RESUMEN
The teaching of collective risks to paramedical staff is a difficult exercise. To make the training more concrete, the team from the emergency care training centre at Rouen university hospital has adopted an innovative pedagogical approach. Based on a multi-casualty disaster scenario and using model figures, the training invites participants to take part in role plays.
