"Eu Fiz um Aborto": Os Blogues como Espaços de Manifesto / "I Had an Abortion": Blogs as Spaces for a Manifest

Resumo Neste artigo, procuramos refletir sobre a experiência da interrupção voluntária da gestação das mulheres no Brasil e o modo como essa experiência se relaciona com os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos das mulheres. Para isso, realizamos uma pesquisa no espaço virtual, que foi utilizado como meio documental para a obtenção de relatos de mulheres que passaram pela experiência do aborto. Ao costurar os fragmentos dessas histórias, construímos saberes sobre a experiência de abortar, a qual, segundo a nossa leitura, pode ser dividida em três momentos temporais: momento da decisão pelo aborto; momento após a decisão e momento de cuidado. As mulheres, ao contarem suas histórias reprodutivas, falam de todas as mulheres, do tornar-se mulher no contexto histórico, social e cultural em que vivemos.

Abstract In this article, we sought to reflect on the experience of a voluntary interruption of pregnancy of women in Brazil and how this experience relates to the sexual and reproductive rights of women. In order to attain this objective, we used the Internet to collect accounts of women who have experienced an abortion. By examining these stories, we built an understanding on the experience of abortion. From our perspective, this experience can be divided in three moments: the moment of the decision (for the abortion), the moment after the decision, and the moment of care. Subsequently to these events, a different woman emerges. In this process, this woman identifies herself within the historical, social and cultural contexts in which we are inserted.

Saúde mental das mulheres e aborto induzido no Brasil / Women’s mental health and induced abortion in Brazil

O Brasil vivencia uma realidade de prática recorrente do aborto inseguro, configurando-se em um problema de saúde pública, pois a mesma pode colocar em risco a vida e integridade física e emocional das mulheres que a realiza. Levando em consideração esse contexto, foi desenvolvida uma revisão sistemática para compilar, apresentar e discutir dados produzidos nos últimos 20 ano sem pesquisas nacionais acerca das associações entre o tema do abortamento induzido e da saúde mental. Espera-se que esta pesquisa contribua para a compreensão a respeito da produção nacional acerca das condições de saúde das pessoas que abortam no Brasil, promovendo subsídios para uma atenção integral e humana à saúde sexual e reprodutiva das mulheres.(AU)

Brazil experiences a reality of recurrent unsafe abortion practice, making it an urgent public health issue, as it can endanger the life and physical integrity of the women who undergo it. Considering this context, a systematic revision was developed to put together, present and discuss data produced during the last twenty years in national researches on the associations between the theme of induced abortion and mental health. It is expected that this research contribute to an understanding of the national production of knowledge about the conditions of Brazilian women who undergo abortion, promoting subsidies for a humane and global attention to women’s sexual and reproductive health.(AU)

Conceitos Winnicottianos integrados na clínica ampliada: um olhar sobre o tratamento do transtorno mental grave na infância / Winnicott´s concept incorporated in enlarged clinic: a look at the treatment of childhood severe mental disorder

A presente elaboração teórica surge do interesse de se entremear conceitos presentes na psicologia do desenvolvimento emocional com as diretrizes da assistência em saúde, na atenção à saúde mental. A análise conceitual se propõe a articular os referenciais elaborados por D. W. Winnicott com a cartilha do Ministério da Saúde sobre a Clínica Ampliada na atenção à saúde mental infantil. A relevância deste artigo consiste na necessidade de se pensar como a gestão em saúde pode tornar possível, no âmbito público, o atendimento do transtorno mental grave na infância a partir dos pressupostos trazidos por Winnicott, tais como integração, autonomia e o papel do ambiente no desenvolvimento emocional. This theoretical elaboration stems from an interest to interweave concepts in emotional developmental psychology with the guidelines of health care,attention to mental health. The conceptual analysis was intended to combine the references used by Winnicott with to the booklet of the Health Ministry on the enlarged clinic in mental health care for children. The relevance of this article is based on the need to consider how health management can make possible, in public services, the care of children with severe mental disorders, based on the premises carried by Winnicott like integration, autonomy and the role of ambient on emotional development.
