RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Surgical interventions are more effective than nonsurgical approaches in providing a cure for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). In this study, we aimed to assess the benefits of tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) abbrevo by comparing its efficacy and complications to those of TVT obturator. METHODS AND RESULTS: 49 and 47 patients at The Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University between January 2013 and December 2016 were included in the TVT-O and TVT-A groups, respectively. We evaluate the success rate and perioperative complications associated with TVT-O and TVT-A. A questionnaire that utilized the Patient Global Impression of Improvement (PGI-I) Scale was employed to assess the impact of surgery. Patients were followed up at 1 year, and 5 years after surgery. There were no statistically significant differences found in the efficacy of the TVT-A group and TVT-O group during both the one-year (p = 0.4) and five-year (p = 0.32) follow-up periods. In the period of one-year follow-up, 95.9% (n = 47) of patients in the TVT-O group and 95.8% (n = 45) of patients in the TVT-A group demonstrated improvement. During the period of five-year follow-up, 87.8% (n = 43) of patients in the TVT-O group and 93.6% (n = 44) of patients in the TVT-A group demonstrated improvement. CONCLUSIONS: Based on our findings, TVT-A and TVT-O procedures exhibited similarly high success rates and low frequencies of complications.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical benefit and necessity of neoadjuvant programmed cell death (or ligand) (PD-(L)1) blockades in resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with negative PD-L1 expression. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Randomized control trials (RCTs) that compared event-free survival (EFS), overall survival (OS), major pathological response (MPR), and/or pathological complete response (pCR) between neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy (nCIT) and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (nCT) for patients with resectable NSCLC stratified by PD-L1 expression were eligible for inclusion in the study. Data regarding the pathological response and EFS were evaluated by the odds ratio (OR) and hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) using random and fixed models. RESULTS: A total of six RCTs involving 3,194 patients with resectable NSCLC with or without neoadjuvant immunotherapy were included. Compared with nCT alone, nCIT significantly improved pCR (18.3 % vs. 3.0 %; OR, 5.64; 95 % CI, 3.22-9.89; P < 0.001), MPR (38.9 % vs. 15.5 %; OR, 3.57; 95 % CI, 2.10-6.05; P < 0.001), and EFS (HR, 0.75; 95 % CI, 0.62-0.90; P = 0.002) in PD-L1 <1 % NSCLC patients. In addition, PD-L1 ≥1 % was associated with higher rates of pCR (32.8 % vs. 18.3 %; OR, 2.28; 95 % CI, 1.40-3.73; P = 0.001) and MPR (53.9 % vs. 38.9 %; OR, 1.84; 95 % CI, 1.22-2.79; P = 004) and longer EFS (HR, 0.44 vs. 0.75) in the setting of nCIT compared with PD-L1 <1 %. nCIT improved only OS in NSCLC patients with PD-L1 ≥1 % but not in patients with PD-L1 <1 %. CONCLUSIONS: The use of nCIT should be recommended for resectable NSCLC patients with negative PD-L1 expression, as nCIT significantly improved the pathological response and EFS in these patients. The benefit to PD-L1-negative patients treated with nCIT on OS remains to be validated.

RESUMEN

Background: Various studies have examined occlusive dressings in fingertip amputations and reported good outcomes. Occlusive dressing preserves appropriate pH, cell accumulation and moisture for healing, thereby limiting scar formation and deformity. To our knowledge, no study was performed in tropical Asia. This study aims to demonstrate the viability of healing fingertip amputations through secondary intention using an effective dressing technique, even in warm tropical climates. Methods: All patients who presented to our institution with fingertip amputations from 1 July 2020 to 31 July 2022 were analysed retrospectively. Seventeen patients (15 male, 2 female) of mean age 37.2 ± 9.4 years old with 18 injured digits were retrospectively analysed. Twelve (66.7%) were Allen Type III injuries, and one patient required distal phalangeal K-wire fixation. During the patient's final review, static 2-point discrimination, pulp sensation, fingertip contour and nail deformities alongside the last measured range of motion (ROM) of the injured finger was recorded. Treatment duration and days of leave taken were also summed and assessed. Results: Patients were dressed with semi-occlusive dressing for an average of 20.1 ± 6.83 days. The average total duration of dressing is 36.78 ± 18.88 days over an average of 7.18 ± 4.03 dressing visits. Mean duration of follow-up was 108 ± 63.46 days. Good outcome measures in sensation, pulp contour, nail deformity and ROM similar to existing literature were reported. Conclusions: Occlusive dressing remains a viable and feasible treatment option for fingertip amputation even in a tropical climate. While this simple treatment method may require more effort from patient, wound healing was attained after 36.8 ± 18.9 days of dressing. Level of Evidence: Level IV (Therapeutic).

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND Infection and chronic rejection remain major issues for kidney transplant recipients (KTRs). The present study aimed to explore the association of CD4+/CD8+ T cell ratio (CD4+/CD8+) and platelet/lymphocyte ratio (PLR) with long-term infection and chronic renal insufficiency in KTRs. MATERIAL AND METHODS KTRs admitted to a single hospital from June 2014 to December 2021 were divided into infected (164) and non-infected (107) groups based on clinical data. The levels of CD4+/CD8+, PLR, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and C-reactive Protein (CRP) in KTRs with long-term infection, and their correlation with chronic kidney insufficiency, were analyzed. Survival analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors for long-term infection and chronic kidney insufficiency. RESULTS Spearman correlation analysis showed that chronic kidney insufficiency was positively correlated with PLR, and negatively correlated with CRP and CD4+/CD8+ (P<0.05). PLR was positively correlated with CRP, procalcitonin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and NLR, but negatively with CD4+/CD8+. CD4+/CD8+ was correlated with CRP, NLR, and PLR (P<0.05). Survival analysis and survival curves showed that PLR and CD4+/CD8+ were risk factors for long-term infection and chronic kidney insufficiency in KTRs (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS CD4+/CD8+ and PLR were associated with long-term complications, and were risk factors for long-term infection and chronic kidney insufficiency in KTRs.

RESUMEN

Target of Rapamycin Complex 1 (TORC1) is a conserved eukaryotic protein complex that links the presence of nutrients with cell growth. In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, TORC1 activity is positively regulated by the presence of amino acids and glucose in the medium. However, the mechanisms underlying nutrient-induced TORC1 activation remain poorly understood. By utilizing an in vivo TORC1 activation assay, we demonstrate that differential metabolism of glucose activates TORC1 through three distinct pathways in yeast. The first "canonical Rag guanosine triphosphatase (GTPase)-dependent pathway" requires conversion of glucose to fructose 1,6-bisphosphate, which activates TORC1 via the Rag GTPase heterodimer Gtr1GTP-Gtr2GDP. The second "non-canonical Rag GTPase-dependent pathway" requires conversion of glucose to glucose 6-phosphate, which activates TORC1 via a process that involves Gtr1GTP-Gtr2GTP and mitochondrial function. The third "Rag GTPase-independent pathway" requires complete glycolysis and vacuolar ATPase reassembly for TORC1 activation. We have established a roadmap to deconstruct the link between glucose metabolism and TORC1 activation.

RESUMEN

Objective: This study aims to compare the effectiveness and safety of perampanel and oxcarbazepine as monotherapy in children with focal epilepsy (FE). Methods: This is an ambispective, single-center, non-inferiority study comparing the effectiveness and safety of perampanel (PER) monotherapy and oxcarbazepine (OXC) monotherapy in children with newly diagnosed FE. The primary endpoint was a six-month seizure freedom rate. The secondary endpoints included retention, responder, and seizure freedom rates at 3, 6, and 12 months, respectively. Adverse events (AEs) were also recorded for both groups. Results: One hundred and thirty children and adolescents aged from 4 to 18years newly diagnosed with FE between May 2020 and November 2022 in Wuhan Children's Hospital were included. There were 71 patients in the PER group and 59 patients in the OXC group. In the per protocol set (PPS), 50 (78.1%) in the PER group and 43 (78.2%) in the OXC group completed six months of treatment without seizures. The lower 95% CI (66.0%-87.5%) limit of PER was higher than the non-inferiority margin of 62.4% (80% of the 6-month seizure freedom rate in the OXC group); PER was non-inferior to OXC. The 3-month and 12-month seizure freedom rates were 77.1% and 82.9% for the PER group, respectively, while they were 80.4% and 75.8% for the OXC group. There were no serious adverse events in both groups. Conclusion: PER showed comparable effectiveness and safety compared with OXC in children with newly diagnosed focal epilepsy, which might be an effective and safe treatment for children and adolescents with newly diagnosed FE. Clinical Trial Registration: Identifier ChiCTR2300074696.

RESUMEN

Background: SOX17 has been identified as a critical factor in specification of human primordial germ cells, but whether SOX17 regulates development of germ cells after sex differentiation is poorly understood. Methods: We collected specimens of gonadal ridge from an embryo (n=1), and ovaries of foetuses (n=23) and adults (n=3). Germ cells were labelled with SOX17, VASA (classic germ cells marker), phosphohistone H3 (PHH3, mitosis marker) and synaptonemal complex protein 3 (SCP3, meiosis marker). Results: SOX17 was detected in both cytoplasm and nucleus of oogonia and oocytes of primordial and primary follicles from 15 to 28 gestational weeks (GW). However, it was exclusively expressed in cytoplasm of oogonia at 7 GW, and in nucleus of oocytes in secondary follicles. Co-expression rates of SOX17 in VASA+ germ cells ranged from 81.29% to 97.81% in foetuses. Co-staining rates of SOX17 and PHH3 or SCP3 were 0%-34% and 0%-57%, respectively. Interestingly, we distinguished a subpopulation of SOX17+VASA- germ cells in fetal ovaries. These cells clustered in the cortex and could be co-stained with the mitosis marker PHH3 but not the meiosis marker SCP3. Conclusions: The dynamic expression of SOX17 was detected in human female germ cells. We discovered a population of SOX17+ VASA- germ cells clustering at the cortex of ovaries. We could not find a relationship between mitosis or meiosis and SOX17 or VASA staining in germ cells. Our findings provide insight into the potential role of SOX17 involving germ cells maturation after specification, although the mechanism is unclear and needs further investigation.

RESUMEN

Various surgical techniques exist to repair or reconstruct complete scapholunate (SL) interosseous ligament tears, including capsulodesis, static or dynamic tenodesis, ligament reconstruction with tendon graft, bone-retinaculum-bone reconstruction, and the reduction and association of the scaphoid and lunate (RASL) procedure. The choice of surgical technique depends on arthroscopic assessment using the Geissler classification and European Wrist Arthroscopy Society staging of SL injury. This article describes arthroscopy-assisted extracapsular SL reconstruction using free tendon graft and internal brace augmentation for the treatment of unrepairable complete SL interosseous ligament tears.

RESUMEN

Cell-adhesive factors mediate adhesion of cells to substrates via peptide motifs such as the Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) sequence. With the onset of sustainability issues, there is a pressing need to find alternatives to animal-derived cell-adhesive factors, especially for cell-cultivated food applications. In this paper, we show how data mining can be a powerful approach toward identifying fungal-derived cell-adhesive proteins and present a method to isolate and utilize these proteins as extracellular matrices (ECM) to support cell adhesion and culture in 3D. Screening of a protein database for fungal and plant proteins uncovered that ~5.5% of the unique reported proteins contain RGD sequences. A plot of fungi species vs RGD percentage revealed that 98% of the species exhibited an RGD percentage > = 1%. We observed the formation of protein particles in crude extracts isolated from basidiomycete fungi, which could be correlated to their stability towards particle aggregation at different temperatures. These protein particles were incorporated in 3D fiber matrices encapsulating mouse myoblast cells, showing a positive effect on cell alignment. We demonstrated a cell traction stress on the protein particles (from Flammulina velutipes) that was comparable to cells on fibronectin. A snapshot of the RGD-containing proteins in the fungal extracts was obtained by combining SDS-PAGE and mass spectrometry of the peptide fragments obtained by enzymatic cleavage. Therefore, a sustainable source of cell-adhesive proteins is widely available in the fungi kingdom. A method has been developed to identify candidate species and produce cell-adhesive matrices, applicable to the cell-cultivated food and healthcare industries.

RESUMEN

Farmers' participation in food safety governance is an important part of food safety social co-governance, and the accurate identification of its influencing factors and their related paths is of guiding significance to the scientific decision-making of food safety governance. The system of influencing factors of farmers' participation in food safety governance was constructed from four dimensions, and the influence network of each dimension was revealed by decision laboratory analysis (DEMATEL). The hierarchical structure and correlation path of influencing factors were determined by interpretive structural model (ISM), and the attributes of influencing factors were further classified by cross influence matrix multiplication (MICMAC). The results show that the influencing factors of farmers' participation in food safety governance can be divided into seven levels, among which the level of education and the status of village cadres are the fundamental characteristic factors. The degree of rural informatization, the intensity of government supervision, the promotion of village committees, the response of the government and the degree of disclosure of government information are the deep core factors, and risk cognition, political trust and family eating habits are special factors. Taking the importance and attribute status of farmers' participation in food safety governance into decision-making considerations is of great significance to improve the efficiency of food safety governance.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Recent studies have reported higher risks of adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes, such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, after programmed frozen embryo transfer, especially in cycles with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment. It remains unclear if GnRH agonist pretreatment before programmed frozen embryo transfer further increases the risk for obstetrical complications among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to compare the obstetrical and neonatal complications of singleton and twin pregnancies after programmed frozen embryo transfer with or without gonadotropin-releasing hormone-a pretreatment among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. STUDY DESIGN: This was a secondary analysis of a single-center, randomized controlled trial comparing the live birth rate and cost-effectiveness of programmed cycle-prepared frozen embryo transfers with or without gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. The analysis was restricted to women with polycystic ovary syndrome, aged 24 to 40 years, who delivered live neonates after frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer. The obstetrical and neonatal outcomes were compared between programmed cycles with and those without gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment. The adjusted odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals were calculated and adjustments were made for relevant confounders. RESULTS: The maternal and neonatal complications associated with 177 live single births and 38 twin births (253 newborns in total) were analyzed. There were no significant differences in the frequencies of obstetrical complications, including hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, between the gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment and no pretreatment group for both singleton and twin pregnancies. However, there was a significantly greater incidence of having a low birthweight neonate among singleton infants born after gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment when compared with no pretreatment (10.2% vs 1.3%; P=0.042), and a low birthweight among singleton infants was still more likely after adjusting for confounders (relative ratio, 3.85; 95% confidence interval, 1.13-7.11; P=.024). Other neonatal complications were all comparable between the pretreatment and no pretreatment groups for both singleton and twin pregnancies. CONCLUSION: For women with polycystic ovary syndrome, programmed frozen embryo transfer cycles with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist pretreatment could lead to a greater risk of having a low birthweight singleton neonate.

RESUMEN

In preclinical Alzheimer's disease, neuro-functional changes due to amyloid-ß (Aß) deposition are not synchronized in different brain lobes and subcortical nuclei. This study aimed to explore the correlation between brain Aß burden, connectivity changes in an ultra-large structural scale, and cognitive function in mild cognitive impairment. Participants with mild cognitive impairment were recruited and underwent florbetapir (F18-AV45) PET, resting-state functional MRI, and multidomain neuropsychological tests. AV-45 standardized uptake value ratio (SUVR) and functional connectivity of all participants were calculated. Of the total 144 participants, 72 were put in the low Aß burden group and 72 in the high Aß burden group. In the low Aß burden group, all connectivities between lobes and nuclei had no correlation with SUVR. In the high Aß burden group, SUVR showed negative correlations with the Subcortical-Occipital connectivity (r=-0.36, P = 0.02) and Subcortical-Parietal connectivity (r=-0.26, P = 0.026). Meanwhile, in the high Aß burden group, SUVR showed positive correlations with the Temporal-Prefrontal connectivity (r = 0.27, P = 0.023), Temporal-Occipital connectivity (r = 0.24, P = 0.038), and Temporal-Parietal connectivity (r = 0.32, P = 0.006). Subcortical to Occipital and Parietal connectivities had positive correlations with general cognition, language, memory, and executive function. Temporal to Prefrontal, Occipital, and Parietal connectivities had negative correlations with memory function, executive function, and visuospatial function, and a positive correlation with language function. In conclusion, Individuals with mild cognitive impairment with high Aß burden have Aß-related bidirectional functional connectivity changes between lobes and subcortical nuclei that are associated with cognitive decline in multiple domains. These connectivity changes reflect neurological impairment and failed compensation.

RESUMEN

We theoretically propose a scheme of the nonreciprocal conversion device between photons of two arbitrary frequencies in a hybrid cavity optomechanical system, where two optical cavities and two microwave cavities are coupled to two different mechanical resonators via radiation pressure. Two mechanical resonators are coupled together via the Coulomb interaction. We study the nonreciprocal conversions between both the same and different types of frequency photons. The device is based on multichannel quantum interference to break the time-reversal symmetry. Our results show the perfect nonreciprocity conditions. By adjusting the Coulomb interaction and the phase differences, we find that the nonreciprocity can be modulated and even transformed into reciprocity. These results provide new insight into the design of nonreciprocal devices, including isolators, circulators, and routers in quantum information processing and quantum networks.

RESUMEN

Emerging evidences suggested that circular RNAs (circRNAs) are involved in diabetic nephropathy (DN). Accumulating evidence had suggested that the degree of podocyte is a major prognostic determinant of DN progression. However, the function and in-depth mechanisms of hsa_circ_0001162 in podocyte injury of DN remain unclear. Hsa_circ_0001162 expression was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) in peripheral blood of DN patients and high glucose-induced podocytes injury model. The cell counting kit 8, 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine, flow cytometry with Annexin V-FITC/PI staining, caspase-3 activity assay Kit, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), RT-qPCR and western blotting were used to evaluate the effect of hsa_circ_0001162 / miR-149-5p / MMP9 axis on high glucose-induced podocyte injury. Mechanistically, dual luciferase reporter was used to confirm the relationship of miR-149-5p and hsa_circ_0001162 or MMP9. Furthermore, RNA-pull down and immunoprecipitation assay were implemented to verify the potential regulatory effects of EIF4A3 on biogenesis of hsa_circ_0001162. Our results showed that hsa_circ_0001162 was highly expressed in peripheral blood of DN patients and high glucose-induced podocytes injury model, and the knockdown of hsa_circ_0001162 increased the proliferation, inhibited the apoptosis, and suppressed inflammatory response in high glucose-induced podocytes injury. Mechanism studies demonstrated that EIF4A3 bound with flanking sequences of hsa_circ_0001162 to promote hsa_circ_0001162 expression, upregulated hsa_circ_0001162 increased the MMP9 expression via sponging miR-149-5p, thus aggravating the high glucose-induced podocytes injury. Overall, our data demonstrated that knockdown of hsa_circ_0001162 inhibited high glucose-induced podocytes injury by regulating miR-149-5p/MMP9 axis, and intervention of hsa_circ_0001162/miR-149-5p/MMP9 axis may be a potentially promising therapeutic strategy for podocyte injury in DN patients.

RESUMEN

Herein, the in situ N-alkylation between tripyridine molecules and C2H5OH was employed to obtain four iodometallates (Mn+ = Pb2+, Cu+ and Ag+). Among them, the alkylation degree of the tripyridine molecules is different, and the in situ-generated tripyridine derivatives showed different configurations. This is not only related to the structure of the inorganic anions but also related to the tripyridine molecule itself. The two moieties were actually templates for each other. The Pb2+ compound 1 was found to effectively catalyze the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB), with its degradation efficiency reaching 94% in 70 min. In contrast, the degradation efficiency for the Cu+ and Ag+ compounds 2-4 did not exceed 50%. The free radical trapping test indicated that with the Pb2+ compound as the photocatalyst, both superoxide ion radicals (˙O2-) and holes (h+) played a key role. Alternatively, with compound 3 or 4 as the photocatalyst, only ˙O2- played a role. The differences should be related to the band gap of the materials, where the Pb2+ compound has a slightly wider band gap, leading to a higher exciton separation efficiency. Due to the involvement of more free radicals, the usual intermediates did not appear in the catalytic process of 1, while the colored species appeared in the catalytic process of 3 and 4. The cyclic test verified that compound 1 still had high catalytic activity after recycling five times. Also, we investigated the catalytic capacity of 1 for the degradation of 5-times the quantity of RhB. The degradation rate reached 99% in 5.5 hours, indicating that 1 has a good photocatalytic performance for degrading a high concentration of RhB. However, given that the amount of catalyst and dye used in each study was different, it was difficult to compare the results. Thus, herein, we introduced for the first time the method of calculating the TOF value to better evaluate the photodegradation performance of each hybrid material.

RESUMEN

While early-onset Parkinson's disease (EOPD) caused by mutations in the parkin gene (PRKN) tends to have a relatively benign course compared to genetically undetermined (GU)-EOPD, the exact underlying mechanisms remain elusive. We aimed to search for the differences between PRKN-EOPD and GU-EOPD by dopamine transporter (DAT) and glucose metabolism positron-emission-tomography (PET) imaging. Twelve patients with PRKN-EOPD and 16 with GU-EOPD who accepted both 11C-2b-carbomethoxy-3b-(4-trimethylstannylphenyl) tropane (11C-CFT) and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET were enrolled. The 11C-CFT uptake was analyzed on both regional and voxel levels, whereas glucose metabolism was assessed in a voxel-wise fashion. Correlations between DAT and glucose metabolism imaging, DAT imaging and clinical severity, as well as glucose metabolism imaging and clinical severity were explored. Both clinical symptoms and DAT-binding patterns in the posterior putamen were highly symmetrical in patients with PRKN-EOPD, and dopaminergic dysfunction in the ipsilateral putamen was severer in patients with PRKN-EOPD than GU-EOPD. Meanwhile, the DAT binding was associated with the severity of motor dysfunction in  patients with GU-EOPD only. Patients with PRKN-EOPD showed increased glucose metabolism in the contralateral medial frontal gyrus (supplementary motor area (SMA)), contralateral substantia nigra, contralateral thalamus, and contralateral cerebellum. Notably, glucose metabolic activity in the contralateral medial frontal gyrus was inversely associated with regional DAT binding in the bilateral putamen. Patients with PRKN-EOPD showed enhanced metabolic connectivity within the bilateral putamen, ipsilateral paracentral and precentral lobules, and the ipsilateral SMA. Collectively, compared to GU-EOPD, PRKN-EOPD is characterized by symmetrical, more severe dopaminergic dysfunction and relative increased glucose metabolism. Meanwhile, SMA with elevated glucose metabolism and enhanced connectivity may act as compensatory mechanisms in PRKN-EOPD. RESUMEN

The study of bacterial community diversity and metabolic function in lake water is of great significance to the healthy development of the urban landscape lake water environment. In this study, Hancheng Lake, Nanhu Lake, Xingqing Lake, and Taohuatan Lake were selected as the study area. Illumina Nova high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the composition and structure of bacterial communities in four different types of lakes. The correlation between bacterial communities and environmental factors was analyzed using the RDA method. Tax4Fun was used to predict the metabolic function of bacterial communities. The results showed that the diversity of bacterial communities was different in different lakes. The α diversity of Taohuatan Lake was the highest, and that of Xingqing Lake was the lowest. The bacterial community structure of the same lake had a trend of aggregation. The dominant phyla of bacteria in the four lakes were similar, mainly Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria. The difference was only in the proportion of bacteria. Additionally, the distribution of bacterial communities at the genus level in the four lakes was quite different. The physical and chemical properties of lakes were significantly correlated with bacterial community, and the most critical factor was nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients(P<0.05). Tax4Fun function prediction showed that the metabolic function of bacterial communities in the four lakes was similar, and the relative abundance of amino acid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism was the highest. In addition, the potential drug-resistant bacterial pollution and the possibility of human infectious diseases were higher. These results are helpful for understanding the current situation of bacteria in urban lakes in Xi'an and providing a theoretical basis for the management and sustainable development of urban lakes.
