RESUMEN
The experience of application of apparatuses of the dosed high-frequency electric influence EK300M-1 "Patonmed" and energetic platform "Forcetriad", manufactured by Valleylab firm, during hysterectomy performance, using various surgical accesses, was presented. The variants of the applied regimens, depending on the vessels diameter and coexistant diseases, were proposed.

The experience of the native high-frequency electrical generator 300M EC-1 "Patonmed" for mobilization of advanced vascular network, particularly stomach and colon are presented. The variants of modes depending on the diameter of blood vessels and accompanied diseases are suggested.

It is found that 3 months after removal of thyroid gland in rats, a suppression of thymic endocrine function, loss of weight and cellularity occurs. These changes are mainly caused by a weakening of index of proliferative activity. In animals that postoperatively received substitutive thyroxin hormonotherapy and courses of thymulin these disorders don't occur or they are not expressed significantly.

Due to disorders of hormonal balance in the organism, a decrease in thymic endocrine function occurred in rats after thyroidectomy. After removing the thyroid gland, we observed 1,3-2,2-fold decrease in the level of thymic hormone thymulin in the blood serum. When thyroxin was applied at a suppressive dose, endocrine function of the thymus did not restore. Injections of thymostimulin (Tp1) or its combination with thyroxin to thyroidectomized animals restored the level of thymulin up to the level in the intact rats due to effects of either injected preparation or induction of substances possessing thymosine-like activity.
