ABSTRACT
A case of Pantopaque pulmonary embolism during myelography is presented. All reported cases of venous intravasation of Pantopaque have been associated with traumatic lumbar tap, and a mechanism whereby a bloody lumbar tap causes venous intravasation and hence Pantopaque pulmonary embolism during myelography is postulated.

ABSTRACT
Two cases of cranipharyngiomas which were mainly located in the nasopharynz have been reported. The cystic nature of the tumour with leakage of brownish-coloured fluid helped in arriving at the diagnosis, which was confirmed on histology. Marsupulization through a transpalatal approach seems to be the treatment of choice in such cases.
