RESUMEN

Type II innate lymphoid cell (ILC2) is a newly identified innate immunological cell that belongs to the lymphocyte lineage in cell morphology, resides in the body's mucosal tissues, and has the dual functions of innate and adaptive immunity to promote tissue remodeling and repair after injury. Additionally, it is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of liver diseases and plays an important role in maintaining the immunological homeostasis of the liver region. This article reviews the differentiation, development, and biological functions of ILC2, with particular attention to the research progress in liver diseases.

RESUMEN

Objective:To study the expression of IL-21/BCL-6/Blimp-1 in CE patients and discusse the mechanism of the pathogenesis of the echinococcosis.Methods:27 patients and 30 health persons were collected from the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university in the same period.IL-21 was detected by ELISA and the expression of IL-21/BCL-6 /Blimp-1 mRNA was detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) in CE patients. At the same time,17 patients were followed up in the group of patients, and the expression of IL-21/BCL-6/Blimp-1 was detected before and after treatment.Results:(1) The results of PCR showed that the levels of IL-21/BCL-6 mRNA were significantly increased in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the CE patients compared with the healthy control group (P<0.05).The expression of IL-21/BCL-6 /Blimp-1 mRNA in patients before the treatment was higher than that of patients after treatment(P<0.05).(2)The level of IL-21 in peripheral blood of CE patients was sig-nificantly higher than that in the healthy control group and basically returned to normal after the cure (P<0.05).IL-21 was positively correlated with BCL-6(r=0.733, P<0.01).Conclusion:BCL-6 and Blimp-1 May promote the human immune system to resist parasitic infection in the course of the development of the disease.IL-21, BCL-6 and Blimp-1 are significantly reduced after effective treatment, indicating that these factors are involved in the immune mechanism of the development of the disease.

RESUMEN

AIM: To investigate the expression rate of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells and TGF-ß1 in peripheral blood of the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and the role they play in the pathogenesis of ITP. METHOD: The population of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of 31 patients and 25 healthy donors was evaluated by flow cytometry, ELISA was used to test the level of TGF-ß1 in blood serum, and analysed the correlation between levels of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells and TGF-ß1. RESULTS: ITP patients had a lower proportion of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells than the healthy donors (P<0.05). The level of TGF-ß1 in ITP patients was also lower than healthy donors (P<0.05). There was not positive correlation between levels of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells and TGF-ß1 (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The results indicate that the decreasing of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in ITP patients may be connected with cellular immunity disturbance of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Further research need to be performed in metabolic changes on CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells and TGF-ß1 in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the prevalence of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in normal children and hepatitis B virus (HBV) carrying children. Methods Anested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR) assay was established using two - set of primers designed from the first open read frame of TTV genome. Serum from the children who received physical examination was tested by nPCR assay for the presence of TTV- DNA. Results The total detectable rate of TTV - DNA in those 230 objects was 17.4% , in which the positive rate of TTV - DNA was 13.7% in normal children and was 25.7% in children carrying HBV. There was significant difference in the positive rate of TTV - DNA between normal children and the children carrying HBV. Conclusion There is TTV infection in normal children, and there is higher positive rate of TTV-DNA in children carrying HBV in Xinjiang.
