RESUMEN

Process of circulatory-metabolic support of brain functioning is based on integration of cerebrovascular and CSF-circulatory systems as well scull mechanics, as united structural-functional system is accompanied by periodic volume--pressure fluctuations inside crania-spinal space. The frequency of them is widely variable (0.03-0.25 Hz), as well as its amplitude (0.3-1.2 of pulse wave value) and they exist in the most of its regions. Results of noninvasive studies of volunteers of groups (18-20 and 40-55 years old), that these fluctuations, reflect the functioning of the mechanism, responsible for brain circulatory metabolic supply, and the evaluation of these quantitative indices by means of spectral analysis with quantization 128 kHz could provide valuable information concerning functional integration of systems, responsible for circulatory-metabolic brain support.

RESUMEN

The role of the free radical processes (FRP) is shown and objectified in the development of the ulcer gastro-intestinal bleedings (UGIB). It is revealed on the first day of hospitalization already. The greatest imbalance of the FRP is registered in heavy patients with acute UGIB. It appeared like decrease of the oxygen and activation of the lipid FRP disregulation. Unheavy patients have FRP changes refer to the oxygen part of the oxidation process only. Intensification FRP in process of increase of weight disease consists in decrease activity oxygen and increase a lipid disbalance. FRP disbalance has long time proceeds, last till the patient's discharge. Results of the research prove as much as possible early inclusion in a complex of medical actions antoixidant therapy. The high efficiency of the energetic corrector reamberin in a dose of 400-800 ml was shown in patients with UGIB.

RESUMEN

Taking into account the data concerning disturbances in blood supply of the spinal cord as a response to irritation of the sympathetic trunks, the experimental morphological investigation has been performed on rabbits. By means of the injection technique and staining of neurocytes, changes in the spinal cord, in the spinal nodes and in the pia mater have been studied at chronic irritation of the lumbar nodes of the sympathetic trunk. Certain degenerative changes have been revealed in nervous cells and also phenomena of the spinal cord ischemia, decreasing contacts between the nervous cells and the capillaries surrounding them. As the authors believe, these data can be used by clinicians for revealing pathological mechanisms of the spinal cord ischemia as a result of chronic irritation of the sympathetic trunk.

RESUMEN

Morphological studies in 40 rabbits demonstrated that chronic irritation of the lumbar sympathetic trunks resulted in more pronounced architectonic changes, in vessel walls and in neurons of the lumbar sympathetic ganglia in 15 days than did the bilateral lumbar gangliosympathectomy at the same time. In both series of experiments more prominent changes were noticed in the spinal ganglia than in the spinal cord, that could be explained by different degree of lesions in the nerves supplying them and by organic specification of their angioarchitectonics. The data obtained made it possible to include novocain block (anesthesia) into complex therapy to manage spinal apoplexy in clinic.
