ABSTRACT

Low-noise, high-performance long-wave infrared detectors play a crucial role in diverse applications, including in the industrial, security, and medical fields. However, the current performance of long-wave detectors is constrained by the noise associated with narrow bandgaps. Therefore, exploring novel heterostructures for long-wavelength infrared detection is advantageous for the development of compact and high-performance infrared sensing. In this investigation, we present a MoS2/type II superlattice mixed-dimensional van der Waals barrier long-wave infrared detector (Mixed-vdWH). Through the design of the valence band barrier, substantial suppression of device dark noise is achieved, resulting in 2 orders of magnitude reduction in dark current. The device exhibits outstanding performance, with D* reaching 4 × 1010 Jones. This integration approach synergizes the distinctive properties of two-dimensional layered materials (2DLM) with the well-established processing techniques of traditional three-dimensional semiconductor materials, offering a compelling avenue for the large-scale integration of 2DLM.

ABSTRACT

In order to understand the research status of the relationship between health communication and doctor-patient relationship, and to explore a new path of the impact of health communication on doctor-patient relationship, this paper adopted qualitative methods to quantize the literature over the past 10 years in the Web of Science database and carried out Co-Authorship Analysis, Co-Citation Analysis and Co-Occurrence Analysis based on CiteSpace. In addition, according to the results of bibliometric research, self-designed questionnaires were used to verify the result. A convenience sampling survey was conducted through the online "Questionnaire Star" platform (https://www.wjx.cn) on May 8, 2022, and a total of 254 questionnaires were collected. Interviewees were asked to use social software to acquire health knowledge. Participants come from 21 provinces, 4 municipalities, and 4 autonomous regions across the country, which is geographically representative. The results show that uncertainty of social media information and the particularity of the epidemic make the research on health communication and doctor-patient relationship in social media become a new hot spot. Social media health information quality (source credibility and content trust perception), information asymmetry perception, doctor-patient communication, doctor-patient consistency, doctor-patient trust, doctor-patient relationship may be the key variables for constructing theoretical models.

ABSTRACT

The high prevalence of alprazolam abuse translates to an increased workload for crime laboratories in characterizing seized tablets. These tablets may originate as diverted pharmaceuticals or counterfeited mimics, so efficient analytical techniques should provide confirmatory data while minimizing destruction of evidence. We offer the first report of a validated forensic method for confirming alprazolam tablets by direct analysis in real time-time of flight (DART-TOF) mass spectrometric analysis. This technique provides rapid identification of target analytes with minimal sample preparation, allowing direct analysis in the atmospheric sample gap. Selectivity is achieved through high resolution and mass accuracy, unique ion fragments, and chlorine isotopic ratios. This method utilizes fragmentation in two separate voltage functions to observe the alprazolam pseudo molecular ion at 309.09070 using 40 V and major ion fragments of 281.07197 and 205.07657 at 120 V. These parameters allow our laboratory to confirm alprazolam tablets efficiently, without compromising quality forensic standards.
