RESUMEN

To adapt to the "fine" and "extensive" management characteristics of railway signal equipment operation and maintenance, achieving real-time and interactive monitoring of signal equipment operation status, and developing an integrated approach to equipment operation and maintenance, this paper takes a comprehensive management perspective. To create a lightweight BIM model, the Garland folding algorithm is utilized to simplify the IFC file format. Building on this approach, the data are divided based on building component division standards to obtain separate files containing geometric information and semantic attributes. The geometric information files are converted to a 3D Tiles format, combining BIM semantic attributes with semantic attribute files through an intermediate format. Dynamic data management is achieved by setting the octree space index structure in combination with a view-frustum culling algorithm. Then, the 3D Tiles target file is imported into the Cesium platform, and Node.js is used to achieve three-dimensional visualization of railway signal operation and maintenance. The proposed method is verified using an inbound signal as an example to assess its feasibility. The results demonstrate the potential of the proposed method to achieve stable integration between BIM equipment full lifecycle maintenance and GIS geographical space display. Railway signal equipment is endowed with comprehensive one-click information query functions for equipment positioning and spatial analysis, improving the efficiency and scientific decision-making level of equipment operation and maintenance.

RESUMEN

Malignant glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the brain parenchyma with a poor prognosis. Cell adhesion molecules (CADMs) immunoglobulin super family is involved in the maintenance of cell adhesion, polarity and tumor suppression. However, the role and mechanisms of CADM2 in human glioma have yet to be elucidated. Therefore, the present study evaluated the expression level of CADM2 and demonstrated that CADM2 was markedly downregulated in human glioma tissues compared with normal brain tissue and glioma cell lines, and the CADM2 expression level was significantly decreased in highgrade glioma tissues. Overexpression of CADM2 inhibited the proliferation of glioma cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. CADM2 also inhibited the migration and invasion of U87 and U251 cells. Furthermore, overexpression of CADM2 induced a significant decrease in the expression of G1/S transition key regulators, cyclin D1, cyclin E, cyclindependent kinase (CDK)2 and CDK4. Additionally, CADM2 expression was associated with alterations in epithelialmesenchymal transition (EMT) markers, including Ecadherin and ßcatenin. Taken together, the results of the present study demonstrated that CADM2 inhibits glioma tumorigenesis by regulating the cell cycle and the EMT process, suggesting that CADM2 may be a novel potential therapeutic target in human glioma.

RESUMEN

Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) may contribute to vascular repair and angiogenesis. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12 (CXCL12/SDF-1) is known to play an important role in the mobilization and recruitment of progenitor cells. Therefore, we assessed the function of CXCL12 as a stimulating molecule of angiogenesis in EPCs and the underlying mechanism after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Isolated EPCs from male Sprague-Dawley rats, stimulate with various doses of CXCL12. Then, 3-(4,5-Dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to assess the proliferation of EPCs, and cell migration and adhesion were analyzed by transwell chamber assay. Furthermore, mRNA levels of endothelial markers von Willebrand Factor (vWF), Tie-2, and vascular endothelial cadherin (VE-cadherin) were explored by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Capillary tube and vessel formation in vitro and in vivo were detected after pretreatment with the C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) inhibitor AMD3100. Following stimulation with various doses of CXCL12, an obvious dose-dependent increase in the proliferation, migration, and adhesion of EPCs was confirmed. Furthermore, the mRNA levels of endothelial markers vWF, Tie-2, and VE-cadherin were also demonstrated in CXCL12-treated EPCs, indicating that CXCL12 could regulate EPC differentiation to endothelial cells. Importantly, these increases depended on the activation of CXCR4 signaling, as pretreatment with CXCR4 inhibitor AMD3100 dramatically dampened the CXCL12-induced effects. Additionally, blocking CXCR4 signaling dampened CXCL12-induced angiogenic activity both in vitro and in vivo. Following construction of a rodent ICH model, scaffolds delivering CXCL12 together with EPCs resulted in an evident increase in blood vessel formation; however, this increase in blood vessels was attenuated with delivery of AMD3100. CXCL12 stimulates EPCs to induce angiogenesis though the CXCR4 pathway after ICH. Consequently, our findings provide a potential target for angiogenesis in ICH.

RESUMEN

Four hundreds and ninety sheep sera from seven breeds raised at eight counties and one city of Aksu region in Xinjiang were tested by ELISA for the presence of antibodies against hepatitis E virus (HEV), and the positive rate differences were compared based on administrative areas, breeds and age by Chi-square test. The result showed that the general positive rate was 28.98% (142/490), the positive rate were 35.44% (28/79), 29.67% (27/91), 20% (4/20), 40% (12/30), 32.5% (26/80), 38% (19/50), 22.5% (9/40), 8% (4/50) and 26% (13/50) respectively in eight counties and one city, there was a significant difference between Xayar and other administrative areas (P<0.01); there was also a significant difference among age ranges (P<0.01), being 38.75% (31/80) over 2 years old, 15.45% (17/110) below 1 year old; The seroprevalence was still related to breeds, i. e. there was a significant difference between Mongolia sheep and other breeds (P<0.01). From these data, it is confirmed that there is a possibility of previous and potential infection of sheep HEV in Aksu region of Xinjiang Autonomous.
