A violência contra a mulher na perspectiva da terapia feminista da família / The violence against women in the context of feminist family therapy

Este artigo teórico tem como objetivo apresentar conceitos relacionados à violência contra a mulher no âmbito do relacionamento conjugal, a partir da terapia feminista da família, articulada com conceitos de desigualdade de gênero. Inicialmente, apresenta conceitos da terapia familiar sistêmica, gênero e feminismo, visando facilitar a compreensão sobre o surgimento da terapia feminista da família. Em seguida, descreve os conceitos de violência na relação conjugal em suas diversas expressões. Posteriormente, articula conceitos de família e de desigualdade de gênero à luz da terapia feminista da família e finaliza buscando articular violência conjugal, gênero, feminismo, patriarcado e terapia feminista da família.(AU)

This paper aims to present concepts related to violence against women in the conjugal relationship, in the sense of the feminist family therapy, combined with gender inequality concepts. Initially, the paper presents concepts of systemic family therapy, gender and feminism, to facilitate the understanding of the emergence of the feminist family therapy. Then, it describes the concepts of violence in the conjugal relationship in its various expressions. Later, it articulates concepts of family and gender inequality in the sense of the feminist family therapy and finally, it attempts to articulate domestic violence, gender, feminism, patriarchy and feminist family therapy.(AU)

A lei antimanicomial e o trabalho de psicólogos em instituições de saúde mental / Legal changes and the practice of psychologists in mental health institutions

Com o objetivo de clarificar o impacto da lei antimanicomial sobre o trabalho do psicólogo em instituições de saúde mental, este texto apresenta uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com profissionais que atuam no contexto público e privado do sistema de saúde em Brasília.A análise das entrevistas, efetuada a partir do conceito de papel proposto por J. L. Moreno, aponta diferenças no discurso dos profissionais da área pública e privada e revela que as diferenças podem ser compreendidas com base na cultura profissional das instituições em que estão inseridos. Discutem-se as implicações dos resultados para a efetiva implementação dos princípios da lei antimanicomial e a participação das entidades de ensino na formação continuada dos profissionais em Psicologia.

This qualitative research investigates the impact of a legal change concerning the treatment of mental patients in the practice of psychologists in Brasília, Brazil. The interview analysis is based on the concept of role developed by J. L. Moreno and compares the individual and collective dimensions of psychologists who work in public and private mental institutions. The differences between private and public psychologists' discourses are attributed to the collective dimensions regarding their professional culture. Considering these results we discuss the obstacles to the effective implementation of the new law and the university participation in the continuous education of psychologists.
