ABSTRACT
Abstract Comparison of postoperative kinds of cicatrix was conducted in 60 patients, depending on the suture material applied. Best conditions for the operative wound healing, achievement of more esthetic normotrophic cicatrix were guaranteed by application of a cutaneous adhesive.

ABSTRACT
The experience of application of various methods of closure was presented for the head and neck cutaneous wound surfaces after elective operative interventions. The variant of the postoperative results estimation and optimization of the wounds healing by primary closure was proposed.
