Analysis of efficiency of respiratory relaxational training and of the visualization method was performed for 90 women with chronic salpingoophoritis and the syndrome of chronic pelvic pain. Use of psychocorrection made possible to improve efficiency of the treatment significantly decreasing intensity of the pain and improving psychological status of the patients. Predictors of efficiency and indications for differentiated use of these methods for the medical rehabilitation of patients were worked out.

Amplipulse-magnetotherapy was used as monotherapy and in combined treatment of 110 patients with chronic nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis (CNSO). Clinical assessment shows that transcerebral amplipulse-megnetotherapy (TAMT) has a positive effects on the course of CNSO, reproductive system and psychoemotional status of the patients. The addition of physical and balneological factors to TAMT enhances and prolongs neurotropic, endocrine, analgetic and anti-inflammatory effects of TAMT.

Neurotropic interference therapy (NIT) was studied as monotherapy and in combination with iodine-bromide water in 50 patients with chronic nonspecific salpingoophoritis. NIT was found effective in the above disease as it improved clinical picture, reproductive function, psychoemotional condition of the patients. The addition of iodine-bromide water to NIT potentiates and prolongs neurotropic, endocrine, analgetic and anti-inflammatory effects of NIT.

97 females at reproductive age with chronic nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis (CNSO) were examined and treated. The results of the treatment (vaginal and external impact) demonstrate positive effects of various cryotherapeutic techniques on CNSO clinical course, on hormonal and immune unbalance, functional activity of the uterine tubes, regional hemodynamics, psychoemotional status. Thus, cryotherapy is an effective adjuvant in combined therapy of CNSO.

The studies of 116 females with chronic nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis demonstrate that combination of low-frequency magnetic field with iodine-bromine water effectively corrects immunological indices, i.e. improves T- and B-cell immunity, production of IgM and IgA, proportion of immunoregulatory subpopulations of T-lymphocytes.

EEG, REG, psychoemotional tests have been performed in 26 females of reproductive age suffering from neuroendocrine syndrome with dysmenorrhea. The findings were indicative of defects in cerebral function and circulation. This confirms contribution of the central nervous system to the onset of their disease. The treatment with contrast baths resulted in recovery of mechanisms of cerebral regulation as seen from attenuation of clinical symptoms, positive changes in psychoemotional status, EEG and REG.

Therapeutic response to treatment (vaginal and external cryotherapy, drugs) in 97 patients with chronic salpingo-oophoritis at reproductive age provides the conclusion on effectiveness of various cryotherapeutic regimens in this disease. Cryotherapy improves regional blood circulation, restores contractility of the uterine tubes.

Low-frequency magnetic field generated by the vaginal inductor used in 120 females with chronic genital inflammation promoted a decrease in leukocytosis, elevation of total population of T-lymphocytes, inhibition of high proliferative activity in PHA test. However, marked immunocorrection was not reached.

Transcerebral exposure to 27.12 MHz electric field was used in 100 females of reproductive age with menstrual dysfunction because of neuroendocrine syndrome. The treatment proved highly effective in menstrual disorders of central genesis this making it a treatment of choice in combined therapy of the above patients.
