ABSTRACT

To accurately evaluate residual plastic film pollution in pre-sowing cotton fields, a method based on modified U-Net model was proposed in this research. Images of pre-sowing cotton fields were collected using UAV imaging from different heights under different weather conditions. Residual films were manually labelled, and the degree of residual film pollution was defined based on the residual film coverage rate. The modified U-Net model for evaluating residual film pollution was built by simplifying the U-Net model framework and introducing the inception module, and the evaluation results were compared to those of the U-Net, SegNet, and FCN models. The segmentation results showed that the modified U-Net model had the best performance, with a mean intersection over union (MIOU) of 87.53%. The segmentation results on images of cloudy days were better than those on images of sunny days, with accuracy gradually decreasing with increasing image-acquiring height. The evaluation results of residual film pollution showed that the modified U-Net model outperformed the other models. The coefficient of determination(R2), root mean square error (RMSE), mean relative error (MRE) and average evaluation time per image of the modified U-Net model on the CPU were 0.9849, 0.0563, 5.33% and 4.85 s, respectively. The results indicate that UAV imaging combined with the modified U-Net model can accurately evaluate residual film pollution. This study provides technical support for the rapid and accurate evaluation of residual plastic film pollution in pre-sowing cotton fields.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: The human cerebellum plays an essential role in motor control, is involved in cognitive function and helps to regulate emotional responses. However, little is known about the relationship between cerebellar lobules and age-related memory decline. We aimed to investigate volume alterations in cerebellar lobules at different ages and assess their correlations with reduced memory recall abilities. METHODS: A sample of 275 individuals were divided into the following four groups: 20-35 years (young), 36-50 years (early-middle age), 51-65 years (late-middle age), and 66-89 years (old). Volumes of the cerebellar lobules were obtained using volBrain software. Analysis of covariance and post hoc analysis were used to analyze group differences in cerebellar lobular volumes, and multiple comparisons were performed using the Bonferroni method. Spearman correlation was used to investigate the relationship between lobular volumes and memory recall scores. RESULTS: In this study, we found that older adults had smaller cerebellar volumes than the other subjects. Volumetric decreases in size were noted in bilateral lobule VI and lobule crus I. Moreover, the volumes of bilateral lobule crus I, lobule VI, and right lobule IV were significantly associated with memory recall scores. CONCLUSIONS: In the present study, we found that some lobules of the cerebellum appear more predisposed to age-related changes than other lobules. These findings provide further evidence that specific regions of the cerebellum could be used to assess the risk of memory decline across the adult lifespan.

ABSTRACT

Objective: Using the wireless mobile communication technology and Internet technology, cloud platform to build maternal and infant health intelligent management. Methods: Using the J2EE technology based on B/S three-tier to build health intelligent management cloud platform. Vital signs parameters (such as blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, breathing, pulse, temperature, instantaneous heart rate of pregnant women, etc) achieved the real-time detection and wireless remote transmission. Results: Realized the digitization management of maternal health information, health records, health analysis; Through this platform to realize the consulting between the patient and doctor online. Conclusion: The Pregnant women can upload and download various vital signs parameters at any time to check the personal health analysis report through mobile phone client.

ABSTRACT

The Portable dynamic state electrocardiogram collecting system is introduced by using TMS302VC5402, TLC320AD50C, liquid crystal display model, and so on. This dissertation describes the work principle of the system and uses the united algorithm based on wavelet to identify and locate the ECG characteristic waves. This system has as follows of advantages: big memory, low noise, high common mode rejection ratio, the low power consume, the long record time etc.
