Apresentação de técnica de confecção de coroa unitária sobre pilar pré-existente / Presentation of technic of making a unitary crown over preexistent abutment

Este trabalho tem a finalidade de apresentar uma técnica de confecção de coroa unitária sobre implante que tem, como característica principal, o aproveitamento do mesmo pilar (munhão, abutment) utilizado na confecção de coroa provisória para a confecção do trabalho final, sem a necessidade de nova moldagem em boca, e sem o comprometimento da estética e função neste período, pois possibilita a manutenção do mesmo pilar e mesmo provisório durante todas as fases de confecção da prótese definitiva

This study has the purpose of presenting a technique of making a unitary crown over implants that has, as main characteristic, the use of the same abutment used in the making of the temporary crown for the making of the final work, without the need of a new molding in the mouth, and without the compromising the aesthetics and function in this period, because it makes possible the maintenance of the same abutment and the same temporary crown during all the phases of making the definitive prosthesis

O uso de carga imediata para reabilitar uma mandíbula edêntula já é uma realidade na implantodontia; vários autores descrevem essa técnica através do uso da barra de Dolder com um grande índice de sucesso; no entanto, o intuito deste trabalho é descrever uma técnica simples e econômica de carga imediata através de coroas telescópicas com maior índice de previsibilidade.
