RESUMEN

Perovskite quantum dots (QDs) and organic materials have great research potential in the field of optoelectronic devices. In this paper, MEH-PPV/CsPbBr3heterojunction photodetectors (PDs) are prepared by spin coating method based on the good photoelectric properties of CsPbBr3perovskite QDs and MEH-PPV. The MEH-PPV/CsPbBr3heterojunction improves the energy level arrangement, and CsPbBr3QDs can passivate the surface defects of MEH-PPV films to achieve effective charge separation and transfer, thus inhibiting the dark current and improving the photoelectric performance of the device. Under 532 nm laser irradiation, the responsivity (R) of MEH-PPV/CsPbBr3heterojunction PD is 11.98 A W-1, the specific detectivity (D*) is 6.98 × 1011Jones, and the response time is 15/16 ms. This work provides experience for the study of perovskite QDs and organic materials heterojunction optoelectronic devices.

RESUMEN

A multi-wavelength bandstop filter is proposed and numerically demonstrated using the sum-frequency generation (SFG) process in a waveguide of periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN). This proposed device achieves channels number reconfigurable, central filtering wavelength of each filtering channel independently tunable and extinction ratios (ERs) equalized via all-optical methods.

Ag2S quantum dot (QD) photodetectors (PDs) have attracted a lot of attention in the field of imaging system and optical communication. However, the current Ag2S PDs mainly works in the near-infrared band, and its detection ability in the visible band remains to be strengthened. In this paper, we used poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) with high carrier mobility and Ag2S QDs to construct heterojunction PD. Stronger absorption in blends with polymer P3HT compared to single Ag2S QDs. The optical absorption spectra show that the Ag2S/P3HT has strong light absorption peak at 394 and 598 nm. The results show that P3HT significantly enhances the absorption of Ag2S QDs from the visible to near-infrared band. The output characteristics, transfer characteristics and fast switching capability of the device at 405 nm, 532 nm and 808 nm were tested. The device has the responsivity of 6.05 A W-1, 83.72 A W-1and 37.31 A W-1under 405 nm, 532 nm and 808 nm laser irradiation. This work plays an important role in improving the detection performance of Ag2S QDs and broadening its applications in photoelectric devices for weak light and wide spectrum detection.

Expression of miR-28-3p in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) before and after treatment and clinical value of miR-28-3p were determined. There were three groups: 68 AD patients treated with donepezil combined with basic therapy in The People's Hospital of Shouguang collected as an AD group, 70 patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) as an MCI group, and 75 healthy people as a normal group. Serum miR-28-3p was detected by qRT-PCR. The Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), mini mental state examination scale (MMSE), activities of daily living scale (ADL) and homocysteine (Hcy) were adopted to assess patients before and after treatment. miR-28-3p in normal group was significantly lower than that in other two groups, and miR-28-3p in MCI group was significantly lower than that in AD group (P<0.001). miR-28-3p correlated with the course and severity of patients. miR-28-3p in AD group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.001). ADL and Hcy of AD patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and MMSE and MoCA after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, miR-28-3p was significantly positively correlated with ADL score and Hcy level, but negatively correlated with MMSE score and MoCA score. Analysis of the working characteristic curve of the patients indicated that miR-28-3p can be used for diagnosis of AD patients. Donepezil therapy may reduce miR-28-3p level to alleviate the symptoms of AD patients, and miR-28-3p level can be used as an early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of AD patients.

Ti4+-diffused Zr4+/Er3+-codoped LiNbO3 strip waveguide was fabricated on an X-cut LiNbO3 substrate by thermal diffusion in sequence of Er3+, Zr4+ and Ti4+. Secondary ion mass spectrometry study shows that the Ti4+ ions follow a sum of two error functions in the width direction and a Gauss function in the depth direction of the waveguide. Both Er3+ and Zr4+ profiles follow the desired Gauss function, and entirely cover the Ti4+ profile. Optical study shows that the waveguide is TE or TM single mode at 1.5 µm wavelength, and has a loss of 0.3 (0.5) dB/cm for the TM (TE) mode. In the case of 980 nm pumping, the waveguide shows stable 1547 nm signal output under high-power pumping without optical damage observed, and a net gain of 1.1 dB/cm is obtained for the available pump power of 120 mW.
