplasty using an inner polyliner has not been reported yet, and there seems to be no report of simultaneous breakage of the fourth-generation BIOLOX Delta ceramic head and liner in total hip arthroplasty. Method: A 44-year-old male patient underwent bipolar hemiarthroplasty using a third-generation BIOLOX Forte ceramic head 3 years and 9 months earlier for osteonecrosis of femoral head (ONFH) and visited our hospital due to a ceramic head fracture. Conversion total hip arthroplasty was performed. A 64-year-old female patient underwent total hip arthroplasty using a fourth-generation BIOLOX Delta ceramic head and liner articulation for osteoarthritis of the hip. The ceramic head and liner were fractured during the third dislocation. Ceramic head and liner exchange revision surgery was performed. Conclusion: When using ceramic bearings, fractures or delamination following trauma can occur, confirming the need to carefully evaluate the condition of the ceramic components in symptomatic patients.

RESUMEN

In this study, the one-dimensional (1D) material V2Se9 was successfully synthesized using a colloidal method with VO(acac)2 and Se powder as precursors in a 1-octadecene solvent. The obtained colloidally synthesized V2Se9 (C-V2Se9) has an ultrathin nanobelt shape and a 4.5 times higher surface area compared with the bulk V2Se9, which is synthesized in a solid-state reaction as previously reported. In addition, all surfaces of C-V2Se9 are exposed to Se atoms, which is advantageous for storing Li through the conversion reaction into the Li2Se phase. Herein, the electrochemical performance of the C-V2Se9 anode material is evaluated; thus, the novelty of C-V2Se9 as a Se-rich 1D anode material is verified. The C-V2Se9 electrode exhibits a reversible capacity of 893.21 mA h g-1 and a Coulombic efficiency of 97.82% at the 100th cycle and excellent structural stability. Compared with the bulk V2Se9 electrode, the outstanding electrochemical performance of C-V2Se9 is attributed to its ultrathin nanobelt shape, high surface area, shorter Li diffusion length, and more electrochemically active sites. This work indicates the great potential of the Se-rich 1D material, C-V2Se9, as a post-transition metal dichalcogenide material for high-performance LIBs.

RESUMEN

Background: This study sought to evaluate the effect of atelocollagen insertion into the bone-tendon interface of the repaired tendon after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair for high-grade partial articular supraspinatus tendon avulsion (PASTA) lesions. Purpose: To compare clinical and radiological outcomes of atelocollagen-inserted rotator cuff repair and atelocollagen-noninserted rotator cuff repair in the high-grade PASTA lesions. Study Design: Cohort study; Level of evidence, 3. Methods: The data from 301 consecutive patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair of PASTA lesions between January 2017 and June 2020 were retrospectively reviewed. Patients with minimum 2-year follow-up data were included and divided into 2 groups: those treated with transtendon suture-bridge repair without additional augmentation (group 1) and those with atelocollagen-inserted transtendon suture-bridge repair (group 2). Patients in group 2 were matched 1:1 to patients in group 1 using propensity score matching (n = 68 per group); and pain visual analog scale, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, University of California, Los Angeles, Korean Shoulder Scoring System, Simple Shoulder Test, and range of motion scores were compared between these groups. Also, repaired tendon integrity and thickness were compared immediately, 6 months, and 1 year after surgery on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using the vertical distance from the midpoint footprint of the greater tuberosity. Results: In most comparisons, there were no significant differences in outcome measures and range of motion between groups. However, less residual discomfort at the final follow-up was also documented in group 2 (P = .043). Also, the difference in forward flexion was 3.7° at 1 year and 5.4° at final follow-up, and the difference in abduction was 2.2° at final follow-up, which were all significantly greater in the experimental group. Group 2 showed significant greater tendon thickness of the repaired tendon immediately, 6 months, and 1 year after surgery on MRI (P≤ .001). Conclusion: Addition of atelocollagen did not improve outcome scores. However, there was slightly greater flexion and abduction at final follow-up. Also, there was less residual discomfort at final follow-up.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: This is a rare study comparing the radiological and functional outcomes of fixation after reduction with in situ fixation group using Femoral Neck System (FNS). The aim of this study was to introduce a simple, innovative, minimally invasive method to reduce valgus-impacted and tilted femoral neck fractures without soft tissue or cartilage injury. METHODS: A retrospective comparative analysis of 46 patients between May 2020 and February 2022 was performed. In the control group, 23 patients underwent in situ fixation without reduction. In the study group, another 23 patients were managed by fixation after reduction using a percutaneous pull-out technique with a full threaded Steinmann pin. Caput-collum-diaphysis (CCD) angle, tilt, and femoral neck shortenings were compared between the two groups. In addition, Harris Hip Score (HHS) was evaluated and compared at 1 year after surgery. Basically, independent samples t-test was used to compare radiological and functional results. RESULTS: Patients' initial valgus and tilt angles were not significantly different between the groups (n.s.). However, the CCD and tilt angles measured immediately and at one year postoperatively were significantly different between the groups (p < 0.05). Regarding femoral neck shortening, shortening in the three directions, the x, y, and z vectors, was significantly less in the reduction group immediately postoperatively and at 1 year post-surgery (p < 0.05). The mean HHS at 1 year postoperatively was 79.7 ± 8.4 in the in situ fixation group and 87.9 ± 6.6 in the reduction groups, and there was a significant difference (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The pull-out method with a threaded Steinmann pin to reduce valgus-impacted and tilted femoral neck fracture is safe and effective for accomplishing anatomical restoration. This may achieve successful bone union and maintain the femoral neck length and original tilt without nearby soft tissue or cartilage injury.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) can fail for several reasons, such as component loosening, periprosthetic fracture, instability, infection, soft tissue failure, or joint overstuffing. Severe metallosis without loose glenoid components after TSA may result in the need for revision to reverse TSA. CASE PRESENTATION: Four years before the current presentation, an 86-year-old woman suffered from right shoulder pain and swelling. The initial diagnosis was osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint, for which she underwent TSA. Four years later, she complained of shoulder joint pain, swelling, and limited range of motion. On sonography, subscapularis and supraspinatus tendon tears were identified. Plain radiographs and computed tomography (CT) scans showed metallosis around the shoulder joint. Due to the rocking horse mechanism, wear of the upper portion of the glenoid component and bearing caused a foreign-body reaction and severe metallosis around the joint. Due to a massive rotator cuff tear combined with glenoid component wear, the patient eventually underwent reverse TSA (RTSA) and was satisfied with the final results. CONCLUSIONS: Severe metallosis due to glenoid component wear combined with a massive rotator cuff tear in TSA may cause the need for revision to RTSA.

RESUMEN

Nanomaterials hybridized with biological components have widespread applications. among many candidates, peptides are attractive in that their peptide sequences can self-assemble with the surface of target materials with high specificity without perturbing the intrinsic properties of nanomaterials. Here, a 1D hybrid nanomaterial was developed through self-assembly of a designed peptide. A hexagonal coiled-coil motif geometrically matched to the diameter of the inorganic nanomaterial was fabricated, whose hydrophobic surface was wrapped along the axis of the hydrophobic core of the coiled coil. Our morphological and spectroscopic analyses revealed rod-shaped, homogeneous peptide-inorganic nanomaterial complexes. Culturing embryonic stem cells on surfaces coated with this peptide-assembled single-chain atomic crystal increased the growth and adhesion of the embryonic stem cells. The hybridized nanomaterial also served as an ECM for brain organoids, accelerating the maturation of neurons. New methods to fabricate hybrid materials through peptide assembly can be applied.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Idiopathic avascular necrosis of the lunate is known as Kienböck's disease and that of the scaphoid is known as Preiser's disease. Because the prevalence of coexisting Kienböck's and Preiser's diseases is very low, standardized stages of disease and treatments are not established. CASE PRESENTATION: We report coexisting avascular necrosis of the scaphoid and lunate in a 68-year-old woman with no history of steroids or other risk factors. We treated her with proximal row carpectomy with capsular interposition technique. A distal-based dorsal capsular flap was prepared and repaired the palmar capsule. At the last follow-up, she had no pain and had gained improved range of wrist motion. There was no arthritic change at the newly formed radiocapitate joint. CONCLUSIONS: In the case of collapsed lunate and scaphoid with avascular necrosis, the proximal row carpectomy procedure has an advantage. Proximal row carpectomy with dorsal capsular interposition can be performed when the lunate or scaphoid cannot be saved. Arthritic changes of the capitate head and distal radius lunate facet can be covered with the dorsal capsule.

RESUMEN

INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this study is to report the radiologic and clinical outcomes of arthroscopic intervention for isolated posterosuperior paralabral cysts and simultaneous treatment of cysts combined with associated shoulder pathologies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: From March 2008 through December 2016, 70 cases (48 males and 22 females) operated on for symptomatic posterosuperior paralabral cysts were included. Mean age was 45 (range 18-69). These patients were classified into two groups depending on if they had accompanying lesions: Group I (isolated group, 27 patients) and Group II (concomitant group, 43 patients). Arthroscopic cyst decompression with a labral repair or posterior capsulotomy for patients without labral tear were performed. All concomitant pathologies were also operated simultaneously. Follow-up MRI were performed at postoperative 6 months and clinical outcomes were evaluated during the follow-up. RESULTS: Arthroscopic all intra-articular cyst decompression and labral repair was performed on 67 patients. In three patients, posterior capsulotomy without labral repair was performed for cyst removal. For 43 patients with concomitant lesions, 31 rotator cuff repairs, three SLAP repairs along with biceps tenodesis, two distal clavicle resections due to A-C joint arthritis, one calcific deposit removal, four Bankart repairs, and two acromioplasties were performed. The follow-up MRI showed complete cyst resorption except for two patients. The mean VAS, ASES, UCLA, SST and CS scores significantly improved at the last follow-up. Although both groups showed significantly improved range of motion after the surgery, improvement of ROM in Group II lagged at early periods of the rehabilitation. CONCLUSIONS: Arthroscopic labral repair with all intra-articular cysts decompression or simple posterior capsulotomy were both effective treatment modalities. If paralabral cysts were associated with other shoulder lesions, simultaneous treatment of combined lesions could be performed for the improved clinical outcomes at final follow-up with expected lag in the early rehabilitation period. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: Level III, Retrospective Comparative Trial, Treatment Study.

RESUMEN

Materials with physicochemical properties and biological activities similar to those of the natural extracellular matrix are in high demand in tissue engineering. In particular, Mo3 Se3 - inorganic molecular wire (IMW) is a promising material composed of bioessential minerals and possess nanometer-scale diameters, negatively charged surfaces, physical flexibility, and nanotopography characteristics, which are essential for interactions with cell membrane proteins. Here, an implantable 3D Mo3 Se3 - IMW enhanced gelatin-GMA/silk-GMA hydrogel (IMW-GS hydrogel) is developed for osteogenesis and bone formation, followed by biological evaluations. The mechanical properties of the 3D printed IMW-GS hydrogel are improved by noncovalent interactions between the Mo3 Se3 - IMWs and the positively charged residues of the gelatin molecules. Long-term biocompatibility with primary human osteoblast cells (HOBs) is confirmed using the IMW-GS hydrogel. The proliferation, osteogenic gene expression, collagen accumulation, and mineralization of HOBs improve remarkably with the IMW-GS hydrogel. In in vivo evaluations, the IMW-GS hydrogel implantation exhibits a significantly improved new bone regeneration of 87.8 ± 5.9% (p < 0.05) for 8 weeks, which is higher than that from the gelatin-GMA/silk-GMA hydrogel without Mo3 Se3 - IMW. These results support a new improved strategy with in vitro and in vivo performance of 3D IMW enhanced scaffolds in tissue engineering.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a reactive, noninfectious, neutrophilic dermatosis. Diagnosis of PG is based on exclusion, due to lack of availability of a confirmatory test. PG is not caused by infection or gangrene. Misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis of PG can lead to devastating results. CASE PRESENTATION: In this report, we present a patient with a delayed diagnosis of PG lesion on right hand. Despite initial surgical treatment, the wound was aggravated, and amputation was considered; however, it was eventually treated successfully with an autologous split thickness skin graft. CONCLUSIONS: Knowledge of the PG is essential to actively consider PG in early stage to help facilitate immediate treatment and avoid unnecessary interventions that may worsen the outcome.

RESUMEN

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate whether the use of three-dimensional (3-D) computed tomography (CT)-based head-lesser trochanter distance (HLD) could reduce leg length discrepancy (LLD) more than the use of a two-dimensional (2-D) plain film method in primary bipolar hemiarthroplasty. Methods: Propensity score matching (PSM) analysis was used to adjust the confounding factors. A retrospective comparative analysis of 128 patients was performed. In the control group, the leg length was equalized using the 2-D, plain film-based HLD. In the study group, primary bipolar hemiarthroplasty was performed using the 3-D CT-based HLD method. Postoperative LLDs were compared between the two groups using the method of Ranawat. In addition, the Harris hip score (HHS) was evaluated and compared at one year after surgery. Results: A significant difference was observed in mean postoperative LLD between the 2-D HLD group and the 3-D CT HLD group: 1.6 ± 1.2 mm (range, 0.1−6.0 mm) and 1.1 ± 1.2 mm (range, 0.1−5.1 mm), respectively (p < 0.05). Additionally, a higher percentage of patients in the 3-D CT HLD group had an LLD of less than 2 mm. The mean HHS at one year after surgery showed no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: To minimize the occurrence of LLD, HLD measurement from a CT scanner may be more accurate than an X-ray. The 2-D and 3-D HLD differences in the 3-D CT HLD group were statistically significant. Using a 3-D, CT-based HLD method might decrease the possibility of an LLD over 2 mm.

RESUMEN

In this study, single-chain atomic crystals (SCACs), Mo3Se3-, which can be uniformly dispersed, with an atomically thin diameter of ∼0.6 nm were modified to disperse in an organic solvent. Various surfactants were chosen to provide steric hindrance to aqueous-dispersed Mo3Se3- by modifying the surface of Mo3Se3-. The organic dispersions of surface-modified Mo3Se3- SCACs in nonpolar solvent (toluene, benzene, and chloroform) were stable with a uniform diameter of 2 nm, and they have enhanced stability from oxidation (>10 days). With the surfactants that have a polystyrene tail group (PS-NH2), the surface-modified Mo3Se3- SCAC showed high compatibility with a polystyrene polymer matrix. Using the surface-modified Mo3Se3- SCAC, a homogeneous Mo3Se3-/polystyrene/toluene organogel was prepared. More importantly, the Mo3Se3-/polystyrene organogel exhibits significantly enhanced mechanical properties, with the improvement of 202.27% and 279.52% for tensile strength and elongation, respectively, compared with that of the pure organogel. The surface-modified Mo3Se3- had a similar structure with a polymer matrix, and the properties of the polymer can be improved even with a small addition of Mo3Se3-.

RESUMEN

Silk fibroin (SF) and poly vinyl alcohol (PVA)-based nanomaterial has exceptional attention in regenerative medicine. However, the preparation of SF and PVA-based nanomaterials in the desired form is complex due to their poor mechanical strength, brittleness, and compatibility. To this end, Mo3Se3 is chosen as a bio-nanowire to fabricate by combining PVA and SF to improve the mechanical properties. Physicochemical and structural features of the Mo3Se3-PVA-SF nanowire hydrogel (Mo3Se3-PVA-SF-NWH) were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Mechanical properties, degradation ratio, hydrophilicity, water uptake capacity, biocompatibility, and biological activity of the hydrogel were also studied. Superior interactions were formed between the reinforcing molecules of Mo3Se3 and PVA/SF in the hydrogel network by introducing Mo3Se3 nanowire (NW) into the hydrogel. Conversely, Mo3Se3 NW imparts mechanical stability and robustness to the blends (hydrogel) with predictable long-term degradation characteristics. It was proven by in vitro biodegradable rate, and swelling behaviour was varied depending on the concentration of Mo3Se3 NW. Mo3Se3 reinforced the hydrogels and found high porosity with superior biocompatibility. Excellent cellular adaptation was analyzed by MTT assay, live/dead staining, western blot, and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). It revealed moderate toxicity at a concentration of 0.02% among the control samples. There was no discernible difference in 0.01% and 0.005% of Mo3Se3-PVA-SF-NWH in tenocytes derived from human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSC). Hence, this Mo3Se3-PVA-SF-NWH might be considered biocompatible due to its biological activities and appropriate mechanical properties. Overall, the Mo3Se3-PVA-SF-NWH might be considered a biocompatible scaffold for the possible biomedical applications of tendon tissue engineering.

RESUMEN

Vanadium selenide (V2Se9) is a true one-dimensional (1D) crystal composed of atomic nanochains bonded by van der Waals (vdW) interactions. Recent experiments revealed the mechanical exfoliation of newly synthesized V2Se9. In this study, we predicted the electronic and transport properties of V2Se9through computational analyses. We calculated the intrinsic carrier mobility of V2Se9monolayers (MLs) and nanoribbons (NRs) using density functional theory and deformation potential theory. We found that the electron mobility of the two-dimensional (2D) (010)-plane ML of V2Se9is highly anisotropic, reachingµ2D,ze=1327cm2V-1s-1across the chain direction. The electron mobility of 1D NR systems in a (010)-plane ML of V2Se9along the chain direction continuously increased as the thickness increased from 1-chain to 4-chain NR (width below 3 nm). Interestingly, the electron mobility of 1D 4-chain NR along the chain direction (µ1D,xe=775cm2V-1s-1) was higher than that of a 2D (010)-plane ML (µ2D,xe=567cm2V-1s-1). These results demonstrate the potential of vdW-1D crystal V2Se9as a new nanomaterial for ultranarrow (sub-3 nm width) optoelectronic devices with high electron mobility.

RESUMEN

Finding new materials with satisfying all the desired criteria for nanodevices is an extremely difficult work. Here, we introduce a novel Nb2Se9 material as a promising candidate, capable of overcoming some physical limitations, such as a suitable band gap, high carrier mobility, and chemical stability. Unlike graphene, it has a noticeable band gap and no dangling bonds at surfaces that deteriorate transport properties, owing to its molecular chain structure. Using density functional theory (DFT) calculations with deformation potential (DP) theory, we find that the electron mobility of 2D Nb2Se9 across the axis direction reaches up to 2.56 × 103 cm2 V-1 s-1 and is approximately 2.5-6 times higher than the mobility of other 2D materials, such as MoS2, black phosphorous, and InSe, at room temperature. Moreover, the mobility of 2D Nb2Se9 is highly anisotropic (µ a /µ c ≈ 6.5). We demonstrate the potential of 2D Nb2Se9 for applications in nanoscale electronic devices and, possibly, mid-infrared photodetectors.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Acetabular prosthesis positioning in total hip arthroplasty (THA) is crucial in reducing the risk of dislocation. There has been minimal research on the proper way to put the acetabular components into the safe zone intraoperatively. Assessment of version by intraoperative imaging intensifier is very valuable. The value of Widmer's method, using the intraoperative C-arm available to determine cup anteversion was assessed. METHODS: One hundred one hips in 91 patients who underwent primary THA were eligible for inclusion. Utilizing intraoperative C-arm images, measurement was performed using the technique described by Widmer. The values obtained using 3D computed tomography postoperatively, which determined the anteversion of the acetabular component, were regarded as the reference standard. RESULTS: The method of Widmer obtained values similar to those obtained using 3D computed tomography and was considered accurate (n.s.). All 101 hips were positioned in the set target zone. Among the 101 hips, the cup position in nine hips (8.9%) was changed. The dislocation rate in our study was 1.0% with all dislocations occurring in hips placed in the target zone. The mean Harris hip score after THA in 1 year was 94.2 (82-98). CONCLUSIONS: The method of Widmer was accurate using intraoperative imaging intensifier for the measurement of the anteversion of the acetabular component during THA, with reference to the anteversion obtained from the 3D computed tomography. Also, utilizing intraoperative C-arm imaging was very useful because it allowed for correction of the position of the acetabular cup.

RESUMEN

Recently, ternary transition metal chalcogenides Ta2X3Se8 (X = Pd or Pt) have attracted great interest as a class of emerging one-dimensional (1D) van der Waals (vdW) materials. In particular, Ta2Pd3Se8 has been actively studied owing to its excellent charge transport properties as an n-type semiconductor and ultralong ballistic phonon transport properties. Compared to subsequent studies on the Pd-containing material, Ta2Pt3Se8, another member of this class of materials has been considerably less explored despite its promising electrical properties as a p-type semiconductor. Herein, we demonstrate the electrical properties of Ta2Pt3Se8 as a promising channel material for nanoelectronic applications. High-quality bulk Ta2Pt3Se8 single crystals were successfully synthesized by a one-step vapor transport reaction. Scanning Kelvin probe microscopy measurements were used to investigate the surface potential difference and work function of the Ta2Pt3Se8 nanoribbons of various thicknesses. Field-effect transistors fabricated on exfoliated Ta2Pt3Se8 nanoribbons exhibited moderate p-type transport properties with a maximum hole mobility of 5 cm2 V-1 s-1 and an Ion/Ioff ratio of >104. Furthermore, the charge transport mechanism of Ta2Pt3Se8 was analyzed by temperature-dependent transport measurements in the temperature range from 90 to 320 K. To include Ta2Pt3Se8 in a building block for modern 1D electronics, we demonstrate p-n junction characteristics using the electron beam doping method.

RESUMEN

We synthesized ternary composition chalcogenide Ta2NiSe7, a quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) material with excellent crystallinity. To utilize the excellent electrical conductivity property of Ta2NiSe7, the breakdown current density (JBD) according to thickness change through mechanical exfoliation was measured. It was confirmed that as the thickness decreased, the maximum breakdown voltage (VBD) increased, and at 18 nm thickness, 35 MA cm-2 of JBD was measured, which was 35 times higher than that of copper, which is commonly used as an interconnect material. By optimization of the exfoliation process, it is expected that through a theoretical model fitting, the JBD can be increased to about 356 MA cm-2. It is expected that the low-dimensional materials with ternary compositions proposed through this experiment can be used as candidates for current-carrying materials that are required for the miniaturization of various electronic devices.

RESUMEN

The purpose of this study is to compare the cut-out rate and sliding distance associated with limb length inequality between operations using a standard non-sliding lag screw versus those using a non-sliding lag screw with U-blade (RC) in the Gamma3 nail. This is a retrospective review of two case series involving different lag screws for the Gamma3 nail. Propensity score matching analysis was used to adjust the confounding factors. A comparative analysis of 304 patients who treated with Gamma3 nail with either a standard non-sliding lag screw or a U-Blade (RC) lag screw was performed. Between 2014 and 2018, 152 patients were treated with U-blade (RC) lag screws, and these patients were matched with those treated with standard lag screws. There was no significant difference in cut-out rate between groups. However, additional use of anti-rotation U-blade (RC) could significantly decrease lag screw sliding, with the group treated with U-Blade (RC) lag screws exhibiting shorter sliding, especially in AO/OTA31 A2 and A3 fractures. Also, in A2 and A3 fractures, the mean lag screw sliding distance was greater than that seen in A1 fractures in both groups. These findings can help trauma surgeons choose the proper implant to reduce leg length inequality.

RESUMEN

In this study, high-purity and centimeter-scale bulk Ta2 Ni3 Se8 crystals are obtained by controlling the growth temperature and stoichiometric ratio between tantalum, nickel, and selenium. It is demonstrated that the bulk Ta2 Ni3 Se8 crystals could be effectively exfoliated into a few chain-scale nanowires through simple mechanical exfoliation and liquid-phase exfoliation. Also, the calculation of electronic band structures confirms that Ta2 Ni3 Se8 is a semiconducting material with a small bandgap. A field-effect transistor is successfully fabricated on the mechanically exfoliated Ta2 Ni3 Se8 nanowires. Transport measurements at room temperature reveal that Ta2 Ni3 Se8 nanowires exhibit ambipolar semiconducting behavior with maximum mobilities of 20.3 and 3.52 cm2 V-1 s-1 for electrons and holes, respectively. The temperature-dependent transport measurement (from 90 to 295 K) confirms the carrier transport mechanism of Ta2 Ni3 Se8 nanowires. Based on these characteristics, the obtained 1D vdW material is expected to be a potential candidate for additional 1D materials as channel materials.
