ABSTRACT

A natural focus of infection with leptospira serovar lora (Australis serogroup) was discovered in the Tundga River Valley, South Bulgaria. 1 672 micromammals belonging to seven species were investigated. Serologically and bacteriologically a high incidence of infection was established.
