RESUMEN

Conducting research screening newborn hearing screening in terms of regional perinatal centers in Ukraine and further rehabilitation of children with hearing impairment is a key step in their integration into society. Universal newborn hearing screening should be mandatory, especially in perinatal centers, because it has significant medical, social and economic effects. It is also necessary to reorganize the existing regional offices surdologichesky and create on their bases and methodological Regional Medical Center hearing and speech problems, which will provide high-quality diagnosis, epidemiological data form, will hold the register of children diagnosed with hearing defects, organize them continuously active surveillance, hearing aids and effective rehabilitation, to ensure the quality of screening. Creating a distributed database for these patients, by far. Will achieve success in the integration of children with special needs in society.

RESUMEN

In this review, we summarize information about the current trends in hematopoietic stem cells transplantation (HSCT) in Europe and world. HSCT has represented one of the most innovative and highly expensive method of treatment for a set of malignant and non-malignant disorders. Differences in the number of HSCT and transplant rates (number of HSCT per 10 million inhabitants), indications and types of transplantations between countries have been reported. They were attributed mainly to differences in the economic situation of the countries and differences in prevalence of certain types of diseases. The gross national income per capita, health care expenditures per capita, number of transplant teams per 1 million inhabitants and team experience are the main impact factors influencing on transplant activity. These data provide a basis for health care planning, preparation of normative acts and future research in Ukraine for rapid expansion HSCT

RESUMEN

A time-dependent nonlinear equation for a nonstationary curved flame front of an arbitrary expansion coefficient is derived under the assumptions of a small but finite flame thickness and weak nonlinearity. On the basis of the derived equation, stability of two-dimensional curved stationary flames propagating in tubes with ideally adiabatic and slip walls is studied. The stability analysis shows that curved stationary flames become unstable for sufficiently wide tubes. The obtained stability limits are in a good agreement with the results of numerical simulations of flame dynamics and with semiqualitative stability analysis of curved stationary flames. Possible outcomes of the obtained instability at the nonlinear stage are discussed. The instability may result in extra wrinkles at a flame front close to the stability limits and in self-turbulization of the flame far from the limits. The self-turbulization can also be interpreted as a fractal structure. The fractal dimension of a flame front and velocity of a self-turbulized flame are evaluated.

RESUMEN

For suspicion of pancreatic cancer 84 patients were subjected to ultrasonic examination, computerized tomography, x-ray of the stomach and duodenum and as indicated endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography combined with external cholangiostomy. The semeiotics of cancer of the pancreas was evaluated on the basis of radiation methods. Practical recommendations on the diagnosis and scope of surgical treatment as assessed preoperatively are given.

RESUMEN

The comparative assessment of the methods of direct and indirect chromoendoscopy is given. It is shown, that a method of direct endoscopy with washing clean the mucosa by the antifomsilan solution is the most convenient in mass examination of the patients, and permits to enhance considerably the quality of endoscopic investigations.

RESUMEN

A combination of the transfusion therapy and hemosorption for the treatment of patients with diffuse peritonitis was followed by a considerable improvement of the general state of the patients and a pronounced regression of peritoneal symptoms. The complex therapy in addition to the desintoxication effect was found to result in an improvement of rheological properties of blood which opens new prospects in the treatment of patients with peritonitis.
