[Postoperative secondary hypertropia]. / Hipertropie secundara postoperatorie--caz clinic.

The paper illustrates the case of a patient that developed a hypertropia after having removed an episcleral tumour. The data of the functional and objective ocular exam are presented. The pre and intraoperatory arguments that decided the surgical treatment are analyzed. The pre and postoperative aspects are illustrated in images.
