ABSTRACT
The communication of e-Health has been transformed with the advancement of information technologies, therefore it is feasible to carry out studies in the context of health professionals' interactions. Objective: This study aimed to design and validate a preliminary questionnaire to investigate the context of the communications of health professionals through information technologies considering three significant dimensions. Method: The stages provided by Hernández Sampieri guided the building, validation through Cronbach's alpha and factorial analysis. The questionnaire was applied to 43 participants who simulated health professionals. Results: We obtained an instrument that includes a demographic data section and 20 items distributed into three factors. Internal consistency reliability with Cronbach's alpha values generally of 0.848 and higher than 0.811 was obtained in each dimension. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin's measure of sampling adequacy was regular, with 0.781, and Bartlett's test of sphericity was significant (p < 0.001). Conclusion: It is necessary to apply in real-world environments to reaffirm the results obtained.

A number of predictive models and forecasting exercises have been developed by various organizations, such as research groups, academic institutions, hospitals, and consulting companies, with the main aim to support health systems in with COVID-19 strategic decision making, planning, and health policy formulation that help in the fight against COVID19. Predictive models are helpful for estimating the number of COVID-19 cases and deaths; the resources required, e.g., such as hospital patient beds and ICU beds; and the demand for supplies, such as personal protective equipment (PPE). Because predictive models for COVID-19 must rely on a rapidly changing situation and underlying data, they produce results that may change repeatedly as data areas data is updated and revised. Nevertheless, the predictive models are meaningful and can offer crucial insights to policymakers. It is important that we understand the strengths and weaknesses of predictive models in order to use them judiciously as support and reference tools for COVID-19 planning and action.

BACKGROUND: Considering that, environments with information and communication technology innovations, including educational institutions, are providing more interaction among individuals anywhere in the world and contributing to higher learning flexibility, it is necessary to pay extra attention to the radiation dissipated by technological equipment in these environments. OBJECTIVE: Investigate whether the behavior of the globe temperature (tg) in relation to the air temperature (ta) could affect the performance of students in information technology laboratories (ITLs). METHODS: The methodological procedures adopted consisted of the following analyses in six institutions: thermal variables - mean radiant temperature (trm) and (tg-ta); students' performance and architectural elements. RESULTS: ITL G was the ITL with the highest incidence of thermal radiation, thus a mathematical model was proposed for this sample to determine whether (tg - ta) and trm are related to overall student performance (Dt). For each increase of one degree in the difference between the globe temperature and the air temperature (tg-ta), the students' performance in the institution G decreased by approximately 29%. CONCLUSION: As well as productivity can be altered due to changes in air temperature in air-conditioned teaching environments, in this specific case, if tg> >ta, possibly the thermal radiation may interfere with the performance of the people present in the environment technological innovations of communication and information.

In view of the changes in the population structure, coupled with the technological changes resulting from the increase in the use of virtual social networks (RSV), people's daily lives require a better understanding of the use of these networks by the elderly. In order to carry out such an analysis, it is of great relevance that studies on the factors that motivate this public to the use of RSV are deepened. The academy began to explore the characteristic of RSV users and the reasons for their use. However, most studies have been limited to studying a specific group of users - the young - leaving, in this way, gaps regarding other age groups, such as the elderly. In addition, there is a focus on technology and innovation and not specifically on the use of RSV alone. In this context, the interest arose in conducting a research with the objective of identifying the main motivations that lead the elderly to adopt the use of RSV in their daily lives. For this, a descriptive, descriptive exploratory research was carried out, with a qualitative nature, with a sample of 21 elderly individuals with RSV profile. The results showed that the use of RSV provides the elderly, positive experiences, mainly related as a resource for entertainment and contact with family and friends. The ease of communication favors the elderly to have a greater and better network of relationships, in particular, so that the contact with the family occurs more easily and that the longing among the members is minimized.
