RESUMEN

The article presents an observe of general questions of peculiarities of military-professional activity of submarine staff These questions are defining value in ideology of medical supply of submarine troops of NAVY in now-days conditions. The article also presents the statistics of morbidity in long termed sails for last forty years, it's dynamics by different categories of sail staff, on different stages of combat training activity in dependence of perioditation of work cycle of submarine staff The authors have examined modern condition of medical supply of submarines; have presented statistics of quality indexes of health of submarine staff The authors have formed main problems of medical supply of submarines and have proposed ways of their solving on modern stage.

RESUMEN

A molecular mechanism of the narcotic action of noble gases is suggested, which is based on the fact that noble gas atoms change the orientation of water molecules absorbed on the surface of axon membrane. The resulting change in the transmembrane potential deteriorates the propagation of nerve pulse.

RESUMEN

The state of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and psychomotor systems of workers employed in nuclear fuel plant was evaluated using a computer-assisted laboratory complex. It was found that neuroendocrine regulation of the peripheral circulation and muscular activity responsible for fine motions are most vulnerable to industrial hazardous factors.

RESUMEN

The influence of nuclear-powered utilization (disjunction) upon the state of health of the soil, vegetation and atmospheric air was studied. It was stated that the concentration of hazardous metals in the air of an industrial site did not exceed the permissible levels. In the residential area the cases of increased concentrations of manganese and chromium were noted. The major pollutants of vegetation are manganese, titanium, copper and nickel. The authors propose a complex of anthropogenic factors to be the cause of the environmental contamination by hard metals. The volume activity of radioactive aerosols in the studied site is confined to the local hum.

RESUMEN

The purposes of health protection and fortification in various sociums and conditions of attaining these purposes may differ at various levels (federal, regional and municipal) of the society organization. At the municipal level the fortification and protection of population health may be regarded as the chief idea, aim, and criterion of the optimal functioning and development of a socium of the given level, reflecting the measure of efficacy of providing the immediate vital activity of the population. The task of social management is as follows: the share of the national output, created by the socium, is to be distributed so that it were possible for this socium to permanently recreate and maintain at a certain qualitative level its labor resources--the major energy potential of the socium, and adequately provide and guarantee human rights as the main value of the society. A logistic model of the management structure ensuring population health at a municipal level is presented. For health control and for attaining this aim it is necessary to transfer the maximum of legal functions to the municipal level of society administration. It is desirable that every citizen, and not only administration, be involved in the reformation of the society as regards health protection, and that the citizens be personally interested in this process.

RESUMEN

Combined influence of detsius, sodium nitrate, total x-irradiation, and radon inhalations on rat skin was investigated. Preliminary irradiation of rats in a dose 100 R and 4-hour radon inhalation in concentration 8.1 x 10(7) Bq/m3 did not amplify detsius and sodium nitrate effects in LD50 doses. Detsius intake in 10- and 50-fold doses 5 times a week induced focal alopecia in a week. A conclusion is made on the necessity of prohibiting detsius use in practical agriculture.

RESUMEN

It is established that 10 sessions of hyperbaric oxygenation in complex with balneologic procedures (Finnish baths) compensate the relative oxygen insufficiency and stimulate the redox processes of the sailor organism when transferring to a new functional level after long voyages. It is concluded that hyperbaric oxygenation is worth-while to restore working capacity and to rehabilitate the crews in the period after long sailing.

RESUMEN

A complex of methods is suggested for professional psychophysiological selection of deep divers: the count of signals under time deficit conditions, simple and complex coordination of analyzers function, tepping test, the study of attention concentration using the Ivanov-Smolensky tables and finding of numbers with switching. This complex together with assessment of number range by deviation method allows making correct prediction during selection of specialists with high probability equal to 0.9. The efficiency of professional selection increases due to the reliable correlation between the results of psychophysiological research and predisposition to development of decompressive disease.
