Objective@#To investigate the impact of parental conflict perception on adolescent anxiety and the therapeutic effect of family therapy on adolescent anxiety.@*Methods@#A total of 120 adolescent anxiety patients who attend the psychological clinic of the fourth renming hospital in Hefei were selected and were divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, impact clinical medication while the treatment group recevied both clinical medication and family therapy(for three months). Parents Conflict Consciousness Scale(CPIC), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) was used to assess parents conflict consciousness of adolescent anxiety. Effects of family therapy on teenagers anxiety and CPIC, HAMA score were analyzed.@*Results@#CPIC conflict intensity, threats of cognitive conflict and content for adolescent anxiety were positively correlated with HAMA scores(r=0.26, 0.20, 0.18, P<0.05), At the end of the three-month treatment, the score on HAMA and CPIC of the treatment group (HAMA: 9.23±1.98, CPIC: 9.52±2.35) was significantly lower than that of the control group(HAMA: 14.52±2.66, CPIC:11.98±2.55)(t=11.88, 5.48, P<0.01). HAMA and CPIC scores of patients in both groups significantly decreased compared to before treatment(control group t=13.88, 16.84; treatment group t=20.50, 21.89, P<0.01).@*Conclusion@#Parental conflict perception shows impact on adolescent anxiety, and family therapy can reduce parental conflict perception and relieve adolescent anxiety.

In the present study, the significance of GABAA genes in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) were investigated from the view of diagnosis and prognosis. All data were achieved from The Cancer Genome Atlas. Overall survival was analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier analyses and Cox regression model and the hazard ratios and 95% confidence interval were calculated for computation. The Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery, and the Biological Networks Gene Ontology (BiNGO) softwares were applied to assess the biological processes and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) was used for pathway analysis to predict the biological function of GABAA genes. The associated Gene Ontology and KEGG pathways were conducted by Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). From receiver operating characteristics curves analysis, it was found that the expression of GABR, γ-aminobutyric acid type A receptor GABRA2, GABRA3, GABRB2, GABRB3, GABRG2, GABRG3, GABRD, GABRE were correlated with COAD occurrence [P<0.0001, area under the curve (AUC)>0.7]. The low expression of the GABRB1, GABRD, GABRP and GABRQ in genes after tumor staging adjustment were positively correlated with the overall survival rate [P=0.049, hazard ratio (HR)=1.517, 95% confidence interval (CI)=1.001-2.297; P=0.006, HR=1.807, 95% CI=1.180-2.765; P=0.005, HR=1.833, 95% CI=1.196-2.810; P=0.034, HR=1.578, 95% CI=1.036-2.405). GSEA showed enrichment of cell matrix adhesion, integrin binding, angiogenesis, endothelial growth factor and endothelial migration regulation in patients with COAD with GABRD overexpression. GABRB1, GABRD, GABRP and GABRQ were associated with the prognostic factors of COAD. The expression levels of GABRA2, GABRA3, GABRB2, GABRB3, GABRG2, GABRD and GABRE may allow differentiation between tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues.

Objective@#To explore the effectiveness of family therapy on adolescent school refusal.@*Methods@#One hundred outpatient adolescents with school refusal were selected. All the patients were divided into two groups through random number table method. The intervention group (50 patients) received family therapy combined with cognitive therapy, and the control group (50 patients) received no intervention. Cognitive therapy was evaluated by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Severity Impression Scale (CGI-S), Family Dynamics Self-Assessment Scale, and information on going back to school was collected.@*Results@#After intervention, score in SAS, CGI-S, CBCL (father-reported), CBCL (mother-reported), family atmosphere, logic family, disease awareness, and personality significantly decreased (P<0.05). No significant differences were found before intervention. However, the intervention group showed lower scores in all the above indicators and higher rates of going back to school (92% vs 70%)(χ2=7.86, P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Family therapy can effectively improve emotions such as anxiety and depressive symptoms and help going back to school in adolescents with school refusal.

In order to characterize the structure of the beta-lactamase gene and its corresponding mobile genetic elements in Klebsiella pneumoniae, the beta-lactamase genes from 240 clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were studied. blaCARB-2, a newly characterized gene, was extensively investigated utilizing next-generation sequencing, PCR, molecular cloning, conjugation, and comparative genomics analysis. We identified 11 beta-lactamase genes among the 240 clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates; the blaCARB-2 gene exists only in one specific isolate (Klebsiella pneumoniae KP1276) (1/240, 0.42%). The blaCARB-2 gene lies on a conjugative plasmid pKP1276-82, a 182,450-bp plasmid, which encodes 222 open reading frames. The plasmid has seven resistance genes, termed blaCARB-2, blaKLUC, aadA1, aadA2, cmlA1, dfrA1, and sul2. Among these genes, blaCARB-2 was identified for the first time in Klebsiella pneumoniae. Four of these resistance genes and an int gene form a class 1 integron (int-blaCARB-2-aadA2-cmlA1-aadA1). Further studies show that the blaCARB-2, aadA2, and cmlA1 genes are resistant to their corresponding antibiotics and the blaCARB-2 exhibits higher resistance activities to penicillin beta-lactams. These results reveal the possibility of horizontal transfer of the resistance genes and dissemination of resistance among bacteria of different genera or species of Enterobacteriaceae.
