RESUMEN

This study explored the regulatory role of bta-miR-149-3p in the inflammatory response induced by microcystin-leucine arginine (MC-LR) exposure in bovine Sertoli cells. The research endeavored to enhance the comprehension of the epigenetic mechanisms underlying MC-LR-induced cytotoxicity in Sertoli cells and establish a foundation for mitigating these effects in vitro. In this study, we elucidated the regulatory mechanism of bta-miR-149-3p in the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response by verifying the target gene of bta-miR-149-3p through luciferase assays and treating the cells with a bta-miR-149-3p inhibitor for 24 h. The results demonstrate that nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) acts as a downstream target gene of bta-miR-149-3p, which inhibits the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response in bovine Sertoli cells. This inhibition occurs by regulating the downregulation of tight junction constitutive proteins of the blood-testis barrier (BTB) through the suppression of the TLR-4/NF-κB signaling pathway (p < 0.05) and the up-regulation of the adhesion junction protein ß-catenin (p < 0.05). Notably, MC-LR exposure resulted in the up-regulation (p < 0.05) of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-1ß, and NLRP3) and the down-regulation (p < 0.05) of BTB tight junction constitutive proteins (ZO-1, Occludin) in Sertoli cells. Furthermore, the BTB constitutive protein ZO-1 exhibited significant down-regulation in Sertoli cells pretreated with the bta-miR-149-3p inhibitor compared to controls (p < 0.05), while Occludin showed no significant difference from CTNNB1 (p > 0.05). In summary, our findings suggest that bta-miR-149-3p suppresses the MC-LR-induced inflammatory response and alterations in the expression of BTB proteins in bovine Sertoli cells by inhibiting the TLR-4/NF-κB signaling pathway.

RESUMEN

AIM: To determine the relationship between psychological resilience, nursing practice environment, and moral courage of clinical nurses and also the factors influencing moral courage. DESIGN: Cross-sectional study. METHODS: 586 nurses from a general hospital were selected by convenience sampling method in January 2023. The general information questionnaire, Nurses' Moral Courage Scale (NMCS), Resilience Scale, and Practice Environment Scale (PES) were measured. Hierarchical linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of clinical nurses' moral courage. RESULTS: Nurses' average moral courage score was 79.00 (69.00, 91.00). The nurses' moral courage was positively correlated with psychological resilience and nursing practice environment. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that psychological resilience and nursing practice environment entered the regression equation, accounting for 23.4% of the total variation. Psychological resilience and nursing practice environment are the main factors affecting the moral courage of clinical nurses. Nursing managers should conduct moral courage training, develop a decent nursing practice environment, pay attention to the psychological emotions of nurses, and actively build a safe, open, and supportive atmosphere for moral behaviour.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Banxia Xiexintang (BXT) on the proliferation of human gastric cancer HGC-27, MKN-45, and AGS cells and its mechanism. MethodCell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of BXT-containing serum (5%, 10%, and 20%) on the proliferation of HGC-27, MKN-45, and AGS cells. A mitochondrial membrane potential probe (TMRE) was used to detect the expression of mitochondrial membrane potential in cells. A kit was used to detect iron ion (Fe2+) content, lipid peroxide (LPO), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression levels of glycogen synthase3β (GSK3β), phosphorylated GSK3β (p-GSK3β), nuclear factor E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), and glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4). The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression of member 11 of the cystine/glutamic acid reverse transporter solute vector family 7 (SLC7A11), member 2 of the heavy chain solute vector family 3 (SLC3A2), transferrin receptor 3 (TFRC), and tumor protein (TP)53. ResultCCK-8 results showed that BXT and capecitabine could significantly reduce the survival rate of three kinds of gastric cancer cells after treatment with drug-containing serum for 24 h (P<0.01). After 48 h of intervention with drug-containing serum, the survival rate of three kinds of gastric cancer cells was significantly decreased in both the capecitabine group and the BXT group compared with the blank group. The BXT group was dose-dependent, with 20% BXT having the most significant effect (P<0.01). In terms of biochemical indicators of ferroptosis, compared with the blank group, BXT and capecitabine significantly decreased the expression of mitochondrial membrane potential (P<0.01) and SOD activity (P<0.01) and significantly increased the contents of LPO and Fe2+ (P<0.01), so as to improve the sensitivity of gastric cancer cells to ferroptosis. In terms of the Nrf2/GPX4 pathway, compared with the blank group, the BXT group could reduce the protein expressions of p-GSK3β, Nrf2, and GPX4 (P<0.01) in gastric cancer cells and increase mRNA expressions of SLC7A11 and SLC3A2 (P<0.05). It could also increase the protein expression of GSK3β (P<0.01) and mRNA expression of TP53 and TFRC (P<0.05, P<0.01) in gastric cancer cells. Inhibition of the Nrf2/GPX4 pathway induces ferroptosis in gastric cancer cells. Compared with the capecitabine group, the 20% BXT group showed a more obvious effect. ConclusionBanxia Xiexintang can induce ferroptosis in gastric cancer cells HGC-27, MKN-45, and AGS by inhibiting the Nrf2/GPX4 pathway.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the predictive value of pregnancy-associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A),fasting blood glucose(FPG),body mass index(BMI)and age in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)during the first trimester. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 792 pregnant women who underwent pre-natal examination and delivered in Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into GDM group(232 cases)and control group(560 cases)according to whether they had GDM.The clinical data, serum PAPP-A median multiple(PAPP-A MoM)in early pregnancy and FPG levels were compared between the two groups. The indicators with statistical significance in univariate analy-sis were included in multivariate Logistic regression analysis to analyze the related factors affecting the occurrence of GDM.The receiver operating curve(ROC)and area under the curve(AUC)of different indexes were plotted to compare the efficacy of GDM prediction.Results:①The age,pre pregnancy BMI,early pregnancy FPG and the proportion of assisted reproductive technology in GDM group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The early pregnancy PAPP-A MoM level in GDM group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that older age, lager pre-pregnancy BMI and lager FPG in the first trimester were in-dependent risk factors for GDM occurrence(OR>1,P<0.05),while an increase of PAPP-A MoM in the first tri-mester was a protective factor(OR<1,P<0.05).③ROC showed that the combination of PAPP-A MoM in early pregnancy,FPG in early pregnancy,BMI in pre-pregnancy and age had the highest AUC(0.752)when predicting GDM,with a sensitivity of 55.6%and a specificity of 84.3%.Conclusions:The combined screening of serologi-cal(PAPP-A +FPG)and clinical data(pre-pregnancy BMI +age)in early pregnancy has a high clinical application prospect and can be popularized.

RESUMEN

Objective:To assess the effectiveness and safety of beat chemotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate its anti-tumor molecular mechanism. Methods:In this study, we developed a subcutaneous tumor model of lung cancer in mice. The mice were subsequently divided into two groups: the beat chemotherapy group and the placebo group(negative control group).Throughout the treatment period, we monitored the changes in body weight and tumor size of the mice.At the conclusion of the treatment, we collected blood samples from the mice to conduct blood routine and biochemical examinations.Furthermore, we obtained tumor tissues from the mice to perform immunohistochemical staining and sequencing of the transcriptome. Results:The study found that beat chemotherapy could effectively delay the growth of lung cancer. The tumor tissues in the beat chemotherapy group were significantly smaller compared to the placebo group. The results of routine blood and blood biochemistry tests showed that the levels of red blood cells(RBCs), white blood cells(WBCs), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and blood creatinine(Scr)were similar between the placebo group and the beat chemotherapy group. The values for RBCs, WBCs, ALT, AST and Scr in the placebo group were(6.97 ± 0.41)× 10 12/L, (13.26 ± 0.29)× 10 9/L, (33.33 ± 2.51)U/L, (235.33 ± 57.62)U/L and(20.67 ± 2.08)μmol/L, respectively. The corresponding values in the beat chemotherapy group were(6.87 ± 0.66)× 10 12/L, (12.59 ± 2.27)× 10 9/L, (38.67 ± 3.79)U/L, (225.33 ± 6.81)U/L and(20.33 ± 3.79)μmol/L.Statistical analysis showed no significant differences between the two groups( t=0.509, 0.209, 2.032, 0.299, 0.134, P=0.638, 0.845, 0.112, 0.780, 0.900).Furthermore, there were no signs of inflammatory infiltration or pathological changes in the liver, kidney, spleen, and lung tissues of the mice.Transcriptome analysis identified 68 differentially expressed genes, which were mainly associated with signal transduction and immunity.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis revealed the involvement of several signaling pathways, including the transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)signaling pathway, the interleukin-17(IL-17)signaling pathway, and the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling pathway. Conclusions:The use of chemotherapy has been proven to be safe and effective in treating non-small cell lung cancer. It primarily functions by regulating tumor growth through various signaling pathways, including the TGF-β signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, and TNF.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) on human immortalized keratinocyte cell proliferation and migration.@*METHODS@#HaCaT cells were treated with HSYA. Cell proliferation was detected by the cell counting kit-8 assay, and cell migration was measured using wound healing assay and Transwell migration assay. The mRNA and protein expression levels of heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like growth factor (HBEGF), EGF receptor (EGFR), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (AKT), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and Western blot, respectively. Circ_0084443-overexpressing HaCaT cells and empty plasmid HaCaT cells were constructed using the lentiviral stable transfection and treated with HSYA. The expression of circ_0084443 was detected by qRT-PCR.@*RESULTS@#HSYA (800 µmol/L) significantly promoted HaCaT cell proliferation and migration (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It also increased the mRNA and protein expression levels of HBEGF, EGFR, PI3K, AKT, mTOR and HIF-1α, and increased the phosphorylation levels of PI3K and AKT (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Furthermore, HSYA promoted HaCaT cell proliferation and migration via the HBEGF/EGFR and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways (P<0.01). Circ_0084443 attenuated the mRNA expression levels of HBEGF, EGFR, PI3K, AKT, mTOR and HIF-1α (P<0.05). HSYA inhibited the circ_0084443 expression, further antagonized the inhibition of circ_0084443 on HBEGF, EGFR, PI3K, AKT, mTOR and HIF-1α, and promoted the proliferation of circ_0084443-overexpressing HaCaT cells (P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, HSYA could not influence the inhibitory effect of circ_0084443 on HaCaT cell migration (P>0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#HSYA played an accelerative role in HaCaT cell proliferation and migration, which may be attributable to activating HBEGF/EGFR and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways, and had a particular inhibitory effect on the keratinocyte negative regulator circ_0084443.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and explore the effects on gut microbiota and metabolic profiles. METHODS: Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to control group (Con), CFS model group (Mod, established by multiple chronic stress for 35 d), MoxA group (CFS model with moxibustion Shenque (CV8) and Guanyuan (CV4), 10 min/d, 28 d) and MoxB group (CFS model with moxibustion Zusanli (ST36), 10 min/d, 28 d). Open-field test (OFT) and Morris-water-maze test (MWMT) were determined for assessment the CFS model and the therapeutic effects of moxibustion.16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis based gut microbiota integrated untargeted liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer (LC-MS) based fecal metabolomics were executed, as well as Spearman correlation analysis, was utilized to uncover the functional relevance between the potential metabolites and gut microbiota. RESULTS: The results of our behavioral tests showed that moxibustion improved the performance of CFS rats in the OFT and the MWMT. Microbiome profiling analysis revealed that the gut microbiomes of CFS rats were less diverse with altered composition, including increases in pro-inflammatory species (such as Proteobacteria) and decreases in anti-inflammatory species (such as Bacteroides, Lactobacillus, Ruminococcus, and Prevotella). Moxibustion partially normalized these changes in the gut microbiota. Furthermore, CFS was associated with metabolic disorders, which were effectively ameliorated by moxibustion. This was demonstrated by the normalization of 33 microbiota-related metabolites, including mannose (P = 0.001), aspartic acid (P = 0.009), alanine (P = 0.007), serine (P = 0.000), threonine (P = 0.027), methionine (P = 0.023), 5-hydroxytryptamine (P = 0.008), alpha-linolenic acid (P = 0.003), eicosapentaenoic acid (P = 0.006), hypoxanthine (P = 0.000), vitamin B6 (P = 0.000), cholic acid (P = 0.013), and taurocholate (P = 0.002). Correlation analysis showed a significant association between the perturbed fecal microbiota and metabolite levels, with a notable negative relationship between LCA and Bacteroides. CONCLUSIONS: In this study, we demonstrated that moxibustion has an antifatigue-like effect. The results from the 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolomics analysis suggest that the therapeutic effects of moxibustion on CFS are related to the regulation of gut microorganisms and their metabolites. The increase in Bacteroides and decrease in LCA may be key targets for the moxibustion treatment of CFS.

RESUMEN

Ferroptosis is a novel form of regulated cellular necrosis that plays a critical role in promoting cancer progression and developing drug resistance. The main characteristic of ferroptosis is irondependent lipid peroxidation caused by excess intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species. CUGBP ELAVlike family number 2 (CELF2) is an RNAbinding protein that is downregulated in various types of cancer and is associated with poor patient prognoses. CELF2 can directly bind mRNA to a variety of ferroptosis control factors; however, direct evidence of the regulatory role of CELF2 in ferroptosis is currently limited. The aim of the present review was to summarise the findings of previous studies on CELF2 and its role in regulating cellular redox homeostasis. The present review may provide insight into the possible mechanisms through which CELF2 affects ferroptosis and to provide recommendations for future studies.

RESUMEN

Leukemia patients, after bone marrow transplantation, face many problems that hurt their self-efficacy in self-care. The present study aimed to determine the effect of health promotion strategies on the self-efficacy of patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation in self-care. The expression level of two genes affecting anxiety (i.e., 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A (5-HT1A) and Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Receptor 1 (CRHR1)) was also investigated. For this purpose, this semi-experimental study was conducted before and after in bone marrow transplant candidate patients. Sixty patients were randomly divided into test and control groups. The test group received training on health promotion strategies, and the control group was treated according to the department's routine. Then the self-efficacy of the two groups was compared before and thirty days after the intervention. Also, the expression level of two genes was done by real-time PCR. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests, independent t-tests, analysis of covariance, and chi-square in SPSS 11.5 software. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the demographic variables of the two groups. The self-efficacy of the test group in the general scale and dimensions of adaptability, decision-making, and stress reduction increased compared to the control group and themselves before the training (p>0.001). The difference in self-efficacy scores in all dimensions before the intervention was statistically significant (p<0.05). The genetic evaluations also confirmed the obtained results. According to the expression of 5-HT1A and CRHR1 genes, the level of these genes which directly relate to anxiety were significantly decreased after intervention in the test group. In general, teaching health promotion strategies to bone marrow transplant patients can increase the confidence of these patients in taking care of themselves in the treatment process, which will ultimately lead to more survival and a higher quality of life in these patients.

RESUMEN

Direct oxidative coupling of inert C(sp3 )-H bond has been a great challenge. Herein, an environmentally friendly aerobic oxidative coupling of α-methyl substituted N-heteroarenes with indoles is reported. A variety of diheteroaryl ketones were prepared in good yields (up to 72 %). This protocol features simple operation and broad substrates scope (26 examples). Significantly, a plausible mechanism about catalytic cycle was proposed, and two key intermediates were confirmed by high resolution mass spectrometry.

RESUMEN

AIM: To compare the changes of optic disc parameters, peripapillary retinal nerve fibers layer(pRNFL)thickness and macular ganglion cell layer(mGCL)thickness among patients with early diabetes retinopathy and healthy controls by Cirrus HD-optical coherence tomography(OCT).METHODS: In this cross-sectional comparative study, 45 non-diabetic retinopathy(NDR), 52 mild nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR), 55 moderate NPDR with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and 64 age-matched healthy controls were included. The fasting blood glucose(FBG), duration of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and past history of the patients were collected in detail. Optic disc parameters(i.e., binocular RNFL thickness symmetry percentage, rim area, optic disc area, cup-to-disc ratio, cup volume), pRNFL thickness and mGCL thickness were measured by Cirrus HD-OCT. The comparison of different groups was performed by one-way analysis of variance.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the binocular RNFL thickness symmetry percentage and rim area were significantly decreased, while the average C/D and vertical C/D were significantly increased in the NDR group, mild NPDR group and moderate NPDR group(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the peripapillary RNFL thicknesses(superior, temporal, inferior, nasal)and macular GCL thickness(average, minimum, superior, supero-temporal, infero-temporal, inferior, supero-nasal, and infero-nasal)became thinner in the NDR group, mild NPDR group, and moderate NPDR group(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Patients with early DR have significantly decreased binocular RNFL thickness asymmetry, rim area, pRNFL and mGCL thickness, while they have significantly increased cup-to-disc ratio when compared to healthy controls. The results support the statement that DM causes inner retinal neurodegenerative changes even in T2DM patients without overt microangiopathy.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE To explore the material basis and potential mechanism of Kazakh classic prescription Wuzdekh (WZDK) in the treatment of enteritis. METHODS LC-MS/MS technology was used to analyze the chemical components in WZDK. Through network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, the main chemical components of WZDK were screened and the target was predicted; therapeutic effect and target of WZDK on acute enteritis were verified through in vivo experiments. The acute enteritis model of mice was induced by dextran sulfate sodium salt; the general condition of the mice was observed during administration and the disease activity index (DAI) score was calculated; pathological changes of the intestine and mRNA expression of core target were validated by HE staining and quantitative real-time PCR. RESULTS A total of 316 chemical components were obtained by LC-MS/MS. The core targets of network pharmacological analysis mainly included interleukin 1β(IL- 1β), protein kinase B1 (AKT1), tumor protein p53 (TP53), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and so on. The results of molecular docking showed that chemical components such as mairin, lappadilactone, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were stable in binding to the core target. The results of in vivo experiment showed that, compared with model group, high dose (5.00 g/kg) of WZDK could significantly reduce the DAI score (P<0.05), improve inflammatory cell infiltration and mucosal tissue damage of colon tissue, and significantly down-regulated mRNA expressions of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and TP53 in colon tissue(P< 0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Chemical components of WZDK such as mairin, lappadilactone, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone may play the role of improving the imbalance of local inflammatory factors in the intestine and repairing damage of colonic mucosal tissue by down-regulating mRNA expressions of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β and TP53 in colon tissue.

RESUMEN

Based on data mining technology, the acupoints compatibility rules of acupuncture for depression diseases were explored. The randomized controlled trial (RCT) articles regarding acupuncture for depression diseases published from establishment of database to September 2nd, 2022 were searched in CNKI database, Wangfang database, VIP database, SinoMed database, PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science and Cochrane Library. The use frequency of acupoints, meridian tropism, selection of special acupoints and acupoint association rules for five common depression diseases, including primary depression, post-stroke depression, menopausal syndrome, psychoneurosis and anxiety disorder, were analyzed by Python programming language. Cytoscape software was used to analyze the acupoint association and the disease-acupoint co-occurrence network. As a result, totally 387 articles were included, and 319 acupoints prescriptions for the above five common depression diseases were extracted, involving 159 acupoints. The use frequency of acupoints was 2 574 times in total. The frequently-used acupoints were Baihui (GV 20), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Taichong (LR 3), Neiguan (PC 6), Shenmen (HT 7), Yintang (GV 24+), Zusanli (ST 36), Hegu (LI 4), Sishencong (EX-HN 1) and Taixi (KI 3), etc. The frequently involved meridians were the governor vessel, foot-taiyang bladder meridian, foot-taiyin spleen meridian, and foot-jueyin liver meridian. The frequency of the special acupoints from high to low was crossing points, five-shu points, yuan-primary points, back-shu points, luo-connecting points, and eight confluent points, etc, which were often used in combination with "Baihui (GV 20)-Yintang (GV 24+)" (the highest degree of association). At the same time, the analysis of the co-occurrence network of depression diseases and acupoints showed that the core acupoints group of acupuncture for depression diseases were Baihui (GV 20), Taichong (LR 3), Shenmen (HT 7), Zusanli (ST 36), Neiguan (PC 6) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6). In conclusion, acupuncture treatment for depression diseases has gradually formed a rule of acupoint compatibility, with special acupoint as the main body and "unblocking the governor vessel, and regulating the spirit and qi " as the main therapeutic principle.

RESUMEN

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of disk-up sinus reamer (DSR) in maxillary sinus floor elevation with maxillary sinus septum. Methods: Twenty-four patients were included between January 2019 to January 2020 in Department of Oral Implantology, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. There were 10 males and 14 females with the age of (39.3±11.7) years old (range 22-56 years). Pre-operative(T0) cone-beam CT (CBCT) was taken for measurement and analysis. All patients were divided into group E (easy situations, septum located anterior to the zygo-matic process), group M (moderate situations, septum located pos-terior to the zygo-matic process) and group D (difficult situations, sagittally oriented septum). The maxillary sinus floor was grafted through the crestal approach by DSR and implants were placed simultaneously. Permanent repair was performed 6-8 months after operation. All patients underwent CBCT before surgery, after surgery immediately (T1), 6 months after surgery(T2), 1 year after surgery(T3), 2 year after surgery(T4). The residual bone height (RBH) and the vertical bone height (VBH) were analyzed. The mucosal perforation rate, implant survival rate were counted. Results: All the 24 patients completed the Maxillary sinus lift surgery successfully and 24 implants were placed simultaneously. All patients had no headache, dizziness. The mucosal perforation rate was 0. The survival rate of implants during the healing period was 100%(24/24). The RBH was (5.81±2.56) mm pre-operation, the VBHT1, VBHT2, VBHT3 and VBHT4 were (11.82±1.09), (10.98±0.52), (10.66±0.44) and (10.40±0.33) mm, respectively. The differences between the groups by pairing test were statistically significant (F=187.70, P0.001), expect VBHT3 and VBHT4 (P=0.071). Bone resorption and remodeling mainly occurred 1 year after surgery. One patient developed peri-implantitis 18 months after surgery. Conclusions: With the RBH of implant site>2 mm and existence of maxillary sinus septum, using DSR for sinus floor elevation has a high success rate. It can obtain enough bone height and complete the simultaneous implantation to form a good osseointegration. The DSR is simple, safe and controllable, and can shorten the operation time.
