RESUMEN

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of proliferation associated antigen Ki-67 in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods A total of 45 AML patients (including 36 newly diagnosed AML patients and 9 recurrent AML patients) and 20 healthy volunteers (healthy group) were enrolled from October 2012 to January 2016 in Department of Hematology in Fuxing Hospital. The expression of Ki-67 in bone marrow blast cells were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). The relation between Ki-67 level and clinical characteristics, and the prognostic significance of Ki-67 were studied. Results The positive rate of Ki-67 in newly diagnosed AML, recurrent AML patients and healthy controls were (10.38±8.41)%, (20.99± 11.49) % and (40.77±11.97) %, respectively. The positive rate of Ki-67 in newly diagnosed AML patients or recurrent AML patients were significantly lower than that in healthy controls (all P0.05). There was no significant difference of overall survival between high Ki-67 expression group and low Ki-67 expression group in newly diagnosed AML patients [(780±110) d vs. (788±118) d, P=0.927]. Conclusions The proliferation of blast cells in AML patients is lower than that in healthy controls. Detecting the level of Ki-67 may provide a reference for choosing the cell cycle specific chemotherapy drugs in clinical practice. Monitoring Ki-67 during AML process contributes to monitoring disease progression and predicting recurrence.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for the treatment myocardial infarction,in the same period of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods From January 2012 to January 2015,76 patients with myocardial infarction were selected.Patients were divided into transplantation group (n =46) and control group (n =30) on the basis of whether being treated by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. After myocardial infarction patients were taken to the hospital with the therapy of conventional drug,5 days before CABG,transplantation group was given the autologous peripheral blood stem cell mobilization and expansion,24 hours before CABG,taking autologous peripheral blood stem cell collection.76 patients took CABG with non-cardiopulmonary by pass, transplantation group was given autologous peripheral blood stem cell via transplantation vessels and subepicardial, while the control group was not given the injection of autologous peripheral blood stem cell. The LV morphology, wall motion score index (WMSI) and index of cardiac function before and after the operation in both groups were evaluated by echocardiography. Results Six months after CABG,there was a significant decrease in Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and wall motion score index,Left ventricular ejection fraction was increased. The indexes of cardiac function in the transplantation group were better than the control group. Conclusion Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for the treatment myocardial infarction can improve the heart function, and has obvious recent clinical curative effect in the same period of CABG.

RESUMEN

s To compare the clinical effects of intravenously and orally administered aspirin in the treatment for acute coronary syndrome (ACS),and to evaluate the adverse effects of intravenous administration of aspirin. Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with unstable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction were randomized into three groups:group 1 received intravenous aspirin (300mg/d,n =40),while groups 2 (n =42) and 3 (n =43) received orally administered aspirin (100mg/d and 300mg/ d,respectively). The control group included 30 patients with no heart disease or blood disease, and they had never taken aspirin and clopidogrel.Blood samples were taken at 2nd and 7th day of hospitalization.Platelet aggregation and the level ofplatelet activation marker CD62p were measured and compared among the groups.Patients were followed up for 6 months for the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the decrease in adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation rate (12.01±10.45%,6.76±14.62% and 9.73±16.72% for group 1,group2 and group 3,respectively),the decrease in arachidonic acid (AA)-induced platelet aggregation rate (6.73±11.34%,6.95±12.45% and 7.57±13.11%,respectively),and the decrease in CD62p level (10.89±18.62%,8.92±11.57% and 7.05±15.67%,respectively).At six months, there were 4 deaths (10%) in group 1,4 deaths (9.5%) in group 2 and 5 deaths (11.6%) in group 3 (P>0.05).Conclusions Intravenous administration of aspirin provides a new approach as an anti-platelet treatment for ACS patients, especially those who can not tolerate oral administration of aspirin.(J Geriatr Cardiol 2008;5:212-216)

RESUMEN

Starting from the brand new angle of exploring the interaction between the knowledge capital and the financial capital of the hospital, the paper presents the theoretical basis and practical significance of the interaction between the knowledge capital and the financial capital of the hospital. Moreover, by establishing tentative models of hospital capital operation and by making theoretical analyses into the interactive and incremental relationship between knowledge capital and financial capital by means of mathematical analysis and deduction, the paper further demonstrates that the interactive integration of the knowledge capital and the financial capital of the hospital is an important condition which ensures that the operation of the hospital will maintain a high momentum and its comprehensive competitiveness will continue to be in a power position.

RESUMEN

In light of their hospital's practice in adopting new operational ideas and management models for the past three years, the authors expound the content of the new operational ideas, the necessity of applying these new ideas to hospital management, and the four basic principles that must be followed in constructing new management models. They also discuss some key issues involved in the process of the hospital's construction of new management models.

RESUMEN

In light of the idea of realizing management by capital, the authors expound the theoretical basis of implementing the integration of the capital of funds and the capital of knowledge and give an account of their hospital's experience in this aspect. By introducing capital and talented personnel, viz. by liquidating remnant assets through the capital of knowledge and by seeking benefits through capital integration, the hospital has succeeded in inventing a new way of utilizing talented personnel resources and stimulating talented personnel to greater efforts, thus enhancing the speed of its accumulation of capital and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
