In 11 patients with injuries of the spine and spinal cord it was shown that in 4 patients tetraplegia persisted in the postoperative period, 3 patients had Brown-Sequard syndrome, 1 patient had superior paraparesis, 3 patients had pelvis disorders. Rehabilitation procedures started as early as possible allow minimization of the neurological problems and, correspondingly, the degree of disability of the patients.
