ABSTRACT

We expose the case of a pregnant woman who developed a HELLP syndrome at 48 hours post-delivery, after labour induction in 27 week due to stillbirth. The patient was being rigorously monitorized because of a positive contingent screening of preeclampsia. The study started at 21 week with positive uterine arteries doppler and an angiogenic marker (ratio sFlt-1/PIGF) elevated from 26 week
