ABSTRACT

En el presente artículo se hace una exposición concisa de las diferentes teorizaciones sobre el concepto de ansiedad en la literatura de la terapia Gestalt. Éstas se exponen de manera sistemática; se especifican las características de cada aproximación teórica; y se describe someramente, al final de cada sección, la manera de intervención terapéutica según sea el caso. Finalmente, se hace una revisión breve de los desarrollos teóricos recientes en torno al tema.


In this paper a concise statement of the different theories on the concept of anxiety in the literature of the gestalt therapy is done. These are discussed systematically; the characteristics of each theoretical approach are specified; and the manner of therapeutic intervention, as the case may be, is briefly described at the end of each section. Finally, a brief review of recent theoretical developments on the subject becomes.

ABSTRACT

This article presents the structure elucidation of four new compounds, formed during the hemisynthetic preparation of trabectedin, an anti-tumor natural product from Ecteinascidia turbinata. We report herein on the use of UV, MS and NMR spectroscopic data along with (1)H and (13)C spectral assignments obtained by means of 1D and 2D homo- and heteronuclear NMR techniques.

ABSTRACT

A new cembranolide, acerolide (1) together with the known compound pseudopterolide (2) were isolated from the 2-propanol extract of the soft coral Pseudopterogorgia acerosa. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 showed moderate in vitro cytotoxicity against a panel of 14 tumor cell lines.

ABSTRACT

Two new cembrane-type diterpenoids have been isolated from the 2-propanol extract of the sea pen Gyrophyllum sibogae collected in South Africa: 7,8-dihydroflabellatene A (1) and 7,8-dihydroflabellatene B (2). Their structures were determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and by single-crystal X-ray analysis of the major metabolite 1, which showed strong in vitro cytotoxicity against a panel of 13 tumor cell lines.
