ABSTRACT

Improving the efficiency of agricultural technology innovation is an inevitable requirement for ecological protection and sustainable agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin. Under the background of prominent water resources constraints in the Yellow River Basin, the actual level and regional differences of agricultural technology innovation efficiency in the basin are analyzed, which will provide theoretical basis and data reference for the development plan of agricultural modernization in the Yellow River Basin. The construction of evaluation index system and the choice of method are the main factors that affect the measurement results. Therefore, this paper first selects input indicators such as water-saving technology level and output indicators such as total agricultural output value to construct an innovative evaluation index system of agricultural technology innovation efficiency in the Yellow River Basin under the consideration of water resources constraints. Secondly, the three-stage DEA model was used to eliminate the interference of external environmental variables, and the overall and regional agricultural technology innovation efficiency of the Yellow River Basin during 2011-2020 was measured with the data of prefecture-level cities under the constraint of water resources. Finally, from the perspective of the whole and the region, the spatio-temporal dynamic evolution law is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that: on the whole, the agricultural technology innovation efficiency in the Yellow River Basin is good and rising in a wave trend, the adjusted pure technology efficiency increases, while the scale efficiency decreases. From the regional perspective, although there is regional heterogeneity, the overall development trend is good, and the lower Yellow River has the highest efficiency, followed by the upper reaches and the middle reaches. From the perspective of the change law, the spatio-temporal evolution distribution shows a multi-polarization trend, and the different regions in the upper, middle and lower reaches show great differences. Therefore, promoting the innovation of water-saving technology and the integration of agricultural science and technology, promoting the integration of production, study and research, and strengthening the regional linkage mechanism are helpful to improve the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology and achieve sustainable agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin.

ABSTRACT

A photoinduced reductive Calkyl-O borylation of alkyl heteroaryl ethers with very negative reduction potential in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and bis(catecholato)diborane(B2cat2) was developed. Despite the high reducing power, various substrates with liable functional groups were well-tolerated as well as ethers derived from natural products and medicinal-relevant compounds. Mechanistic investigation implied that an intra-single electron transfer process in an electron donor-acceptor complex formed from ethers with the adduct of B2cat2 and DMAP should be involved.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Although the angiosome concept has been proposed for a long time, very few studies have been done on its morphology. Our study investigated the effects of angiosome morphology on choke vessels and flap necrosis in a rat multiterritory perforator flap. METHODS: Seventy-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 24/group). The flap contained the right iliolumbar, posterior intercostal, and thoracodorsal angiosomes (TDAVs), termed angiosomes I, II, and III, respectively. Only the posterior intercostal artery and iliolumbar vein were preserved in group 1, whereas only the posterior intercostal artery and vein were preserved in group 2, and only the posterior intercostal artery and thoracodorsal vein were preserved in group 3. Distances from angiosome II to angiosome I (II-I), angiosome II to angiosome III (II-III), angiosome I to the caudal side of the flap (I-caudal), and angiosome III to the cranial side of the flap (III-cranial) were measured. Arteriography, flap necrosis, average microvascular density, and vascular endothelial growth factor expression were evaluated. RESULTS: The II-I distance was significantly greater than that of II-III (3.853 ± 0.488 versus 3.274 ± 0.433 cm, P = 0.012), whereas the distance of I-caudal resembled that of III-cranial (1.062 ± 0.237 versus 0.979 ± 0.236 cm, P = 0.442). The iliolumbar and posterior intercostal angiosomes were multidirectional, whereas the TDAV was craniocaudal and unidirectional. Seven days after the operation, the choke arteries had transformed into true anastomotic arteries. Flap necrosis was lowest in group 3, followed by group 2, and highest in group 1 (10.5% ± 2.4% versus 18.3% ± 3.5% versus 25.5% ± 4.6%, P < 0.01), whereas group 3 showed the highest microvascular density and vascular endothelial growth factor expression, in contrast to groups 2 and 1, with the lowest. CONCLUSIONS: The choke vessel adjacent to the craniocaudal and unidirectional TDAV significantly blocked venous return. Increasing venous return may reduce the necrosis.

ABSTRACT

As a result of examining the structure of Zr55Cu35Al10 alloy around the glass transition temperature (Tg) using the classical molecular dynamics simulations, it was proven that the atomic bonds in the interconnecting zones (i-zones) became loose with the small amount of energy absorption, and it became free volumes easily when the temperature approached Tg. Instead of i-zones, when clusters were largely separated by free volume networks, the solid amorphous structure was converted into supercooled liquid state, resulting in a sharp strength reduce and the great plasticity change from a limited plastic deformation to superplasticity.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES: To explore the cytotoxicity of four wild mushrooms involved in a case of Yunnan sudden unexplained death (YNSUD), to provide the experimental basis for prevention and treatment of YNSUD. METHODS: Four kinds of wild mushrooms that were eaten by family members in this YNSUD incident were collected and identified by expert identification and gene sequencing. Raw extracts from four wild mushrooms were extracted by ultrasonic extraction to intervene HEK293 cells, and the mushrooms with obvious cytotoxicity were screened by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). The selected wild mushrooms were prepared into three kinds of extracts, which were raw, boiled, and boiled followed by enzymolysis. HEK293 cells were intervened with these three extracts at different concentrations. The cytotoxicity was detected by CCK-8 combined with lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) Assay Kit, and the morphological changes of HEK293 cells were observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope. RESULTS: Species identification indicated that the four wild mushrooms were Butyriboletus roseoflavus, Boletus edulis, Russula virescens and Amanita manginiana. Cytotoxicity was found only in Amanita manginiana. The raw extracts showed cytotoxicity at the mass concentration of 0.1 mg/mL, while the boiled extracts and the boiled followed by enzymolysis extracts showed obvious cytotoxicity at the mass concentration of 0.4 mg/mL and 0.7 mg/mL, respectively. In addition to the obvious decrease in the number of HEK293 cells, the number of synapses increased and the refraction of HEK293 cells was poor after the intervention of Amanita manginiana extracts. CONCLUSIONS: The extracts of Amanita manginiana involved in this YNSUD case has obvious cytotoxicity, and some of its toxicity can be reduced by boiled and enzymolysis, but cannot be completely detoxicated. Therefore, the consumption of Amanita manginiana is potentially dangerous, and it may be one of the causes of the YNSUD.

ABSTRACT

Three series of podophyllotoxin derivatives with various nitrogen-containing heterocycles were designed and synthesized. The antitumor activity of these podophyllotoxin derivatives was evaluated in vitro against a panel of human tumor cell lines. The results showed that podophyllotoxin-imidazolium salts and podophyllotoxin-1,2,4-triazolium salts a1-a20 exhibited excellent cytotoxic activity. Among them, a6 was the most potent cytotoxic compound with IC50 values of 0.04-0.29 µM. Podophyllotoxin-1,2,3-triazole derivatives b1-b5 displayed medium cytotoxic activity, and podophyllotoxin-amine compounds c1-c3 has good cytotoxic activity with IC50 value of 0.04-0.58 µM. Furthermore, cell cycle and apoptosis experiments of compound a6 were carried out and the results exhibited that a6 could induce G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in HCT-116 cells.

ABSTRACT

A unique transition-metal-free radical thiolation of 2-azaallyl anions has been developed. Easily accessible thiosulfonates and 2-azaallyls undergo the tandem process of single-electron transfer and radical-radical coupling to construct C(sp3)-S bonds. This robust protocol enables a mild and chemoselective coupling between 2-azaallyl anions and thiosulfonates to access α-amino sulfides in 50-92% yields (25 examples). The scalability of this protocol was demonstrated by telescopic gram-scale experiments. Mechanistic studies provide significant evidence for this radical thiolation reaction.

ABSTRACT

Air pollution is one of the leading causes for global deaths and understanding pollutant emission sources is key to successful mitigation policies. Air quality data in the urban, suburban, industrial, and rural areas (UA, SA, IA, and RA) of Jining, Shandong Province in China, were collected to compare the characteristics and associated health risks. The average concentrations of PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, and CO show differences of -3.87, -16.67, -19.24, -15.74, and -8.37% between 2017 and 2018. On the contrary, O3 concentrations increased by 4.50%. The four functional areas exhibited the same seasonal variations and diurnal patterns in air pollutants, with the highest exposure excess risks (ERs) resulting from O3. More frequent ER days occurred within the 25-30°C, but much larger ERs are found within the 0-5°C temperature range, attributed to higher O3 pollution in summer and more severe PM pollution in winter. The premature deaths attributable to six air pollutants can be calculated in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Investigations on the potential source show that the ER of O3 (r of 0.86) had the tightest association with the total ER. The bivariate polar plots indicated that the highest health-based air quality index (HAQI) in IA influences the HAQI in UA and SA by pollution transport, and thus can be regarded as the major pollutant emission source in Jining. The above results indicate that urgent measures should be taken to reduce O3 pollution taking into account the characteristics of the prevalent ozone formation regime, especially in IA in Jining.

ABSTRACT

Imidazoles are among the most important pharmacophores in medicinal chemistry. Herein we report a tandem protocol for the synthesis of highly substituted imidazoles through Pummerer-like rearrangement induced cascade reactions including two carbon-nitrogen bond formations, and concomitant aromatization under mild reaction conditions. This procedure gives imidazole derivatives bearing numerous functional groups and could be used for modifying natural products as well as pharmaceuticals.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we disclosed a novel enantioselective total synthesis of spirotryprostatin A (1) in 15 steps with a 7.4% total yield from commercially available 2-iodo-5-methoxyaniline and γ-butyrolactone. The key step features of this synthesis include the copper-catalyzed cascade reaction of o-iodoaniline derivatives with alkynone to introduce the quaternary carbon stereocenter and an aza-Michael tandem reaction to construct the spiro[pyrrolidine-3,3'-oxindole] moiety.

With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, the popularization of the Internet and the development of applications, online consumption has become a major force in personal consumption. As a result, digital consumption is born, and digital consumption is not only reflected in transaction consumption at the monetary level. Like some intangible services similar to the use of dating software, it can also become digital consumption. In this environment, a new economic concept, the digital economy, has emerged as the times require. The digital economy helps to achieve the rapid optimal allocation and regeneration of resources and achieve high-quality economic development. Therefore, as a new economic form, the digital economy has penetrated into all fields of human society. The Canopy algorithm is a fast clustering technique that requires only one pass through the data technology to get the results. But it is inaccurate for large-scale data clustering. Therefore, when analyzing the data, it is necessary to use the Canopy algorithm for preliminary clustering, and then combine with other algorithms or model software for refinement. This article introduces the development of the digital economy in the Internet era. It conducts a theoretical discussion on consumer psychology in the context of the digital economy. It introduces the basic calculation formula of the clustering algorithm and the algorithm flow of the Canopy clustering algorithm. It does model optimization for the Canopy clustering algorithm. On this basis, it designs questionnaires for experimental design. The indicators are divided into commodity attributes and consumer psychology. It builds a consumer psychology prediction model and tests the prediction results. The results show that the maximum difference between the prediction results of digital economy consumption psychology based on the Canopy clustering algorithm and the actual results is 0.047. It can be shown that the psychological prediction model of digital economy consumption based on the Canopy clustering algorithm has certain practicability.

ABSTRACT

From conception to birth, artificial intelligence inherited the power of human reproduction, such as creativity, self-improvement and language use, etc. These abilities cannot be exercised in other places. The purpose of this paper is to explore the path of collaborative promotion based on artificial intelligence and digital economy. First, it outlines the scattered use of data by individuals at the two application levels of the digital economy and the systematic use of data by enterprises on large organizations. In this study, artificial intelligence and digital economy are introduced into the ability of project information sharing in the field of the enterprise project, and then their important role in improving the performance of enterprise project management is analyzed. Secondly, try to use interviews, scale analysis and logical subtraction to formulate the measurement standards of the digital environment and project information publishing ability, and provide basic data for follow-up research. The experimental results show that 54% of middle-level personnel said that the synergy between enterprise artificial intelligence and digital economy is very good, and they have a positive attitude toward exploring new ways to promote digital economy integration in the field of artificial intelligence.

With the rapid development of China's economy in recent decades, and the decentralization of the country's economic regulation and legal support, private financing has developed rapidly due to its simple, flexible and unique advantages. Some SMEs can solve it to some extent through private financing. The company's own financing issues have also helped the local financial market's effectiveness. Based on the "Yantai Private Financing Interest Rate Index," this paper constructs a private financial risk index model from three perspectives of interest rate risk, scale risk and credit risk, and conducts a case simulation analysis of the private financing risk index. The characteristic indicators of the early warning system are screened from the macro, micro and stability dimensions, and subjective and objective adjustment coefficients are set for each indicator from both subjective and objective perspectives. This article takes the Yantai Index as the representative of China's private financing interest rate index. Based on the term structure of Yantai's private lending rate, this paper studies its response to macroeconomic shocks and analyzes the information value it contains. And use the private financing interest rate index to build a financial risk monitoring model. Through the system transformation model, the article finds that there is a significant asymmetry in the response of private lending to macroeconomic shocks. When private lending rates are higher, inflation has a greater effect on interest rates; when private lending rates are lower, monetary policy has a stronger regulatory effect on private lending rates. In the data processing, the principal component analysis method and the Bayesian vector autoregressive model were established. Through the study of this article, it is concluded that the interest rate decreases with the increase of the term, and the risk comparison is performed for the 1-month period, 3-month period, June period, 1-year period, and more than 1-year. The risks in the previous period are greater, and the risks in the March and June periods are relatively small. This model can be used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value and its fluctuation in the historical risk market and historical equilibrium market, so as to determine the risk range of the comprehensive evaluation value. Thus, the early warning system is verified to be feasible.

Integrated design of financial self-service terminal based on artificial intelligence voice interaction with the rapid development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology is deepening in the field of intelligence and automation. The financial industry is the lifeblood of a country's economy, with great growth potential and high growth rate. The integrated design of intelligent financial self-service terminal has become an important topic in the field of rapid development of social economy and science and technology. Therefore, this paper designs the integration of financial self-service terminal based on artificial intelligence voice interaction. First, this paper introduces the meaning and composition of financial self-service terminal integration, then studies the voice interaction principle based on artificial intelligence technology, and designs the integrated structure of financial self-service terminal with voice interaction. After that, this paper makes a series of tests on voice interaction technology, user experience, and the performance of financial self-service terminal. Finally, the test results of voice interaction are as follows: the delay estimation results of voice interaction of the terminal are relatively accurate, and the error points are basically within five sampling points, which indicate that the delay estimation algorithm is practical. The endpoint detection method based on CO complexity can effectively overcome the impact of noise environment on speech endpoint detection system and is suitable for the requirements of robust speech recognition system. Considering that the actual application scenario of voice positioning can judge the speaker's position and turn to the speaker's direction during human-computer interaction, the azimuth error is acceptable within a few degrees to meet the application requirements. The direction angle error is acceptable within a few degrees to meet the application requirements. The accuracy of the improved algorithm is improved in intercepting effective speech signals. The terminal has short running time and delay time, small memory, and central processing unit (CPU) occupation and can meet the needs of users. The speech recognition accuracy of the financial self-service terminal basically reaches more than 80%, which can basically meet the daily needs.

ABSTRACT

An efficient transition-metal-free cyclization reaction to prepare 1-pyrroline derivatives bearing various functional groups is described. In this method, a simple combination of a base and a solvent allows the cyclization reaction of terminal alkynes and 2-azaallyls to be carried out efficiently under mild and metal-free conditions. This cyclization reaction will provide an efficient method for the synthesis of medicinally relevant polysubstituted and multifunctionalized pyrrolines.

Currently, the supply chain management model has been widely adopted worldwide. Internationally renowned companies such as IBM and Walmart have made significant achievements in supply chain management and have played a greater role in promoting the growth of their interests. However, while they are enjoying their own interests, they are also facing various risks in the supply chain. From the perspective of systems engineering, this paper uses complex network theory as a research tool to study supply chain networks and systematically study the important issues of supply chain network risks. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of the relationship between enterprises and suppliers in the supply chain and which indicators should be selected as the basis for evaluating suppliers from the perspective of cooperation and development, which more comprehensively reflects the characteristics of the new enterprise-supplier relationship in the supply chain environment. This highlights the evaluation of the supplier's cooperation ability and development ability. Aiming at the problem of supply chain network system identification and integrated evaluation, a supply chain security evaluation model and index system research framework model are proposed, and the intercompany business risk and supply chain in supply chain network evaluation are introduced. As a model for evaluating transition parameters, the study of supply chain risk propagation introduces the theory of dynamic propagation in complex networks, the law of evolution, and the supplier's dynamic supply chain risk model. The experimental results of this paper show that when the global reputation value is 0.5 and the local reputation value is 0.8 and 0.7, the trust degree changes with the change of the confidence factor; when the value of the confidence factor decreases, the degree of trust converges more and more to the global reputation and vice versa. It can be seen that this model has high feasibility.

The oxidation of primary alcohols and aldehydes to the corresponding carboxylic acids is a fundamental reaction in organic synthesis. In this paper, we report a new chemoselective process for the oxidation of primary alcohols and aldehydes. This metal-free reaction features a new oxidant, an easy to handle procedure, high isolated yields, and good to excellent functional group tolerance even in the presence of vulnerable secondary alcohols and tert-butanesulfinamides.

ABSTRACT

Herein, we report a new process for the synthesis of highly functionalized pyridines based on a tandem Pummerer-type rearrangement, aza-Prins cyclization, and elimination-induced aromatization. This formal [5+1] cyclization provides pyridines in good yields with easily accessible starting materials. The synthetic potential of our new method is further demonstrated in the modification of the frameworks of BINOL and some natural products.

ABSTRACT

Dactylicapnosines A and B, two natural products from Dactylicapnos scandens, exhibited potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities both in vitro and in vivo. In this paper, we report our second-generation synthesis of dactylicapnosine A and the first total synthesis of dactylicapnosine B. Our synthetic route features acid-induced isomerization of o-quinone (16), Co-mediated regioselective ring contraction of p-quinone (8b), and oxidative methoxylation of enone (18). This modified sequence provides dactylicapnosine A in 14 steps with an overall yield of 12% from a known compound (14a) and also offers opportunities to synthesize dactylicapnosine-like analogues for biological investigations.
