RESUMEN

In the article there are considered the environmental and biological prerequisites for the dynamics of hemorrnagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) morbidity rate in the population of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and the municipal districts located in the north-eastern part of the Republic of Tatarstan, a subdivision of Russian Federation. The territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is included into the body of Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation and is located within the boundaries in coniferous taiga and temperate forests, forest-steppe and steppe geographical areas. The endowment of large forests as well as weather and climatic conditions play an important role in the activity and rhythmicity of this natural focal viral infection, the virus carriers of which are mouse-like rodents. The virus belongs to the family Bunyaviridae and is a representative of the genus Hantavirus. On the base of the epidemiological and clinical data of State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Naberezhno-Chelninskaya Infectious Diseases Hospital" there was performed the analysis of seasonal and the long-term HFRS morbidity rate from 2008 to 2012 with consideration of age and gender cohorts during the period from 2008 to 2012. There were shown both the seasonal character of the development of infectious disease and its unstable rhythmicity in the long-term dynamics. The most number of cases was observed in the summer-autumn period. 84,32% out of all disease cases were occurred in the male population, adults' morbidity rate was averagely 28 times more than the children's morbidity rate, which was due to the more frequent stay in the foci of the virus circulation. In the long-term dynamics the fever development is indirectly related with the weather and climate conditions of the whole region that influence on biology and the dynamics of rodents' population. So 2010 was differed by anomalously hot summer that led to a significant reduction in the number of the disease cases among the human population of the area.

RESUMEN

The results of the study of the prevalence of tuberculosis of the urino-genital system in the city of Omsk are presented. The quality of the corresponding medical care, the disease outcomes and the actual state of the prevention of the tuberculosis of the urino-genital organs are discussed. The factor analysis based on the Iberia approach was applied.

RESUMEN

The chair of public health of the Omsk State medical academy conjointly with the municipal TB dispensary No 4 carried out the medical social study of the urogenital system tuberculosis since no profound and research of this problem was organized on the territory of Omsk oblast. The article presents the fragment of the data related to the survey of he physicians of medical institutions form city of Omsk and the Omsk oblast about the effectiveness of the medical social care to the patients suffering from the urogenital system tuberculosis.

RESUMEN

The amino acid replacement Asn101-->Asp in the T4 phage lysozyme was obtained by site-directed mutagenesis and the plasmid mutant protein expression was constructed. Though the mutant protein circular dichroism (CD) spectrum is virtually unchanged as compared with the wild type protein and the enzymatic activity is 90% of that of the wild type protein, the stability of this mutant to urea-induced unfolding decreases and two stages in the denaturation process are observed.

RESUMEN

The amino acid replacements (Asp10-->His, Asn101-->Asp, Arg148-->Ser) in the T4 phage lysozyme were obtained by site directed mutagenesis and the plasmid for mutant protein expression was constructed. At acid pH (pH 2.7) the mutant is in the conformational state with properties of the molten globule (Ptitsyn, 1992): 1) the mutant protein molecule is essentially compact, 2) its circular dichroism (CD) spectrum in the near ultra violet (UV) region is drastically reduced in intensity as compared with the wild type protein spectrum, 3) the CD spectrum in the far UV region indicates the presence of a pronounced secondary structure in the mutant, 4) unlike the wild type protein, the mutant protein can bind the hydrophobic fluorescent probe ANS.
