RESUMEN

Long non-coding RNA RP11-64B16.4 (myocardial infarction protection-related lncRNA [MIPRL]) is among the most abundant and the most upregulated lncRNAs in ischemic human hearts. However, its role in ischemic heart disease is unknown. We found MIPRL was conserved between human and mouse and its expression was increased in mouse hearts after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and in cultured human and mouse cardiomyocytes after hypoxia. The infarcted size, cardiac cell apoptosis, cardiac dysfunction, and cardiac fibrosis were aggravated in MIPRL knockout mice after AMI. The above adverse results could be reversed by re-expression of MIPRL via adenovirus expressing MIPRL. Both in vitro and in vivo, we identified that heat shock protein beta-8 (HSPB8) was a target gene of MIPRL, which was involved in MIPRL-mediated anti-apoptotic effects on cardiomyocytes. We further discovered that MIPRL could combine with the messenger RNA (mRNA) of HSPB8 and increase its expression in cardiomyocytes by enhancing the stability of HSPB8 mRNA. In summary, we have found for the first time that the ischemia-enhanced lncRNA MIPRL protects against AMI via its target gene HSPB8. MIPRL might be a novel promising therapeutic target for ischemic heart diseases such as AMI.

With the continuous increasing threat of drug-resistant bacteria induced cutaneous wound infections, there is a growing demand for novel effective antibiotics-alternative antibacterial strategies for clinical anti-infective therapy. Here, we report the fabrication and antibacterial efficacy of Ag2S@H-CeO2 photonic nanocomposites with rough surface through in-situ growth of Ag2S nanoparticles on CeO2 hollow spheres. With excellent photothermal property and peroxidase-like activity, as well as increased bacterial adhesion, the photonic nanocomposites demonstrated a broad-spectrum synergistic antibacterial effect against Gram-positive, Gram-positive bacteria and fungi as well biofilm in vitro. Significantly, the nanocomposites can effectively eradicate drug-resistant bacteria such as Gram-positive methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Gram-negative extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Escherichia coli (ESBL E. coli). Notably, in vivo assessments validated its synergistic therapeutic potential in the treatment of MRSA-infected cutaneous wounds, all while maintaining excellent biosafety and biocompatibility. Our study offers a competitive and promising strategy for the development of a multifunctional synergistic antibacterial platform poised to effectively treat drug-resistant bacteria-infected cutaneous wounds.

This paper reports the vapor pressure and enthalpy of vaporization for a promising phase change material (PCM) guanidinium methanesulfonate ([Gdm][OMs]), which is a typical guanidinium organomonosulfonate that displays a lamellar crystalline architecture. [Gdm][OMs] was purified by recrystallization. The elemental analysis and infrared spectrum of [Gdm][OMs] confirmed the purity and composition. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) also confirmed its high purity and showed a sharp and symmetrical endothermic melting peak with a melting point (Tm) of 207.6 °C and a specific latent heat of fusion of 183.0 J g-1. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) reveals its thermal stability over a wide temperature range, and yet three thermal events at higher temperatures of 351 °C, 447 °C, and 649 °C were associated with vaporization or decomposition. The vapor pressure was measured using the isothermogravimetric method from 220 °C to 300 °C. The Antoine equation was used to describe the temperature dependence of its vapor pressure, and the substance-dependent Antoine constants were obtained by non-linear regression. The enthalpy of vaporization (ΔvapH) was derived from the linear regression of the slopes associated with the linear temperature dependence of the rate of weight loss per unit area of vaporization. Hence, the temperature dependence of vapor pressures ln Pvap (Pa) = 10.99 - 344.58/(T (K) - 493.64) over the temperature range from 493.15 K to 573.15 K and the enthalpy of vaporization ΔvapH = 157.10 ± 20.10 kJ mol-1 at the arithmetic mean temperature of 240 °C were obtained from isothermogravimetric measurements using the Antoine equation and the Clausius-Clapeyron equation, respectively. The flammability test indicates that [Gdm][OMs] is non-flammable. Hence, [Gdm][OMs] enjoys very low volatility, high enthalpy of vaporization, and non-flammability in addition to its known advantages. This work thus offers data support, methodologies, and insights for the application of [Gdm][OMs] and other organic salts as PCMs in thermal energy storage and beyond.

OBJECTIVES: This study aims to predict the risk of noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) through a back-propagation neural network (BPNN) model. It provides an early, simple and accurate prediction method for NIHL. DESIGN: Population based, a cross sectional study. SETTING: Han, China. PARTICIPANTS: This study selected 3266 Han male workers from three automobile manufacturing industries. PRIMARY OUTCOME MEASURES: Information including personal life habits, occupational health test information and occupational exposure history were collected and predictive factors of NIHL were screened from these workers. BPNN and logistic regression models were constructed using these predictors. RESULTS: The input variables of BPNN model were 20, 16 and 21 important factors screened by univariate, stepwise and lasso-logistic regression. When the BPNN model was applied to the test set, it was found to have a sensitivity (TPR) of 83.33%, a specificity (TNR) of 85.92%, an accuracy (ACC) of 85.51%, a positive predictive value (PPV) of 52.85%, a negative predictive value of 96.46% and area under the receiver operating curve (AUC) is: 0.926 (95% CI: 0.891 to 0.961), which demonstrated the better overall properties than univariate-logistic regression modelling (AUC: 0.715) (95% CI: 0.652 to 0.777). The BPNN model has better predictive performance against NIHL than the stepwise-logistic and lasso-logistic regression model in terms of TPR, TNR, ACC, PPV and NPV (p<0.05); the area under the receiver operating characteristics curve of NIHL is also higher than that of the stepwise and lasso-logistic regression model (p<0.05). It was a relatively important factor in NIHL to find cumulative noise exposure, auditory system symptoms, age, listening to music or watching video with headphones, exposure to high temperature and noise exposure time in the trained BPNN model. CONCLUSIONS: The BPNN model was a valuable tool in dealing with the occupational risk prediction problem of NIHL. It can be used to predict the risk of an individual NIHL.

OBJECTIVE: Modic change (MC) is defined as abnormalities observed in the intervertebral disc subchondral and adjacent vertebral endplate subchondral bone changes. Most studies on MC were reported in the lumbar spine and associated with lower back pain. However, MC has been rarely reported in the cervical spine, let alone in those who underwent cervical disc replacement (CDR). This study aimed to focus on MC in the cervical spine and reveal clinical and radiological parameters, especially heterotopic ossification (HO), for patients who underwent CDR. Furthermore, we illustrated the association between MC and HO. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed patients who underwent CDA from January 2008 to December 2019. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA), Neck Disability Index (NDI), and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores were used to evaluate the clinical outcomes. Radiological evaluations were used to conclude the cervical alignment (CL) and range of motion (ROM) of C2-7, functional spinal unit angle (FSUA), shell angle (SA), FSU height, and HO. Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were performed to identify the risk factors for HO. The Kaplan-Meier (K-M) method was used to analyze potential risk factors, and multivariate Cox regression was used to identify independent risk factors. RESULTS: A total of 139 patients were evaluated, with a mean follow-up time of 46.53 ± 26.60 months. Forty-nine patients were assigned to the MC group and 90 to the non-MC group. The incidence of MC was 35.3%, with type 2 being the most common. Clinical outcomes (JOA, NDI, VAS) showed no significant difference between the two groups. The differences in C2-7 ROM between the two groups were not significant, while the differences in SA ROM and FSUA ROM were significantly higher in the non-MC than in the MC group (p < 0.05). Besides, FSU height in MC group was significantly lower than that in non-MC group. Parameters concerning CL, including C2-7, FSUA, SA, were not significantly different between the two groups. The incidence of HO and high-grade HO, respectively, in the MC group was 83.7% and 30.6%, while that in the non-MC group was 53.3% and 2.2%, and such differences were significant (p < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analyses and Cox regression showed that MC and involved level were significantly associated with HO occurrence (p < 0.05). No implant migration and secondary surgery were observed. CONCLUSION: MC mainly affected the incidence of HO. Preoperative MC was significantly associated with HO formation after CDR and should be identified as a potential risk factor for HO. Rigorous criteria for MC should be taken into consideration when selecting appropriate candidates for CDR.

We report new experimental results on exotic spin-spin-velocity-dependent interactions between electron spins. We designed an elaborate setup that is equipped with two nitrogen-vacancy (NV) ensembles in diamonds. One of the NV ensembles serves as the spin source, while the other functions as the spin sensor. By coherently manipulating the quantum states of two NV ensembles and their relative velocity at the micrometer scale, we are able to scrutinize exotic spin-spin-velocity-dependent interactions at short force ranges. For a T-violating interaction, V_{6}, new limits on the corresponding coupling coefficient, f_{6}, have been established for the force range shorter than 1 cm. For a P,T-violating interaction, V_{14}, new constraints on the corresponding coupling coefficient, f_{14}, have been obtained for the force range shorter than 1 km.

Purpose: Estrogen deficiency is the main reason of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Eldecalcitol (ED-71) is a new active vitamin D analogue clinically used in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. We aimed to investigate whether EphrinB2-EphB4 and RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling cooperate in mediating the process of osteoporosis by ED-71. Methods: In vivo, the ovariectomized (OVX) rats were administered orally with 30 ng/kg ED-71 once a day for 8 weeks. HE staining, Masson staining and Immunofluorescence staining were used to evaluate bone mass, bone formation, osteoclastogenesis associated factors and the expression of EphrinB2, EphB4, RANKL and OPG. In vitro, H2O2 stimulation was used to simulate the cell environment in osteoporosis. Immunofluorescence, quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western Blot were applied to detect the expression of EphrinB2, EphB4, RANKL and OPG. In osteoblasts, EphB4 was knocked down by EphB4 small-interfering RNA (siRNA) transfection. LY294002 (PI3K inhibitor) or ARQ092 (AKT inhibitor) was used to block PI3K/AKT pathway. An indirect co-culture system of osteoblasts and osteoclasts was established. The mRNA and protein expression of osteoclastogenes is associated factors were tested by qRT-PCR and Western Blot. Results: ED-71 increased bone mass and decreased the number of osteoclasts in OVX rats. Moreover, ED-71 promoted the expression of EphrinB2, EphB4, and decreased the RANKL/OPG ratio in osteoblasts. Osteoclastogenesis was restrained when osteoclasts were indirectly co-cultured with ED-71-treated osteoblasts. After silencing of EphB4 expression in osteoblasts, ED-71 inhibited the expression of P-PI3K and P-AKT and increased the ratio of RANKL/OPG. This reversed the inhibitory effect of ED-71 on osteoclastogenes. Therefore, in ED-71-inhibited osteoclastogenes, EphB4 is a key factor affecting the secretion of RANKL and OPG by osteoblasts. EphB4 suppressed the RANKL/OPG ratio through activating PI3K/AKT signaling in osteoblasts. Conclusion: ED-71 inhibits osteoclastogenesis through EphrinB2-EphB4-RANKL/OPG axis, improving bone mass in ovariectomized rats. PI3K/AKT pathway is involved this process.

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), but the prognosis remains poor. This phase 3 trial (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT03950154) assessed the efficacy and adverse events (AEs) of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK (PD1-T) cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC. A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab (the control group, n = 102) or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy (the immunotherapy group, n = 100) every 21 days for up to 6 cycles, followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and bevacizumab. The main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival (PFS). The median follow-up was 19.5 months. Median PFS was 14.8 months (95% CI, 11.6-18.0) for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months (8.0-11.8) for the control group (hazard ratio [HR], 0.60 [95% CI, 0.40-0.88]; p = 0.009). Median overall survival (OS) was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months (95% CI, 18.3-32.8) for the control group (HR, 0.57 [95% CI, 0.33-0.98]; p = 0.043). Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0% of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5% in the control groups, with no toxicity-associated deaths reported. The addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

Mobile phone addiction among college students has emerged as a prevalent phenomenon in contemporary society, posing significant challenges to the development and well-being of these individuals. The assessment of the extent of mobile phone addiction has become an urgent concern in the present context. This study employed a sample of 3000 college students from a public university in Zhejiang Province, China, to gather questionnaire data. By utilizing a machine learning algorithm, we identified the most salient factors associated with college students' addiction, with perfectionism emerging as the primary influencer. Additionally, a machine learning-based prediction model for college students' cell phone addiction was developed, yielding a prediction accuracy of 76.68%. This intelligent model can serve as a reliable tool for subsequent evaluations of college students' cell phone addiction.

NUP155 is reported to be correlated with tumor development. However, the role of NUP155 in tumor physiology and the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) has not been previously examined. This study comprehensively investigated the expression, immunological function, and prognostic significance of NUP155 in different cancer types. Bioinformatics analysis revealed that NUP155 was upregulated in 26 types of cancer. Additionally, NUP155 upregulation was strongly correlated with advanced pathological or clinical stages and poor prognosis in several cancers. Furthermore, NUP155 was significantly and positively correlated with DNA methylation, tumor mutational burden, microsatellite instability, and stemness score in most cancers. Additionally, NUP155 was also found to be involved in TIME and closely associated with tumor infiltrating immune cells and immunoregulation-related genes. Functional enrichment analysis revealed a strong correlation between NUP155 and immunomodulatory pathways, especially antigen processing and presentation. The role of NUP155 in breast cancer has not been examined. This study, for the first time, demonstrated that NUP155 was upregulated in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA) cells and revealed its oncogenic role in BRCA using molecular biology experiments. Thus, our study highlights the potential value of NUP155 as a biomarker in the assessment of prognostic prediction, tumor microenvironment and immunotherapeutic response in pan-cancer.

To illustrate the surgical technique and explore clinical outcomes of the reconstruction for the malignant and metastatic bone tumour of proximal femur with metallic modular intercalary prosthesis. Sixteen patients who underwent modular intercalary prosthetic reconstruction after tumour resection were included from April 2012 and October 2020. Prosthesis and screws parameters, resected bone length and residual bone length, clinical outcomes and survivorship were analyzed. All patients were followed up for an average of 19 months (range 1-74). In our series, 12 patients died of the progression of the primary disease at the final follow-up. The cumulative survivorship since the treatment of proximal femoral metastasis was 78.6% (11 patients) at 6 months and 38.5% (5 patients) at 1 year. The mean MSTS score was 22.25 ± 4.55 among all patients. There were no cases of loosening or breakage of the prostheses, plates or screws, despite the various measurements of prostheses and residual bones. Modular intercalary prosthetic reconstruction was an effective method for malignant tumour of the proximal femur, including the advantages of providing early pain relief, quickly restoring postoperative function, required a short operation time, and preserving the adjacent joints.

Quantum systems usually feature a rich multilevel structure with promising resources for developing superior quantum technologies compared with their binary counterpart. Single-shot readout of these high-dimensional quantum systems is essential for exploiting their potential. Although there have been various high-spin systems, the single-shot readout of the overall state of high-spin systems remains a challenging issue. Here we demonstrate a reliable single-shot readout of spin qutrit state in a low-temperature solid-state system utilizing a binary readout scheme. We achieve a single-shot readout of an electron spin qutrit associated with a single nitrogen-vacancy center in diamond with an average fidelity of 87.80%. We use this spin qutrit system to verify quantum contextuality, a fundamental test of quantum mechanics. We observe a violation of the noncontextual hidden variable inequality with the developed single-shot readout in contrast to the conventional binary readout. These results pave the way for developing quantum information processing based on spin qutrits.

The pavement is vulnerable to damage from natural disasters, accidents and other human factors, resulting in the formation of cracks. Periodic pavement monitoring can facilitate prompt detection and repair the pavement diseases, thereby minimizing casualties and property losses. Due to the presence of numerous interferences, recognizing highway pavement cracks in complex environments poses a significant challenge. Nevertheless, several computer vision approaches have demonstrated notable success in tackling this issue. We have employed a novel approach for crack recognition utilizing the ResNet34 model with a convolutional block attention module (CBAM), which not only saves parameters and computing power but also ensures seamless integration of the module as a plug-in. Initially, ResNet18, ResNet34, and ResNet50 models were trained by employing transfer learning techniques, with the ResNet34 network being selected as a fundamental model. Subsequently, CBAM was integrated into ResBlock and further training was conducted. Finally, we calculated the precision, average recall on the test set, and the recall of each class. The results demonstrate that by integrating CBAM into the ResNet34 network, the model exhibited improved test accuracy and average recall compared to its previous state. Moreover, our proposed model outperformed all other models in terms of performance. The recall rates for transverse crack, longitudinal crack, map crack, repairing, and pavement marking were 88.8%, 86.8%, 88.5%, 98.3%, and 99.9%, respectively. Our model achieves the highest precision of 92.9% and the highest average recall of 92.5%. However, the effectiveness in detecting mesh cracks was found to be unsatisfactory, despite their significant prevalence. In summary, the proposed model exhibits great potential for crack identification and serves as a crucial foundation for highway maintenance.

BACKGROUND: Rectal Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) infections among men who have sex with men (MSM) are escalating public health concerns. This study aimed to explore (1) the reliability of self-reported sexual positioning as an indicator for rectal CT and NG screening, and (2) factors associated with rectal CT and NG infections in Shenzhen, China. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 2 settings in Shenzhen, China, from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. Data on sociodemographic characteristics, sexual behaviors, and basic CT knowledge were collected. Urine and self-collected rectal swabs were collected for CT and NG testing. RESULTS: In total, 195 MSM participated in the study, and 5.1% tested positive for urogenital CT, 29.2% for rectal CT, 1.0% for urogenital NG, and 8.2% for rectal NG. Among those who reported exclusively insertive anal sex, 69.2% of CT infections and 85.7% of NG infections would have remained undetected with urine testing alone. Risk factors for rectal CT infection included engaging in both insertive and receptive anal sex, with a significant association found for coinfection with rectal NG. CONCLUSIONS: Self-reported sexual positioning was found to be an unreliable indicator for CT and NG screening, as a substantial proportion of infections would have remained undetected. The findings suggest that CT and NG screening in China should be offered to all MSM regardless of self-reported sexual positioning, and that the dual CT/NG testing is recommended.

Exceptional points (EPs) are singularities in non-Hermitian systems, where k (k ≥ 2) eigenvalues and eigenstates coalesce. High-order EPs exhibit richer topological characteristics and better sensing performance than second-order EPs. Theory predicts even richer non-Hermitian topological phases for high-order EP geometries, such as lines or rings formed entirely by high-order EPs. However, experimental exploration of high-order EP geometries has hitherto proved difficult due to the demand for more degrees of freedom in the Hamiltonian's parameter space or a higher level of symmetries. Here we observe a third-order exceptional line in an atomic-scale system. To this end, we use a nitrogen-vacancy spin in diamond and introduce multiple symmetries in the non-Hermitian Hamiltonian realized with the system. Furthermore, we show that the symmetries play an essential role in the occurrence of high-order EP geometries. Our approach can in future be further applied to explore high-order EP-related topological physics at the atomic scale and, potentially, for applications of high-order EPs in quantum technologies.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of high-frequency irreversible electroporation (H-FIRE) in the ablation of pig pancreatic tissue. MethodsLaparotomy was conducted in this study, and needle electrodes were used to release electric pulses in 12 pigs. Three sets of parameters were established for ablation at the low, medium, and high values of field strength (1 000 V/cm, 1 500 V/cm, and 2 500 V/cm). The groups were compared in terms of the data including postoperative recovery, ablation area, and histopathological features to validate the safety and efficacy of H-FIRE in the ablation of porcine pancreatic tissue. The paired t-test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups. ResultsAll pigs in the experiment survived and showed a good effect of ablation. The histopathological analysis of all groups showed thorough and effective ablation, with a clear boundary between the ablated area and the normal tissue area. The mean ablation area in the low, medium, and high field strength groups was 30.96±3.73 mm2, 51.93±25.26 mm2, and 108.90±55.23 mm2, respectively, and the high and medium field strength groups had a significantly larger ablation area than the low field strength group (both P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in ablation area between the medium and high field strength groups (P>0.05). ConclusionH-FIRE ablation is safe and effective for porcine pancreatic tissue under specific ablation parameters.

The Jarzynski equality (JE), which connects the equilibrium free energy with nonequilibrium work statistics, plays a crucial role in quantum thermodynamics. Although practical quantum systems are usually multilevel systems, most tests of the JE were executed in two-level systems. A rigorous test of the JE by directly measuring the work distribution of a physical process in a high-dimensional quantum system remains elusive. Here, we report an experimental test of the JE in a single spin-1 system. We realized nondemolition projective measurement of this three-level system via cascading high-fidelity single-shot readouts and directly measured the work distribution utilizing the two-point measurement protocol. The validity of the JE was verified from the nonadiabatic to adiabatic zone and under different effective temperatures. Our work puts the JE on a solid experimental foundation and makes the nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center system a mature toolbox to perform advanced experiments of stochastic quantum thermodynamics.

The waste sector is a significant source of greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions and clarifying its emission trends and characteristics is the premise for formulating GHG emission reduction strategies. Using the IPCC inventory model, the GHG emissions from the municipal solid waste(MSW) sector in China during 2010 to 2020 were estimated. The results showed that GHG emissions increased from 42.5 Mt in 2010 to 75.3 Mt in 2019, then decreased to 72.1 Mt in 2020. MSW landfills were the main source of GHG emissions. Further, with the increase in the proportion of waste incineration, the proportion of GHG incineration increased rapidly from 16.5% in 2010 to 60.1% in 2020. In terms of regional distribution, East and South China were the regions with the highest emissions, and Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang were the provinces with the largest GHG emissions. Implementing MSW classification, changing the MSW disposal modes from landfilling to incineration, improving the LFG collection efficiency of landfills, and using biological functional materials as the cover soil to strengthen the methane oxidation efficiency are the main measures to achieve GHG emission reduction in waste sectors.

PURPOSE: Detecting tumor progression of glioma continues to pose a formidable challenge. The role of fibroblast activation protein (FAP) in gliomas has been demonstrated to facilitate tumor progression. Glioma-circulating biomarkers have not yet been used in clinical practice. This study seeks to evaluate the feasibility of glioma detection through the utilization of a serum FAP marker. METHODS: We adopted enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to quantify the relative FAP level of serum autoantibodies in a cohort of 87 gliomas. The correlation between preoperative serum autoantibody relative FAP levels and postoperative pathology, including molecular pathology was investigated. A series of FAP tests were conducted on 33 cases of malignant gliomas in order to ascertain their efficacy in monitoring the progression of the disease in relation to imaging observations. To validate the presence of FAP expression in tumors, immunohistochemistry was conducted on four gliomas employing a FAP-specific antibody. Additionally, the investigation encompassed the correlation between postoperative tumor burden, as assessed through volumetric analysis, and the relative FAP level of serum autoantibodies. RESULTS: A considerable proportion of gliomas exhibited a significantly increased level of serum autoantibody relative FAP level. This elevation was closely associated with both histopathology and molecular pathology, and demonstrated longitudinal fluctuations and variations corresponding to the progression of the disease The correlation between the rise in serum autoantibody relative FAP level and tumor progression and/or exacerbation of symptoms was observed. CONCLUSIONS: The measurement of serum autoantibody relative FAP level can be used to detect the disease as a valuable biomarker. The combined utilization of its detection alongside MR imaging has the potential to facilitate a more accurate and prompt diagnosis.
