RESUMEN

Land space planning is an important way to realize the construction of ecological civilization. It is important to improve the ecological service capacity of urban blue-green space during land space planning and combine it with planning strategies. With Ruzhou City from Henan Province as the research area, we constructed the current blue-green ecological network by morphological spatial pattern analysis (MSPA), connectivity analysis and minimum cumulative resistance model, and explored the application of corridor construction in land spatial planning. The results showed that there were seven first-level core patches, which were mainly distributed in the mountain forest space in the southwest and northeast of the city and the belt ecological space formed by Ruhe River in the middle. There were nine second-level core patches. A total of 256 ecological corridors and 135 ecological nodes were screened out. Most of the corridors crossed Ruhe River, so we should focus on protecting Ruhe River and its surrounding environment, providing temporary habitat for biological migration from north to south, improving the stability of overall ecological network, and concerning the restoration of the corridor breakpoints on the west and south sides of the city. It could guide the division of urban development boundaries, and provide scientific basis for the functional orientation and classified management and control of corridors from the perspective of planning.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether probenecid (PROB) could improve the proliferation and migration ability of rats' pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells induced by platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB). METHODS: Primary pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) of SD rats were cultured in vitro, and were randomly divided into control group (CON group), PDGF-BB group (10 ng/ml PDGF-BB treatment for 24 h) and PDGF-BB+PROB group (10 ng/ml PDGF-BB and 200 µmol/L PROB treatment for 24 h, PROB is a specific blocker of pannexin-1). CCK-8 method was used to select the suitable intervention concentrations of PROB and PDGF-BB, and to detect the proliferation of PASMCs in each group. The migration ability of PASMCs was detected by TranswellTM assay and cell scratch test. Immunofluorescence cytochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the protein expressions and distribution of osteopontin (OPN) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in PASMCs. RESULTS: Compared with CON group, the migration and proliferation ability of PASMCs in PDGF-BB group were enhanced (P<0.05). After treated with PROB, the migration and proliferation ability of PASMCs in PDGF-BB+PROB group were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with CON group, the expression and protein levels of OPN and PCNA in PDGF-BB group were increased significantly (P<0.05), while the expression and protein levels of OPN and PCNA in PDGF-BB+PROB were decreased significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Probenecid inhibits the migration and proliferation of PDGF-BB-induced PASMCs by blocking Pannexin-1.

RESUMEN

A three-dimensional supramolecular framework containing both left- and right-handed helixes, {[Zn(TTPA)Cl2]·1.63H2O} n (1), has been converted to a novel octanuclear cluster containing a metal-organic framework, [Zn8(ptptp)6Cl2](ClO4)2·4CH3OH·2H2O (1b), induced by ligand rearrangement during a solvothermal process. The luminescent properties of 1b indicate that the material can act as a selective probe toward Pb2+ and Cr2O7 2-.

RESUMEN

Recently, the emergence of photoactive metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has given great prospects for their applications as photocatalytic materials in visible-light-driven hydrogen evolution. Herein, a highly photoactive visible-light-driven material for H2 evolution was prepared by introducing methylthio terephthalate into a MOF lattice via solvent-assisted ligand-exchange method. Accordingly, a first methylthio-functionalized porous MOF decorated with Pt co-catalyst for efficient photocatalytic H2 evolution was achieved, which exhibited a high quantum yield (8.90 %) at 420 nm by use sacrificial triethanolamine. This hybrid material exhibited perfect H2 production rate as high as 3814.0 µmol g-1 h-1 , which even is one order of magnitude higher than that of the state-of-the-art Pt/MOF photocatalyst derived from aminoterephthalate.
